Season of Discovery - How to get ALL Hunter runes (Night Elf)

at level two Hunter trainer in night elf starting zone will give you a quest called Hunter strength you have to go in the spider cave and kill gitis the a level five spider he will drop Chimera short Rune this is your first Rune that you will be getting to get flanking strike you need tasil bird meat for me it dropped of level five owl so if you're looking for one just five owls in the area once you have it go to this on the map and use the meat this will lure level eight rare bear it is easy to kill him even without the pet you can kite him while using Chimera and Arcane shot until he is dead or explosive shot you will go in this cave and kill rageclaw he will drop explosive shot Rune I recommend that you are at least level 10 and you have pet not because it is a hard fight but because it is hard area to solo without the pet for Master Marksman Ron go to this spot on the map wait for Bush to appear and use Hunter's Mark this will spawn a normal mob to kill and he will drop Master Marksman run for Beast Master run you need to kill Blackwood for buls one of them will drop crab treats go west of the camp to the shore and feed one of the young grief CRS and you will get Beast Master rune for aspect of the lion go to this cave in wetlands and kill this Elite owl I'm not sure how hard it is to kill it as I ran into a party of players looking for it so we one shoted it here is the cave on the map to get carve you need to use deer musk and tame a deer deer musk is dropped by mobs in tasil I got 20 of them but just leveling in the zone and from what I saw people are mainly getting them from fur bul so you make get few while working on explosive shot Rune once you tame the deer you come to this caraker next to Hunter trainer in dessus talk with him and he will give you car rune for sniper training Rune you have to look for El lead thraser in the waters north of orine first you need to find Harpoon and you can see how it looks like left from my character then you find treasure and use Harpoon to weaken it and then kill it for Rune to drop I had no issues fighting it on my level eight Hunter this is the spot where I found it for Cobra strike Rune you have to go to Southshore and look for zigel the goblin Merchant this is contested zone so it will be helpful to bring back up zigel can be found anywhere between Southshore and Taran Mill and this is where I found him buy freshwater snapper bait from him and go to the lake south of Teran Mill use the bait to summon a leite turtle this turtle is level 25 so I recommend for you to be the same before attempting to kill it it is definitely possible to kill it at lower levels as well but at 25 it is just tank and spank for you and your pet after you kill it it drops Cobra strike rune for kill command you have to go to Stone Talon Peak and speak with jigo mad rocket he will give you a quest for first part of the quest you need to go to whing caverns and kill last boss mutanus he drops the crystal for second part by greater magic wand from auction house or create it if you enchanter then you go to Ashen and kill furball until they drop other Quest item theic dropped it on my first kill click on the item that dropped and it will create new Quest item now you go back to jigo and turn in the item to get another Quest now we have to watch him go and tame a WN please note that he want tame hostile wnns but only specific one that spawns once Quest is activated and it is neutral once he starts taming him you're pretty much done and you just have to wait for role play to end turn in the quest and you got yourself new run and ability to tame wyverns they come with no abilities they don't eat meat and they are wind serpent family so that means that they can use lightning bread they are pretty bad unfortunately and only thing they have going for them is their cool looks and running animation that looks like they are gliding through air their attack speed is also to 2.0 which is another downside there are two runes that I did not get due to the Grind it takes but I will explain how to get them for Lone Wolf you need to get bunch of items and turn them in at gisby in Ratchet that can be found in one of the houses Northwest in Ratchet while fish oil in dark iron ordinance are not hard to get Shredder turbocharger can only be crafted by Engineers with 135 in scale or bought at auction house you need 16 of them at minimum and it is not 100% drop chance after you use the item on the mob they go for 1.3 gold on my server so it is very expensive investment for a run that I'm not interested in using schematic only costs 30 silver but you cannot use it if you don't have 135 skills in engineering last one is serpent spread this one costs 4.5 gold that can be bought from reputation vendor but you need to be honored with hord or Alliance reputation you get reputation by turning in reputation boxes that random drops so it will take a while to get reputation to that point I'm still neutral with only 1,600 points
