Professional Survival Kit Found On Amazon

so for those of you out there are probably watching a lot of these other prepper channels and whatever channels and you know there's a lot of Doom and Gloom you know a lot scary scary stuff you it warning emergency much must watch now if you're not prepping you're going to die if you're watching all those videos and you seem a little anxious and then you start clicking on stuff and you're like I'm going to go to Amazon and buy a survival kit I can trust them right so I have another I have another one of those survival kits that I found off of Amazon we're going to go through it and see if it's worth the money if it's not worth the money you can decide for yourself so we're just going to pull some of the stuff out and check it out come along so this thing looks pretty enormous right off the bat I mean huge huge bag and it's it's got some stuff in it so we're going to tip it down here and have you take a look so this should be interesting let going crack this bad boy open it's got a talking about the bag too as we kind of go into this before I start you know tearing stuff apart that's cool you guys took you guys went along with me I think on one of the last ones I just did it was all right a lot of you agreed with what I had to say there so I'm assuming that you guys will probably uh decide along with me what you think now this is supposed to be you know you kind of get the general idea being in a military like I was uh you you would think this is some sort of waterproof material but I'm I'm not too sure of that now cuz it's got it it's got it here and then it's got it all up in here so let's just go ahead and take note I'm assuming that's for waterproofing but but you've got this that's actually the waterproofing so I don't understand all this that's definitely not EMP shielding over here see a little American flag here see we got all right first up we got a first aid kit okay let's go through this boo boo kit I always have to have sarcasm with these little kits you just never know it's probably when you start counting how many pieces are in you ever do that you know like these companies are like oh it's 250 pieces you got some plastic tweezers some tape that's a tourniquet right there you can use that as a tourniquet a lot of people don't believe me my wife's a ER Trauma Nurse and she knows all about that stuff she's taught me how to do quite a bit of weird stuff I am fascinated Q-tips some triangular bandag get your that's a that's what you wrap up and you put on your head to protect you from Aliens and the government it's an emergency space blanket it's okay I know I'm trying to be funny all right there's your bandage wrap kind of cool little loose doodads we got in here got some saers there's the bog and don't worry I won't make you watch me put all that stuff back up oh there's your eyon preps one two uh one two three four five feel like I'm dealing the card decks uh alcohol pads looks like you got five of those bad boys and you got some Galls and a whole bunch of bandages slap them on everybody that out of the way get out of here all right what's next back over here so I try to move pretty quick I don't like to waste y'all's time I don't want my time wasted that's already open I just want to see oh that zipper broke didn't it did it break it was like zipped but it wasn't zipped I don't I think the way they did this they put most of it on the inside yeah it's like it's one of those like Prezi but not zipped kind of thing you got another one down here got a side pocket here it's just the same as that one so nothing to report on that as far as my after Action Report goes on that woo oh boy those are cheap I hate these you you ever get these they're cheap look what watch this Poncho right Poncho let's just go ahead come on Poncho garbage garbage I'm telling you you don't to believe me at first sure sure you can use it I'm sure you can use it watch this it's a poncho but just look just look look at how thick this is look how thick this is you know the you know those bags you get at like Walmart to carry your grocery they're tougher than this I'm just saying so your your Walmart grocery bags I don't wherever it is you get your groceries from those bags you know what I mean if they still allow you to have them you know you know how they've gotten all communist about that there's another useless bag see oh boy that's cool has a shelter hey what's those uh the ruler 3es does that go you what is it three you got you got to have a shelter right you rule of thre so you got to have a shelter three rules how thick is this bad boy got some cheap string I got look I got to be honest if I wasn't honest oh Lord Oh Lord that is not a shelter look how thin that is it'll probably hold it's very light weight I'm going to give it a I'm going to give it a I I'll give it like Five Points I'm going to give the first aid kit two points I'm giving the Poncho zero and I'll give this thing five points for at least it didn't rip when I pulled it and it's light I better put that back in there sorry I know I wasn't supposed to show you that me putting it back together was I there we go get out of the way what's next oh Lord that's cool and finally somebody gives me a water filtration system should I just rip this open now let's rip it open now let's rip it open now see what it looks like most of these kits you'll get they won't come with a water filtration system I don't know why that's cool basic yeah it's a basic one that's cool get your little straw there goes down in there that goes that goes down in your water bottle see you need a water bottle yeah there's your drinking Port see you just need a water bottle for that that's cool that out of here all right back over here what else we got here what's this oh boy here we go there we go yeah sort of waterproof it's cool and this is just basic and you got a compass compass in the stock right red Red Rider BB guns got the compass in the stock all right got the compass see what's cool about these one thing that's really cool you can put stuff in here like you know fishing kit or whatever fire kit something this isn't too bad that's pretty thin I'd be afraid gosh I'd be afraid that would break dude I mean I've used one of these before one of these small ones like this you know the the catne ones and they just they do they just break like you just take them just like that see what I mean let's go and bend it back there we go oh look it's good as new never Happ happen right y'all saw me do that you can go ahead and report all right set that to the side y'all saw that all right what's next what we got here this feels heavy duty really heavy oh say what I like elf tools the handy dandy elf tools uh I don't think you're going to be cutting down any trees with that but it is sharp definitely sharp that is not that is not your that is not the uh bearded ax-man dude's Hatchet or anything you got some Chompers right there wire Splitters what all is this guy do there's your Hammer of course it's got some weight to it see you got a saw of some sorts rated type thing pry bar Ranch it's sort of like a can opener if you could use it and I always hate it when they put that there but you can't really use it as a can opener CU it won't work cuz there's no bite to it at all but it's got this but it's more of a bottle top opener uh there's your saw blade your Phillips and then there's your regular knife that's really all it has but that's kind of cool it's a cool item kind of heavy kind of heavy for what it is you know what's this headlamp most of these kits please note do not have batteries most of these don't so I'm not expecting this one to have batteries says lights okay get out of my way sticky stuff why would you put that there who cares you afraid it's going to hopefully it doesn't break while I'm opening it does it oh let's see oh my goodness it has batteries I'm impressed fully charged batter batteries too different modes it's got some red okay I'll give that a five and this a five I wonder how many points I'm getting up so far I'm giving that this thing here here I'll give it a one at least it B back where no still hasn't bent back all the way yet oh Well I think you can still open a a soda bottle with that got to say soda bottle here charger because every tree has a USB port all right what else we got look at the bottom of that thing what's this thing okay that's your inside out type bag thing what what in the heck is that all right that's it for this as you can see it does have a waist strap so waist straps are important with backpacks especially when you're hiking for a long period of time you want to secure it to your body and if you do if you do you're not going to f it on your shoulders as bad trust me shoulder on weight bad you got something to take the weight off your shoulders a little bit that's good anyways gam equals pounds equals pound all right here we go what's in this contraption I always like these I hate this color this couch pattern here uh but I do like these uh things here cuz see they are conven it you can attach them to the headrest of your vehicle or whatever and just rip them off they just come right off um that's really nice one plus side that what is in this weird Contraption oh Lord Mercy oh man all right what's this thing oh boy no batteries in that thing see like like I told you some of these things do not have batteries in them yep okay it had batteries I'm telling you some of these don't might think I'm crazy does it go that way or does it go this way I think it goes this way let's see how bright this thing is there we go cool telescoping huh wide lens skinny lands pretty basic yeah it's pretty bright it's got a couple of features there set it over there what's this thing mhm glass breaker seat B cutter and flicker oh man it flicked I be dang and it's sharp pretty basic we know what that is we've all we've all had one of those right all right got your uh uh that's forky got your forky there's your Spork got a whistle blade and I think you could actually open a cam with that cuz it you know it has that dive you could probably open a cam with that possibly it's cool I always like those I don't know why I'm just I don't understand why I'm like you know other thing that I don't get sometimes like they put like wrenches on here you'll see like these little wrench patterns I'm like um what point am I going to be eating and I'm like you know done all the eating I can do I think I'm just going to go ahead and tighten some Bolts real quick uh all the added stuff gets ni H I've got a knife right there I know I know a lot of people out there in the survivalist Community like myself we will complain about these things because first off most time the Paracord it isn't really paracord it's like plastic it's made out of like plastic bags that have been recycled kind of like those ponchos you know what I mean uh sometimes a lot of this stuff is completely inaccurate like the compass being too close to metal uh something to do with magnetism and yada yada and it screws it all up so you've basically got a take it out of its element to use it I've had a lot of people say some weird stuff to me about these things these are always good if you can get them out it's a nice little knife you know if you need a knife and it also works for your Striker a lot of folks don't ever pull those out they leave them in there all the time and you got your whistle and everything so these I mean on the plus side it's always good to make these yourself and then put stuff inside of them you know what I mean like a fishing kit uh some fire tent tender like a little bandage or something like a little caffeine tablet you know good diuretic while you're out there uh just different items to you know the way you see it I always like making mine myself glass Breakers you got your carite tip right there breaks down see you got a nice little pin so you can write your last whe in Testament while you're croaking in the woods while you're naked and afraid something else is in there what's in there felt something there oh that's cool so that would be like some line you could use for fishing but I don't see any kind of like fishing kit yet that's cool you got some line there nice blade it's actually pretty sharp serrated edge can opener bottle opener got to have a bottle opener tick remover Flathead Compass those this goes on and on you got a flatheads and a Phillips technically measuring device there's probably some more stuff I didn't to see there it's pretty cool what else we got here H Ferro Rod got a feral Rod there now we got we got Daddy feral Rod here's daddy feral Rod right here pretty simple basic I get those in a lot of kits this is your water bottle holder I have seen everyone on the planet with one one of these things I've actually seen people walking around just wearing these things everywhere nothing wrong with that that's just the coolest thing ever cuz they go right on your little soda bottles I got the I know someone's going to say show me I don't have a soda bottle here but I do have one of these things for your AirSoft pellets I'm not a full-time airsofter it's for my kids my kids like Airsoft that cool carries around your water bottle you just disconnect it drink your water put it clip it right back boom when you're done I always been fascinated with that stuff too I like new inventions but then sometimes it kind of gets played out and people just Mass producing junk until it becomes junk it's not junk at first chem lights these are always really good to have they'll burn for a while there's your gardening gloves what on Earth why would you even put these in there why why are these not like OD green or something you know what I mean at least make them green or black you know everything else is black then you go gardening oh gosh paracord this is not real paracord but I bet you this stuff is very very flamable you can just tell it's very oily it's not it's not like paracord paracord it's like very cheap you just feel it when you squeeze it sometimes you feel it you just pick it up you got another little weird Kit here I don't know what this thing is we're going to find out though I'm assuming there's a fishing kit in there there's a nice decent Compass so it's always good to have a decent Compass something that's not complete garbage these little plastic tiny ones they're okay and all but I wouldn't trust my life to that something like that would be a little bit better got a couple of carabiners those are not going to take you rock climbing just so you know we got a Commando saw or you know type of survival saw it's you know you got your little Key Ring Thing put your fingers through uh they work pretty good I put them in all my survival kits I just throw one in there got a another whistle and you've got a fishing kit with a little guppy in there that is the silliest fishing kit that is hilarious got like one hook dude if you drop this there's like one hook in there if you drop this you're goner I mean I always hate those little kits where it's like so many little tiny items you start dropping stuff and you're just totally dead anyways all right wow was that it so let's do a quick analysis here all right so basically out of all this it did come with batteries I'm going to give it an a for that um I like stuff that comes with batteries this stuff's okay I it is usable very usable and so I don't I don't really see much wrong with this I would add something to this I would go into my tackle box and soup this thing up I wouldn't want to just carry just that and as far as uh Weaponry goes there's really nothing in here so um at least a slingshot you know what I mean mean I mean they could have at least thrown a slingshot in there just to be on the safe side water filter definitely gets an a for adding that the shelter's not a bad gig it'll work uh I don't I don't understand why we have an emergency blanket and then we have an emergency blanket style shelter is the downside I'd want something that's a little bit more either either an orange something bright color for being spotted or just go ahead and go Incognito and and go camouflage something darker like I said with this this should have been like OD green or something cuz you got the kind of the camo theme going but you're losing it with some of this other stuff Medical Kit probably needs a real tourniquet I wouldn't go with that little band uh Band-Aid thing probably needs a few upgrades to that uh I could think of a few for trauma kits and um overall I mean you've got two lighting sources this little Hatchet thing isn't going to cut it get it the pun intended um that isn't really going to cut it that's cool and all for laying down some tent staks or something but I wouldn't use that for uh any type of survival scenario this is just more of a gimmicky thing uh I would get a real Hatchet something that's very durable um and like gosh got so many hanging on a wall I don't know want to grab but no something more practical than that get you a freaking Rambo knife something big uh you can pick one of those up from Harbor Freight watch my other video for that with uh where I insert a steel pin so the blade doesn't fall out so uh it's something if you're going to go affordable and cheap or whatever on your kit just pick up some other items along the way and and another good option is Harbor Freight cuz they do have a whole section there of of stuff you can kind of throw in your bag I'm not promoting them I'm just saying that uh in common sense I mean if you're going to go cheap for a little go bag to just kind of stash somewhere you know pick up a few more items for it but no that's my take on it I'll have the link below if you're interested in something like this but it is a good bag for stuffing all your crap in uh right off the get-go and uh you can always do that in a different color if you wanted to but anyways God bless take care stay sa please subscribe if you haven't already
