workout no idea but jake told me do bands every day and since i've hurt my shoulder i had a slightly torn rotator cuff it was because i got a quarter zone going in the water blues actually back when i competed against doing ring muscle up to the rock yeah and then it like got bad quarantined healed it and even my pt guy was like always do dance every day multiple times a day and now that's what we're doing now my shoulder feels great and it's because i'm doing this right here little things yeah like the workout karen or you call it [Music] hey rich if you were to die tomorrow and they made a workout like in honor of you what would that workout be for somebody 10 degrees but it would be yeah nope i'll be in being charged right here my only request is that you wait till it's below 30 degrees to do it at the board okay we'll need to die in the winter shirtless shirtless yeah being out there i think is made me pretty tough to the weather you're still pretty soft wow i still stand by my statement you were not mentally tough enough to uh go elk with us oh that's a fat you couldn't even you should you couldn't even go the bathroom in the woods man what i could i just didn't know that's how you did it how else would you go i don't know i just thought maybe they had some kind of paper sack something yeah i don't know what what's what would brian's death workout be like he dies what's his workout ski and legless rope clutch really we call it death to brian's bicep three two one three two one three sets yeah and i remember jake specifically said hey you should do push-ups push-ups and skateboard said no i got this tiger ball tiger bomb baby and then he runs so much on it works in baseball then the whole yeah right before people have had to have tommy john surgery he couldn't even feel his arm before so much listen honestly i just needed a couple months to get closer to jesus there you go i mean i've been getting too busy getting closer to you could you feel it like gradually going as you're working out i just got to pop second step it's just like you know warning at all it's hurting the whole he runs outside sits on the uh walks back in and starts doing one arm ghd's and i was like get off of there after you tore it yeah he was like this i'm on ghd's he was squealing too and it that's just that military mindset you know yep nice are you doing the muscle ups with rich i don't want to because we just did all those on saturday [Music] [Music] so [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] these balls are thrusters [Music] take a breath stretch my back well does that thing help yeah i actually really like it at first it was like when i i would dry my mouth out a little bit yeah what's the idea behind it so you clamp down with it on your head right here yeah finish right here you're supposed to push up push with your tongue on the front ring thank you supposed to open your airway a little bit oh my god you killed that workout i did the masters numbers did you so i did 25 25 and i felt bad so i did 60 thrusters i felt good i was telling jake like i really don't feel great today so it was good but now i'm going to go do those muscle ups and embarrass myself yeah i like uh the pepsi challenge that i would usually take would be grace okay that's one where i'm like at least i know i can keep going you know i broke a collar too did you see that wow it was all quitting the plan so i had to walk over you know yeah [Music] so [Music] all right all right so recovery was 89 today yesterday usually on sundays um this is the first day in a while i've done a little just light cardio so i did about 4 000 meters of rowing um in some intervals um and then i did just some dumbbell bench and rows so like t-bar rows and then some push-ups and seated rows so nothing crazy taxing more kind of active recovery true active recovery day um and so recovery is pretty high previous day before that was 64. saturday i was all the way down to 25 percent so pretty good little rebound hrb's up to 103. uh so that was this morning um what you saw us do i'm not sure what you're gonna put in there but we did 30 muscle-ups for time and then um some warm-up sets in here and then we did 30 power snatch at 135 30 cleaning jerks at 135 stripped the bar down to 95 and did 60 thrusters so it says calories for that workout like i said i don't really pay attention a ton to the fitness stuff the fitness tractor tracker side of it i'm more worried about the recovery but for you guys if you guys want to see it or find it interesting um average heart rate for that whole session was 126 max heart rate was 166. this was part of the warm up and cool down and stuff everything all in that session um did some light biking light skiing um some hip halo stuff and some uh crossover symmetry to warm up the shoulders before that that's not in here um but my entire day strain so far with that strength session we did with a little mayhem burger strength as well is that 12.2 for the strength session um like i said i don't really ever turn it on i did turn it on for the video for that it gave me 125 calories 118 average heart rate 141 max and it was about 30 minutes gave me a 5.3 strength so like i said usually the strain doesn't take into account um nervous system strain more cardiovascular strain but it's where we're at for the first half of the day we'll see what the second half of the day holds [Music] foreign
