LARGE triple wide with 2 MASTER SUITES! Never seen a house like this! Mobile Home Tour

well hello everyone thank you for clicking on this video we're right here we're in a lot of traffic so i'm going to be very brief out here let me say i'm at palm harbor homes here in austin texas very grateful they're letting me tour this crazy triple wide you guys this thing is so cool like there's so many things in here it's like it's got what it was what it's called is like dual master sleeps is what it is what it says on the floor plan like it's gonna blow you away let's check out a few things the next year we're gonna head on in y'all be sure to uh hit that subscribe button if you enjoy we're gonna head in okay so y'all know this is a show model that's why there's no skirting or anything back here but i did want to show you the nice windows that we have there that's over your kitchen we got some sliding doors and a back door as well we got a media room we got so many cool features all right let's head back around the front it's a little bit late in the day the sun's it's the sun's never working in my favor no it does sometimes but it's not right now but let me get right here i do want to get a good shot of this porch check out the 10 that you got above those windows right there so you got the hardy the smart board here you got the board and batten and i'm telling y'all there's so many rooms in this house and you actually have different options you could go three or four bedroom i believe i had the floor plan and all that for you to see nice little porch area got this nice door right here it just everything blends in together very well now it's show time ladies and gentlemen let's go [Music] wow so you come in first off notice how quiet this got me there's like a huge like intersection right there it is crazy traffic as soon as you walk in you have your four-year area i love this flooring check that out so this is what i believe is called the media room come in here reserved for the cat cat living nice this this is a room this is cool right here off the front door i like this as usual palm harbor they do an exceptional job on staging their homes i'm guessing with a company like you know as many as lots they have and stuff they probably have people that come in for like all their locations and stuff and do all the staging but looks great all right we got a lot more suits so we need to get on out of here double doors we come out of there now we're gonna go into your living room dining rooms right there to your right but let's check this out i believe this home right here is going to do really well on the channel because i know what y'all are looking for like most of y'all that watch the videos i read the comments i'm like i know what y'all are looking for this is this is it right here that looks great get a close-up so you can see what exactly that uh fireplace is wrapped in so you got this same flooring all throughout your living room dining room kitchen that was what was in the media room as well got some tray ceilings right here let's go ahead kitchen or dining room what do i want let's go ahead and since we're pointing this direction let's go ahead and just look at this i love how this this wall right here is there which kind of breaks up all this area but you still got a very nice space there to come through get you some cabinets there countertops and that is a really big dining room all right now y'all check out this kitchen wait a minute what is that i thought this thing's got two of everything two master bedrooms two dining rooms two refrigerator no i'm just kidding only one refrigerator wow this probably what you consider your breakfast nook stainless steel appliances y'all wait what does that say what is it uh is that cursive can't pee pan oh [Music] uh i'm just kidding i can i can read y'all's pantry i was really i was really trying to stall for a minute because i needed to stretch my cast a little bit before i hit that before i hit that pantry dance you get it i'm sorry i'm just i don't know what i'm doing make sure i give you a good shot of that all right we've pretty well seen all of this area can you oh my goodness hey y'all can't see that hold on that's a close one that was given that was giving y'all look into that bath so there is the back door that we seen on the exterior and i didn't really point out but there's those sliding doors right there this is a good size utility room i think it'd be cool maybe to add you a sink or something right there but just like far as the whips and everything it's great yeah be sure to drop me a comment let me know what you think about the house as we're touring okay so if we come out of there you've got one of your main bedrooms over here to your right but then we've got something special down here let's go down here first we'll finish up on the other end this would be like a great you know in-law suite or something like that as well the way they got this set up but let's go right here this will be our first bath that we will show in this tour i love that square porcelain sink but y'all already knew that okay let's go let's go into this room it's a good sized room right here so with it's gonna be a four bedroom counting those uh i think you'll see on the floor plan you'll see they have some other options if you want to do some different things maybe don't want to have maybe in any other bedroom and not need because this down here that i'm about to show you has like a really big bath in it and stuff so maybe you don't need that let's hop across here and look at this room just really quick okay now check this out like i come in here just looking around trying to get an idea for the video and i've i've seen the main bedroom down there and then i come down here and i walked in this room and i was like hold up i've already seen the main bedroom what is this is sweet y'all y'all are gonna really like this not only is this room really big the bath is really nice as well you got your closet two doors comes all the way across down through here no wire racks nothing of that sort in here we come out oh whoa whoa okay so look how big this bath is down here on this end we've got double sinks got another sink over there i like the countertops that we have in here okay and then if we p seven eight nine ten pan around right here here is our please buy me before you try i like it the first time i've seen that only those tools there's your water closet now look we have a bath i mean we have a tile shower right here and i i feel like once again i feel like i'm about to end the tour but we got a whole nother bedroom to see that's let's just say something special wow speaking of that bedroom let's go down there and check it out right now y'all ready let's go yeah you can tell this room is even bigger than the last one and it has a very unique bath on it as well i love this the way this triple wide is set up it has that third edition there on the front that's kind of where that media room is at and you know it doesn't make it super like that much bigger but it but it adds that extra room and it just gives a lot more opportunity for these other two back halves it's kind of what i'm thinking okay all right so let's see okay what is going on here i don't even know where to start let's start right here you walk in you got your towel racks i like you see that tin back there behind that we got double sinks in here as well those mirrors look great got the really nice glass backsplash wow same flooring in here oh what is this oh i was trying i'm trying to figure out what that door went to but yeah remember i i shut that door i forgot it's my fault another water closet this area right beside your tile shower okay so i got to show you the closet right here before we look in that shower man you got a lot of racks in here you got some built-in built-in uh drawers here some storage as well this is nice i like this a lot it's got a lot of room definitely got a lot of room right here and then here we have this so what's really cool a lot of times i'll tour these and they don't have the tub in here they have this really big shower like this and a lot of you are like i gotta have a tub gotta have a tub well you have it down there but you have a shower to a combo too but if you wanted like your big soaking tub you have that down there as well wow and i love this tile that you're looking at that we that we're looking at right here it's one of my favorites for sure we got the one and the shower head above what do y'all think this has been crazy surely you got somebody you can share this video with i highly encourage you to do that and i'm i'm i'm thinking by now hopefully you've subscribed the channel but for some reason if you have be sure to subscribe that i give you guys as always this ballpark figures really just to give you an idea of what something like this goes for uh i do these videos are nothing more than entertainment for you guys i'm not selling these homes but i do want to give you some type of range is what i like to call it so you're going to be seeing that price but keep in mind it could be the freight chargers county regulations and other things that i just can't account for i mean maybe you change this or you change that so a lot of it depends on options but this will give you a really good idea right here up above us this
