RLCraft Gives Me Nightmares - Ep 1

head to you and I'm gonna back off now okay you don't get [Music] something going to kill me spawn and look I've been I'm gonna I'm gonna die here it doesn't matter what I do I'm gonna die here there's something like look see that thing that thing that's thanks to the tree it's gonna kill me I'm just gonna try to avoid them and get to the tower I mean like how can I though yeah look at that that a shark eating me yeah see a sea serpent a sea serpent got me that time all right my man's this is our L craft it's a mod pack for minecraft that makes minecraft more ruthless ruthless is the word I'll use to describe it it makes the game more realistic but also incredibly challenging but it looks really interesting it looks like a lot of fun that the mods included in this pack there's there's a bunch of fun stuff that's I think the whole thing looks really great and I wanted to see what see what was going on here how's it going let me take a look at your baby that trees on fire what's why is it on fire it is burning down cuz that thing this is shooting okay now I'm on fire okay there this I can live with this there's no Griffins there's no weird sand creatures there's no sea serpents there's no dragons there's none of that it's just a peaceful forest and so I did some research and I know what I'm supposed to do now what I need to do there's those things over there I don't know if they're friendly or not they were friendly the one time but who really knows what this mod who really knows what I need to do is I need to find gravel that is the first step so there's water here and I heard at least from what I saw that's that's where you should start like oh this is gravel right yeah here we go perfect so you go through here until you find flint that's what you want you want flint because if you go to a tree and you start smashing it with your hand it's not gonna do anything it's not gonna do anything at all do I have to take this gravel up there it is that's what we're looking for this is that visit visit flint and look even have to crouch to pick stuff up so with this flint I'm gonna look for a little bit more now now the ball starts rolling now there's no more trouble for me so now you take the Flint alright you smash it on the ground just nut you smash it on the and look see that now I got flint shards okay you know you don't really what those Flint shards I'm gonna go to a tree and I'm gonna get branches or sticks from the tree see everything is a nothing is handed you see you got sticks right perfect that's exactly what we want I want I want sticks where are they I lost the sticks I need to find a lower hanging tree but these birch trees these are gonna be good later that bamboo that's gonna be good later too all this is gonna be good this is all good stuff right here just get a couple sticks yeah now I feel like I'm living now if you like I'm thriving where's that stick there we go look at all these recipes that are forming for me easy so now watch this I hear something I hear something I'm gonna take my knife what the hell is going on what is that there's something flapping around as I do Griffin I'll go underground I will dig underground I will wait okay well I have a knife now all right so nothing's gonna nothing's gonna screw with me anymore there's something over there I'm just gonna stay over here so I have a knife now and now what I can do with the knife is I can start cutting the grass that gives me grass fiber I got to remember to crouch you see you got a Crouch to get the stuff you can't just walk over top of it yeah you got a Crouch we got to click on it so I'm just gonna use a knife cut up some of the grass get a ton of fiber I'm at a bit of a disadvantage because I haven't played Minecraft and so long and I don't like I know I'm one of the you guys are gonna make it very clear that you know that so I don't know why I'm telling you this that I haven't played minecraft in a while you're everyone probably painfully aware of that it's gonna be nighttime soon okay so in this game you can't make it you I have to find somewhere to live this is not good right there that is not that is not enough there there is the Loch Ness monster over there do you see that I hope those guys don't kill me please don't kill me like I'm even nervous crossing the water here I feel like I've got I've got it going now I feel like I've got there's a zombie I'm gonna I'm gonna have to fight the zombie here comes my first fight I've got I don't know the knife anymore [ __ ] I do one [ __ ] climb in there we go I killed the zombie okay that zombie has a shovel why does this have a shuttle the zombies going water no they can't right yeah they can't go in the water they don't know how to swim he knows how this one I got a make another knife there's a floating gas he I don't even know what that was I don't know what that thing is this is all falling apart I thought that was just a glitch it's not it's something that's gonna kill me should I just dig underground to try to survive this I don't have wool to make a bad mining fatigue that is what is that thing that I thought that was a tree it's a friggin monster okay there's a village over there I just did make it to the village but looking which stuff is in the way I'm not gonna make it there's no way look yeah no yeah there's no way and now I'm back in hell yeah you hear that it's the screams of hell I can get down there maybe I'll survive but you this isn't like that typical minecraft letsplay I've got you in the Minecraft Let's Plays you watch the person is able to do basic stuff not me no not me I got a diet too every possible beast there is look that's like a giant snake over there I'm just not interested in that I'm not interested in whatever those things are see I don't even know what half these enemies are like what is that what is that there's a house right there there's a freaking zombie in the house it's not a house it's not a help I'm not screwing around this time I'm not screwing around I'm going to have by the end of this video I'm gonna have a little Hut I'm gonna have some basic tools and that's that no nothing's gonna stop me from getting it see here's the problem is that wheat or is that some water demon I don't know it's wheat no it's kelp or something my goal is simple a hut you know you know that's not that that's not like crazy that really isn't that crazy but apparently it is it's a mushroom tree so step one is just to find gravel maybe I can find a stick and stick and you can poke someone with it or something I don't know so that's another part of this there's levels right so in order to do certain things you need to be a certain level so you can't just start farming potatoes you got to level up your farming everything is like there's so much to do in this and that's kind of what made this mod appealing for me is oh oh oh oh I need you okay I need your wool I feel bad about this everyone feels bad about killing these guys but let's be honest Aryans this is a this is a messed up world okay give me that I'm gonna kill this - I trap them that's what I do okay gravel there's a butterfly I thought it was a bat anything no there's that thing though c-3po over there just gonna stay away from him it's definitely not friendly here I have my sticks there's a guy with a Robin Hood in the woods they're bait him out into the sunlight it is a gorgeous game I will say that c-3po still over there looks like there's probably some gravel over here and there's a castle for me too okay okay so this is good so this is good this this all - I'll take this I'll take this yeah this is not a problem for me this is fine for me yeah this is perfect I didn't even have to build it yeah this is good okay one stick one Flint I've got myself a knife I'm gonna make myself two knives now so no one can screw with me okay keep my stick I need more Flint hey what do you do you want me to kill you is that what you want I'm not gonna kill you though you're peaceful to me I'm peaceful to you we're gonna get this string now got to make sure to I'm gonna get the leather too don't run away don't run away from me oh you're running here we go so we have food I'm gonna try to get some more grass fibres picking them all up last time I had a lot before all that crap happened I'm not gonna get run down by nighttime this time I have enough I don't have enough wool to make it bad I have a bunch of my inventory and there's some right here I don't want to go too fussy that's the problem you can't just art going into caves in this game because there's in the caves like that but there's a cave trollers I had it so good and I threw it away by going in I'm not going in any more caves anymore this is not happening these guys are cool there's no way this deers gonna attack me I don't even have to worry yeah you guys want to worry either let's just work together every literally everything in this world is out to kill us there's fairies over there there's never been a bad fairy I'm not worried about the fairy there's the B I don't know yeah this seems nice hello yeah hey you're laughing which makes me uncomfortable this seems like there's a little pathways there's deer it's like a little Enchanted Forest there's gravel here okay so this time what I'm gonna do I don't get the Flint I'm not gonna do that I would be a idiot move to do I don't get the Flint I'm at least there I got the Flint I mean I can replace the gravel by the way if you see me doing something incorrectly or if you have a you know any ideas of things I can do anything like that I'll take any advice I can get like there's something you can hear the wings flapping and it's just you just kind of hide in a little hole like this like a little coward the Blood Moon is rising oh cool yeah I was hoping the Blood Moon rise you know I'm just trying to get a friggin knife here and I got the blood I don't even know what it does but you know it's not good oh it's nighttime now well that's good that's good that's perfect actually give me a couple sticks I'm gonna need I'm gonna need like four knives okay I won't go crazy this time I won't make too much there's a wizard over there it's a frog that's killing me this time it was a frog this time it was a it was a frog and there's the Blood Moon look at this it's a good night just a good night in the Blood Moon just a good night yeah just having a good time here a giant scorpion - why not right yeah look at this I don't know how I'm still alive just you know just a casual amount of enemies here and the Blood Moon all creeper why not this mod seems really cool like I wanted to this I want to I want to have fun with this but like what like how am I supposed to survive something like this okay there's a dragon okay you know what do what you gotta do do what you gotta do kill me I hear a frog creaking and I'm just gonna run as soon as I get a foothold in this duck world well it'll be fine I can start dealing with the stuff but right now I just need a knife in a bed this is where I'll take refuge on an island like this you can't go wrong like a look at those trees that is yeah I don't know if they're attacking creatures I don't know if they're aggressive I don't know man I was just about to make it look at this one tin [Music] this is it this is it here's where it this is the point where the game turns around for me I'm just gonna play it smart I'm gonna take it slow I'm not gonna get killed by a knight how owl or no friggin Beast chill dragon I'm just gonna sit here in this nice calm pool of water getting gravel I'm gonna maybe destroy all these lily pads because I don't want a frog to spawn I don't know if it makes frog spawn but frogs hang out with these things and a frog killed me before so this is what I'll do this is this is it I'll just have to this could be a waste of time I'm against the clock cause it's gonna be night time and yeah there's gonna be a Blood Moon there's gonna be like a midnight sacrifice ritual summoning of some sort of demon something like that's gonna happen so I'm just gonna try to get through this quick that's not gravel that is okay I have to Flint that should be enough I'm gonna take the Flint I'm going to smash it so I have flint shards I've got my Flint shards I'm gonna go over to a true please tell me you're nice you look nice I'm just going to assume you're nice maybe you don't like me smashing up your trees I don't know I'm gonna take the rope take the string take the Flint Flint hatch it and while we're at it we'll make another knife just be sure and I can take the Flint hatchet and I can cut down a tree and the tree comes down and then I collect everything from the tree now I can take these open what is that there's a hawk or something I can take these things I place them like this I can take my hatchet I turned them into process to wood like this you got to cut it up that's the difference here and now with all the stuff I have like I want to go there what I think it's gonna kill me so I'm not gonna go there like I said I'm gonna play it smart so what I'm gonna do is I'm going to very carefully get close to it but hopefully find a little Hut or something on my way I'm getting closer to the castle it makes me really nervous this does not seem like it's a good place for me like it seems great and inviting and that's the problem I won't go in there I will not go in there I will go in here this is a village there's a fairy outside of it I think this is it I see a bed I see a villager oh it's the light at the end of the tunnel this is it I have the protection I didn't know there and look at this iron sword bow leather boots leather pants I deserve this stuff let's be real here I deserve all this an iron axe alright I don't think I can use a lot of it I think I need to level up but let's be real here I deserve this stuff requirements attack eight requirements gathering 8 that's fine next time I'll go to the castle look there's an enemy outside of it we have our foothold that's it this is our old craft and if you want more of it let me know because I'm sure
