I'm by no means an expert at cooking ribs but I do have one recipe I'm proud of today you're making it Mojo Ned Yost store and get you a third and a half pound rack of baby backs so we're gonna cook up the baby I only need ten bones so let's get ready exampie I made it look easy on the first cut not so much on the second but I'll get here and see there we go I turn her sideways give a little press cut off any meats it's hanging out the side just gonna help in appearance later on trim off any excess fat on the top don't get carried away you don't wanna get any shiners Plus fats flavor that's what they tell them pull the membrane no knife needed no gimmicks just sticky finger under and pull there you have it now cut off Feeny danglies on the bottom we don't want that the burger baby backs have a vein that runs up one side of that bone this use your finger and squeeze that out you know sometimes it's a little thing to type to win this is one of those little things let's rub these babies up I like to start out with a hot road money back and pure holds makes the best one we start with a layer of it and then later mojo barbeque I'm gonna let this sit for 15 minutes just sweats to look just go back to the smoker placing your ribs on the smoker lay them out straight however you lay them on there that's the way they're gonna cook you don't want to curve wrecker it closer down let's wait an hour once that white ours up we need to get a good spread Hey we use nothing but water here at mojo and if you need one of these bottles next time you getting your hair did just ask you hey lady we're gonna come back every 15 minutes and spread now at our 45 just check the bar nothing's on my fingers we're ready to finish this up spritz one more time hit it with a layer BBQ give it inside and getting ready to wrap before you wrap let's get rid of these little burnt things on these bones we don't need them we don't want them in the wrap and now they're off let's start out with two sheets of fall just to prevent any spillage on that goes a quarter cup of brown sugar light brown sugar get it spread out and come back with just the lair of Mojo barbecue and then you have you have an Earl honey pour that baby on their hook hold on don't be camera shy little honey I already 2 stable spoons of habanero honey going down and we're going to use 5 tablespoons of Country Crock Country Crock original why because it's good you got to have you ribs that's the main ingredient I don't put anything on the back now let's wrap her up tight let's get her back on a smoker let's run it for an hour and a half see what that does get her out on the smoker buddy all right now we're back this is what you're looking for hey you got some bones poking through a little bit of disintegration looking pretty good it's just checked for tenderness use your use what you got you a thermometer watch it it's just falling down in there I don't cook by temperature much but if you need to know that's a good one right there wrap her back up let these real dressed in the cooler for about 30 minutes the hot coder I'm not a code boy during the risky sauce ready I like to use hash yes there comp sauce and half yes dear red that's good are getting high after the rest pour the juice out in the floor or a garbage can whatever it's back there make you one of these so-called boats then pour a little bit of sauce on the back we don't want much we just want to thin glaze brush it in and get you one of these little thumb grinders put it in a little mojo a little bit hot flip these ribs back over hit them with another layer of mojo all were trying to do is get the color back in these ribs now if there's any light spots hit it just a little bit extra let's go back on the grill for another 10 minutes man looks that color those pretty exactly what we're looking for now it's time to sauce the top just pour on a pan layer brush it in make sure you get your bones and into the ribs it's all about presentation once you get a rubdown just put her back on the smoker for about 15 minutes just good all student a here you have it hey I'm pretty proud of myself right now that's a good-looking right just time to cut them and eat them start by smearing a little sauce on the board that's just gonna keep from messing glaze up on the rib flip her over I'm trying to be all professional tonight and I just touched it all over we're gonna cut off this end bone we're not gonna use it for the turnin box we're gonna let you decide it's a good tester oh there's a big son test hmm that's good we're gonna cut three meat and two bones on me so that's what we would like to turn in when they come with the baby bags and then we got them cut almost left flip them over take a little sauce brush up your cuts push them back together turn them around for appearance hey we need to put them in the box or we can eat them I think we're going to eat them let me see how these turn get you back further oh yeah hey look at that back I may have to go back for another let's see yep that's it this is the point of the video where I have no clue how to end it because he just gonna sit
