and green onion and here is a obari and the this is a mitsuba it's looks like a cilantro and sprouts okay daikon radish radish right now if you guys can't find all this stuff you know find something close to it like hiro said you know this is probably more difficult to get but as it said some type of cilantro everything else should be pretty much readily available where you're wherever you're at yeah this is just coming from japan yeah oh yeah this morning i i went pick up to all this over mitsuba and kaiwai nice okay yo-san let's go through the steps what's the first step fastest we're gonna do slice up the vegetable first cucumber and red onion okay so cucumber i cut and washed already this one and just go cut it off and then this one i'm gonna reminds me of your first video here on case oh my goodness so good the freshness of the cucumber but that yum yum sauce with this here the soy sauce mirin and the sis meal just works so so good the coating of the salmon is perfectly coated with that yum yum sauce of course i add a little bit more sauce than here all day but that it's so flavorful everything's coated you just look at this little texture from that um fried onion and the red onion since you wash it is not so so strong not overpowering which is great wow i love the texture of the the garlic and the onion the fried one plucker love that remind me too and you guys got to
