welcome back guys in this video I'll be trying out the remix of Resident Evil 2 and 3 on my R Ali I have the set one extreme variant of this device I'll be running these games using lsfg and amd's Driver level implementation of range generation that is ammf it's a hot day today in India ambient temperature is around 36° C High sck to 25 wats manual profile all three power value set at 25 wats only be using the 30 wat profile 900p resolution CPU boost disable my is running on bias version 337 Ive installed the latest table GPU drive from AMD adrenaline version 24.31 I have set the um buffer size to 7 GB for Resident Evil 2 you can use 6gb buffer size but Resident Evil 3 can consume up to 7 GB of vram when running using High preset these are the settings for lossless scaling lsfg selected under frame generation not using any scaling algorithm clip cursor setting checked scroll down draw FPS setting check capture API set to dxgi click on settings make sure start as administrator setting check hotkey control alternance version of the application 2.7.2 connected my gate kk3 Max game pad to Al Bluetooth mode first I'll run the vanilla version of Resident Evil 2 installed on LS internal SSD it's the remake of 1998 Resident Evil 2 in this game we play as the Leon or cair as they attempt to escape from Raccoon City which is under a zombie outbreak using a custom after burn over to show you the performance metrics quickly show you the ingame settings graphic setting display mode set to borderless window 900p resolution rate racing disabled rendering mode set to noval not using any in-game upscaler refresh set to 120 HZ frame rate variable in game Ving disabled text quality set to high 3gb FX AA plus da everything set to I most of the effects are enabled not using motion blur estimated vram usage 5.39 GB andal in settings RSI enable resolution upscale from 900p to full HD free sync enable radian anti-ac setting enable VNC disable If You observe screen tearing just enable Ving from here yeah the game has started oh my God so many zombies Need to Escape From Here we are getting around 60 FPS that's really good to see game is running so smoothly and the graphics look stunning need to get to the Raccoon City Police Department there's Leon he is a rookie I'm just trying out the controls I to go through this Alle everyone has turned into a zombie place has gone to Hell there's the police station I'll just enable ammf enable AFM from here check it status active now I'll just enable AMD adrenaline Ola it shows the true FPS con with asmf enable back to the game okay FPS got doubled getting around 100 FPS I can observe the added amount of smoothness but when I move the camera around quickly frame generation gets disabled V usage is around 5.1 GB it's a very smooth experience on ra get past these zombies oh no dead hand my [Music] bad the r effect looks beautiful on on Jack it I made it we be hting the GPU bot lamp you can use ammf in this game even without using any frame generation technique game runs very smoothly on Alf now I'll just use lsfg first disable afml andal disabled I'll use lsfg hot key control Al and S it got enabled you can see the FPS counter here FPS with frame generation is around 106 okay I'm observing some minor graphical artifacts around Leon's character model when I move the camera and full circles here is looking a bit fuzzy so in this game he does a better job didn't observe these graphical artifacts when I was using AF MF again game is running very smoothly yeah bloodiness is noticeable made it to the police department here B FPS is around 55 got the ammo skip the cut scene got the map again I'm observing some graphical artifacts I'll just disable lsfg W textures around Leon base game there was a certain smoothness when I was using lsfg it's gone now graphical artifacts are also gone so it's up to you in this game I would recommend afml no power here the fuse is missing and just quickly explore the area getting around 70 FPS amazing now I'll be running Resident Evil remake and this game we'll be playing as either Jill or Carlos for this game I have set the resolution to 720p when running the game at 900p resolution if I enable RSA it upscale the resolution from 600p to full HD that's why I drop the resolution to 720p using the 25 wats manual profile first I run the vanilla version of the game without using any frame generation technique adrenal in settings for the game free sync enable B sync disable anti setting enable rsr enable resolution upscale from 720p to full HD these are the graphics setting display mode set to borderless Windows 720p resolution rendering mode set to normal variable frame rate 120 HZ refresh rate not using any ingame up scaler texture quality set to high 3gb everything set to high FX AA plus da and anti lasing motion blood disabled start the game there's chill okay I'll just shoot the barrel it will explode FPS is around 70 to 75 the graphics looks stunning detail character model oh my God zombies behind me they can't jump over this fence good for me look at this V RAM usage close to 7 GB insane item missing can't use the water pump I need to extinguish the fire areas block I'll go this way I have an SMG a good performance without using any frame generation technique like 70 to 100 FPS this is just insane so smooth I'll just enable ammf now all plus r keys and there adrenaline check it status active enable adrenalin overl increase it size it's a bit small much better now all right so now we getting around 150 FPS not observing any graphical artifacts it's a very smooth experience let's play the game quickly clear the area ammf works very nicely when the bfps is already around 60 even when the frame generation gets disabled you don't observe that sluggishness but when the base FPS is around 30 to 40 when frame generation gets disabled the sluggishness is noticeable oh my my God more zombies shoot the barel again explosion like 100 FPS back up to 130 FPS okay now I'll enable lsfg first need to disable ammf you may observe some graphical artifacts disable disable amd's overlay as well there you go press control alt and escuse ammf got beg lsfg got enabled back to the game 170 FPS oh my God okay character model is not flickering that's good to see and I'm observing some coasting around J's I beg you find jil's character model not easy to observe so for these Resident Evil games I would recommend using afml you can use lsfg but accept some minor graphical artifacts everyone is dead There's a Zombie stunning visuals this one's alive not for long action oriented game V RAM usage around 6.5 GB oh my God very smooth experience oh no out of ammo so that's it with the video guys I hope you found useful thanks for watching and have a nice day
