Selling Our Upgraded Trailer For Future Ducky House ~ House Flipper 2

what's happening everybody in real master welcome back to more house flipper 2 and we going to finish this house up today sell it and then try to move on to another one I wanted to do a couple of things so I want to I I like the stuff in here uh the last video hasn't gone up because quite simply I'm having too much fun playing this and I don't want to stop right now so yeah goes up in the morning just really wanted to keep going okay so we're going to go like this keep this going all right like I I really like the tiles in here already and they don't they aren't bad on the wall so it's not bad then I could save money by not having to actually replace everything uh can't tell if that's gross or not you give me this okay we replace this this with oh do I do European or what was the other one it was American ash no no what was it Driftwood stained Elm that's right okay the top it was it was gross but we can fix that [Music] um we have like a brownish one do this and Oh wrong thing this there we go I like that handles change that to Black Iron okay so this is all refurbished what can I just do this uh copy paste no it's still all something's still wrong with it the front we will do European Walnut okay I guess it's fine top base handles yeah all right can't change anything else on that all this is fine details changes that uh black Iron glossy plastic uh base ceramic I think that's fine can't tell if this is good or not NOP all right change the wood uh we will go with stained Elm and we will go with European Walnut okay cuz that's that's the vibe I've been going for in this whole place copy this paste that there we go okay then I just simply need this what do you here there we go and then okay so so top layer is all done I just simply got to get the bottom down here and we will be completely done with this room other than I think I need like some small details I can't believe I just did that luckily I still have some all right there we go so it's all good yep all right I'm happy with this room only thing I really need is I need radiator this okay so we need a radiator I need I'm going to get the wall one in here but I realized that I have not put one in here and apparently this actually has a big effect on it is what people say have said in the comments so I'm just going to try to stick one in a bunch of different rooms this seems un necessary but I'm going to do it let's go put one down in each of these rooms I did paint down here so we have the pink room and we have the Blue Room okay I like I don't I'll do one more down here put it over here there we go okay I feel like everything's mostly fine in here we got all downstairs taken care of on the look of it we need doors that's basically one of the big things we need right now so go ahead and get doors your door like this one all right okay and then just give me a door frame you right here come on what you doing you go put you right there you know I I feel like safety reasons would actually be better it's an exterior door I have a door here go and then door frame's already there uh I mean would it be I think it'd be better to be the other way here we go open this way block the door that's fine blocking here just smack some in the face right away seems not the best of ideas okay then give me this we already have a door on there and then this is a bedroom so give us this is that good should it be the other way be the other way right oh my goodness that was [Music] was intense okay done in here with this stuff let's start selling some things so we can finish this off I put the stuff on the ground I just realized I didn't technically need to because we're going to cover it up again but I like to think that having know everything covered get paid more I don't know if it's true I mean this seems like a good one was here already okay so well that sucks I made a mistake I made a mistake and now I regret it not going to buy both these again oh actually I can't I has to all be the same thing I don't think I like that what this one there we go we had to sell the last one cuz the last one was gross last one was super gross okay it still opens go back give me this bathroom paper thing there add some toilet paper to it uh add some soap over here cuz you got to have soap all right and then give me this and we will put this right guess right above the H I kind of want a little bit closer okay all right this thing here oh yeah cuz I was like use this as a tower rack isn't that why I put that there I don't remember I think that's why I put that there we don't have a tow rack so if it's something I'm going move it here cuz I don't want to sell it yet but I do want storages uh some sort of bookshelf here I mean is this this fit or is this too big this will fit all right uh copy and paste that didn't work copy and paste all right is this even right what is this want stained Elm European Walnut let's try the opposite sted Elm European Walnut okay that's down can I make this a darker stain down there we go yeah C be that it's still almost exactly the same but it's fine right you you why did it switch I don't know okay so out here is all good uh we already have this here I want to put the the the is in decorations wall yeah here we go thing right here okay have our mirror that's all fine I don't think any of these are bad going leave them there and see what happens you need to move over we need to put storage here [Music] there there's the key thing none of that's what I was I was looking for a code hanger I mean this would work that right there extra code hanger I mean this is supposed to be the closet right right and then yes it would be storage [Music] something that would fit in here like almost a wardrobe I feel like could work for this room yeah you know what I actually like that idea oh give me this change this actually I'm just going to buy it and we'll just copy paste right there we go all right um we're all done here I mean this room I was just thinking the only thing that I really can see in here is shelving put a big old shelf in here and then maybe something on the wall for [Music] decoration uh pictures here uh what do we got what do we got that's going to work here put let's put a forest God it's it's it's not [Music] even there we go okay I like it was ever so slightly on either side too far in here I mean we already have our store I wanted to sell this right I forgot about this this thing is super gross and broken and I can't fix it so this one we just duplicate here we go so we got our storage in here have a little table and everything uh I don't really feel like anything else needs to be added to this room I don't really see why storage would work I mean we could put Plants I guess but eh here I need to my hands uh appliances so I want to washer and dryer washing machine these are what I always go with like the fanciest and this is the only other one I see oh here we go yeah they are fancier which I assume the fancier stuff would make we get more money for it so we'll put that there deling [Music] here uh I mean I want another shelf in here really not a lot of options on shelves right I mean there's this I like this one right here yeah looks even okay uh accessories there something for this I mean I don't think it would be bathroom that's soap laundry detergent okay I didn't know there was actually going to be something there okay uh that's fine put something you know what right here laundry Bend I was just going to say where's the laundry Bend two of those in here actually right there's this is like a three-bedroom house can I get three in here nice all right I like that and then we just [Music] go change this to Pink change this to Blue and I guess are we going to do red as the main color in this room I haven't done any of the painting or anything in here I guess we can go with red uh I mean the floor is fine again we can save some money close this go ahe and get that that all right the wall however I'm going to change I think I'm going to paint it red uh you this go back we're going to go to paint I want vibrant red I want like a more casual I guess I mean I do orange and red paint I guess this is it I mean that doesn't look as that's still so intense I got to actually go by all right that's a little too intense oh wait I can just do this that's right somebody pointed this out that we can just change this so I don't have to buy another one that saves me on some money okay I guess this is fine all right actually you know what I think I'm going to do some wallpaper on one wall an accent wall where the bed is that feels like this this this red is very intense just put it that way red is very intense okay there we go do all this right and there we go I like how quick it goes I think I I I cut out part last time where I was painting cuz I've noticed this like with the painting I I I just find it so just chill and I just go silent I don't even realize that I'm not even talking all a sudden like oh just dead air for I don't know a minute all right get the rest of this okay then we just have this wall over here I think going to put the bed here I don't know I think this would be oh I I did the wrong wall crap no no this is the right wall all right you know what then we're going to do this go back give me some wallpaper what would be some crazy wallpaper metric flow pattern I mean we already got we're going with geometrics in the other room I think I like that idea okay so first color is going to be I mean the main color I guess so let's go with [Music] red okay and then we'll go with some white uh Green's a little weird blue and some pink yeah I like that we'll combine them all together all right increase the size no no what have you done okay oh I didn't think I bought it for a second combine it all together all the rooms together nice like family thingy I think this would have been better in the living room it's fine already designed the living room and I'm happy with no I still have white paint out here no it's not white paint I don't think I have white paint anywhere crap this downstairs wait I can just do this right yeah this is this is white paint right here I just realized that I didn't didn't fix the windows fixed it most other places but this is one of the ones I didn't just happened what what are you doing are you can I not paint this one I don't know what's happening there there we go that was really weird yeah okay the rest of these are fine uh I do want to do one thing however really I I there's no curtains in this a lot of people asked is there any curtains that I can add in here there is no curtain unfortunately like that's one thing I guess that's on a list of things that they're going to do So eventually there will be curtains and I mean make sure to subscribe if you haven't I don't think I've really said that much on this but this is going to be something that when I when we finish all the content that's here I'll keep going after more and more gets added because if it's going to be anything like the first game they're going to keep on going this is not going to be a game that's going to be done by any means for too long in between I would imagine okay so beds feel like this would be a good bed for downstairs um I don't I don't know o yeah like cut some of the light out since it's next to the window right I bring it right to the wall no still too much okay is that centered and move it over just by like one little tiny [Music] bit there we go that feels more centered okay and then we need not cabinets storages bedside tables uh I like this one base wood El details this okay one here one here all right I'm going to put in this it's in tables I think where are you right here this it that right there and then give me mirror all right I mean is this big yeah okay good there's a big old giant mirror that's what I wanted to get right there this's nice place to just store stuff okay what I'm kind of thinking for over here is starting out with this uh guess this will work thank you and I'm going to swap you over to here put under this window go okay close oh that's not going to work like I hoped then move it over some I guess storages I mean I guess we could do a smaller dresser something like this put it right there that'll work opens in what it is do we have a a skinny one yes there we go bookcase like this there we go perfect I like that a lot cuz then there's nothing that's opening that's going to hit the window sill we have this but that's fine all that has good clearance okay I just realized oh wait no you know I can just do this copy boom boom boom boom all right here we go I I don't know why I really like going with one scheme of wood style because it always just kind of gives the whole place the same look okay huh I'm really confused what I've done here everything's changing all right whatever it's fine it's fine the it's okay uh give me decorations wall decor clock next to there so you can see what time it is and I'm thinking pictures there we go uh let's get just some normal picture you having the normal things like that's the thing is about this it's like a lot of this just isn't normal pictures I guess this is a normal picture here you go have a picture of a flower vase thing on the wall I don't know why but you do okay let's sell that nope sell that sell that we're all done with that bedroom living room is fine yeah okay for some reason I thought I'd left something in here uh we're all good out here we're good in here okay and we're all good in here I feel like I'm fine with this in here and in there this so sell this sell that you can sell the blue think this could use some some picture frames I'm going back with weird I mean we already have a forest else do we got and I guess I can just put a cat picture here we go all right I'm happy with that uh down here I'm not sure go back and do wall decor we're going to put this up like right in the middle really feel like there's anything else I want to put here Electronics I was thinking we could put a little TV down here though going to be like the kids room I guess I want a smaller couch you know what not even a couch I think two of these something like that still room to get by everything uh put that right there right below this we'll put storage table a little tiny table uh no how big is this I mean that'll be fine I think there's an electron isn't there like a game station thing or something put this on here uh yeah gaming console to get into like the Bieber thing let's talk about aliens though all right anyways that's a weird thing that's happening um feel like this should be fine I mean my shelf here wouldn't be bad put a shelf up taller maybe I don't know it's like head Levels kids going to smack their head on there running out of the room in the morning seems like a terrible idea there's no there's no lights in here right okay you this right here give me the wiring kit and this how do I disconnect here we go okay you're fine say there's no light in here for this we just do the same thing uh duplicate boom right I want this repe and walnut that's fine uh I mean I I don't even know I don't I don't know what that means suede burlap nid fabric hin like what fluffy carpet we'll just do that cuz it's a kids's bed can I do patterns there we go so do hearts no wait this is this is not Hearts we don't want hearts on this one what am I thinking we want the pattern we want on this like I don't know reptiles maybe what why is it why is it flowers now on reptiles okay so that's fine yes and then we'll put the bed over here in the corner and I want to do the same thing but I want to change this one that's not that purple what what is happen pillows D to Hearts change these to Pink that's not that that's not what I want that not what is happening right now oh there's a lot more colors if I just scroll down he so pink and I think I did them in the wrong order I mean I guess that works yeah that works okay we put it in the opposite corner right over here all right I can just sell this I mean I'm done with this all right and then go back storages yeah let's get the multicolor storages gressor or what have you uh I'm going put one one right here I'm going to put one in the other room too there like little desk like little kid desks and there's this but that's not what I want me desks yeah right here I me I guess it's not like a little kid desk holy crap put you here I guess we'll just reposition storage tall storage what okay I mean I guess we can get a tall one of these put one over here right uh this little desk I guess it' be accessories living aids kitens and groceries and decorations standing Decor I don't know where kids stuff would be home appliances Hobbies maybe yeah there we go hobby toys right get a little robot over here uh car in the middle little jet like a model kits there we go I like it right put that there all right I want want Electronics okay alarm clocks alarm clock here put an alarm clock here going to need some lights right that one there there and we're going to do this with it real quick quick change this thing to Blue there we go I like that all right all right uh get some pictures what would be I mean this would this would be good I like that have think this is the last room in the house too after this we got everything okay um go back to Hobbies toys we have stuffed animals in here I'll be like the big thing in here stuffed animals ducks we go I mean You' always be like this is for a little bit younger kid I guess you go this thing's really tall really small I don't I think that's a little too much okay and then we need uh seats right there seats like a little poof [Music] thing is there not like a little swear there's like this one oh I don't think it's on that I think it's counted as tables maybe no I don't even know is it storages a little little I've seen them I know they exist what it EDS cabinets no I don't know feel like it's in the SE seats and I'm not seeing it there it's right there it's right here okay this is what I was that and that go there you go okay I'm all happy with this all good down here go upstairs we're all good up here think we can try to sell this place now pretty Havey oh no wait I don't think I sold it all I think we may still have this out here do lovely okay but I'm glad I went around to look to make sure that I didn't miss anything okay I'm going to walk around the rest of the property to make sure it's seems like we're good okay I'll find in here um I guess this is going the opposite way because that doesn't work okay yeah that that straight up hits the stairs that's a problem but again I checked I saw this yeah I want that to be cement right yeah I'm pretty happy with how everything is all right then all right let's uh let's do it always sad to see the houses go every single time I'm like uh done auction the house 128 we spent 80,000 originally 69 we got 21,000 for selling everything all right 74 okay that's not bad that's not bad at all I'm intrigued to see what it's going to be when I do this again in like my other save if I well I'm I'm going to have to to make the money back but yeah I'm like I said I'm going to tear out all the walls and I'll do a walk through and I think we probably just like I don't know maybe in cliping all of them together after we're all said and done I have like long enough for like a 30 minute video or something just walking through uh yeah I guess I'm going to sell to you pretty happy with that that's a good amount now I have an idea which house I want to buy I know we can keep working on this but I don't I don't want that's right I remember seeing this at the end end of the last one too I didn't get this part and it bothered me I literally pointed it out at the very end of the last video we get that there we go okay okay what is this is this just a shelf can I even match that yeah I don't know what I'm supposed to do with that one H I guess we accept it because it looks good this looks weird stands out a little bit Yeah okay it's two shelves stacked on top of each other no wait can I actually refurbish this no no it's it's beyond refurbishment we just need to sell it oh okay that's fine and that cuz I don't like those things I don't need Heating in my place all right all right anyways uh I want to see the houses to buy next I know we still have the like the parents one but they can wait they can wait they don't let me sell this house so they can wait all right let's check out here so I have an idea about one of these smallest little houses like it it a bunch of people have recommended it because of open sewer so I have an idea what to do with one of these small little houses I'm kind of thinking maybe we'll do it with this but I don't know it's 46,000 the one I really want to work on is actually this like I this is this is going to be a big job but I really want to do this this one looks like it's going to be all kinds of fun cuz it is it is a disaster this is one of the biggest disasters out of like any of the previews that we've seen like this place looks like it's been back here for like a decade just sitting here growing things and everything on it and then this one also seems kind of cool cuz we didn't do much here this is the the house with the musician in it this one looks like it's all hidden away and gross and nasty too but not as bad as the other one the other one just seems super nasty okay so yeah I'm going to buy this I'm going to buy this one this is the one I really want to do because I feel like it's going to be nice and quick and it's going to be small so we can make uh even even it's even the right colored for me so let's go to the house all right so look like a very big house which is what I kind of expected um I'm going to clear out some of all this you know what I think so there's obviously more out here but right um over here stains up on the ceiling right this part over here I mean I will say this house is definitely nasty on the inside all right there we [Music] go I missed some over here that was insane right this part right here is that it I think it's flowing in from oh no I don't know where that is okay all good in here still need to pick up garbage and stuff but right now I'm just right now I'm more worried about just trying to pick up like our clean take care of this nasty stuff everywhere uh let's start picking up all the garbage though yeah I can't I can't move that's a problem [Music] okay I like there a little driveway already too okay give me all the garbage right this is a very small place and it's exactly what I wanted this this is going to be perfect this is going to be perfect for my plans all right uh you are you were not recoverable because of your spots so I just need to sell it almost like it's covered in mold what it makes me think of it's just like ah black mold burn it okay I'll good in here all right okay everything seems good nope think it's fine there nothing on the side of the H my God insane this is insane there's it is like these bushes are are just out of control here I'm I'm stuck what is what is happening I just sell that that bush isn't bad those ones aren't bad these ones however just look like they're dead like they're just straight up weeds growing in the yard sell that I think we're good I mean I want to reposition this stuff still you like right here next to it you over to there those right there wrap it around a little bit all right all right I like that almost feel like I want to take some of this St from back here and bring it out there this for instance this doesn't need to be in the backyard bring this out here you want this in the front I want to match that side Mo these over here next so that further over roses right here there's two of them I didn't realize there was a second one [Music] there and right there look at that look how much nicer this looks just simply cleaning that up this this doesn't feel right right here it feels like it it should be more like on the side of the house I'm pretty much done with the garbage so look at that look how much nicer it looks just just by doing that small little detail right there okay and then I need to fix this you to here bring it over [Music] here okay then I mean I'm not opposed to this wood I don't want like I almost it almost fits more with what I want to do to can I copy the style what is happening copy style copy Style am my selling tool broken what is going on can I not copy this style I apparently can't copy this style all right well Li we're going to be replacing it uh surface finishes need some wood was that what was it stained Walnut pattern cut color dark blue right here no I didn't do right I want to do adjust I want the pattern I do want a pattern go with that that's fine nope that's not fine that pattern size I want it as big as it can go all right this part right here okay that's fine we can do that all right totally fine with that all right but I'm going to leave it here for an
