Ranking All The Warlords From Weakest To Strongest

the Royal warlord was a net group of strong pirates that had been given immunity in order to help the government fight against the Emperors and deter people from becoming Pirates they stood as one of the three major powers of the world alongside Navy HQ and the four Emperors however ever since the recent revelry the warlord system has now been admonished after king cobra and Riku persuaded the other monarchs that they could no longer be trusted considering the crimes that crocodile and doflamingo have committed as you can tell by the title we'll be ranking every war we've seen in this series from weakest to strongest the matters of each of these Warlords will be at the time each of them held a title of warlord so if they grew stronger after losing their title their Feats and portrayal won't be accounted for I'll also be ranking that based on what they've shown in the story but since some of these Warlords haven't been shown to go all out some of my personal opinions may starting off with number 11 we have buggy the clown now I don't think anyone is surprised that he is the weakest of all the Warlords he only achieved this rank due to his presence in the Marine Ford war and being a Roger pirate with affiliation to Shanks he also abandoned many of the impound escapees that believe in his fake reputation which made him the leader of a stronger influential Force known as buggy delivery aside from that there's nothing else to Buggy so move it on to number 10 we have sir crocodile crocodile is the user of the sooner sooner no me which gives him the ability to become and manipulate sand with this power he's able to absorb the moisture from anything that he touches turning things to dust or people into a Husk in Alabaster crocodile faced off against Luffy after beating him twice and despite using poison to weaken him in their third fight Luffy still managed to defeat and surpass this version of crocodile it was also stated in the SBS by Oda that if crocodile had an active Bounty at that time it'd be at least double his Frozen Bounty of 81 million as you all know oh crocodile is much stronger when he's reintroduced in the impel down Arc but when he had the title of warlord this is where he ranks now for number nine we have Gekko Moria who is the user of the kage kage know me in the Marine phone War he was portrayed as the weakest warlord at the time due to the government not demon Mario strong enough to hold the title of warlord anymore the government also feared that another warlord may be defeated after the enes lobby incident so they sent Kuma to inform Mario of their concerns essentially implying that it may happen to him however he's still shown more than enough in Thriller Bach to be above crocodile for starters maurya could easily defend himself against post any sloppy base Luffy with only his doppelman Maria is fast enough to react to sanji's diablay jambe as he evades attack by switching places with his Shadows he also has ridiculous endurance as he's able to withstand a couple of attacks from Nightmare Luffy that scale was higher than oars which took all the straw hats to working together to beat him Mario becomes even stronger than that after absorbing 1000 Shadows which is 10 times the amount of Shadows that Luffy absorbed for his nightmare mode Asgard Mario becomes so strong that he surpasses both oars and Nightmare Luffy and he can crack the island of Thriller bark with a single punch now for number eight we have Trafalgar law who is a user of the op not me he became a warlord during the two-year time skip after handing in the hearts of 100 Pirates to the Navy and he lost his rank after his alliance with Luffy became public in The dressrosa Arc in punkazard law was capable of one shot in Virgo despite his tough Amman haki with just an amputee not only did he slice Virgo in two but he also cut the whole sad lab and the surrounding mountain range in his fight against doflamingo low was consistently holding his own against base dolfi even without using his room raw sauce it was still good enough to block dopey's overheat string and to clash in defending as dopey's 5 colored string that was used to slice up a meteor Lord can also block those side strings by hardening his arms with armam and haki and he sustained her damage from it Lord got the better of Dopey when he landed the injection shot as dolphy couldn't react at all and the attack was strong enough to put Dopey on one knee after losing an armor gets him beaten up by dolphy in trouble law enacted his gun and I've planned after Luffy made his return though Flamingo was caught by surprise as he thought law was dead which gave law the opening to land His Garment life the gamma knife has lost strongest technique and is like an electric shock wave that doesn't create any external wounds but wrapped his organs From the Inside by bypassing their durability this technique would have killed doflamingo but nofi was capable of doing emergency care to prevent this from happening now for number seven we have the first son of the sea jimbei since jimbei is a fisherman he can use fisherman karate which allows him to cause internal damage to opponents by manipulating the water in their body meaning he can bypass durability with his attacks as a warlord jimbe had a five-day fight against rookie Ace which ended in a draw in the Marine fold War he faced off against Warrior who was armed by the shadows of eight Marine soldiers but jimbe still beats him with little difficulty in Fishman Island jimbei fought Luffy in order to stop him from fighting holy Jones with his first attack he said basically if you fly in then blocked a jet stamped to which he belittled Luffy's last two years of training in whole cake Island jinbei had to face off against big mom and was able to momentarily block her mama slash until she put more force behind the attack to overwhelm Jimboy's God even though this big mom is a skinny version she was still deemed as a monster that couldn't be stopped aside from the wedding cake that Sanji baked big mom in her base they could Clash against Luffy's Kong gun with just her Armament haki without the use of her homies so that's something to think about after gym they was overpowered he came back and was able to knock big bomb off the ship with his vagabondo during the raid of onekoshima Jimmy faced off against who's who who is portrayed as the strongest of the flying six after who's who made jembe mad with the story about Nika the attacks are once piercing Jim base Amman haki failed and who's whose fingers snapped on impact Jamaica tank a tempest kick out of fang pistol to the face and suffered no damage then proceed to destroy who's who with a demon brick fist now for number six we have Don Quixote Don Flamingo who is the user of the Ito Ito no me making him a string man this may come across as a hot take to some but I feel as though dolphy can be underrated in certain conversations in the Marine Ford War he was able to control josu with a parasite string who had the physical strength to throw a massive ice folder that dwarves the Marine Giants the only time though flamingo's parasite strings have been overpowered was when Lucy transformed into gear 4. base dophi was consistently out doing gear second Luffy even after the gamma knife and he could block gear third attacks however though flamingo's real strength comes from his Awakening with his Awakening Dopey is able to turn his environment to Strings therefore creating stronger strings for offense and defense most remembered this fight as gear for Luffy destroying though Flamingo from start to finish which is mostly true but Dopey still had a couple of impressive Feats Dopey was fast enough to completely Dodge and move around a gear for calvaryn and with overwhite he could completely block a double Calvin essentially dolphy's awakened techniques can clearly hang with gear 4's lower tier techniques like Kong gun or calvaryn but he completely gets overwhelmed by techniques like the Leo bazooka and of course the King Kong gun even someone like katakuri who's even stronger than doflamingo had his defenses completely be overwhelmed by the same gear 4 that trophy had to face off against and category had the pleasure of not seeing techniques like the Leo bazooka and the King Kong though Flamingo also has ridiculous endurance as he's able to outlast gear 4's time limit and he can lessen the damage of internal attacks by performing Emergency Care on himself but this isn't to be confused with healing though he also has the ability to fly by connecting his strings onto clouds and he has techniques for different range type of Fighters all this mixed of flamingo a difficult fighter to deal with and now we've reached the top 5 so at number five we have the pirate Empress Boa Hancock she is the user of the Maro Maro no me which gives her the ability to turn her opponents in stone if they have any emotions of Love or lust for her this ability isn't only effective against men as we've seen women be turned to stone since Boa Hancock is an attractive woman she is a user of all three types of haki since her sister Marigold can use Advanced Armament haki it's very safe to say that Boa Hancock can use it too in terms of her basic stats though she doesn't have any impressive fees to speak of such as protecting Luffy from smoker and knocking passive feasters out of commission in the marineford war on the other hand she doesn't have any anti-feeds that Kappa raw starts at any particular level and her strength is praised by the likes of sengoku the only reason why she's this high up is due to the likes of Blackbird being unable to resist her charm despite having top 10 levels of armam and haki Hancock can also turn anything she attacks to Stone as well making her a very difficult opponent to deal with the only way to beat her based on what we know would be by some chance one has the armenhaki levels to counter her deal for abilities or if one has the speed to Blitz her before she could pull off an attack Blackbeard was able to catch Hancock of God while she was midway through naming her attack against Kobe so in normal fight setting Blackbird seems to have the speed to get to ball Hancock before she can land one of her love spells on him I can't say the same for everyone below both Hancock on this list which makes number five a nice spot for the pirate Empress now at number four we have the Man known as the Tyrant Bartholomew Kuma this may come across as a hot take because Zoro was able to cut him how they should be noted that Kuma is made of steel and Zona can cut any still since he learned the breath after Alabaster we've also seen ivankov unable to do any real damage to Kuma in Marine Ford with a Galaxy wink ivankov is one of the founding members of the Revolutionary Army so realistically he should be many times stronger than Thriller block Zorro so to keep it simple just consider zoro's feat as an outlier the main reason he's this high up for me despite not seeing Kuma's limits is because of how ridiculous his delpher ability is the poor poor fruit gives Kuma the ability to repel anything he touches whether it be physical things or intangible Concepts like pain and memories he's also able to repel himself which makes him travel at such high speeds that he appears as though he can teleport even though he has questionable moments like Zora being able to react to his thrust packed Canon however it's more likely that he was deliberately holding back as we see in shabandi that Kuma can repel himself in between the fight of kizaru and Rayleigh showing top tier levels of speed Zoro even says to Kuma and shabondi that it was due to his mercy and his benevolence that Zoro survived after Thriller bark which could support the idea of Kumon not trying at all against the straw hats which would explain how they could survive kumas or Russia's shock aside from that Kumar was one of the founded members of the Revolutionary Army and was the only member that knew Luffy was dragon's son not even ivankov who is also a Founder member knew such details which could mean that Kumar was dragons number two before Sabo even the Revolutionary captains were praised for the ability to fight against suppressed Admirals during the reverie and Kumar is much stronger than them narratively I think this is the best place to rank him but if you look at Kuma's Feats from Thriller bark or Marine Ford from a more pessimistic point of view then Kuma would probably be below law now we have reached the top three so for number three we have the alleged son of Whitebeard Edward Weevil even though he has done nothing on screen in terms of combat the things that are said about this man alone is enough to make him a top three warlord Weaver was introduced as the man who was taken down Whitebeard Allied captains one by one despite the damages to civilians that he would cause keizoru still deemed him a very valuable asset to the government due to his overwhelming strength that could be compared to a white bid in his youth it's stated in his river called that the power of His naginata that he wields with his abnormally developed arms as similar to that of white bit before his illness so in terms of physical strength alone Weevil is on the same level as Prime White so when you factor in weevil's hockey or potential dough food that he may wield Weevil is just built different we've seen an old dying Whitebeard perform ridiculous physical strength Feats such as stopping the Moby Dick from moving with one hand so that's just a glimpse of what Weevil is capable of we do have a limit to how strong Weevil can be for now and that's green bull who captured him but that doesn't stop him from being this high up even with that loss to Green bull though Weevil could potentially be stronger than my number two and that is a martial D teach also known as Blackbird when he only possessed the powers of the Yami Yami no me even before acquiring the darkness Through Blood middle themed by Ace has someone fit to be the captain of the second division of the White Band pirates in the past blabith fought against Shanks in which Shanks suffered his trademark Scott Shanks makes sure to mention that he wasn't careless or caught off guard by Blackbeard in order for Whitebeard to understand that type of threat blood bit is to Ace Shanks believed that just based on his memory of Blackbeard that he's too strong for Ace to deal with let alone when he acquired the darkness through ACE finally found Blackbeard and in their fight Blackbeard displayed his power to render the ability of dough from users useless while he's in contact with them blackbit also has great physical might as he's able to deal lost and damage to Ace with a single punch and almost broke his neck with a single chop as I said in the jumbay section Ace as a rookie was on par with Jimmy and he grew even stronger once he became a white big division Commander Ace puts up a good fight but Blackbird proved that he's on another level by handily defeating them in the Marine Ford War blood faces off against Whitebeard and although white bin was able to outdo him in their exchange blabid's endurance proved to be great by taking a direct Slash from whitebeard's naginata and a quick straight to the head he also endured direct hits from sengoku's Shockwave as well the reason why this is so impressive is that blood bit actually suffers more pain from set attacks that would be normally dealt to others due to the darkness fruit in impel down Magellan faced off against the blackbed Pirates and was able to Blitz them with his Hydra now although this is a bad look for Blackbeard's scaling it is implied that this is another one of those moments of Blackbird being overconfident as sure you said that he underestimated Magellan way too much the fact that shuri was even willing to be a subordinate to Blackbeard goes to show that Magellan realistically can't be that much stronger than blackpid shuri was said to be on par with Magellan who is so strong that he had all the prison escapees running away from him which includes jimbei ivankov and crocodile all this makes Blackbeard fit for my number two spot now for number one the strongest warlord in one piece is surprise surprise dracul mihook mihook used to have a rivalry with Shanks who is one of the four Emperors of the sea he has a 3.59 billion Berry bounty a supreme grade Black Blade and holds the title of the strongest swordsman in the world I'm pretty sure we don't need to go into any more details than that so that's my ranking for all the Warlords when they
