milestone I believe it's only fair to look back at some of the mods that got this game so far we have Skyrim Flora overhaul this mod completely changes the terrain of Skyrim adding 18 new tree models edition another great option that is completely independent of the former is bent Pines they look nice aren't abundantly placed but rather placed in particular spots to make some trees stand out a little bit more than others showing off the Mystique of the Elder Scrolls world JK a renowned mod author who certainly deserves a spot on this list JK Skyrim is a compendium of the overhaul T and hurt uncle rogvir has some extra clutter to add immersion such as plants in the empty regions given that this is the capital of Skyrim it likely should be given some extra defense JK has added two new watchtowers and many gates all over the city to keep out the rampaging stroke book Army that consists of all of eight soldiers moving over the city that is more rebellious than your average teenager and rated one of the worst places to live even below Detroit windhelm's Marketplace has received an expansion a statue what is considered of the goat according to Nords and a little extra crowned Forge added to the player home to fit the vibe of other type spaces seen throughout the city now if I didn't know any better every time I step into the city I think I'm in England it's got awful weather a guy that murders people at night and a kid who's trying to contact more people who murder people at night the mod author has paid so much attention to detail that just like Windhelm he has also neglected the gray quarter pause looking back at this this mod alone actually does overhaul the recorder but because I don't like to use my brain I just didn't notice looking at the changes it brings I don't really know how I didn't notice but in my defense does anyone actually go to the gray quarter I mean you could just look at the place once see that it's the leading cause of claustrophobia in this world and just turn around and leave if you want a more detailed snow quarter then you'll want to pair this mod up with capital Windhelm expansion with thin Gaming's patch just note that this mod has more patches than Genghis Khan has kids so make sure you got the right one I could go on and on about the additions of this mod but that's going to take a break just know that you'll have something new to discover in nearly every town in city of Skyrim if you decide to install this mod need something yeah I need your Gumpy ass to say something different which is exactly why relationship dialogue overall is the next one on this list this mod adds 5000 new lines of dialogue so NPCs don't say the same line over and over again and restore some content it also changes the way NBC's react to the player's reputation and past actions so for example if you were to commit war crimes against someone on a casual Tuesday then you best believe that you are now an OP they are not gonna like that my wife died that doesn't actually happen but I wish it did rdo's primary role is to make people who hate you hate you even more and vice versa that's how it works in real life I think so once you install this mod it should sound something like this [Music] and stuff to someone then they're probably not gonna like you making it kinda immersive [Music] almost as immersive as immersive armors a mod that made the cover of the Time Magazine a description so long that no one's ever going to read it and some hella fire drip I don't care if you got an Nvidia 4070 or an I am unemployed 4070 this mod has so much heat in its grip that it will burn down your PC these armors fit in so well that if you didn't know any better you think they're part of the vanilla game it adds a variety of armors that fit into the environment Todd Howard has made for us each coming with their own Charisma while some of the armors May stand out more than others they all certainly belong in the world of Skyrim water my favorite drink also need some heavy Improvement in this game realistic Water 2 aims to overall water to be more realistic because a lake does not have the same moves as an ocean different bodies of water will have different colors depending on their location and will now come with new sounds Coastal waves will now crash with higher resolution and Superior animation and Rain ripples won't slide across the water surface it's got much more than what I just mentioned but it's easy to see why this mod is one of the most popular Skyrim mods of all time as its overall package is quite comprehensive while this mod does remind you that you are dehydrated and you need to drink water right now the next showcase portrays a fine addition to your spell collection thank you time slows down when it can get nowhere I don't want these to be my last words dollars only one thing I can do fight until the end like I promise to wishing there was something [Music] [Music] well there goes a month of my editing time and I can't even tell you why I made that Skyrim's magic for the most part is pretty linear I can feel emptier than the promises of your average politician apocalypse introduces some creative spells that are pretty creative whether you're looking for an increase in power or trolling capabilities this mod has it it comes with over 150 more spells equally spread over all of the schools with none of them going over the top well at least not most of them the greatest thing about this mod is that it opens up completely new playstyles such as a full-on alteration Mage or perhaps combining a thief with some of the more exotic spells in the illusion branch which is in my opinion the most approved upon School so illusion huh yeah my mother taught me a little here and there not the sort of stuff you'd find around Tamriel seems it's going to be a long ride I might as well tell you whatever I know in exchange I'd like to not be shouted apart by your voice let's start off light they say knowledge is power right my mother used to tell me receive that which cannot be seen with the eye don't know where she exactly got that from but I'm guessing that's why she taught me how to see through the eyes of another this one might confuse your enemy more than anything else but I guess it's up to you how you use it this grants you and your target invisibility the catch well if one of you breaks the invisibility you'll swap places might be a little cruel but I guess when we're up against someone who wants to wipe all of life to fulfill some made-up prophecy anything goes this one takes the one I taught you earlier a little further with a little more concentration you can take control of their body it'll feel like there's two consciousnesses in one not the most comfortable feeling but it can get you out of rough situations just don't use it on me this one might be a little tough but it's definitely worth learning you can become invisible just like your regular invisibility spell however the moment you break the invisibility you gain it right back they'll never know what hit him oh this might be the greatest intro of all time hey you I cannot be bothered to sit through this 10 minute intro which has a 70 chance of giving the most immersive Skyrim experience every time I get a new mod set up which is immediately after the last mod setup that lasted a grand total of 23 minutes that's why Skyrim players over the years have loved an alternate start allowing you to choose your backstory whether it be an abandoned cam a vampire or a faithless Dalmore dog or you could just choose a vanilla intro anyway I don't know why you would do that but hey you do you in human nature we got fight for flight but apparently in Skyrim we only got fight it could be a vampire attack a chicken whole ass Dragon but you bet your life savings and more that Bellator is coming to scrap with his steel dagger he does not miss an opportunity like this he also doesn't survive the moment any Potential Threat shows up within a 200 meter radius of the city that's their call here we go that's their bad signal you mean a group of ancient vampires who have the capabilities of mass genocide just attacked the city and you want the guards and this random guy who tears multiple dragons apart for fun to handle the situation bruh no way Now's the Time to show everyone what I'm made of Go away You're not the real hero I am the real hero if you die who's gonna buy all my garbage against their will this is why immersive citizens has gained so much traction over the year it improves the overall AI of citizens to make them react like humans their behaviors will vary on their job relationship and where they live they will now have set sleeping and eating schedules and even have their own free time in which they can partake in various activities such as shopping at the market or having a drink if it's snowing or raining NPCs will take shelter in combat NPCs will evaluate the situation before they jump to their debts if they realize they have no chance which they usually will not they will try to run to a safe location there are a lot of rules that determine the NPC's overall Behavior after all this mod is a result of more than 6 000 hours of work that's like more hours than I've existed for yeah the match checks out all in all this mod is definitely the greatest AI overhaul there is a quality world map this mod is just incredible simple elegant and has options if you don't got this mod then you're either playing the game wrong or you just don't cut Skyrim it's got detailed mountains roads and textures so it states exactly what it does now I'm gonna be honest the perks of Skyrim they're actually not that bad but ordinator perks of Skyrim sure does make them look pretty mid this overall grants completely new abilities to the dragon board they may not necessarily be character defining but they definitely add some much needed death the face of the mountain your heavy armor rebounds the attackers strike potentially knocking them to the ground Zulan you you words become stronger use your experience and you will be able to carry the power of two shouts with with one but remember Dover use the power in the way of The Voice go astray and you will end up no better than Alduin as you can see pairing this Mata with apocalypse will revolutionize the game and as stated before it opens up new avenues for Skyrim static mesh Improvement is one of the basic needs of a graphical Improvement mod setup it improves a 3D model of countless items whether it be architecture furniture or landscape and if you happen to be worried about it this mod will likely not affect performance at all it has over 30 000 placements changing the texture of hella items that were just glossed over if you're looking to make your environment look better then you better not miss out on this one race menu gives you a menu to change your race and some extra added customization see any crazy character customization see that Skyrim player that couldn't talk to girls who decided to mod girls instead there's a 99 chance that this mod definitely played a part in it graphical mods likely won't stop and this one certainly hasn't as it is still getting updates to this day Skyrim Parallax by P fusher gives high-res textures for cities dungeons clutters Landscapes and much more it's mods like these that keep on pushing the game to new heights even though it's a graphical mod the environment feels more immersive and has been given an injection of Life the textures to change the greenery of Skyrim's lands are nothing short of amazing the Stony grounds the dirt the wood on the buildings absolutely stunning through and through now the number one spot I don't really think this mod needs any introduction this mod is a prereq for around half of the site but just in case you don't know Sky UI overhaul is the user interface of the inventory menus now the main reason it's so needed is because of the mod menu it provides allowing you to customize your mods given that mod customization is huge which is the reason for this video I think it's self-explanatory as to why it is so popular the Skyrim modding scene has only gotten stronger and stronger as time went by there will always be new mods to use and weathered into immersion Graphics or gameplay there will always be a Skyrim for you
