Rebuilding the New Orleans Saints | Next Drew Brees + Terrace Marshall Jr! Madden 21 Franchise

what's going on guys bengal again here coming back at you with another video and today we are rebuilding the new orleans saints and now the saints are one of the best teams in the nfl i fully appreciate that however it's not just about this season right drew brees likely gonna be done either this year the next year maybe he'll go farther past that but i kind of doubt it i think drew brees is probably gonna hang up the cleats sometime real soon you gotta understand he is what 40 41 years old now drew brees been around a pretty long time he is 41 years old turning at 42 in january but yeah there is you know a future of the saints outside of just this year so that's what we're doing is rebuilding this team without drew brees really so hit that subscribe button if you're not extent you got to remember i am the gm so i'm not going to resign someone just to keep them in on the saints because that's exactly what they would do in real life like it's realistic moves not necessarily exactly what the team might do in real life hope that makes sense it doesn't to everyone that there's always people ah didn't sign larry fitzgerald even though he retired that's not realistic he's gonna retire a cardinal like yeah he will but also i'm the gm now i don't care about longevity i don't care about legacy care about right now and the future but uh yeah it also means that we're using a 2020 nfl draft class which you guys can download on playstation ps4 and ps5 and as you watch this we're gonna we're getting so close to the actual drop of the next gen version of madden 21 so i am super excited for that but let's go ahead and go over the team offensive lines great probably the best in the league toronto said it andrew's pete signed a monster contract he's okay probably not worthy of the contract he got but he's a decent player eric mccoy i like quite a bit cesar ruiz young player he's getting worked in there mainly because you know injuries and things happen but ruby's a decent player young could develop into being a monster was the best interior offensive lineman in the class and then ryan ram check at right tackle he's developed so well at tight end we got jared cook josh hill and of course the rookie out of dayton adam troutman was my number one tight end in the class i think the saints got an absolute steal with him so we'll see how he develops over time and it might not be with drew brees or jameis winston or taysom hill who let's be honest really isn't a quarterback he's a he's a versatile weapon but he's he's not really a quarterback so much as he is a weapon and maybe that's because they have drew brees maybe he could start somewhere else but kind of doubt it they do have one of the best running backs in the league in check that out link is gonna be in the description we've got michael thomas one of the best receivers in the nfl one of the best contested catch players in the nfl this guy can go up and get the ball take it away from nearly anybody on his best day he's a really really good player just got injured uh to start this year so he's not being slept on and he doesn't only run slants by the way a lot of them are crossing routes but is that michael thomas or is that really because drew brees can't stretch the field like he used to be able to he really just doesn't have much of an arm anymore and he's 41 it's not exactly unbelievable but i don't think michael thomas only runs slants and crossing routes mainly because of him not being able to have an advanced route tree i think it's because drew brees really and the offense designed by sean payton is built around that emanuel sanders is here deontay harris is not a receiver that much so much he is a dominant special teams player i'm gonna try and develop him into being a great receiver we're gonna play him in the slot at least for this first year and then defensively got some really great players to mario davis in my opinion should be higher than star development now they came out with a roster update where it announced roster update but not actually implemented into the game until thursday and as i record this it's tuesday so demario davis may have actually gone up in development trade so i'm going to check that out and make a change if i need to oh so you know what did change is alvin kamara went to superstar x factor so let me make that change but at the same time drew brees went down to superstar from superstar x factor so drew brees gonna go down to superstar which really doesn't matter like he's not gonna be around long term i'd be shocked if he even returns next year maybe not shocked but i'd be a little surprised but camaro goes up his abilities were what here satellite x factor and jukebox which i could just really make whatever i wanted but uh that's not where you're gonna do it now i bet i'll i'll do satellite why not i just don't get how demario davis doesn't have superstar dev i mean he's developed into being one of the best linebackers in the nfl he is 31 now but surprising to me the team obviously traded for quan alexander drafted zach bond alex anzaloni's in there marcus williams is one of the better safeties in the league for sure and he's only 23 years old is he top five probably not but he's top 10 to 15 overall at just generally or generalizing the safety position free safety strong safety marcus williams a good player as is chauncey gardner-johnston aka cj gardner-johnson aka cd deuce aka pick a name 90 speed 82 zone 77 hit power versatile player really good player loves to talk trash i can appreciate it malcolm jenkins is in here he's okay but he's also 32. won't be around long term cornerback we've got to love marshawn lattimore generous jenkins has played pretty well pj williams is in there we're not going to talk much about him or patrick robinson or ken crawley on the defensive line cam jordan's been a stud for a long time david anyamato is a good player although i think his contract is running out here with the saints he might be in uh three years remaining i thought he was in one of the final years of his deal but all right i'll take that sheldon rankins definitely is in one of the final years of his deal he might be in the last year of his deal if i'm not mistaken yeah he is and then marcus davenport is pretty good at right end young player and um definitely want to keep him around star dev another player who should be going up to star dev at some point is trey hendrickson he's a rotational pass rusher but leads the league in sacks there's right up near the top things may have changed so you guys are seeing this video and things may have changed over i think he's tied for the league lead with miles garrett no but aaron donald might have overtaken it in the rams game i don't know i mean it's very close either way will lutz thomas morse dead as our kicker and punter malcolm jenkins is not going to be our slot corner but deontay harris will play in the slot i mean it would be a poor assumption to say that he's not going to develop well but he just needs to develop as a route runner and overall as a receiver he could be very very good for us and i guess trey hendricks can be a rushdie tackle why not malcolm jank is also gonna be a sub linebacker he can't play every position relax i'm gonna simulate to the playoffs though and uh well actually first i gotta load in the draft class which i keep updating i'm updating it pretty frequently now had a huge update recently so a lot of things have changed it makes the best players in the class now feel like the best players it's going to be very very tough for you guys to find like a high rated player later like far down the board which i think is how it should be there are some steals there are some good development traits down the board but for the most part for the most part they're up near the top which is you know looking to the future i think that's a pretty good thing first round buy for this team 13 and three finished with the fifth best offense and drew brees was phenomenal almost 4 000 yards 37 touchdowns to only five interceptions rushing alvin kamara needs more touches do not give the ball to latavius murray give it to alvin kamara i mean i guess a lot of these stats are real life stats too so murray will get a lot of touches in real life but i don't want that in madden i want only alvin kamara to get touches emanuel sanders led the team in receiving yards jared cook had the most touchdowns with 10. camaro had unreal receiving numbers but of course a lot of that will be from real life demario davis led the team in tackles also had six sacks but we can't really take these numbers for anything because a lot of it is real life numbers so cam jordan with 10. trey hendrickson with 13 marcus williams with four interceptions led the way yearly awards kyle murray wins mvp where's drew brees finishing at number eight nfc offense player of the year is kyler murray drew brees at four defensive player of the year is khalil mack demario davis at five almost missed him offensive rookie here is justin jefferson and then defensive rookie the year goes to aj tyrell we have the rams in the divisional they ended up going eight and eight and adam troutman is gonna get very close to a 70 overall as i will spend some of my coach xp before we go into this game not that it's gonna matter but let's do db lb we're gonna eventually get everything it doesn't really matter too much right now but we'll see if we can beat the rams in the divisional and we can't 31-21 but it's not going to be an easy matchup as we draw the seattle seahawks in the conference championship one game away from the super bowl we're winning in all we need to do is win and we have we got the titans in the super bowl and uh i did i forgot to turn on auto scouting so i have almost none of this class scouted which is fine though because you know they're real players to begin with so we know how good some of these guys are going to be so all right let me just scout those guys corner back throughout and i hate how some of these colleges don't save someone i didn't comment they're like oh bengals getting lazy with the names and the uh and the colleges i'm like are you serious because uh some of the names you have to make it something not their name otherwise it won't let you because it's you know not allowed for whatever reason and then carry vincent's lsu but the college just defaults to not assessed that's what the na is or sometimes it's not applicable but i think it means not assessed which is not true tyrique johnson ohio state it just reverts for some reason it's terrible and then a wide receiver like rondell moore i had to make and terrace marshall's lsu decides lsu she's not going to say this time around rhonda moore need to have a capital o otherwise it doesn't let you do rondale and then some of these guys you have to do dashes like malcolm coons for example or brenton cox because they're oh cox you can't do that because i'll get it cause like it's annoying but you have to do a dash or something else to make that actually save i've tried like capital o's didn't work for that but they have certain names blocked and they have certain names not allowed because of profanity what am i gonna do we got the titans in the super bowl so turn on auto scouting we could win the super bowl here in year number one which would be a cool start but then you have to remember it really is only downhill from here so kind of a bowl on the line check down no he did check down but he's sure to the line to gain aj brown out at the three it's gonna be fourth and two they have to go for it two receivers i gotta take the tight end with demario davis but they have derek henry they're gonna run the ball and henry stopped it's alex and zolone with a super bowl saving tackle first down ends the game and there it is camaro breaks a tackle and that should be a super bowl win for the city of new orleans the saints have won it all alvin kamara is going to end the game with 185 rushing yards we're actually gonna give him one more carry we'd have to fumble and have it be returned all the way but uh that's not gonna happen they're going for the football though but alvin kamara finishes with 186 russian yards in the super bowl as we defeat the titans to fake the titans why did i say it like that we defeated the titans what 36 to uh something 29 yeah 36-29 i'm curious who the super bowl mvp is gonna be but i'm sure saints fans are quite pleased to see the saints win a super bowl this year in real life against the titans could be a matchup that happens although i think it would surprise me to see saints titans in the super bowl this year could happen though i mean certainly could why not the titans are a solid team saints are a solid team why not them right it's so annoying that you can't skip the random highlights to get to the super bowl ceremony like this the trophy ceremony that's so annoying but uh yeah pretend drew brees was like oh super bowl well i don't know why i would hold up the twisted t when i when i have a replica lombardi this was awesome from the auction of champions uh mystery box but yeah you know whatever giants pretended to drew brees or archie manning or whatever i don't know all right it's all downhill from here so at least there's that we have nothing to look forward to but you should still watch the video anyway no i think we're gonna get better we're at 85 fact that he is well he's playing up with morale so never mind he's a 79. damario davis went up to superstar dev but he also regressed down to an 84. so i guess we'll take the positive with the negative and then generous jenkins went up to stardev quan alexander went up to stardev did he know what did he already have it i don't all right i guess he already had it never mind yeah but generous jenkins went up for sure but we got to resign some of these guys drew brees is down to an 81 his morale is boosting him to an 84 but he is down to an 81 in the final year of his deal we'll rock with it we need to find his successor though like asap and what's our money situation gonna be what's our cap room looking like negative 41 mil i think marcus williams is probably headed to free agency holy um yeah i mean listen i know it's a realistic rebuild i know i said i'm not gonna like like do exactly what the team would in real life i really should cut drew brees but i'm not gonna cut drew brees let's be honest am i really gonna cut him i should because his contract is ridiculous he's only in 81 overall i should not have rubris be on the team still the penalty penalty's crazy in our savings is nothing so maybe i should keep them still but i'm not going to resign rubri's at the end of this contract i hope to god he retires but we're going to simulate to the draft we have no money to bring back anyone so it sucks that marcus williams is gone but i have to you know get rid of a lot because right now these players are way too expensive generous jenkins has got to go has to kwon alexander i'll keep him but daenerys jenkins i'm just gonna straight cut he's 32 and i'm taking out a penalty but i'm fine with the penalty right now because we're already so far into the negative for cap no hold on nick easton's getting cut for sure but i'm not sure i'm gonna i want to cut janoris jenkins just yet uh easton's gone taysom hill has to go has to go 31 years old 65 overall star development sure he's good in real life he doesn't even play in simulation so we're not going to cry about taysom hill getting cut josh hill saints legend sometimes legends have to die malcolm brown texas legend cut goodbye man patrick robinson thank you for playing for us but you don't anymore so we're picking at number 32 overall i can promise you that good value will fall down the board i promise you and they're going to be good quarterbacks available kyle trask and mack jones could bring in terrace marshall lsu guy really good player and would be nice in this lsu receiving corps or then the saints receiving core from lsu teres marshall probably should be my pick here like he really should be uh we need a wide receiver we also need a quarterback super badly we need outside linebacker we need a free safety we need a defensive tackle we need a cornerback man this defense is in rough shape but i think i might go with the best player on the board well that's a lot of different guys honestly um what do i actually want here it sucks how a lot of these colleges are not saving that's so like almost all of them it feels like this game sucks do i want to go who do i want to take here i'm going to take terrace marshall for the louisiana storyline welcome to the saints 72 overall number 29 of the class we took him at 32 star better development there is a lot to work with here of course he was you know not even second fiddle he was the third best option at lsu last year because of justin jefferson because of jamar chase but now as the sole option really for the lsu tigers who are brutally bad this year by the way by their standards jamar chase he opted out terrace marshall's been balling out bunch of touchdowns real good number of yards for him and now he is staying in state to play for the saints as i can tell you with the last pick of the second round i'm taking a quarterback and we've seen kyle trask in the panthers rebuild i'm not gonna do that again we're gonna try out mac jones am i no i'm not gonna i can't do that i can't do that who do i want to take then trayvon morig you know what let me take bubba bolden safety out of miami i really like him i think he's a good player and he will be a nice addition to our team i'm gonna play free safety six three 200 pounds star or better development 90 speed to go with 88 hit power decent coverage nothing crazy but i think he could be a really really good player on this team for a long time we don't pick again until the end of the fourth round so i know everyone's gonna like take a quarterback take a quarterback why didn't you take a quarterback didn't really like the quarterbacks available and don't get me wrong i like kyle trask in real life but we just did a rebuild with him i don't i can't make these the same you got to see it from a content creation perspective as well especially for you guys that watch every single rebuild i'm looking out for you and if you're not ball with our second pick i think we need to go defense i don't think we need to go safety i don't like the cornerbacks too much what do i want here baron browning would be okay dante stills not quite as good as his brother darius but as an okay player tyreek smith shakatoni's in there i think we have to go defense what do i want though i think i'm gonna go robert cooper we're gonna pick up a nose tackle from florida state star better development six two three thirty two only a 66 overall but i think he offers a lot from a defensive tackle perspective long term with good strength decent black shedding and power moves he's a nose tackle but those are necessary to have so if we can develop him that's gonna be a good pick for us it's a late fourth round pick it's not like we're gonna draft a stud there but we got a pretty good player so i figured we'd just rock out with drew brees for another year and oh you retired oh yeah oh no okay well that was a mistake then well it was it though ah yeah maybe uh that's marshall's gonna play he'll be receiver too whatever it's not like he's much worse than traequan smith i'll play him in the uh in the slot get his targets up man i don't have a quarterback yeah that's okay not every team needs a qb uh you know what i'd scratch that that most teams need a quarterback you know all of them i'll upgrade to every team needs a qb look at what the broncos did they started a practice squad receiver at quarterback and shocker that didn't work out well for them as he is a practice squad player keep working maybe he'll get there one day but also not even a quarterback a receiver last time he played quarterback was in 2017. it did not go well if you did not watch the game i don't recommend watching it it wasn't exactly a thriller robert cooper will be my second defensive tackle and i need to sign a quarterback do i have signing quarterback money heck of a question i think i should because we're not paying drew brees anymore the red rifle man that sucks taste some hill welcome back we need you buddy oh my would have been nice if drew brees retired you know before we had to pay everybody and not waiting until after he's like yeah you're not gonna have the money because of me but also oh just kidding you can sign them now we're like hey that period passed we can't sign him it's like whoopsie at least she got a super bowl and i'm like okay you are right about that and i'm looking at free agents i don't really like anybody in here let's be honest is anyone in here worth actually using no this is the team for season number two i have high hopes for bubba bolden i do we'll see how good he ends up performing for us how well he plays and we will simulate to the mid-season mark we have some money now free agency is going to be good for us in season two but we need to draft a quarterback there's really no way around that four and three at the mid-season mark but there is a huge free agent and maybe more oh okay yeah tyron armstead but also ryan ramczyk marshawn lattimore marcus davenport all guys we got to bring back for sure show me at least 70 mil to spend on these guys well 55.4 but guess what that's after you factor in that contract because yeah open up traequan smith and that's 70 mil 72 mil pretty much to spend on these guys about 70 74 maybe so toronto arm said we want back five-year deal this is a ton of money can i take this down a lot he wants a higher salary well i can do that ryan ram check not a three-year deal six year deal for ram check take down the salary and the signing bonus needs better salary that's okay i can i can work with that i just don't want to pay you as much as you want that's my goal marshawn lattimore just wants more money i really just don't want to pay them as much money as they want that's kind of where we are right now just want to take that down i'm giving you more years you need better salary just take just say yes i know i'm giving you less than you want but just take it four and four we just lost to the jets in 2021. wow i thought 2020 was a bad year overall just in general and 2021 looks a lot worse turn on arm said can i take down the signing bonus and just boost the salary you want more salary you can't ram check is back marshawn lattimore still wants more salary marcus davenport wants a ton of money but he's back though so sure deante harris i should probably resign long term just because he is cheap and he does have a super super high ceiling because of superstar dev in his age and he is back long term to ron armstead's back and he was really not cheap marshawn lattimore wants a higher salary and he is back so they were not cheap at all and we just lost to the bills we're four and five not great we're going to simulate to the playoffs we don't have a ton of money and i don't think we're gonna make the playoffs looks like taysom hill was not the guy rough rough way to find that out we made the playoffs at eight and eight are you kidding me we tied for the division lead pretty much second best offense why did the team sign nick mullins i already signed taysom hill and they started nick mullins well that was part of the issue i mean he had a lot of yards decent amount of touchdowns just threw a pick every game and then some rushing alvin kamara was great probably needed more touches receiving michael thomas was great troutman was great terrace marshall was great i'm gonna make his college lsu so we don't have to see uh na the entire rebuild and then defensively quan alexander with quite a few tackles but mario davis had a better year tackles for lost 12 from marcus davenport also had four sacks cam jordan led the way with nine and a half interceptions barely any where do we rank for defensive yards here because i'm curious 24th i'm changing the defensive playbook man the giants were quite good and the bengals always seem to just have a great playbook i might just go cowboys though they're always pretty good all right wild card round we'll see if we can beat the bears they went nine and seven and we did we crushed them 42-7 and now the 11 and five eagles in the division we've seen this matchup before and this time the eagles go down 35-31 and now it's another nfc east team and my favorite team the giants in the conference championship are we going to back-to-back super bowls is that what's about to happen with no quarterback that's exactly what happened we went eight and eight and are in the super bowl this would be the worst team by record to ever make the super bowl yet here we are what is going on 85 overall team the same team that made the super bowl last year and wanted nick mullins is up to star dev he he's not my guy going forward do not worry terrace marshall's got star adam troutman went up to star so you'd love to see that and then defensively quan alexander up to superstar you love to see it he's up to an 84 overall plus two zone coverage we got bubba bolden star dev he had that though he's not up to that he had it no one else as far as i can tell went up or down robert cooper has star as i think we all probably expected and we'll see if this team can beat the browns in the super bowl they're always a really really good team in sim but we also could be looking at back to back super bowl wins they're in 87 overall we need a little bit of luck with nick mullins maybe i shouldn't have jumped in because nick mullins might be really awful in simulation actually in super sim we'll see there's going to be a lot of offense in this game as we're up 10-7 but the browns tie make a 10-10 now 17-10 24-10 before the half and we're running away with it 31-17 as we approach the end of the third quarter we've got a 38-17 lead the browns are trying to come back but they just don't have it it doesn't matter score all you want they can't 41-24 as the saints have won back to back super bowl championships this time i will treat you guys to the celebration in the hoisting of the lombardy trophy drew brees will not be the super bowl mvp this time because he's not on the team i might as well have said you know what uh beyonce won't be the super bowl mvp it's like yeah no kidding she doesn't play football the only thing beyonce plays with is my heart um super bowl mvp was nick mullins good lord he went for 381 yards and three touchdowns nick mullins is the best quarterback in nfl history tom brady eat your heart out tom brady has lost how many super bowls nick mullens zero actually that's technically not true oh no nick well as a starter nick mullins was on the 49ers team that lost to the chiefs so he's uh he has redemption hoist the lombardi nick hoist the lombardi nick mullins taste super bowl glory what is happening what is this video yeah that's that's the truth i mean how do we actually just win the super bowl with nick mullins saints playbook might be it do i want to bring back trey quan smith did he go up to star no he didn't we don't even have the money to so we can't even if i wanted to we can't bring back nick mullins even if i wanted to which i mean it's going to be tough losing one of the best quarterbacks ever that's onyamata and well not now january jenkins well not now final year he's down to a 71 we're gonna hold on to him a little bit longer malcolm jenkins probably should go now though demario davis is down with 78 and he lost to superstar dev man life sucks latavius murray has to go i mean they're all like going into the final year of their deal so i'm not going to actually i just can't i can't make a decision we're going to sim into the draft i need a quarterback i will trade up for one i will trade up so far for a qb oh there's a sick quarterback richard nash out of oregon is there anyone else that's good no oh no okay so here's where we are there are a bunch of really good players in this class and we're not going to be able to take any of them i will not be able to trade up to number one for a qb it's gonna be real tough to get up to number two we need a quarterback man who do they sign they have baker steelers wouldn't take a qb the broncos might at four do not take a quarterback they took a sick corner texans you have desean watson who did the broncos have at this point tell me they managed to get a quarterback somehow no they do not have a quarterback at all they really need one i need to make a trade i have to get this pick okay we're making moves they needed to de-tackle and they're getting one david onyamata a second this year a second next year for number four overall maybe slightly unrealistic but guess what i'm i'm doing it i'm taking the quarterback it's gonna be a reach but it's a reach we needed to make richard nash welcome to the team it's not a reach 74 overall rookie qb is fantastic he's number 16 in the class yeah we took him at four but he's also got star better development good throw power good accuracy great player really really good fantastic pick there also seems to be a pretty good draft class quan burnett tempting i don't need a running back but he's very good rashad reed looks very good as well probably should go corner so many good quarterback deante harris is down to star well that makes that investment in him a lot worse there are some super big holes on this team cornerback linebacker and then on offense receiver's not an amazing position but it's okay defensively though we're in rough shape because we need to upgrade middle linebacker at this point demario davis is down to a 78 overall zach bond really isn't even an outside linebacker he's like he's a pass rusher i mean he's like he's a hybrid player he did both at wisconsin but uh janoris jenkins we need to upgrade need another cornerback even past that we need another defensive tackle probably even two we are not in a great situation but that's why this is a rebuild we figure it out we work around the cap we work around our picks we get better players and we're gonna simulate to the mid-season mark and make it happen mid-season mark we are six and two doing quite well just monster stomped the packers it's not an expression whatever show me that obviously wins offensive rookie of the year and then defensive rookie of the year goes to matthew tarpley actually one satan in there demarcus farrell but i don't remember drafting him he's a bengals panthers cat super bowl quan alexander is at an 86 overall he didn't regress that superstar deb is saving him but i'm not gonna give him more than this i'm gonna test free agency you're not i'm gonna franchise tag you which is really good for our salary cap situation then thomas more said i really just can't give him that type of contract unless i take the money down quite a bit play for a new team that's fine you probably won't anyway because i'm gonna get you back for that contract and free agency but we will simulate to the next week and we need a lot of these guys off this team so let of great linebackers to choose from i almost want all of them here we are at number six and demar craig looks like the best player here by about a mile actually does he have the same exact build as cameron jordan i feel like cameron jordan is 6'5 280 or real close to it cameron jordan is 6'4 287 so a little bit heavier and not quite as tall but very similar you could figure that demark craig could gain a couple pounds over his career i mean cam jordan's is uh kim jordan is what 31 yeah demar craig's 21 and yeah but people get shorter with age that happens like you ever see an old lady she shrunk probably maybe demarc craig will in 10 years he'll be 6'4 then probably not but he is a beast number 7 in the draft at a 76 overall is great says reach i'm very okay with it star better development is the reason 87 power moves to go along with 82 speed good strength acceleration block settings not even that bad good tackling good pursuit good hit power demar craig is the real deal and there goes a 78 overall the end oh my i'm gonna take a receiver here i think michael robertson almost looks too good to pass up on plus we'd be bringing in all ohio state draft class up to this point now a player i am considering is felix parham out of notre dame he would be a reach but he does look to be really good he's an early second round player so his overall wouldn't be that high but if he has a dev trait it would be well worth it that's what i'm not sure about do i take a player that's going to be higher overall for the video or do i take a player that can help us out more well balanced he looks exactly like robert cooper just can't figure he'll make any sort of long-term impact we had a really good draft class i i can't help but think that uh i may have preferred that other defensive end better and i jumped the gun is that your ryan's he only has normal development 88 power moves to go with 84 speed also he looks thick as hell he looks built goodness those arms are huge and from lsu that would have been a fun storyline and another one darren austin both normal dev though there was lane cook looked at him just we didn't need him so i actually think we did really well two star dev or better players let me see that middle linebacker though because that's the one where i'm like should we or should we not have felix parham does have star better development looks like it may have been worth the risk what is his dev trait superstar can you blame me though we got a plus six overall player plus six overall it would have been a big reach if we took the linebacker at that spot i think the biggest thing is that we just didn't need the receiver as much as maybe we needed a linebacker that's that's what i think it comes down to and the reason i took demark craig is he just looked too good to pass up on and at 6'5 280 i feel like i can very comfortably move him inside to play defensive tackle for a year could even move cam jordan over but demar craig's going to slide inside and play d tackle i think that's the best move for us i really do he's gonna be a good player we just need a linebacker somehow and they just weren't in that past class of course there he'll go up if i play him at outside linebacker do a 76 but the normal dev hurts but he is a beast 90 speed decent block shot high tackle i hit power high pursuit zone coverage and man coverage really aren't that bad i'm happy with that pick and hope some good things are available at 21. this isn't deandre ayton it's deandre drayton nice not quite as tall and there's a sick defensive tackle i want taylor mcmahon out of florida four seven flat 40 and also 41 reps of 225 he's six three two or three eighteen he ran four seven flat are you kidding me that's stupid speed 77 overall number three in got 93 power moves i need to have him going after the quarterback in some capacity and he wasn't doing anything at all a defensive tackle and we drafted a 60 tackle and taylor mcmahon to come in and take that spot craig can still be a pass rusher jordan's going to slide inside craig's going to be a rush end davenport rush end i think then judging crawford that's not terrible the defense isn't development good block shed good power moves good overall player if we were doing like five years on from here on out that would be a really good guy for us but we're not oh damn jamario moon's available let's take him uh what a beast how many times we drafted this guy in this rebuild a 70 overall corner with normal dev like three or four times and that's the end of it yeah alex mcgee out of enough mcmahon went up to stardev love to see that my linebackers never went up abbott went up to star good for him and i know some people be like oh man it's because you're playing defensive ends at outside linebacker it's a three four defense that's what happens where am i supposed to play them eighth best offense richard nash was great where's my defense 28th richard nash great year 43 touchdowns too many picks of 14 but i mean that's still really good 4 200 yards rushing camara per usual is great although he did regress a little bit he is 31 now let's keep in mind receiving michael thomas was excellent adam troutman was as well 12 tds terrace marshall had a lot of yards not as many touchdowns because they went to michael robertson who at eight defensively did we at least get a lot of pressure almost none couldn't find a playbook that generated any type of pressure at all so that sucks as we'll see if nash won another mvp he didn't finishes at third but really fun rebuild regardless won two super bowls even though they were a long time ago 91 overall we did better with a worse overall team that's just the way she goes but thank you guys so much for watching hope you
