the only true and living god he is one god eternally existent in three persons god the father god the son and god the holy spirit the scripture reference for the shema is found in deuteronomy 6 4 and mark 12 29. our next affirmation is the tova in the tovah we affirm that our name is sealed in the book of life forever the scripture reference for the tovah is exodus 32 33 and revelation 3 5. it is customary for us to lift our hands toward the heavens when we recite our affirmations we recite them twice in hebrew and twice in english i ask that you repeat after me shama israel adonai eloheinu well you wanna dance wherever you are if you're watching on the couch you gotta stand up you may dance on the couch you gotta [Music] [Music] [Music] hey yeah yeah yeah yeah actual 16th chapter please can y'all please go to acts the 16th chapter [Laughter] oh my god before we take off and be somewhere else acts the 16th chapter verse number 16. that's where we're going all right let's get it i know i know we might have to do some of this off of the camera hallelujah oh my goodness hallelujah [Music] come on here at 16 verse 16 and it reads and it came to pass as we went to prayer a certain damsel possessed what the spirit of divination met us which brought our her masters much gain by sooth saying we want to thank the lord for our apostle this morning y'all give it up for this morning she's just gonna rest a little bit just gonna rest a little bit amen thank god for the privilege to share the word of the lord with you today and i hope you are ready for this word today amen verse number 17 says the same followed paul and us and cried saying these men are the servants of the most high god which show unto us the way of salvation and this day she and this did she many days but paul being grieved turned and said to the spirit i commend thee in the name of jesus christ to come out of her and he came out the same hour somebody say the same hour why you think it takes god all day to do stuff it don't take god all day to do nothing hallelujah what kind of faith do you have do you have faith in the immediate term hallelujah the same hour that's not my message but i just thought i'd point that out hallelujah now i want to skip down to verse number 23 and when they had laid many stripes upon them they cast them into prison charging the jailer to keep them safely who having received such a charge thrust them into the inner prison and made their feet fast in the stocks and at midnight paul and silas prayed and sang praises unto god and the prisoners heard them and suddenly there was a great earthquake so that the foundations of the prison were shaken and immediately all the doors were opened and everyone's bands were loosed and the keeper of the prison awakening out of his sleep and seeing the prison doors open he drew out his sword and would have killed himself supposing that the prisoners had been fled but paul cried with a loud voice saying do thyself no harm for we are all here i want to talk to you just for a few minutes uh today from this subject set up for the shift set up for the shift there's a little sub topic that i want you to consider this morning there's a quaking going on tell your neighbor there's a quaking going on hallelujah now we're going to talk about this just for a few minutes the bible declares here in the story that they were on their way to prayer on their way to prayer let me help you to understand something on your way to prayer you're going to encounter demonic attacks you're going to encounter the devil you're going to encounter obstructions you're going to encounter hindrances because the last place that the enemy wants you to be is in prayer somebody anybody know what i'm talking about the phone begins to ring that's why you got to get up real early to do it to keep the phone from ringing hallelujah but the phone begins to ring the baby starts crying the kids get up early why aren't you asleep it's my prayer time everything seems to happen on the way to prayer hallelujah that ought to be a clue to us that prayer is where we need to be so on the way to prayer they encountered this damsel and you know she's gone around she's giving them accolades but he's not giving them accolades from a good place and finally paul gets enough of it after a few days and he turns around and he casts the demon out of her hallelujah sometime you just got to get enough [Music] sometimes you have to draw a line in the sand and say enough is enough hallelujah use your holy ghost power the anointing that's on your life to shut demonic voices down oh my god i'm talking to the church today so he cast the demon the demon out and as a result of him coming against the demon and casting the demon out of the woman now the bible says that she's a slave girl so that means she's got masters and now the masters are angry with paul because they that paul just shut down their economy oh my god hallelujah they can't make money on her anymore because there's not a demon that will you that's that's using her so now they are mad at the man of god and they get so mad at the men of god and let me help you to understand right here people ain't happy when you shut down their foolishness the devil is not rejoicing when you shut them down don't think that people go hog on you when you shut down the liquor store in your neighborhood when you close the crack house in your neighborhood don't think people go knock on your door and say thank you for closing down our crack house they're not gonna do it so they get so angry with him with them that the bible says that they take them out in the courtyard and now they strip them of their clothes and they begin to beat them in their backs hallelujah and that's not good enough they say no we're going to beat you but then we're going to put you in prison we're going to put you in prison so they tell the jailer we want you to make sure that you watch them real closely see when something is on you when people begin to see an anointing on you a yoke destroying anointing on you they start watching you closely because they don't know what you gonna do next hallelujah oh my god today but that's all right that's all right let them keep on watching because they ain't seen nothing yet hallelujah it did just it was just beginning the damns are casting the demon out that was just the beginning of their woes they don't even know hallelujah so here we go they cast them in prison we want the jailer to make sure you lock them up real good don't just throw them in out of court out of jail i want you to take them down in the dungeon i want you to make sure that their feet are locked down hallelujah the devil wants to shackle your feet to keep you from moving forward he wants to stop your momentum in the spirit so he wants to shackle your feet how does he shackle your feet he shackles your mind first hey god hallelujah so here they are they're locked down oh but i love this story because the bible says in verse 25 and at midnight hallelujah and at midnight i know most times we think about midnight being the darkest part of the day but midnight is a transitional place it is the opportunity is the time on the clock where things are actually getting to getting ready to shift hallelujah we moved from the p.m to the a.m hallelujah glory to god and the bible says that at midnight paul and silence now they lock down remember this their backs are bleeding they're in pain glory to god yeah yeah they're in pain they're not just sitting back off we feel pretty good i feel like singing let me tell you something tell your neighbor right here the best time to praise god is when you feel like it and when you don't they didn't feel like praising him but they knew they needed to praise him they might not have felt like praying but they knew they needed to pray hallelujah so the bible says that they prayed and they sang i don't know what they might have been singing but just you know in our day they might have been singing something like amazing grace come on come on might have been silly watching maybe they were singing amazing grace [Music] the bible says that they sang and they prayed hallelujah and they sang them and they prayed and they sang and they prayed and they shot me and they prayed backs bleeding in pain but they sang and they prayed hallelujah hallelujah hallelujah thank you jesus they sing and they prayed anybody got a song anybody got a song sometimes you gotta grab a song sometimes you just got a god you just gotta grab a song and you just gotta sing it hallelujah hallelujah now watch this watch this watch this so while they're singing and they're praying the bible says suddenly saddened all of a sudden hallelujah that was a great earthquake but now let me help you understand something about earthquakes they actually don't come suddenly because the bible because science teaches us that there are waves moving in the earth all of the time you just don't feel them you don't feel it and until the waves are strong enough and powerful enough the earth does not necessarily respond so that we can feel them uh-huh but as the pressure as the pressure is building up as the pressure gets bigger they sang and they prayed they sang and they prayed and i can just see in my mind's eye the bible lets us know that the earth is groaning waiting in travail waiting on the manifestations of the sons of god and as they're singing and they're praying the earth gets the message it's resonating now at the core and the pressure the pressure is building and it's building and it's building and all of a sudden there is a great earthquake let me help you to understand that there is a vibrational force of prayer and praise that we have been overlooking hallelujah hallelujah there is a power that is released in praise and prayer that the enemy does not want us to discover hallelujah that's why that's why on their way to prayer they encountered the distraction because of the power and the force that's created in prayer and praise hallelujah so the bible lets us know that this pressure now has built up soul underneath the core of the earth that now the foundation somebody shall foundations the foundations of the prison now have began to respond y'all remember the bible says that when jesus died as his blood dropped and hit the earth the bible said that the earth shook hey god hallelujah they are shook hallelujah because the earth responds to the name of jesus while sometimes church folk don't respond to the name of jesus the earth has sense enough to recognize uh-huh so so immediately the bible says suddenly there was a great earthquake and and and immediately all the doors were opened i just got to prophesy to somebody today that your suddenly him and your immediately uh is upon you now oh no you didn't respond right to that i said you suddenly and your immediately is upon you now oh come on clap your hands and give him praise and receive it so so so the doors were open and watch this everyone's bands were loosed everybody in prison come on hear me hear me hear me everybody's bands were loose if you pray right if you praise right everybody around you can be set free not you and your fort no more if you pray right everybody in your vicinity your neighbors can be set free your enemies can be set free oh lord help me finish this and everyone's bands were loosed but watch this in the midst of it all the jailer was asleep the jailer was asleep tell somebody that god's getting ready to do a sneak attack on your enemy he's getting ready to do a sneak attack on your enemy before he realizes it hallelujah thank you lord jesus before he realizes it you would have done hallelujah the holy ghost would have done a ninja move yes yeah and one moment you look like you're locked down one moment you look like you're depressed one moment you look like you're broke but god is getting ready to do a sneak attack on you in me hallelujah so the jelly is asleep and when he wakes up by the time the devil looks around you're already gonna be free and when he woke up he realized that the disciples and the people in prison had been set free and he was so afraid that he got ready to kill himself hallelujah but paul stood up and said wait a minute wait a minute wait a minute that's not why i'm in here i didn't get locked down because i cast the demon out i got locked down because i got a word for you today [Laughter] god will use strange things to put you in a position to be his voice in a situation so here we go he said don't kill yourself i got a word to mention hey what must i do i just want to know something just happened i want to know what must i do to be saved you got to understand that your challenges your tight places they're not about you they're always about somebody else your life is connected to somebody else's destiny so stop crying about your stripes stop trying stop crying and moaning and complaining about your stripes your stripes are serving a purpose for the kingdom of god so so so so they they he he he begins to minister to them to the man and the man gets saved on the spot somebody say right now god is doing it he gets saved on the spot not only does he get saved on the spot he begins to dress their wounds and not only do they dress does he dress their wounds he takes them into his house and now they're breaking bread together [Music] now they're creating a covenant y'all don't hear me you can't break bread with everybody because oh my god because when you break bread you're creating covenant and so here the man is he's creating covenants with paul and silas because he just received the word of the lord hallelujah hey glory now i want you just for a moment and i promise you i'm just about to be through with this but this is what i need you to do i want you to now step into the scene i want you to step into the scene and i want you to see what's going on in the jail what's going on in the jail the bible said that everybody's shackles were loosed that everybody's doors were open but the only person we see moving is the jailer we don't see nobody moving by the apostle we don't see nobody moving back to pastors oh wow something's wrong here everybody else still act like they got shackles that still act like the gates are locked oh my god hallelujah hallelujah so you see them they don't have chains on they don't have a locked gate but ain't nobody walking out free hallelujah oh my god sometimes you must recognize when god has unlocked your gate when god has unshackled your feet and you must make a move somebody says time to blast the move hallelujah hallelujah now watch this ain't nobody moving cause they're locked down in their minds sometimes you can be locked down so long in your mind that when freedom comes you don't even recognize it but the bible declares that whom the sun is set free it's free indeed somebody shot a free indeed [Music] now watch this just for your consideration the jailer the jailer was guarding the very thing that was imprisoning him he was guarding with his life with his life the very thing that was imprisoning him and he didn't even know he was being imprisoned by the job that he had how many of us are guarding things that are holding us hostage how many of us are petting down things that are keeping us imprisoned oh my god how many of us are making excuses for things that are keeping you in bondage here he is guarding the very thing that's keeping him in bondage you know i i don't know we don't hear nothing else about this guy but i think if i was this fella i probably would have changed jobs at that point hallelujah he laid his life he was willing to lay his life on the line and this is what we do saints of god we lay our lives on the line for things that god has made us free from jesus died for your freedom but yet we choose to be bound we choose to be bound why why do i say that because the gates have already been on he said i give to you the keys to the kingdom we have keys that we can use to unlock anything in the kingdom we have access to anything in the kingdom but we just like committed jail i ain't going nowhere i know that gate is open but i'm scared i ain't stepping out of here i know i know i got freedom but i'm not gonna use it somebody's gonna get mad somebody's gonna be ready to throw me back in here i'm taking my chance if they throw me back in this show won't be because i didn't try to get out hey god hallelujah so he said there they go they have dressed the wounds of the apostles but when i came to tell you today there is a quaking going on in your life right now there's a quaking happening under your feet hallelujah the shift is already taking place and you've been set up for your shift today hallelujah but i need some money in here and i need somebody on your couch i need somebody in your living room to stand up on your feet and i want you to act like act like the shelter has already taken place tell somebody ain't waiting i'm not waiting i'm not waiting i don't need nobody to pull me out i don't need nobody to pull me up i don't need nobody else to prophesy to me yeah i am free yes hallelujah hallelujah hallelujah the foundations the foundations are cracked underneath you the thing that supported you in your sickness that thing has been crushed the thing that supported you in your brokenness that thing has been crushed and the [Music] clap your hands like you believe there's a ship there's a shift on you come on you got to act like you know this you got to move like you know this i want somebody in this building to act like you know there ain't no shackles on your feet [Music] i need somebody to act like you know it are y'all too cute for me i told you this ain't the season for cuteness this ain't the season for cuteness this ain't season to be passive this is the season yeah yeah this is the season to be ridiculous to just be crazy in your praise somebody give him a crazy prayer [Music] hallelujah hallelujah i'm talking to you woman i'm talking to you man hallelujah you've been set up for a shift today hallelujah but you got to do like the jailer you got to be willing to say something is happening what must i do to be saved [Music] all you need to do [Music] is reach out and grab this word by faith this is a word that came to liberate you today it came to break you out of your jails hallelujah it came to pull you up out of the dungeon that you've been in after today there's no more dungeon to hold you back come on here i need you to lift your hands all over this place [Music] fear is one of the greatest shackles of all time it is the very thing that will oppose you be leaving this world you don't have to be afraid to walk out [Music] because when you walk out of the shackles you literally walk into the arms of god you walk out of shackles into complete freedom [Music] hallelujah [Music] we give you praise now god for every person that will take a step of faith and if you were in a place that had you locked down whether it was in your mind or in your body in your spirit in your mind and your relationships if you came in here today i need you to just do a prophetic act and when you do it i need you to move by faith knowing that [Music] you're hearing me i hope you took that step and you're suddenly and your immediately is upon you now if you don't know the lord jesus that's savior this is the time to be free and receive him as your lord and savior [Music] for the person that really realized now that because of the blood of jesus i really am free i have a right to freedom and we confess our sins today because you said if we confess the lord jesus we believed in our heart that we would be saved and we receive you now come on i need you to clap your hands for all of the people that are listening to this [Music] that needed to be free today now clap your hands for yourself because wherever you were bound you're free too come on come on lord god now give god a real shot of praise i need you to give him a victory praise oh that was that was so short give him a victory praise [Music] hey [Music] we give god praise today for those of you please call the church you
