Shifting Atmospheres 2/17/19 - 11 a.m.

[Applause] alright are you ready okay I'm gonna have Susan come up and talk to you a little bit about the fact that our lives are prophetic have you noticed that that your lives are prophetic and so we just want to explain a little bit do you have a mic for Susan so that she's going to talk a little bit about our trip out here and we're gonna give that story until another story I'm gonna be legal and put scripture in and then we're gonna land okay so here we go good morning God is talking all the time isn't he yeah I love that under the influence title that's so perfect we're under the influence of someone alright and and as Christians were under the influence of Christ all the time he's talking to us all the time he's communicating with us all the time if we're paying attention and that's what I want to tell you about a little bit right now I yesterday the day before yesterday got up at 2 a.m. to get going to catch my flight and out of reading and somewhere in the preparation process I found myself praying for patience and long-suffering oh no and I thought where did that come from I'm not psyched out here I see these words coming out of my mouth and let me have long-suffering and I hope I don't need it but it was it was Holy Spirit and the day was was it needed patience and long-suffering but we've learned in in past trips that God is talking to us on the way we're learning things were getting information and when one trip several years ago as I was sitting on the plane the the person in my aisle spilled their cup of ice on me and you know that's okay it's just ice it's it's not gonna hurt anything it'll go away and a short time later the flight attendant was coming down the aisle and then she proceeded to spill ice on me and I thought oh ice interesting it's like that's not a typical thing that you get ice dumped on you twice in the same flight so I you know God has to nudge me kind of hard I need at least two two times to catch to catch something so it's like what's what's the ice thing and you know nothing really was coming to mind but several days later at the church we were having a meeting with the staff and the Holy Spirit was saying you know that that ice is a word I want you to give it and so I did and I felt like what he was saying the Lord was saying is there's a tax coming at this church but it's like ice it's it's just gonna melt it's hard it's cold but there's no permanent damage you don't have have any worries about this you can just let it go let it let it pass and they totally got it because that was making sense to what was going on for them well this this trip we had a couple days ago there was a similar thing going on in that we had all kinds of delays I said actually it was just delays we made it you're on time yeah one of one of the things that Donna kept saying to me is you know we have more than enough time and I'm like really we're five hours late out of reading you know we've got a ways to go where we already had missed the flight to Newark we knew that wasn't gonna happen but as the day progressed we were heading into airports getting there the the pilot was hurrying up he was getting us there to the gate early and yet then we get to the gate and sit there and there's you know how sometimes happens they're not ready for you I'm sorry we're here but we can't there's someone else in the way or there's no one here to direct us in and so like you know what we're if we could just jump out and run we could catch that next plane but they're not gonna let you do that so at any rate we persevered we made it and we came to the last flight and actually got here exactly when we were supposed to felt like a miracle it felt impossible after leaving about five hours late from reading and having a full day but our discussion along the way was what what's he trying to say to us what's what are we learning from this and the the feeling I was having was you know we were getting there and then they're not ready for us we're not we're it's like a transition it's like birthing something is you're ready you're going you're getting there and then something's stopping you you're not quite getting to the conclusion of it and so it felt like transition that and donnas that's not her favorite topic she'll she'll tell you about that talking about transition it's a word the prophets have been talking about for maybe a decade that transition in our country transition and the church and you're like actually I would like to just get there and be done right right so anyway that's that's mighty word for you this morning and hand it over now Thank You Susan can we just thank you for that it's so fun it is funny when you start looking at life through prophetic lenses everything's prophetic and so we've learned over the season to find out what is God saying in these situations and when she said I just think the word is transition I'm like no I hate preaching about transition I I hate it so much every time people say it's transition I'm like I just tune out so right now look at the person next to you and say don't tune out because we're gonna go somewhere with this that will be helpful okay I always think of transition as oh no because I'm a get er done person I have checks I've lists you know and the most frustrating thing you can do for me is to block my goals cuz I'm like no you did not just shut that door on my way through no he did not just do that and my husband laughs cuz he's futuristic and so he's just like yeah that's okay we'll get around it and I'm like no we're going through that now you know it's all transition sermons just really frustrate me okay but we're not gonna take on frustration because what we're gonna do today is we're gonna look at some ways to get through the transition and how to break free of the influences that maybe you've been under in this region that have frustrated you in the midst of transition okay and but it's one of the stories that Laurie was sitting here earlier she told us a story years ago about there's more than enough time and I'm gonna be very simple about the story and she has a daughter that has some special needs and she hates being late absolutely cannot it just triggers her to be late you know just upsets her so bad and Laurie was teaching one of the Sousa seminars and had someone go to pick her up and the lady calls are on the way to pick up her daughter to get her to school and says Laurie you're not gonna believe it but I'm five minutes from your home and the schools like another maybe ten minutes away there's no way we're gonna get her to school on time I'm so sorry what do i do how do i you know help your daughter and she says don't worry about don't worry about it she says it's gonna be good there's more than enough time and they got to school on time impossible now a non-believer would say oh well they're there you know they had their clock up forward you know they were 15 minutes early like everyone who's late always has you know like that I do that too much so I'm always on time right no no it wasn't like that it was a supernatural shift in time and so the next day someone calls and and she's five minutes away again and you know it's ten miss and so there's there's no way even if you everything went right you'd be at least fifteen minutes late for school and so the lady calls her but this lady is always late and so when she called Lori's answer was of all of course you're late you're always late and they made it like I don't know maybe how an hour late for school now my time he might be a little off but the point being that when there was more time it actually was later that they got there and the Lord told Laurie it was her fault he says because of your attitude you can shrink in length in time and so the Lord said to her there's always enough time okay so we've taken that on our flights from the last few years and we've not missed a flight yet and we've been like getting aerobics on her way from flight flight but we've made it and it's it's it has done something in our attitude if I uh well there's more than enough time so actually yesterday there were two days ago was the first time we actually missed a flight because of time right so they put us on standby and at the same time we're like okay well there's more than enough time and to be honest we made it supernaturally to the last flight which is the only other flight here and got here at the right time does it make sense and it's not possible that that happen everything you know like she said we would get earning like hey we can get to the plane and then we just sit there on the tarmac for 20 minutes we're like oh yeah more than enough time there's more than half time more that's time but we did we made it now our luggage you didn't make it and prophetically there are some baggage that we need to not take through the season of transition so we're gonna let some baggage go today all right because there's some baggage that shouldn't shouldn't come so one more item to tell you about the first night I was here we're gonna talk tonight about shifting atmospheres which is one of my favorite subjects to talk about but today we're gonna actually shift them okay here um so one of the ways that I learned about shifting atmospheres is when I go into a region a lot of times the very first dream I have tells me about this one of the regional spirits in the area okay let me tell you about the dream I had so in my dream I was dreaming about this very loving family and in this very loving family I kept thinking there's so much miscommunication going on I can tell they love each other but they're at odds they don't know what's going on there they're kind of like not sure how people think about them but you can feel the love you can feel the care and I just woke up thinking what crazy miscommunication and I thought it's like I would say this is crazy making you know it's like you're talking and you're like not understanding it's like you're misinterpreting and I really felt like that Lord was saying well what is in this region is miscommunication anyone get yeah okay and the fact that was really fun for me is usually when I pick up situations with families I'm actually picking up incest or I'm picking up you know all kinds of perversion and abuse none of that happened I was picking up in a very loving family okay so this can be in your own home this can be in your church this can be in your work wherever you have family connections in that area because families not always just your own families that make sense that there is a sense of I love you but I'm not sure you're for me I love you and dang I'm not sure I agree with you I love you but I'm confused at this what you're telling me is not actually what I'm feeling that would be miscommunication and you know you're serious about what are you under the influence of if you don't understand what's in your region so many times we come under the influence of it because we think it's normal and a lot of times it actually takes someone from outside to walk in and go wow there's a whole different world out there did you know or sometimes you'll go away and like you'll move and you'll come back and you think wow this is weird so for me those were some of the situation's we were talking about we're gonna all bring this together and we're gonna have the word proverbs three Oh Proverbs something three through eight that's hilarious I didn't put okay everybody you'll get it trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding in all your ways acknowledge him and he will make your paths straight do not be wise in your own eyes fear the Lord turn from evil it will be healing to your body and refreshment to your bones what in the world does have to do with anything well let me do it through the passion translation ok proverbs 3 6 become intimate with him in whatever you do and he will lead you wherever you go do not think for a moment that you know at all proverbs 3 7 for wisdom comes when you adore him with undivided devotion and avoid everything that is wrong and 3:8 then you will find the healing refreshment your body and spirit longed for so in this season of transition that you're in you're going to need to know some things and you're going to need to get rid of some influences and invite the Holy Spirit to show you how to actually live in the midst of this so you're not frustrated with transition have you've you've been frustrated in this season yeah more of the first service was frustrated either that or they're just more honest ok we'll see here we go ok so I want you to remember in this transition that there's more than enough time because one of the the aspects of being frustrated in in transition is when is this going to end you know when does this ever when do we ever actually get over this place you know when do we actually get you know we've been told Moses that you're taking us out of bondage and then we're stuck at the Red Sea and we're seeing the the army coming against us and when there's the Red Sea and it's like when when are we actually going to get over there right and then the Lord opens the parts of the Red Sea and they go through it but actually that's not where the freedom happened see they're going through it because of fear see they are being pursued and so they're running from to this place because of fear rather than running to this place because this is where they know freedom happens and so many times we are propelled by fear we are running from fear rather than to salvation that make sense and in this season of transition you got to drop fear we didn't talk about first service you got to say fear you're not what I'm gonna moan you're not gonna motivate me and which is that funny song fear you don't hold that one it's the breakup song it's not hilarious yeah you're not welcome here I feel like there's very seasonal songs some of the songs we did today but I think also the whole process of breaking free from fear is really huge that the church needs to break out I'm being motivated by fear to get to somewhere rather than I'm actually being motivated by love to run to okay that was a side note there we go so there's more than enough time if we understand that there are some voices that have been influencing us that we will no longer partner with fear self-sufficiency control does that make sense because if I know that he is for me if I know that there's more than enough time then I can actually enjoy this process of the transition it's not god blocking my goal it's even not the enemy blocking my goal it's just transition and if I can walk through it knowing that it's transition I can actually get through it the first time around the mountain and not 40 years because make no mistake you will go back around that mountain until you learn what you're meant to learn oh I have a secret for you did you know that God is way more interested in you growing up than he is in your comfort but we want to be comfortable and because we want to be comfortable we will self protect we will self provide we will be self-sufficient and the Lord's like yeah but that's not what I'm wanting you to learn I'm wanting you to learn to run to love and not from fear hiya Dinah Shore now I can feel the keys you feel a shift right yeah I was wondering if that was gonna happen okay oh yeah I'm not sure about that so let's do this say close your eyes and say Holy Spirit in this season have I been frustrated have I been in fear and have high in any way partnered with control self-sufficiency or self reliance if you felt yes to any of those stand up because we're gonna pray this is your aerobic workout so this is what we're gonna do put your hands out because this is where you're gonna hold those influences these things have been influencing you and it's just saying I'm father God I've bought into a lie these themes have influenced me but they were not from you so I hand to you father God fear I hand you frustration I hand you a spirit of control self-sufficiency self-reliance and I declare these don't hold influence over me anymore and I let him go Papa what are you giving me in exchange you might hear him say a word you might feel something shift inside I don't know what he's gonna give you it'll be different for each of you it might be peace because you know it's the God of peace that soon crushes Satan under your feet okay it might simply be truth it might be wisdom okay all right have a seat we're gonna keep going is this making sense okay the second thing you're going to need to do in this season is you're going to need to shore up your communication with one another because the enemy has been miss communicating right and so what happens through miscommunication is I can actually say a comment to you that you completely misunderstand and then you get offended or you get angry and I'm wondering why you're looking at me like that because I there's nothing that I said should have made that reaction and then I get confused and I get angry and we begin offense an offense is so important to stay free of that you know Matthew 18 tells us to break free out of prison you actually need to forgive right it is it is not you know it's one of the Sozo premises it's not a soso tool it is a lifestyle for believers is forgiveness but the enemy tells us but if I forgive it lets you off the hook it's like you know if I forgive you then then you just keep being that bowl in the china cabinet and I just keep getting bashed around but you know forgiveness isn't letting the other person out of prison is letting me out of prison because unforgiveness actually breeds bitterness you know when Jesus said you know you've heard it say you shall not commit murder but I say if you've said raka to your brother you've already committed murder in your heart and it's like okay that's great Jesus said it but pastor bill said something the other day that just made it make sense to me finally because I thought raka you know hatred or anger and he said you know that bitterness simply the spirit of murder in diapers and so in order for us to get rid of a spirit of murder we actually need to release forgiveness does that make sense bitterness you know I'm sure you've heard this a million times but bitterness is a pill of poison that you take and expect someone else to die right because it's actually killing you in the situation so in this place of communication we actually need to break free from walking under that spirit of miscommunication that's in your region okay and we need to renounce it we need to break free of it and I just here to tell you that you don't have to live under this spirit it's not everywhere in the world okay it is it is unique and it needs to not be in your life okay now you might think I don't know what she's talking about because it's always been like that that's what I'm talking about okay and in order to do that we need to break free of a spirit of confusion bitterness anger and offense okay and so close your eyes and just say Holy Spirit in this season have I misunderstood people have they misunderstood me and has there been anger an offense if you heard yes to any of that stand up we're gonna pray in this season you're going to need to be clear about what you're aiming at clear about your vision okay and you're gonna need to have those conversations like how did you just how did you just experience what I said because your reaction is making me wonder if you heard my heart because my heart is not what I think just happened here because when you have miscommunication it's not just the person listening to you it's you yourself when we got up the first day we didn't have our clothes we never baggage okay and so we get up and I mean walk out and and they said something I'm like I'm okay with that I grew up it as an athlete I don't need my makeup and I walked away and it hit my heart of that was so arrogant I'm like I don't I don't have that heart you know I was just trying to be like it's okay doesn't matter my but I don't have my baggage in my luggage but when I said it it filtered through arrogance like superiority like I don't need makeup no needs makeup right I actually have it on today in case you're winner you're like girl if you're not wearing makeup that is darn good right okay yeah no I have it on today okay but it's filtered not my heart wasn't how it came out and my words weren't even wrong but they came through miscommunication of the spiritual superiority in the region and it landed a certain way okay yes crazy it's crazy making that's what I had in my dream it's like this is crazy making okay so we're gonna start this way Lord Jesus I asked you first to forgive me if I have somehow partnered with this crazy spirit of miscommunication if I have spoken and it has twisted and hurt someone's heart I repent it was not my desire and I let it go and even more Lord if someone has spoken to me and it's twisted through miscommunication and it's hurt my heart I let it go I forgive them and I'm not gonna walk with this bitterness anymore and the next time something is said and it hurts my heart I'm going to ask you God who how it got filtered I'm gonna see it and I am NOT gonna partner with it today as I let go of offense confusion bitterness anger superiority and anything else in this region that has twisted communication I'm gonna stand above this regional spirit oh not under its influence haha Papa this is gonna be new it's gonna be shocking and surprising but I'm ready for proper communication yeah amen haha all right have a seat we're getting there yeah can you feel that is we're getting more and more ship can you feel the liftoff like we're getting further and further okay here we go so in this season of transition remember there's more than enough time you're gonna get to your final destination on time for those of us that are like get er done it might not be our timing but it's his timing okay and number two we're gonna need to beef up our communication we're gonna have to make sure cannot confront is kind of a scary word but proper communication like how did you experience that sometimes people when they're shell-shocked and they're damaged you know they're like that just hurt me so they just closed off so if people are closing off it says how did you just experience me how did your heart just receive that you might have to help because some people are like dude you just offended me and you're like oh I meant to no no you're just like oh that was not my heart so how did you hear that and how what what did I mean to say and other people won't confront so they're just like and you're like okay wait a minute I can tell by your demeanor that you just experienced that comment different than than I meant it and then there's times too when it's like I say something that I actually I actually in my own heart have anger and so it's not really the spirit out here that is twisted it but it's my own anger and frustration that's twisted it does that make sense I was talking with a friend of mine and they're like you can always tell when the Shepherd is when a shepherd is frustrated because they start beating the Sheep and I can I can tell when I'm frustrated as a prophetic voice because I start getting louder and more angry and my son one time I was preaching against a couple of the agendas that are just driving me crazy the homosexual agenda the Muslim agenda were they just continuing to bombard and bombard and bombard and and I and I'm I'm coming against these things and Lord gave me some great messages and as I'm sharing it my son Timmy says to me Mom it's a great message but you need to be careful I said why he goes because you're sounding bitter you're sounding angry so what has happened is my my belief that my voice is powerless my belief that no one's listening has actually made me get louder and actually become bitter and I begin fighting people rather than the agendas and if you sound bitter you're again people are going to turn you off because you're actually going to bring a fence rather than conviction does that make sense okay so you have to be careful that how are you being received it's not my responsibility to make you all receive me well but it is my responsibility to the best of my ability that I speak through love and if I speak through love and you're still offended it's not my problem right it's your problem it's not your problem like you can't you know I but it's like no if you are responding in anger to love then there's an inside issue that you get to work on does that make sense and that might be part of the communication it's like well you're always beating me up how did I beat you up well well you're always telling me that I could do better oh oh I'm sorry I'm sorry because that is actually what I'm saying is a word of encouragement it's not what I meant at all but it's actually filtering through your own wound of performance and perfectionism so so though now what's good okay but it doesn't it doesn't let me off the hook it helps me know how to communicate with you so the next time I talk to you I might say that was so amazing that was such good plane I'm not I'm totally making this up this is such good plane and Wow I would really love to hear you play this song next time I'm so excited and if you filter through performance and perfectionism you'll either go yeah I'm awesome or you'll be like oh I need to do better because he wants me to practice so I can do it better next time same same sentence it's filtered through your own lens right and so communication helps us and you're like oh you know I really felt oh I didn't do it well enough no no no that was awesome I'm just encouraging you I'm just telling you way to go does that make sense yeah here we go and number three it's an opportunity and Mutua Madrid opportunity to become intimate with him and whatever you do lean into his nature who do you need him to be in this season of transition do you need him to do be Jehovah Jireh in your life you're the God who provides lean into him as the God who provides we've already given up self sufficiency control all of those things we've given up a fence so what does that do it allows God to be God when I'm taking care of me he doesn't step in well then if I'm not taking care of me because I'm assured of who he is then he actually steps in and becomes who he is do you know one of the aspects I teach all the time about the names of God and as part of a weapons of warfare why because if I know who God is and I connect to who he is I actually have more confidence that he's going to come through does that make sense and so if I need finances I actually call upon Jehovah Jireh the God who provides what's interesting about that Jehovah Jireh though is it actually happens the when we hear about Jehovah Jireh is actually when Abram is about to sacrifice his son you know so we sing the song Jehovah Jireh my provider His grace is sufficient follow me follow me and where it's really upbeat isn't it it's like excited but do you know when that came in scripture is he's got his son on the altar and he looks out at the auth and he looks and he's like okay God and there there's a ram he's like ah the God who provides sometimes God only provides when what is the most precious to you is put on the altar he's our righteousness if you are saved he is your righteousness he's Jehovah sidqin you your righteousness if you were to believe that he was your righteousness Shane would never have a place in your life not conviction convictions from the Holy Spirit but Shane would never be allowed to talk to you because you're like excuse me talk to the hand well my kids were little was like talk to the hand and then it became talk to the pinkie you're not even worthy of the hand so if shame starts to talk to me I'm like it's a different finger than non-christians would use if you need wisdom he is wisdom himself right so I was in I was preaching and I already have sermons about this and it's not counted all joy brother when you encounter various trials are like oh do not make me preach that because when you encounter trials it brings perseverance perseverance proven character proven character hope no one wants to hear those sermons it's worse than the transitions or me it really is because you're like oh no here we go it's like God telling you wake up and read job every puke you in Jesus name we just would do that and and so we're sitting there and I thought okay so one day the Lord had me wake up and he said I want you to what are you gonna preach on you're gonna preach on this I'm like God I've already preached on that my whole sermon is called character of Hope and it's like perseverance brings proven character proven character hope and the way I look at that is like okay it's not like okay I gotta persevere and I got it okay I gotta have a character and I gotta I look at as in my perseverance if I don't see hope I'm persevering with the wrong character because hope is always the outcome it should be the outcome of perseverance so if I'm persevering with anger and frustration and knock I can't believe that's not then that's not actually the character that's gonna get me around that mountain the first time but if I can see hope no matter how much the struggle is if I'm seeing hope than I am persevering with the right character that makes sense okay so I was talking to Lord about that I said lord I don't want to I've preached that before don't want to preach at it again he said that's great because that's not what you're preaching I'm like okay give me the verse what am i doing he says Donna he says you have proven your character in bucking up you got that down and he wasn't making fun of me he was like I'm so proud of you you're great at bucking up yeah you got it don't have to prove that one again okay all right so you know Donna you don't even have to prove that you're fearless I'm like then what in the heck do you want me to prove this season because I want you to prove you trust me well that's gonna be a lot harder because bucking up is me doing it getting up when I'm down and getting back up and being so proud of myself that I'm like that little punching bag that's like whoa back up back up got can't knock me down right and the Lord is like Donny you got that down I'm still proud of you but this is a new season and I want you to prove this to me I said how am I gonna prove it you use I want you to prove it because you become like the one you behold he says that not only in the season M are you proving your character to me but I'm proving my character to you so you can have character if you need to have hope then the god of hope the hope of glory Christ the hope of glory in you so it's like well then God it's not just in this season of transition that you are proving your character to him but he's proving his character to you so I I call upon the names of God god I need provision I need your hova Jireh and you know I can pretend all I want that you're good and you're great and I could do all my declarations but they're way better when you believe them yeah you're my provider and you're like your word says father God that your nature is provision now if I can believe your word then my declaration is more powerful than if I'm just declaring what I need does that make sense as we pull into his nature we actually begin to become like the one we behold and the nature we go through in this season actually comes out of us so that the world sees who God is through us and I went one other prophetic aspect that happened as we walked into the the guest home that we're at which is so fun and there's this picture on this wall it's a prophetic painting and we're like wow Susan's like who painted that and he goes set it up in golly or whatever from Wales and she was like we know a pingali from Wales and is it the same people know different name we don't know but he was the one that wrote don't forget the angels well one of the other names of God that I absolutely love is Jehovah ceballos the lord of hosts in this season of transition in this season of letting go the influence of what's talking to you and not partnering with anymore and learning to walk free of that above instead of below um we get to actually partner with the Angels so that the angelic realm begins to do what we cannot do right so this is second server so I can tell more story so I'm going for it ready am i okay we were in a church one time and I just had this sense we need to honor the assistant pastor we just need to honor him I don't know why but we just need to do it and all these these kids it's it's a pretty much it's a university town and so it's pretty impoverished especially the church because you know they're gonna take you know peanuts and nickels out of here dear pastor but they're like we love our pastor this but you know the finances are horrible at this place and I just felt like we need to honor this pastor he's working so hard and I had no idea how impoverished he was in at home because he was hiding it really well behind the fine and highly favored of the Lord my husband would be like I said blood coming out of your ears no I'm fine and highly favorite so he's hiding we put on our game faces when we come to church we're great and so I'm like I don't know we just need to honor him and Teresa Leapster who comes up to me and says I don't know what is wrong but there are no angels in this church and I'm like so what do I do she goes get the Angels I'm like how do I get angels in the church I have no idea how to get angels in this church because I don't know just that's her job like you're in charge to do it I'm Nydia and all I knew was the prompting of the Holy Spirit to honor right so I asked the head pastor can we do this he said oh I would love for you to do that so I get in because I don't know how beat up he is and the pastor does right so I get him up there and I said and I told my team ahead of time I said here's what we're gonna do we're gonna honor and we're gonna do it with finances okay now I'm not gonna take an offering I'm not gonna do any that don't panic so you guys just went you're in the headlights okay I'm just giving you an example which doesn't always work because you have to follow the spirit you can't do the same thing and expect the same results if you're not following the Holy Spirit I'm just telling you the story so I'm thinking okay so what we're gonna do and I brought him up with his family and I said this is what we're gonna do you guys have been telling me how much you love this guy want to put your money where your mouth is I want you to show them how much you love this guy and he's standing there we didn't even plan ahead for buckets or anything so I didn't put their hands out and my team started and then the students came up and started handing money and they're put in their pockets or fallen on and there sobbing the families just sobbing and we're all excited and yay wasn't it awesome I hope that worked I don't know I just knew I did what I was supposed to do and they collected a couple thousand dollars from students that was awesome that's back when they carried cash yeah um no it's a credit card um but it was so cool and you felt the shift you felt it shift but I don't know what's going on and I can't see any news I don't know what's going on and the little boy when he was at home we didn't talk about the Angels at all little boy got home and he said dad do you know what happened when they were putting money in my hands he says what honey he said I saw the doors of the church open and angels came in lined the church now we didn't know that when he became a pastor he was disinherited from a wealthy family we didn't know that within a few weeks his dad called him repented and Riaan heritage him and the church has gave the church land it's up in the churches been financially fine ever since who knew that honor released the Angels he did so I just did what I was prompted to do now honor isn't demanded honor is given has demanded honor is control in spirit II right so it's just one example for those of you the thing is she's talking about angels what are we doing with angels I don't know I don't control the Angels I just know that we meet them and when they work for us they actually do a really good job at doing what we cannot do does that make sense so in this season of transition don't forget the Angels that's all I can say don't forget the Angels as you're walking in this season allow God to be God allow Jehovah sabio the lord of hosts to release the hosts to do what you can do in the natural it's a partnership with God when we stop protecting ourselves he actually can send the protection and he who dwells in the shelter of the most high will abide in the shadow of the Almighty I will say to the Lord my refuge and my strength that God in whom I trust it is he who delivers me from the snare of the Trapper and from the deadly pestilence isn't that crazy it goes on to talk more about this but then it says you will not be afraid of the terror by night nor the arrow that flies by day the pestilence of stalks and darkness the destruction that lays waste at noon oh I'm not that scary scary a thousand will fall at your side 10,000 by your right hand but it will not approach you you will only look upon with your eyes and see the recompense of the wicked and yet the truth of this is not always the truth of what I see in my life how many of you feel like yeah I would love to be under the shelter they'll mighty but I don't feel like I'm protected at all by him in my seat is it financial is it relational what's going on is there a situation in your life where you're feeling like hey if Jehovah Savio don't send those angels I'm in trouble anybody I want you to stand up it's brave but I want you to stand up and we're gonna do a prophetic Act which just simply means we're gonna do something we think is prophetic and hope it works no so I want you if you're standing right now I want you to raise your hand okay now the rest of you everyone else whose hand is not a you are the sign of the Angels I want you to surround them everybody I want you to get up I want you to get around these people and you can be around a couple of people so we've got a group right here that needs surrounded we can be like this around them okay so you're gonna put your hands out like you're the you're the wings of the Angels oh yeah then not sure but uh-huh so the people behind that group you're you're you're the Angels for all of this way I'll help you the Angels here because we need more okay [Applause] and I want you if you were standing I want you to say I renounce the lie that I'm alone that I'm not protected that I have to protect myself and I forsake any thing that I have grabbed on to to self protect that's not from God and today I invite the Angels from the Lord of Hosts to come and surround me I hand to you Jesus the lie that I'm alone and loneliness that thene in my core that tells me I'm alone I command you off of me whoa you don't get to talk to me anymore you don't get to jerk me in us in a way that makes me grab sin because I am not alone even when man does not stand with me the Lord of Hosts stands with me I read lease of peace right on your face [Music] God will send the angels to be reinforcements and the presence of the Almighty is the sweetest thing we can hold on to in this season of transition [Music] oh yeah I'm I'm not sure that nah [Music] can you feel the hope rise in a joking way I tell the church that hope is your superpower ah [Music] see now we can feel hope again so now as we're sensing hope say Jesus in this season where I'm now starting to feel hope what character of yourself are you going to prove to me so that I can prove that same character to the world and it's not gonna be hard because we're gonna find our battle different this time [Music] we're gonna finish in worship I'll talk through some things if I want to but mostly worship [Music] I know it's awesome you can stand or sit you can come to the altar you can do whatever you want I don't care this is our way of declaring I am done doing it my way I'm done with being frustrated with the season I'm in I'm in it whether I like it or not and I'm gonna choose to like it because in this season I'm gonna learn something about God I did not know before and as I learn it I'm going to conform to it and hope is going to be my outcome stop defending ourselves he becomes the defender that he planned if you need to fence come up we'll pray for you if you feel like I need that defender the team will pray with so much how long [Music]
