PREPARE FOR THE NEW HOP UP: BOOSTED LOADER! Apex Legends

with season 10 for apex legends around the corner a lot of people are winding down and taking it easy until the new content arrives but for me ragtag the greatest gutter tia gamer on the face of the south i'm putting the pedal down harder than ever with a narrated tail for you and a bit of banter today both involving a particular weapon due to some of the changes that are coming and one of those changes is the boosted loader hop-up which was teased to the gaming news outlets and it will be arriving for the hemlock and the wingman in season 10 so if you don't know what it is um equipping this hop up will mean a faster reload time for both of those guns which is cool but what i really like is there's going to be a little extra bonus in coming where you will get additional ammo if you time the reload just right at this stage i don't exactly know where the extra ammo is going if it's getting added to the magazine or if it's just getting dumped into your bag but what i do know is that i absolutely love reload mechanics in games such as star wars battlefront 2 and in that game in particular actually the gun will overheat and you get a little reload bar with different colors and you go you know time the slider as it goes across the colors and you press the button and maybe safely dissipate the heat or you can risk the slider landing on a small orange section and you get unlimited ammo for a short period of time i think it's just such a cool addition and apex's hop-up might be well will be a lot more balanced than that i'm still really looking forward to the prospect of a skill check for reloading because if you're already gonna get to shoot again quickly it's starting to make me wonder if i'm gonna get away with some hemlock hip firing for close range while wielding the charge rifle every so often to poke and burn my enemies with either way we're in for a good time it means i'm gonna have to get ready for this boosted load of hop-up and that means we've got to get our hemlock in order and i have been neglecting it recently guys so i dove towards energy depot and solo queue in search of the perfect landing what yeah that's totally intentional it gives us a chance to scout out our enemies or we're friction burning our legs into another dimension then began the real search for the weapon that we needed or perhaps this enemy team can assist us in our quest there you go the feeling of ripping a golden body armor off the cold dead fingers of wreath i'll admit it brought me more joy than it should have and then as i approached the supply bin the quest was over the hemlock was ours but the adventure for conquest was just beginning standard stock here my scan may not have reached the playstation 5 building but my ears were not deceiving good old bloodthirsty ragtag got a little ahead of ourselves there as there is actually a full squad in front of me right now and i desperately need it back up i said a prayer to the god of cardboard boxes and my prayers were answered escaping the ark star damaged gibraltar down so we chased that pesky wreath then what happened next is what always happens however horizon had now revived gibraltar leaving us 3v2 an easy push right [Music] for reasons that i still don't understand my team clung to the stairs trying to suppress this lone gibraltar whose eyes were firmly fixed on me so i thought well if if my team aren't going to move towards him i'll move to them but gibraltar was thirsty so thirsty that in fact he used his last bullets to try and secure himself one elimination this game unfortunately our mirage then run into uh well let's just say a technical problem i can't move i can't move i can't move i can't [Music] now i genuinely believed that he'd gotten stuck inside the building it's happened to me before so what you're about to witness was me trying to remove him from the floor or the chair or whatever it was that was preventing him from having control over his character [Music] damn it [Applause] thinking that i had done my good deed for the day we moved on and mirage got drilled i didn't actually think at the time that his problems might be something more crucial like lag so now we had to find out if this was a fair fight or a 2v3 [Music] sounded like a third party which was exactly what we needed right now to even the odds and maybe beat them our enemies bless me [Music] is we didn't rescue mirage in time but the chances of him being able to move right then were apparently not good anyway so perhaps loba and i we shouldn't feel too bad right [Music] uh luba had her hands full fighting a full squad behind that door was madness but we had to cover her or this game would be a over oh well i needed some backup that i could count on you know like back up to afford me the time to mess around with the hemlock but most of all backup who is much better at this game than i am oh yeah also did you know there's uh you know those marvin loot bots that they spin white blue and purple and you stop them at the right time and get it to spit out the best quality loot well apparently this is a bit of a trigger for my friend janks and it was my duty as a friend to exploit that trigger thank you man you know what i uh i don't know i feel empowered i i managed to kill someone that you said you couldn't hit you don't know what that means to me i'm gonna go to bed with fuzziness in my heart you wanna know what i'm going to go to bed questioning how come you hit marvin on white and he got white soccer balls could have a purple one right seriously you're going to do me like that you're actually going to call me we were having a moment which is more important than marvin fraction you were having a moment i got one legend landing here the change loadout right there [Music] red you're don't leave me mad i love you [Music] what color was it dude it was purple see as i'm saying like if you just didn't tap it like i would have had it right i had it under control [Laughter] you still don't like it go off careful you've always got some cheeky he only got some geeky to say i gotta get more witty when i play with you oh right right right we got units here yep you mean never mind i was i was there for moral support don't make me feel bad about my shots man it won't take much moral support doesn't pay the bills right seriously yeah they had to die but you don't bring me here to hit my shots you bring me here because you have no wit you're not wrong okay all right all right see it happened again i don't know how to reply to that god damn it i'll pushing me yeah hey nice so throughout this entire game i've had the opportunity to take heat shields but i keep a res beacon just for you you know why rag no why because you die i i also have a mobile respect so that once you res me again you can get a second one off my deathbed look it's right here i don't know if you're joking dude it's not even funny that you just told me you're like yeah
