Ridge Cap on a Metal Roof #shorts

this piece of trim right here it's actually a six inch corn it's the same thing we use on the corner of the buildings I'll just cut a seamless piece right here at the Ridge Top that way it's uh seamless right here and then my Ridge will come over and actually throw down an inch and then there's no chance that any motor is gonna get down through there I have these string lines and I run them on both sides from one end of the other so I can run my vented closure strips and a nice straight line so I put these just above um where my ridge cap is going to end that way I know they're gonna they're gonna be hidden [Applause] here is our Ridge all done you can see our vented closure up under there that will keep wind driven rain from getting up in there but you got to let the building breathe
