Skimming through this video, it just seems like the IT guy's critiquing the scammer's technique to help him improve...
"Why would a Microsoft employee recommend Firefox?" Well, now he'll play the part better and praise Microsoft products.
"But this website doesn't say anything bad about the csrss process." Well, next time he'll try something else or disable the mark's input.
The scammer didn't seem to mind this useful feedback.
Just watched this. It's funny cause I deal with Indian IT a decent amount. But the Indian people I talk with are from Cisco TAC so they for the most part know what they are talking about and also not scammers.
He is even using a trial version.
