all right what is going on guys bengal again here coming back at you with another video and today we are rebuilding a football team although usually we are rebuilding a football team however this football team is terrible they're really really bad i'm a giants fan i should know because washington football team actually somehow managed to lose to my 0-5 giants we're starting off with a bang because i like to do something which is called antagonize i know that a lot of washington football team fans might be watching this so first thing we'll do is throw a shot this i'm not even happy the the first thing i can say about it also if you guys are interested in football team merch i know i'm wearing my vanilla vic right now but that link is in the description i actually do a football team football team and cody ladder okay i need to i need to restart what is this roster no no no this will not do it all okay so this is the actual roster we're looking at i don't know why we had like a pre-season roster oh and interesting dwayne haskins no longer has star development which i think is fair he got benched for uh kyle allen and alex smith and um i think even in practice he had there was a practice squad player playing over him so things were not ideal for dwayne haskins and they still are not if we look at the backfield i'm going to start antonio gibson over jd mckissach i just think he's a better player even right now more potential for the future star development would be cool for him he unfortunately does not have it tyree mclaurin is a beast dontrell inman steven sims we are going to play there's also another sims on this team cam sims pretty sure calvin harmon's in here emmanuel hall antonio gandy golden if you watch any of my second channel videos i do a lot of pack uh i pull antonio gandy golden more than anybody else on the planet i'm convinced but if you check out the rest of this team we got jeron christian brandon sherf is not playing left guard is he no he's a right guard that that'd be shocking wes schweitzer is probably playing left guard chase roulier is up to star development morgan moses they're starting 10 logan thomas is an ex-quarterback they have what jeremy sprinkle is he really six five i thought he was like a smaller almost like an h-back thaddeus moss in here as well and then on the defensive side of the ball some better players for sure ryan kerrigan still has superstar dev for some reason i am going to trade him this is not like a hyper realistic rebuild so i'm going to trade players that i think we should be trading chase young matt ionitis jonathan allen i love jonathan allen but i also like to ron payne quite a bit how do we get all these guys in i don't know seems like he'd be more suited to be a 3-4 ionitis maybe i could move over he has 310 but he was formally like their defensive end in the 3-4 he has 98 strength uh montes sweat i could i i'll end up just trading one of these guys it probably should be matt ionitis considering he is 26 and allen is what 24-25 uh he's 25 and then duron payne's about the same so ionitis is uh older so that that'd be my motivation to trade him ryan anderson in here as well and linebacking core is odd thomas davis is here colleek hudson we'll also have reuben foster kevin pierre lewis shawn dion hamilton john bostick landon collins former giant de chaser everett fabian moreau troy apke and he's like an ultimate team god i don't even know who this is cameron curl at arkansas i don't remember uh scouting him because i did not kendall fuller ronald darby fabian moreau who i mentioned that safety greg strowman it's not any elite defense i'm going to make some trades probably for picks i want to say that probably i'm going to check out the contract situations first on these d tackles and then i'll make a decision in a minute but kerrigan's got to go montessori is going to be my starting left end before we get into the season offensively do i really want to trade anyone uh not really probably should trade morgan moses but i'm just not going to do that dude some of these contracts like in hindsight or bad like this landon collins contract terrible like he was really good for the giants for a year or two but he's not worth this contract we'll keep him around probably kerrigan is in the final year of his deal he has to go morgan moses i'll probably trade him as well that contract is bad for the type of player we're getting and it's 29 years old it's just not worth it so ionitis has three years left pain to jonathan allen too do i i probably should just keep all of them and move to a three-four that's what i probably should do we'll just have good defensive tackle depth or let one of them walk not not entirely sure dwayne haskins i should try to trade because clearly he's not going to be the future of this team anymore also alex smith's contract not good not good oh man i forgot about that yeah he's getting paid over 21 mil this year yeah we got to change that our trading ryan kerrigan morgan moses for a first round pick from the cardinals hope they're very very bad because that pick could be very valuable they were just players that i didn't think were gonna be uh long-term playmakers on this team i don't think anyone's gonna want alex smith i probably should just cut him if i'm being honest i think in real life football team gave up on dwayne haskins a little bit too quickly i know that he didn't look good how many guys would in his situation man there's nothing on this offense as we saw the offensive line is terrible they have one weapon in terry mclaren there's just there's nothing and for a qb that looked very good in his one year at ohio state they gave up on him so so quickly i get it it's a really bad team and they they benched him like so far down the depth chart i get it but i just think it was a little bit a little bit quick i'm not keeping alex smith's contract on the team until 2023 i'm just gonna eat it now and it is what it is it's freeing 16 and we're taking it basically 17 million penalty it's just it's a good move for right now because i know i'm not gonna want to pay him later okay so week seven i stopped the simulation just because of the trade deadline it annoys me brandon's sure if i want back ronald darby it's not gonna make sense to yeah not not at that price 32 million over five i mean we could make that only three i don't really want him till he's gonna be 30 based on him being 27 at the end of the year just don't want him don't want ronald darby for this price i would give him a two-year deal worth a little bit more money since we have a lot of cap room but he wants a bonus and the length to be improved it's just not going to happen uh chase roulier i do want him back for three years i'll up the money on that a little bit guys have been more temperamental recently but thankfully he resigns reuben foster i just don't really want him either i think he's a good player was exceptional with the niners he's been kind of on and off had some off off-the-field issues he's definitely a good player he'd be a fun madden player but i think his awareness being so low like probably bring that uh bernie sanders overall a lot 73 play wreck 74 awareness good player i don't really feel like paying him so it's really just branded sherf and um that's kind of it remaining four-year deal get him till he's 32 maybe 33 years old still should be one of the best offensive guards in the league and brandon sherff is back locked up long term and that's pretty much gonna do it for me on season one we're gonna simulate to the playoffs we won't be making them two and four it is what it is oh we did not make the playoffs finished three and 13. not too bad nah it's pretty awful um however chase young has superstar x factor i already knew this going in but uh yeah chase young is a beast superstar x factor in his first year he does everything very very well his finesse moves probably could be even higher than 84 to start out but and i know he's been upgraded a little bit he's played pretty well chase jung is a very very good player and he's only 21 22 years old so it's wild chase young is a beast anyone else we need to improve we need to improve safety every linebacker spot our defensive tackles are great our defensive line in general is very good and then offensively it's like everything sherf is playing down really really poorly because of morale so i don't blame him the team sucks who would want to play on this team i need to get more picks because we need more players there's so many holes on this team we're going to spend coach xp at some point but the first thing we're going to do now is simulate to the off season i'll check out season stats i can't imagine we're gonna see anything that we're too happy with other than maybe chase young getting defensive rookie of the year however i kind of doubt it depends on the year he had obviously but um our team was so bad that it's tough for me to picture him being amazing 31st best offense in the league in terms of yards wow 16th best defense in terms of yards so about middle of the pack for a really bad defense maybe this playbook's the move worst defense for offense for scoring points and our defense for scoring points is one of the worst in the league as well haskins was not particularly good at all rushing antonio gibson was very bad for receiving steven sims was very good although terry mclaurin did have 10 touchdowns weird numbers blocking uh we don't really even look at that this usually drawn christian was horrific and then defensively reuben foster had a very good year eight tackles for lost 113 total five and half sacks three picks really good year and that actually led the team chase young had three and a half sacks uh washington football team playbook is not it this is oh that's awful tom brady wins mvp that's something you don't see every day nfc offense player of the year is drew brees no football team defensive player here is cleo mac ruben foster at number two do i have to bring him back man i might have to offensive rookie there is cd lamb antonio gibson at five and then defensive rookie of the year is tyrell burgess chase young at four yeah he had what three sacks not exactly a shock to see him not highly represented there maybe we bring back reuben foster does he have star development now if he has star development i'm so in he doesn't dude i just don't really want him he had a really good year i think a lot of middle linebackers would uh in this particular system right so i think that's what it was about more so than anything else how does he finish second in defense rookie the year and i don't give him a contract i just don't want that contract long term he's a 76 overall at 27 years old i'm more than happy to look at other options dustin hopkins is whatever i'll resign him in free agency or sign a different kicker and free agency i'm looking to give long-term deals for no money and you just can't really do that in regular resign but available guys hunter henry would be a big get would be great for our offense i'll probably look into doing that actually no one's going after desmond king i feel like i'd be stupid not to offer him a contract if no one is going after him four-year deal maybe he's into that need a kicker uh probably would opt for somebody a little bit younger than matt prater i think graham genoa makes a little bit more sense give him a seven year deal worth nothing there's a nat in front okay interesting free agency we didn't get hunter henry who was actually the free agent i tried to give the most money to instead we addressed the defense side of the ball improving corner and safety but also like we got two corners shinobi wuzzier is a corner desmond king is listed at strong safety for whatever reason he is a cornerback i do not care and uh we can play him at safety but i think we're just gonna make him a cornerback and play him in the nickel i mean demand coverage is 83 not great hit power black shedding is decent maybe we'll play him at free safety i know he's a nickel corner in real life maybe we'll just play him at free safety and look to draft a corner we have two good ones now in kendall fuller who plays this lot in real life uh as his best roll at corner and then now woozier who's a you know classic boundary guy is a nice addition linebacker is a super weak position i'm looking upgrade that it could be a lot better if we change to a 3-4 which i probably should do jonathan allen matt iodinitis to ron payne on the d line chase young montes sweated outside linebacker then we really only need two linebackers two inside guys sean dion hamilton can do that probably don't want cole holcomb or john bostick or colleek hudson so i think moving to a 3-4 is probably the best for us i think it's about gonna be draft time though we're gonna pick up duron payne's fifth year option i think he's a good player and he's young i want to keep him under contract for sure even though we have ionitis it would make a lot more sense to move to a 3-4 in my opinion that's what the personnel is so i think that should be what we do i basically change schemes back and forth every single video multiple times per video we all know this at this point uh can gino just sign dude just sign alright picking at number two where the cardinals not bad 19th okay marcus watkins looks like a really good player it'd be stupid to draft him but he looks very good dylan coffey also looks really good skyler kendrick is the only first round qb here he's okay he's okay for sure he's got a cannon late first round talent but um it's really all about that development trait he still could be pretty good junior scroggins 58208 great top skills he's an elusive back with b-plus trucking early first-round talent skipped the combine said hey roger goodell go to bengal's link in the description cheesy or whatever not much a tight end jared cotton is not gonna be my pick don't like many of these guys as much as i want to and you guys know i want to take defensive lineman what is this marcus watkins says b plus a minus a minus what is that order be a monster it could be a monster do i consider that if he's there i shouldn't i'm sure i will though just because he looks so good aj johnson oh i don't know don't need a defensive tackle bangle please stop don't do this to us four four three forty i've been a linebacker at 234. i ran four or five flat 250. okay i might consider one of these guys aaron fisher out of marshall looks like pretty good value for the sixth round probably consider him as well i'm not picking at number two i'm trading this pick for sure marcus watkins went it was an 81 it was ridiculous but i am trading this pick for more picks jaguars could be a good destination my clock is gone all right um i would be okay with two first round picks i know jags have two i know dolphins have two eight and nine i'm actually in on that that sounds pretty good what do the dolphins have they have four and ten i like that better what about one four 10 and 36 okay we can make this happen though minute and a half to make it happen uh third round pick no let's do a four does that go through i'll do a three i'm okay with that 77 pretty good value and then maybe also a four now let's do a five okay i know i could pause it but where's the excitement in that is it is it really gonna cost two threes no way no way all right i guess i guess i'll just take out the second can i add like a future three otherwise i'll just take the first the two firsts all right so it's gonna be number two in the draft for number four and number ten in the draft i'm pretty comfortable with that and i might even trade number four there's no one i really want in that range i don't want to reach on the linebackers don't care and uh none of the players i want i got taken so maybe make a move with the jaguars how many first round picks do i really need might be for future picks i don't really want four don't care about it okay very interesting trade here as i'm trading number four and number 34 for projected number eight from the dolphins next year and number 36 and 42 this year so we are trading out of the first round however we still have two picks inside the first which we will go to now don't really care what the cpu does we pick a 10 19 and then a lot of picks at the top of the second and we could take a defensive tackle here although i'm not going to i'm going to save you guys i'll spare you jason peters i think would be the move not the tackle but the linebacker and there's just not a ton in this draft we could take a qb if he's available at 19 which he probably is i'll take him uh do i really want to reach super hard on a linebacker i might as well he's going to be ranked anywhere from 20 to 32 in this draft and i'm taking him at number 10. i don't really care it's about a player that i think we can develop with the athleticism and the tools and if he has good development great you got to remember that middle linebacker is spaced differently so a 73 overall middle linebacker would be like a 75 or a 76 outside linebacker which would make the overall look a little bit better for the pick and his ranking better i'm gonna draft him even if his overall isn't anything crazy and it isn't however what he does have is star or better development which is fantastic gotta love that 72 overall i i get that's bad i get it's ranked number 25 we took him at 10 but he will be higher overall if i were to play him on the outside but i don't want to i'm going to keep him on the inside develop his ability 63 zone coverage is pretty good but 90 speed 83 tackle 90 speed at middle linebacker that is so crazy and he ran a 4-5 yeah he is a uh he's a beast he's a beast there goes a defensive tackle really high overall what am i gonna do though terence score the like five foot six pinch runner in the mlb do i go with the qb here we'll try it we'll try it see if he's any good oh interesting so another 72 overall but star or better development as well interesting 94 throw power 78 deep 77 medium 83 short 79 speed oh he's a beast skyler kendrick one of the whitest names you could even ever come up with i promise you that is a really good pick i'm actually super excited with how this draft has gone because i'd rather get star better development than a higher overall i just would could go offensive line here i think i'm gonna go earl proctor i saw him earlier another linebacker we could use it he's gonna be an early first round guy this will be a great pick for us and he's a 75 overall wreck number seven in the draft but only normal development i would rather have taken the middle linebacker like we did earl proctor is 80 tackle 80 speed zone coverage is really bad power and finesse moves is okay i don't know how much of an impact this guy's going to play on our or going to make for us he's a coverage linebacker style that's his trait he's got 45 zone 52 man what could you possibly mean by coverage style his style of coverage is by not playing it at all he's terrible in that regard that is so backwards all right a lot of players just went in that range like a lot of players i wanted on my draft board all got taken did i just go with another middle linebacker here if we stick in a 4-3 we need them aaron fisher 68 overall ranked number 79 took my 42 oh he was supposed to be a six-round guy even though he's like third round talent i just took him way too early i forgot about that it's pretty good though 88 speed 83 tackle he's a middle guy really is not someone you'd move outside with his finesse moves power moves coverage pretty bad he's someone to develop he would have been really really good value for like the fourth or fifth and i just took him at this in the second totally forgot about where we were and and where he was ranked completely forgot about that let's take brian walters here 44 in the draft took but 66 only normal dead but 70 overall he is a really slow nice tackling but that's a nickel corner which seems like all i care about drafting i'm gonna either draft a corner or safety with this next pick i ran out of time and i still have the timer on so i just kind of panicked and took him uh without seeing how fast he was and the answer was not very i think dante judge is gonna be pretty good though at oklahoma he's got good top skills pretty fast as well at 4-4 flat also a 70 overall normal development but he's way faster also nice tackling i'm going to take stephen reese here out of bethune cookman seems like he'll be a decent player and he is also a 70 overall ranked number 45 took about 98. he is okay he's okay can't really get any uh hidden development players now all we can draft are 70 overalls with normaldev we'll have the cpu handle the rest but all in all i think it was a pretty good draft for us we got a potential starting qb of the future and we definitely got a great starting middle linebacker for the future so anytime you can find two like really solid starters plus get picks for the future i think we did pretty well the fact that rqb has star better development really does mean to me that he can be our franchise guy i have high hopes for this team now the big question that i have to answer is do we move to a 3-4 and i think the answer is yes i don't know why it does it but if you go from draft picks to practice squad it pops up a picture of anthony munoz i couldn't tell you why that happened but it does all right those so uh this is the team for season two we're putting everything into skyler kendrick we hope he turns out to be a beast offensive line's still terrible that's going to be a big focus of mine in off season number two i know we focus mainly on the defensive side of the ball i just wanted to get like one part locked down fantastic before we really started focusing on the other side uh plus three zone coverage for chase young yeah i moved into a 3-4 i just think it worked better with our players i don't get the pass rush points thing in this game i don't it's whatever but uh yeah this is just a better 3-4 team our uh like our rushers we got montes sweat and chase young ionitis jonathan allen up the middle peters is our sub linebacker scary terry in the slot kendall fuller in the nickel i think this is a really solid defense with some good players on offense even if you know it's not a good offensive team we're gonna simulate to the mid-season mark probably just before so i can make some trades if i need to but i am uh i'm fairly confident going forward now that we've got some really good playmakers out here so it's just a matter of time now uh a season or two to get some more big guys some guys that can help this team improve and if we develop these guys the way that i think we can i think we're gonna be in a very good position also gonna buy a qb training boost i don't think i can afford anything else because i can't tell me about this qb show me superstar x factor that'd be so sick it's gonna be star but it would be cool to see anything else it is star hate to see that show me superstar x factor on defense it's also star ah frustrating however he's still a good player he's up to a 75 overall already he'll probably be real close to an 80 by the end of the year especially if he plays well clearly but we can't who's a guy we need to bring back jonathan allen also probably deron payne right maybe not maybe they were your part is that it is that really it i mean that's easy sean dion hamilton sorry don't really care steven sims i do want to bring back he's only 24 78 overall he's really not that expensive for someone that is a uh pretty solid player for us so we will resign him long term mckissick no but jonathan allen yes need him back he's gonna be more expensive now that we're paying him basically as a defensive end but that's okay i want jonathan allen back and he is back long-term as well team is starting to look up don't really need to trade anybody else so i will simulate to the playoffs don't think we're going to be participating in the playoffs as we're three and four here in week eight but it's definitely a lot better than last year did not make the playoffs but went five and eleven so barely better than last year but better 30th offense so we were terrible and skyler kendrick wasn't even particularly good defense i want to say seem to improve but it may not have the offense was awful defense was improved but the defense was the offense was really bad skyler kendrick was just super conservative this is not a particularly good line rushing antonio gibson was bad we need a good running back i think that's going to help out quite a bit terry mclaren was good but no one really scored any touchdowns defensively jason peters the rookie had a very good year gotta love that 14 tackles for loss from jonathan allen 12 for ionitis saks was eight and a half for sweat but chase young also tied the lead or the team lead seven for ionitis six for jonathan allen interceptions three for two wooziers first year in washington kendall fuller had the same two picks for jason peters two for brian walters the rookie so you like to see that forced fumbles uh not too many and then safety from troy abkey and one defensive touchdown from kendall fuller check out yearly awards i don't think we're going to win anything in here as drew brees wins fvp not a whole lot in there nfc offense player of the year drew brees no football team of course defensive player of the year fred warner no football team offense rookie here is skyler kendrick that shocks me only because he's a quarterback defensive rookie there is jason peters that one not so shocking brian walters at five so it was a good year for winning awards for our rookies and development progression but none of these guys played particularly well i'm going to really look to change the offensive playbook because that one was not clicking do i want to resign anybody uh definitely not wow bad players we need left tackle left guard right tackle tight end another receiver a running back i mean we need a lot on offense we do i guess we'll do strong arm although i probably would prefer fuel general for skyler kendrick i feel like strong arm just doesn't upgrade it a lot throw power is up to a 95 now great we need the accuracy to improve and then defensively like jason peters has some some nice extra skill points i'm gonna put that into fuel general but um yeah we need to focus big time on the offense side of the ball and more specifically the offensive line it's very very very bad ooh plus one speed for jason peters 91 speed for him now oh he's gonna be a monster he's gonna be a monster jj watts here i'm honestly not particularly interested jair alexander no one's offering on him but i don't think that'd be a good use of our fun it's a really good player i he he's always here i don't want to sign him every time and uh our corners are looking a lot better now mitchell schwartz i always consider mike mcglinchey would be good i would prefer to sign someone who's young like mike mcglinchey schwartz is 33. i would give more money to mike mcglinchey i know i signed him pretty often but how can you blame me he's 27 he's one of the best tackles in the game kind of have to consider that every time we see him in free agency to bump up this contract quite a bit also no one's offering on leighton van der esh certainly going to consider that if no one wants him i do i think that'd be a good good pickup we don't really need safeties i could use a kicker for the future jason myers seven year deal that he won't accept don't really feel like signing any of these running backs should probably sign one of these receivers i mean calvin ridley is probably the best bang for our buck and again no one's really offering these guys it's kind of confusing to me if we can get them for cheap like that'd be so good so i guess i'll offer that on calvin ridley we don't have a ton of money right now still kind of dealing with some of the big cat pits on this team so we'll see what we get mike mcglinchey and jason sanders we got a kicker and right tackle and i want to see uh if we can remove anybody from this team in order to save a little bit of money wow wes schweitzer i don't want to edit i want to release he's terrible get him off the team so schweitzer is gone it's way easier to say that like how it's probably pronounced in germany as schweitzer the w kind of throws me off to chase her effort i'm down to release as well like get him off the team we did get calvin ridley okay yeah this team's looking up i would like leighton van der esh to sign but look at our receiving core now that's no longer a need at all no longer in need at all with the addition of calvin ridley we have three very talented ones probably look to draft a running back maybe fisher and peters look at that i'd like to get lve that would complete our our defense really i mean it would it would but will he sign how much money will we have if he does fifth year options here who would this even be dwayne haskins no no i'm okay with that also monte sweat i think probably yes on monte's sweat so we will keep him he's a pretty good value pickup for the washington football team when they drafted him 8.8 mill the giants are going after him okay would be cool in real life not so much right now do i boost my offer uh yeah i can i can probably do that and we did get lve every time i try to sign him he declines so it's nice to actually finally bring him out of one of my teams in a rebuild but what are we gonna do for the draft i'm looking at running back i'm still looking on the offensive line we pick a two and three in the draft but our defense is looking great we have our kicker we have our punter we have three good wide outs we really just need a running back a tackle a guard and a tight end defense looks good i think it's really just those three positions we talked about johnny zimmerman looks okay top running back in the draft he looks alright not amazing sick tight end nolan truman probably gonna pick him up okay first pick was a very bad one the cardinals took uh just not a good player and i think i'm gonna take a safety no that's odd but desmond king could move to corner curtis barry could be our starting free safety he's only five nine his 213 great 40 quite agile good top skills i like him a lot so curtis berry is gonna be the pick here 75 overall number nine we took him at number two only normal development this is not really a player you take a number two overall i was hoping we'd have a good development trade at least but unfortunately not all right trading number three overall a second next year and number 67 in this draft for number six overall number 38 overall and a first round pick next year from the vikings i think it's a pretty good trade for us and i really want to take a linebacker at number six but i know it's just not smart because we have linebackers i signed leighton van der rash we don't need them we don't need them like nolan forbes looks really really good he's gonna be a really good overall brandon sheffield looks very very good but i'm taking a tight end at six because i don't value my own beliefs and i would never do this if i was a gm but i'm a gm here nolan truman 6 6 260 76 overall only normal development but 87 speed 85 catching high run blocking 82 catching traffic route running is not all there but it's actually not that bad 75 shorts pretty good nolan truman is a very good player would be nice to get some good development traits looks like that was that's a thing of the past that's last draft this is this draft we don't draft good players with good development traits anymore we only draft good players with the worst possible development trade all right arthur porter is going to be my selection another good addition to our defense 74 overall ranked number 14 took him at 35 only normal development again 91 speed 75 zone solid addition even if he's not anything spectacular well connor huff looks crazy athletic here's the problem i want to draft offensive lineman and there just are not any there aren't any good offensive linemen so maybe i trade the pick for an offensive lineman like they're all just not worth drafting so what about zach martin oh yes zach martin's gonna play tackle for us maybe we'll hold honesty deke charles but uh we are certainly getting zach martin maybe with a fifth round pick that should get it done yeah way too good a value to turn down so number six overall here in the second round and a fifth for zach martin he's actually played a little bit of right tackle for the cowboys and you guys can be surprised at this super good sometimes just if you're that good of an offensive lineman it translates all over the line and he is a really good example of that maybe wendell russell here at a tcu show me a good development trait nope number 46 took me 99 only normal dead but 70 overall he's actually not too bad nice awareness on them and my last pick in the sixth round here is gonna be zay stottemeyer alabama 71 overall he's a unit six six 312 with ears taking probably about 300 of that 312 numbers those things could make him fly even at 300 pounds he's a he's an interesting creature to look at so this is the team for season number three looks like a pretty good team to me just still need a running back that's what the biggest hole on this team is is we do not have a good running back at all solid team specialist pretty much looks the same let's go after it let's get a playoff berth here in season three i'm all about it maybe five and two at the mid season mark this is a lot better although we just barely beat the vikings in week eight by a field goal and i'm gonna go ahead and upgrade let's do [Music] let's just do o-line training we'll get back to uh db or d-line next probably shouldn't even thought about d-line but i don't know it doesn't really matter terry mclaurin is going to be our top priority free agent matt iodinitis in there daron payne from bryce love forgot about him haskins no nobody else but these top three guys we definitely want to bring back especially terry mclaren i'm not really even sure we're gonna have the money for anybody else we're gonna be in kind of a spot so maybe we'll only be able to afford to ron payne i'd rather pay him than matt ionitis so i'm going to try and stretch this out as much as i can but i don't think we're going to have the cap i don't think we're going to be able to swing that yeah it's lennon collins contract that's actually going to hold us back quite a bit that's our biggest hurdle right now really a's contract really isn't even that bad it's landing collins that's what i need to get rid of we actually had a very good record 11 and five cowboys went 11-5 as well but we got credit for winning the division and it looks like skyler kendrick was improved to say the least although not amazing it seems like our defense carried us we still need a running back antonio gibson has been terrible our offense is still not all that good even though terry mclaurin had a very good year kind of surprised we won 11 games with those numbers skyler kendrick quite good 31 tds 4 100 yards like to see fewer picks but it is what it is antonio gibson was bad i mean is it our o line or our lines pretty good now i don't know about that terry mclaurin 1400 yards on 97 catches 12 tds amazing numbers jason peters was so good five sacks two picks four tackles for lost 109 total tackles leighton van der esh also had 109 total tackles saks eight for chase young led the team seems like a lot of the team got sacks but like no one in particular had anything crazy iodis with 15 tacos for losses nice interceptions five for desmond king two for jason peters leighton van der eshe arthur porter it's a rookie and then landon collins so i mean it's an interesting team i'm kind of shocked we won 11 games as aaron rodgers wins mvp uh no football team in there nfc offensive player of the year is aaron rodgers no f oh actually skyler kendrick at nine defensive player of the year we have jason peters from football team and leighton van der esque from football team offense rookie there is mark peralta nolan truman at three our tight end and then defensive rick with your tyree whiteside arthur porter corner firm football team and zay stottemeyer also in there okay wild card playoff matchup let's beat the vikings at least wow we couldn't we lost by two really close game with them actually uh around the mid-season mark this time we did not get the better of them and we were probably headed to a fourth and final season so we finally did make the playoffs won 11 games but did not get the result we're looking for and now we're in a bit of a tough spot with not a lot of money i need to look for some potential cuts so we can afford to ron payne or afford matt ionitis it is not going to be easy but if we check out defensive tackle here payne 87 overall need to bring him back and ionitis 87 overall he's 29 though i'm fine to let him walk i guess i need to ron payne back for sure i'm honestly just gonna cut landon collins here 81 overall 29 years old like we save so much money by doing this and it's not like he's anything crazy i know i could trade him but i can't trade him in this particular scenario he's not gonna have so much value i'm okay with trading him we still have picks i need to ron payne back ionis would probably be a big yet i needed to move lana collins anyway and i'm moving him to free agency duron payne's gonna test free agency well he's not um now he is i can't franchise tag him i'm gonna resign him in free agency that's unfortunate but i'm telling you the cut of land and collins was not for no reason i can bring these guys back in free agency uh it's gonna be fine we're gonna have money we should be able to bring them back actually i don't think we are going to be able to bring them back terry mclaurin's up to superstar love that we might have to go a different direction damn that sucks i thought we had way more money i would have just taken like going into the negative and franchise tagging to ron payne i can't bring him back that sucks i like where our team is we just need to improve the defensive line now like barry can easily come in and play because uh we no longer have lane and collins which i cut i cut because why did i do it to save money that is not counting right now i don't know barry's gonna play strong safety he's like lamarcus joyner i guess at five nine that's my comparison every time even though i wanna say lamarcus joiner might even be five eight uh he might even be five eight yeah he is five eight was this guy five eight or was he five nine i feel like he was probably five nine but also he could have been five eight i really just don't remember he's five nine five nine two thirteen but uh yeah no money i wish it were not the case i need to have a good draft i need to get good defensive lineman i'm down to trade up this is the final year of the video so i am gonna go all out we pick at number 23. i'm moving up if there's a stud defensive tackle available we could also move back to a 4-3 if we want to we've got some really good players we got some great linebackers now and chase young can play right end monte sweat left end jonathan allen defensive tackle then we only really need one defensive tackle proctor is a 78 overall outside linebacker peter's on the inside we're on the outside layton vander esque is a high overall we could move to a 4-3 with relative ease depends on what we get i think i need to focus on d-line defensive tackle in particular and who fits that bill we will wait and see swapping first round picks 2024 is our pick though so next year we were trading a first round pick for number six this year we're expected to be picking inside the top three and no that's just not gonna happen we're gonna be really good this year i hope but i'm taking a defensive tackle right now his name is keegan waters and he looks really good he ran four seven three put up 44 reps of 225 crazy agility good top skills i think we're going to take a chance on him and he is a number two player in the draft at 78 overall only normal development but he will be into the 80s this year good power moves good block shedding nice finesse moves crazy high strength and speed like this is a freak athlete so really fun player i think i'll probably just simulate the 23 just reassess the board based on what's there also i don't even think i mentioned it we got devin singletary i signed him it was like a three or four year deal and he's pretty good 89 overall only 25 years old devin singletary is our new back in the future i might even draft a running back here uh just for fun i know we need a left guard i know we need defensive tackles still but i don't know not a whole lot there emmett bushrod just looks really good i almost just want to take him so i'm going to why not 76 overall normal dev number four in the class which is bad because that means this is not a very strong draft class 94 speed 90 xl90 agility nice stiff arming 91 change of direction like he's quite good but just normal development a little bit disappointing but i took a chance and uh he's not amazing not bad so i'm in between dan tyler who would play left guard he's weak but his top skills are quite good quite good and stephen brown who i mean if we move to a 4-3 he might get some playing time not the right move is the center let's go dan tyler 76 overall normal development unfortunately but his strength is low everything else is great he's super slow i might just move really a left guard i don't love that but i think it's what's gonna happen we'll go with the defensive tackle here kevin mumfree in the third 72 overall normal development number 28 in the draft took that 87 72 overall run stopper and that's all he does sometimes like you'll see a player make a good play like a defensive tackle like all he does is stop the run but literally all that player does is stop the run because he can't do anything else so he's not like that good is there anything else here that just feels worth my time to take not really maybe antonio woodbury right here normal dev number 39 in the draft took him at 119. good speed power moves yeah he's just not going to play but that will be the end of the draft chase really actually somehow manages to be more slow so dan tyler will be playing left guard he's just a power guy maybe more of a pass protector than someone who gets up field he is a 77 overall offense is good defensively really wish we had some more help uh on the defensive line is there anyone i can move like i don't really want to move chase young down but if he plays defensive end like he could still be a rush like edge and still come in maybe i just might move him down keep monte sweat in space like not that i don't think chase young can do it but monte sweat is a uh like really really good athlete chase young is as well but i think montez sweat would probably operate better in space off the ball they're not you know billed for it neither one of them but xia xiang goes to defensive end i think proctor's gonna play red outside linebacker and then our rush ends are gonna stay the same it's still gonna be montez sweat it's still gonna be josh uh not jonathan allen it's still gonna be chase young um who we're getting after the qb so nothing really changes fuller in the slot gonna change receiver i feel like devin singletary is a better third down running back than antonio gibson doesn't really catch too well so this will be the team for the final season offense you guys have seen it looks pretty good uh it's really tough to find holes on this team like we could use like a good third tight end maybe but i like our secondary it's not perfect i get that but it is pretty good curtis berry is going to be about the same as landon collins if he can get to an 82 overall it makes the landon collins cut move like super worth it at the end of the year because landon collins would be about that overall and we're paying him less and we spent a higher pick on him defensive line it looks good looks good proctor's gonna play sparingly waters is you know good player one of our top picks we'll see how this team plays i'll simulate to the mid-season mark show me a successful team please we just crushed the jets 49-7 show me a good record five and three okay not too bad don't really think it's worth changing anything our offense is completely changed this time around second offense and yards our defense is what's uh holding us back a little bit what do we do about that what do we do about that i'm not sure we're gonna simulate to the playoffs i think we should be able to make it if we continue at the same pace we're gonna be ten and six which should be a playoff team maybe even an extra win instead of a loss in there and we'll be sitting pretty could be even a first round bye with the division win would love that and we don't even make the playoffs are you kidding me eight and eight how oh my gosh dude six best offense in the nfl eighth best defense in terms of yards 12th in points so quite above average there and what our offense and defense were so good skyler kendrick put up really good numbers we're gonna do one more year i'm not ending on that devin singletary was good we didn't run the ball too much scary terry was unreal 101 catches for 1700 yards averaged 16.9 per car per catch 19 touchdowns one of the best receiving years of all time nolan truman was good calvin ridley was really good i don't really know this team didn't make the playoffs leighton van der esh had a really good year 12 tackles for loss with chase young 10 sacks led the team we'd love to get more individual pressures i hate to say this but 4-3 defenses just played way better in sim i want to move back to a 4-3 but i would need to change my personnel slightly just slightly cam newton wins mvp jordan love in there man does packers offense the glitch skyler kendrick was really good we're not i'm not going to change my offense it's about defense now offense player of the year skyler kendrick at two jordan love won it defensive player of the year is devon white van der resch at seven offensive rookie year kyle griffin defense rook of the year zach polite keegan waters at two uh antonio woodbury at six so i wasn't really prepared for this i thought it was gonna be the last season i need to bring back chase young kendall fuller i need to bring back a lot of guys maybe not maybe not even a lot just like big players who are not going to be cheap in order of importance chase young kendall fuller i think probably monte sweat above a woozy eye but chase young is number one by a lot i will give him whatever he wants he resigns that's huge fuller is older but i'm not really worried about age so much as this is one year now we just need to give everything we got and he's gonna test free agency what's a corner franchise 19 i mean we could keep it woozier for that woozie is back for 13 a year monte sweat how expensive not even that expensive we still have a good amount of cap room monte sweat returns don't really need uh need anybody else now i'm not gonna franchise tag kendall fuller i think we could sign him in free agency if we want to but i might just get somebody else we should have yeah 15 mil there's a little more than i thought just slightly stefan gilmore's here that's the move we'll give him everything oh makai beckton's in here superstar dev fletcher cox would be a really good player to have as well but i think the addition to stefan gilmour would be massive now we do have two good corners with the woozier and i guess we lost fuller so we do kind of need stefan gilmore like badly we don't really need a defensive tackle so much so it really just all comes down to does stefan gilmore want to sign we got stefan gilmore really really good free agency for that one player acquisition alone oh superstar dev for our qb stephan gilmour is such a nice pickup our secondary is good defensive line i like linebacking quarters very good offensively skyler kendrick getting superstar into terry mclaurin getting superstar x factor is awesome now where's chase roulier did i just not resign him i didn't resign him i don't have a center oh also our tight end got star i have a little bit of money but i don't think this is gonna be enough to sign any type of okay center even roulier's here but i would rather have corey linsley just because no one's going after him and maybe i can get this 41 total points gave him literally my last dime i've never even seen zero cap room before he's probably not going to sign which leads me to needing to draft the center yeah cory lindsley rejects guess what i don't care i kind of care actually all right picking in the second round not gonna trade up traded my first round pick to move up for the defensive tackle which i'm happy with he's in the 80s now just need to uh draft a good offensive line with this pick good center would be nice tj logan he looks really fun four four three speed at qb with eighth row power do i take him and use them as a trade piece that can get me an offensive lineman easily okay there's some good centers here do i want to be crazy no i'm taking matthew tanner let's not be stupid there's a better player than corey linsley 76 overall but he's 22. 90 strength 78 run block 80 pass block that qb super fun he is i almost want to make a move up there goes the qb 72 overall the browns get him yeah i wasn't going to trade up a lot to get him especially when i got my center that's the whole reason i was going to draft him also to see what his development trade was how good he is no one on my draft board i didn't really do any of that is there anyone i can draft here it looks pretty good uh bruce chambers looks okay ben mcdonald would be the defensive tackle i go with if i go that route and i think i will jason dorsett also someone i might look at they're gonna be late first round guys so it's like which one do i want ben mcdonald very strong or jason dorsett it's going to be ben mcdonald welcome to the team 73 overall number 18 and the draft took about 82 normal development very strong not much of a rusher but we will uh play or we will advance the end of the draft and clearly he's not much of a rusher he's not a running back he plays d tackle hello did the brown strap to stud qb nah they didn't what about who am i talking about browns and drafting stud qbs no chance this is the team for the actual final season looks pretty good looks pretty good we got a great receivers great quarterback devin singletary kind of helped this offense out a lot new center offensive line looks great good tight end defensively linebacking core is really good secondary i like quite a bit stefan gilmore is a huge get and then the defensive line looks so good edge rushers are solid rush d tackles are solid a woozier and the nickel okay i'm gonna change my slot receiver to be terry mclaurin so he can put up disgusting numbers actually no i'm gonna put calvin ridley in there to get him superstar development so it looks better at the end of the year that's the play actually if terry mclaren has double me i'll just put him as the primary target which is what the slot receiver is in this particular playbook tennessee and um maybe if double me activates in sim he's going to be unstoppable because they got to double team them and he'll just catch the ball every time that's my strategy we'll see if it works out we're going to take a quick pit stop at the mid-season mark i need this to be a playoff scene man this is what year five i've been recording for over two hours we've made the playoffs once i don't know how we did last year when we ranked so highly in offense and defense show me a good record show me six and one here two and five what are we talking about two and five how 27th offense on what planet 25th defense i don't know what to tell you dude uh teams only improved and now all of a sudden we can't do anything i don't i don't i don't know what to tell you don't know what to tell you at the end of the day this is about team building and not so much how the team performs and the terrible simulation that ea has put together for madden but it is nice to win obviously i it sucks when people have felt like they've wasted their time watching these because we didn't do well record wise and we finished five and 11. five and 11 with a 93 overall team uh jeez i mean i guarantee the chiefs and the seahawks neither one of them is even close to a high of a as hive and overall and we won five games 13th best offense kendrick still put up crazy numbers he was just awful the first half and our defense was terrible kendrick too many picks but really great year devin singletary good year receiving terry mcclure another monster year 1700 yards 17 touchdowns no one else really does a whole lot though defensively barry had a lot of tackles four picks tackles for lost 17 from jonathan allen although nine stacks from chase young led the way what is this detroit detroit was not a good playbook choice sometimes it's been great sometimes have been terrible mvp is daniel connor 77 overall qb of the bucks skyler kendrick at two tj logan crush for the browns nfc offense player of the year daniel connor skyler kendrick at two defensive player of the year carlos winslow makes me think of carl winslow from family matters what a show uh also offense rookie you're max mclendon two guys in there defense rookie or harvey silver nobody so this is the final team i mean we built a monster clearly and kendrick did go up to superstar x factor that's very cool to see his ability is truss which is so boring quick draw anchored extender pass lead elite sideline deadeye are his superstar abilities and then defensively uh i don't really think anyone went up barry actually went up to stardev so good for him he's going to finish out in 81 overall so he ties with lana collins would be and he'd be even better for the future so this team is clearly set up to win procter actually went up to star dev as well but just a classic madden sim chose the wrong playbooks
