everyone's always walking over the little guy and in project zomboid that little guy is the sand and gravel that's decoratively placed as driveways and flooring yet there's more use than just looking good to this ground cover if you happen to have a sack or ten and a shovel you can right click on the sand or gravel and begin picking it up and placing it oh whoa piece of monkey once you've cleared out the rabble you can fill the sacks with up to four tiles worth of gravel or sand you can't mix them and just a warning they do get heavy then you can place those tiles back down wherever you want more gravel or sand or or if you have three full sex you can create a decorative bag wall with them this won't keep the zombies out as well as it keeps water out but it will cause them to stumble or divert around them and as an extra note for you perfectionists if you're placing sand or gravel around pre-existing ground cover you can remove the thin grass edge by picking up the pre-placed ground cover and placing it back down
