it's saturday morning we have like the competitors class that comes trained every morning at 7 30 to nine so popping in with them today gonna get like three little pieces uh kind of little warm-up workout um complex for lifting and then finish off with a like little 12 minute amrap should be good morning [Music] [Applause] [Music] i think it's clean and jerk and then clean jerk jerk i think we'll find out though i was just gonna get like a 25 pound plate like random just like half from memory and then i got talked into buying a full set being there like at the games like at the ranch like it was pretty crazy to like for one that it was actually happening that was like something that a lot of people wish they were there for and uh it was super cool to be a part of that and then just be like just the top five was was pretty crazy experience i don't think that's ever gonna happen again either there's one heat you know who's out there and just like go throw down every event was just it was something super cool and obviously just it was terrible in the moment but to like be a part of it was awesome so yeah it was pretty sweet [Music] [Applause] [Music] i definitely feel stronger i peered my clean during the open on like a day like this and i cleaned five pounds over my max and spotted it two more times so i was pumped about that i'm going to the mac the mid-atlantic it's in tennessee i think it starts may 28th through 30th there's a lot of good people there and stuff so it's gonna be gonna be one of the best events [Music] that was a tough one i thought barbell just he didn't want to pick it up they made the burpees really slow like it's just like attack attack attack it was good don't they don't come in until like 9 30 like sleeping in so there's like classes on saturdays until uh like 11 or 12. so i try to come back right around then and start my second session once all the classes are wrapped up rest eat recover session two [Music] go wads is super easy i just kind of plug in with the movements i did uh you can pick the auto flow and it just kind of moves through counts it down for you lets you know when to move on gives a demo this is my mobility score definitely something i need to raise that up as you can see my ankles shoulders uh are pretty mobile but um definitely have some work to do in the in the hips and posterior chains uh daily protocol i normally do that every night before i go to bed uh and then i use the pre and post workouts obviously before and after i work out the old f-150 it was a graduation parent uh present from my parents i had a 96 ford um f-250 it was my first truck and then uh i was gonna go to boise state and didn't want me driving back and forth in a old truck because it's like 500 miles in the middle of like salt flats so they actually got me this which was awesome we were all arguing about who um did the most dishes and me adam and lauren think we do it the most so we started a competition two days ago i'm going to keep track of who i was a dishwasher the most playing my lunch right now then i'm gonna be hungry again at like two and what would i have then so i'm gonna have two breakfasts that's the plan uh it's actually grown oh one of the buddies from the gym um shot it yeah i have some uh my ground deer from earlier this year which i'm running out of so i'm portioning it out and then he gave me like probably close to like 10 pounds of some ground elk which i'm very excited about i don't really know what i'm making i'm just kind of i think i'm gonna i don't know how it's gonna taste but i'm gonna put some pancakes on a plate from rosie joe heat those up then put this on top of it it all goes down to the same place there we go exceeded expectations [Music] flex i use it as my backup mask so i haven't found someone up here like where i like getting my hair cut done yet i don't take too much off the top i like it a little longer so i can slick it back and then i try to cut the sides pretty short but i have pretty like curly hair so a lot of the times it starts going like out this way so uh the guy back home will like kind of thin it out so it kind of it's more streamlined i'm about to try someone new so if it's all messed up at semifinals it's that person's fault i'm gonna come like with no mullet people be like who is that guy 50 straight kids ten push-ups 50 douglas 50 ring dips 50 box jump overs 50 dumbbell push press at a really light weight 50 ghds 50k i'm a dangerous man cause i'm a dangerous man
