Rebuilding A Wrecked 2020 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon

from Marco Island so this was an island Jeep that's probably one of there's no flip-flops embedded in the what is up guys welcome back to the channel so today we got something new and exciting for you guys as you know three of our bills are coming to completion the ferrari gt3 the ford f450 and the honda s2000 only need a few more little things and that stuff should be here real soon but as you can tell i'm sending it in an empty garage Bay which means one thing we need to put something in here and we are gonna start the new years off right with a brand new build that just so happens to be a 2020 Jeep gladiator Rubicon that we picked up a couple weeks ago so let's go check it out let's go get this bad girl dude oh yeah dude I can't wait to see what it looks like he's already up there dude crazy I got some jumper cables down here in our booster box he said it wouldn't start for some reason with his booster box I wonder if he has the genius they just saw one trailer dude has had the only thing that he brought I guess so 20 gladiator let's go snatch the sucker off his trailer clutches out or it's just super that's how they are I guarantee you go ahead and pull in the clutch and try to put it into reverse there she goes go ahead and grab the checkbook pay the guy then we're gonna take her home fix that coolant right quick grunts smooth thing is filthy dude I cannot wait to get it put my hands on it with brush oh yeah fun definitely needs a wash I think this thing came from Hawaii or something only I mean that's the reason he's up there hello or whatever you call them things but this thing is like yeah I didn't drive her back home I guess and then supposedly its run and drive I mean it starts right up nicely let's run it and see if it will actually drive because it is pretty hit pretty good over there pretty good out and I don't think there is any suspension damage so go ahead and back her up I want to see how she oh my god dude this feels like there's nothing there but it's actually there which is we really go ahead back throwing up drop that e-brake manual - that's what I really like about it ready yes sir Peggy easy now all right so it is actually a couple weeks later ever since we got this thing delivered we got it about halfway in the garage but the battery just keeps dying on us so we're gonna go ahead and buy a new one throw it in this thing that way we could pull it all the way in there and get into depth on what's wrong with this thing and what else it comes with [Music] I can't believe this 20/20 battery is already bad but I guess I sat at the auction for quite a while so we're gonna go ahead and get that replaced Thomas the technician told me that it was bad so oh man he's over checking out where the wires lead to what is this little Cobra tan jacket for it keeps it nice and warm and it's something like that like that but we're gonna go ahead and actually run to the store get a brand new one instead of trickle charging it cuz that's gonna take forever I'm gonna put one back in here and want to fire this thing up here at the Auto Zone we just got into the zone because we picked up a brand new battery little juice box right here well actually has 800 cranking amps not 700 like the original batteries so hopefully we get a little bit more power so let's head back to the house alright so new battery is in go ahead and fire it up and put it back think sounds like it has electric power steering I don't know all right so the Jeep is finally in the garage and this thing looks sick but let's just start off with the front end let's do while the run-in is actually undamaged so dude this thing looks freaking sick I love the hood that's probably got to be my favorite part especially with the vents and stuff like that there's extra yeah there are plastic but I think they're actually real I don't know 100% we're just gonna have to open the hood for that but they look freakin sick and I like how they went with a little plastic right here which one thing that I did notice right here there are some flip-flops that are stamped into this thing I wonder if this is like where you put your flip-flops when you take them off wonder if you can walk on this or something I don't know and that seems a little too weak but that's kind of weird a little finishing touch little flip-flops maybe you can drive this thing to the babies little Easter eggs everywhere on there or something and they got a little a Jeep right here which I think they did that in all the jeeps or I think only they started with the JK's jlz yes I think they started with the newer jeeps but that is an undamaged windshield right image at all surprisingly because this thing got beefed up right here don't know the world a little bit later so that logo there don't show them that what is this for hanger though I think this is I think when you drop the windshield down yeah when you go to the Sahara Desert I don't see people doing that all the time I'm gonna see how you would be able to do this you'd have to like unscrew the whole tower rollcage or something like that I don't know I don't know maybe people do this all the time we just haven't seen it yet down south or something like that I don't do it here in America I don't think they do that but another thing is how LED these headlights look really dude look at how sick that looks a little square in a circle headlight you know the desserted she was SOG performance LED bang those halos or mid slide I think so there's a little rape around there you want to you want to test these suckers I had turn them on I want to see these suckers we always everytime we built the Jeep we always upgrade it to halos are they uh-huh no hey was there you might have to start it everything here is LED which is sick go ahead and start it oh oh there we go we got it on Delos I mean hello yeah let me see dang dude those are sick oh yeah dude so these things right here they lighten up too right now but they're like to dim what is that a fog light or turn signal that's kind of like a fog light right there or daytime running much weird there's fog lights here and fog lights here maybe this is a turn signal to let me hit it but I really don't like how this stuff looks dude Oh looks sick though Oh daddy's boy I don't know like how big and wide these oh I wonder if there is an aftermarket flare I guarantee I guarantee there are some death what would you do with the turn signal would you have to like put it somewhere else maybe do it like the what the JK has they cut out a little hole put the turn signal there that can that can happen in a scenario but I think we're just gonna delete then I think we're gonna do a new life obviously I've been doing Google Images now there's a lot of things you can do to this thing man and it's a gladiator which looks super cool if you do some stuff but as you can tell the front bumper actually a little pretty thanks first off bumper yeah first off bumper I like this little fake vent right here but the fog lights are LED is well I like the little red right here if the Rubicon's are only red or this is because a jeep is red you think they knew that one color match I think it's a Rubicon thing honestly they do the red accents all over we got their little red shocks and all that good little stuff the little grill actually like divots a little bit wonder if that's for airflow or not these things are way far away from an aerodynamic good because we hit the highway on this thing we know Jeeps man they're kind of like you know what I mean the wind blows you right out the way oh yeah what about this electronic sway bar disconnect on the Rubicon oh yeah it was pretty sick look at these things what is this that's weird I have not seen that yet that's not like a jack point or something like that or it may be a clearance issue thing so you don't hit that you don't damage that but dang I gotta say you'll probably get stuck on a rock or a tree with that thing so we're definitely gonna have to go ten feet higher something check out these little hood latches I gotta say that's pretty sick look at this and then BOOM dude listen actually is this at 3.6 they say the 3.6 v6 how many horsepower one six are you sure it was a 3.8 did they have him 3.8 was the very old all 3.6 that's pretty crazy 3.6 got the alternator right Oh Todd this kind of looks like the one from the JK you know the engine is just a little different yeah it is a little bit different but I'm sure it's got more power how much horsepower do we got here uh 235 or 735 or 265 one of those we have fake Vince were my just trippin right now I'm looking up here where the Vince that maybe they get sucked from under here dude fake Vince Vance Jeep you tricked us man they almost look real maybe they are real I don't know man they go through I mean I see I see it that they go through it seems a lot in there I don't see no lot maybe that's just like the bottom of that little you know what I mean exactly i we're definitely upgrade this thing as much as possible and the windshield wipers definitely need them due to mod where they sit right Whaley I don't know what's wrong with them they just stuck like that but dude this thing looks slick look at that look right up dude I gotta say the windshield sits a lot farther than most reach I mean we're used to them TJ's you know what I mean I think that's for aerodynamic person purposes dude I love the red in the trail ready to badge that looks freakin sick check this out man look at another Easter he actually says t-50 with a little arrow pointing down if you need to take your door off grab your tea fit dude this thing actually might come with the t-50 I don't know member of the JK's in the back where the spare tire stuff they had a little kid had a little kit down there we turn these lights off they're making some sort of noise she turn them off go ahead and turn them off dude yeah the wheels not mine not a fan of the wheels at all we design the wheels great maybe there's a different options for Rubicon's but them are ugly that's probably the first thing that we're gonna upgrade after maybe a lift kit I don't know we're definitely gonna have to lift this thing I mean it is a Jeep by the end of the days yeah we were definitely doing stuff like that but other than that Rock slider like their original Rubicon's they always had an original rock slider I love the way this freakin tub is dude that is sick is this considered a truck or a semi truck so this is our third truck racer is there's a truck bed right this is crazy a jeep truck finally I mean I like this little thing right here yeah that's nice and sleep did I almost didn't even notice it there look at how long it is though almost looks like it should have a little de f dude I think they do offer the diesel I was talking about that one the delivery guys ready I think it's not yet but it'll be out in a corny 21 or supplier than that this thing does have like 200 like what at 35 for 235 or 265 isn't it needs more horsepower I mean this is a pretty big vehicle it's a lot this is probably the longest Jeep they were made do you think that as long as probably as long as the GMC you know what I mean the little bass but other than that did the bed look sick I like the fender flares better than the front ones you know the back ones actually do love it I'm a huge fan of the flat flare so we're definitely gonna look for some flat matter they they look a lot better a lot cleaner a lot more aftermarket you know what I'm Matt Lee this plastic that's a metal bar right there that's for which you're off-roading and you don't damage that bed there these are some big taillights though dude check that out things are fat though they're nice and LED even says the same thing right here performance LED dude that's pretty sick so we definitely don't need to upgrade to tell I threw that already unless you're sick yeah slides will probably give me the thing that we don't upgrade [Music] goes low and then goes fast through this slow to fast dude I've never seen that before never seen it that out dude that is some high-gloss paint over here so you can unscrew that and get to the little bits that I noticed that we have right there's one thing that's gonna matter that's gonna match our Duramax right there look how nice and clean that is Christmas lights Christmas tree plug it up or you can have a little air compressor or something like that you know what I mean hot tub hot tub whatever you want you can throw back hey man maybe we should design a hot tub that you can inflate in the back of your Jeep and plug it up dude I'm thinking a little more water go ahead let me get up in here I wanted to check out this top because this is actually high gloss paint surprise they didn't like bed line this which we may have to you don't know I do kind of like the red though it looks really good that looks safe molding probably be scratch this sucker up because we're gonna put like some boxes here so very much that's like some strapping points led strapping points tons of shrapnel get its got the tire tread right there what is that that's probably where you put your fool wheeler you know that's where the tires go your rut directly to the back of the cool weather or to bikes we've got some DRC's we could throw in here let me check out check out this top yeah does this top even in good condition it's kind of popping up right there hopefully it's undamaged I mean the glass is definitely unsavable got a little sliding glass we're just still there man I wonder if you can just replace this instead of buying like a whole time because these tops are super expensive they're gonna probably be around twenty five hundred three grand oh it's gonna hit the budget right there we're definitely gonna have to pull this sucker off and see if it's damaged if it is we can probably repair we've repaired one be floating it's not too bad dude I wonder what this thing is gonna look like if you drop everything take the whole top off I kind of think they kind of look a little ugly you know I haven't seen that yet let's let's hop down and get to these damages a damaged side right here but first of all what I just noticed undamaged nice freaking shock so I'm gonna do check that out dude red fox shot I saw it out here when the delivery guy was here but they definitely all Rubicon's usually come with some sort of upgraded shot ya know so regular ones these are actually fox which I'm surprised that Jeep started doing but other than that I was feeling a hope now I don't think he's damaged dude what'd you say no that's smooth right there your aim is an arrow right there boy this is our major he's going that way Far East Far East throughout there that one's definitely done just as it mean is it banana and banana I don't know that side or this side is this side looks like you got pushing like all the way to the wheel so we got about a foot right here that it got please yeah hopefully so we're gonna have to be doing some serious frame art and we're gonna have to be ordering some serious Frank pieces like all these little sections and stuff which are they the same on the JK or something like that to jail the jail 2019 because I don't even know if you can get 20 20 parts yet I wonder if the doors are the same as a because you know we can probably save some money by ordering the older jail doors but I don't have to do some research on that yet definitely gonna need doors definitely gonna need this rocker panel whatever you call me even some inside floor panel pieces depending on how much we can pull out you know what I mean the only thing that I know that's different probably this quarter panel right here yeah damage just curves in it there's actually a seam right there so we will probably have to take off this bed to replace out which is gonna be pretty cool you and I may even have to take off this whole tub I'm excited to work on this thing this is kind of bringing us back to our roots dude we started when we started with jeeps right yep jeeps were the the main thing dude we love jeeps we always worked on Jeep so we are back to our roots this is a truck though so I don't know trota so we are going back to our roots in we've got a bunch of plans for this thing but they would be sick now first plan is to fix this but like you said now it's time to go on the inside of this thing all right Jimmy I don't know Timmy do we got a couple explosions and looks like it glass everywhere dude we busted probably every little we didn't bust there's busted glass everywhere except for this one in two windows in the back dude that's crazy we're gonna have to be buying some some windows which we never did before right we've never done like that type of little glass I don't even know how you've replaced that know we've got some Mopar think they would put some lock nuts on these wheels which I don't know man so turn that light around right there it's just blinding blinding you guys much better now we could see what's going on here check out that red stitching Rubicon in the sea we call him surprise they actually did cloth in Rubicon's you know what I mean whenever we first bought this Jeep whenever we were looking at it was like dang that actually has cloth seats I don't know but I actually did some research and a lot of people actually like the cloth seats over the over my mother yeah over the leather but other than that dude we can do the leather upgrade I believe they do really we get like a nice kit we can easily do that but other than that kind of like him do you see a little design right here I don't know what that honeycomb top stuff right here but like the outside my favorite part on the inside got to be the red dash that's love dancing we do have something is this a bit painted or something no yeah it looks like they're painted your song I don't know hopefully we're definitely to buy these new though we should have to replace one do check out the interior dude this is nothing like we've ever seen before man we're not used to this fancy cheap stuff right here with all these buttons and stuff media oh dang oh cool I think that's a super quick USB connection you have a technical term and that's like for iPhone and stuff like that which they are upgrading got ox123 I wonder this is just like the truck you know you can add like light bars and stuff oh yeah like the Ford yeah which is super sick and look at this off off-road button day what does that mean off-road Plus mmm definitely gonna have to find the manual does this thing come with a man named there's one right oh I don't know what that is open it's cool open up this glove box for a second oh we got no manual dude we got just some kind of Washington center console now got a manual but we got a what are these thing called right here a donkey there's one more oh nothing man no donkeys there no extra keys this is a six-speed manual though of course and like you said the clutch is super light dude - looking for a look at the clutch right here look at this dude there's nothing there's no work out there but that's that's you know what for this new generation yeah new generation easier I guess to drive a clock turn on the strip reverse camera days I'm gonna show these guys how how high quality is dude sucker is super hot car no I think it has to be started at oh nevermind look at this backup cam Oh bald eagle you can see nice and clear like he's narrating straight to it do this probably one the highest quality reverse cameras I ever seen dude even dude the GMC has a higher quality one than the Ferrari and Lamborghini put together and then this thing this is even better how it beats all of them do that I'm super happy that they actually started doing like high quality I wonder what this oh dang man look at this you can zoom in zoom in zoom out for trailer purposes what else what other features do we got here yeah all doing this there's a compass right here acquired signal dude there's a bunch of stuff I know if there's a like a bunch of things even on this - right here you can go through look check that out a little they incorporated you see that little design right there look at the sign on this man it's the exact same design is on the - I don't know what that is but that looks freakin sick it does almost looks like a camel wish top color you know what I mean I wish I could open this rear door here because that's one see what's going on in the backside we can open up this room the invisible handle we're gonna glass over here man you can make that a necklace out of all this guys oh right here's our rear airbag so I think somebody cut it off because it did say biohazard so that's to drive your airbag I'm gonna have to wash my hands up oh yeah for sure but the rear seats let me hop up in here got some paperwork from the owner check out the back of this seat dude that looks like a military truck right there they're not stretchy no that is weird you know like your pencils and pins right there or something you know telephonic I guess it's not look at list you know what I mean if you got neck pain disappear what else we got right here Oh finally dude beeps don't really have this right hey see and heat in the back that's it we got another plug back here a USB port I think I don't know but look at that we got some nice LEDs up in the roof which is sick dang super-bright that's different look at that there's four of them one two three four and the center don't work I wonder how good these speakers are does it have less sub woofer in here I don't know dude let's see if we can pick these seats up oh it's like some toolbox thing or something this one uh oh this one don't go up cuz the doors Oh can't open this how do you open it Oh all right what is that a military man that cover dude let's go to the dealership right now we still go to dealership and that's exactly what we're probably gonna go to get all of our parts yeah we need everything and we need everything as quick as possible because we're ready to do some aftermarket we're ready to get started this is gonna be a beast this is gonna be a total build what what do you want to do first you're like we usually do we we got to clean this sucker up man there's like I don't know a floor to mud under here it's like sand or mud I don't know what that is clean all that up all the glass seems to come out of it from the inside because that can actually cut the seat if you sit in it so let's go ahead pull this sucker out let's take a wash [Music] [Music] ssangsun no she already looks ten times better I already look sharp and knock on that sand off of me I don't know where it came from but I guarantee oh yeah we found it was on the island that's right that was on island so I understand there's probably no roads but same because it was a bunch of black sand like caked up under there it's kind of weird mud sand let's go ahead and foam this sucker out man this red is starting to pop dude it's looking nice and sharp [Music] [Music] [Music] couple more these get more of those or maybe even bring out the buffer like new yep just a little bit of buffing and we'll go right back to the spa no seriously though this side over here looks great look how sharp this thing is looking man and that paint is brand-new you know still brand new no scratches at all surprisingly on this side but on this side it's a little bit different story you know there's a little bit of scratch a couple little dings and dents on this side nothing too crazy but bondo it up and stuff like that but dude let's go ahead and actually pull it inside and that clean the interior of this thing [Music] Chuey man she don't cleaned up didn't she take a little gander on the inside there everything is nice and detailed it could use a little bit more but we didn't go all out because we know some of this stuff is gonna be coming out most of the stuff I think the whole entire interior will be in ripped apart just him so we could fix this because it kind of pushed back in there that seat is stuck so we're gonna have to figure out how to get that thing out there's gonna be a lot of different factors that are gonna
