like video logging your day this car guys i was honestly seriously thought like we're we were being passed by everybody i had no idea you ever lived in lakeside no no you never have you ever been this car is a canadian car it's incliners prowess it must have the conversion office this is a speeding ticket yes sir how much is the fine for i'm from canada so this is i don't know how this works i'm not sure exactly what to find so over 100 miles an hour is this like a speeding ticket or is this like a uh a misdemeanor or how's this work traffic it's just an infraction okay it's not gonna go to jail or anything i've heard i heard the cops aren't as nice as you guys here in california you'll probably be going to jail really yes okay well i signed this i don't want to go to jail thank you i issues okay when we start them in the mornings wow you know what it's a it's an elderly person that phoned us so could it could very well be i don't know talk to me yeah so i don't get it you get a report you have to follow up i don't know 100 it's these i just know you're you got these cars here and there for sure i know what they look like actually we're just as a busy friday night this was a few hours ago this call came in it's all good we understand we deal with the police all the time people get so mad because they sound so loud we get we get complaints like this all the time some lights on the way out i need a thumbnail yes what the cops are over here it's not cool legit looking in the cars oh yeah i'm getting play numbers oh yeah i'm taking pictures of the plates how's it going that's the troublemaker right there black one why are you taking pictures of just these cars dress these ones yeah well if you fly by me fast enough and i can't get your plate then i want to be able to have your info plus they're parked out in public you're taking photos of these ones too the kia did you get the kia no because my chevy can catch the kia someone drove joke by you uh nope nobody's dropping by uh quickly yet so you're just doing this why because i've seen you guys youtube channel figure i should uh get some information beforehand what was your name constable stankum and figuring all these cars are together let's put all of us together by watching our videos youtube thanks for the thumbnail so nothing's happened yet but he wanted to talk about all the cars in case something happens later which is called profiling yeah yes like how is it how is it oh my god you have a driver's license insurance paper yep i'm not sure who you put over me or the car behind me both of us yes before we're speeding erratic driving we weren't speeding or erratic driving not according to all the people who called into the house i didn't say a word so we said we were called in for erratic driving and speeding which we'll see how that goes he's calling him backup which is interesting so there's three of them now the question is we were called in for radic driving and speeding but if a cop didn't see it how does that count as being how does a person watching say how fast you're going so you have a bc driver yep so i have a business in alberta okay these cars used for commercial use icbc won't insure supercars for any type of commercial use so i have a company in alberta that owns like seven or eight of these cars is that the issue right now is the insurance question no it's just the periodic drivers we just received the driving right yeah you and i both know you got pulled over for that i was just driving normally you guys pulled up to me these cars are louder this car is completely stock from lamborghini it's approved to be in canada i get called all the time someone calls in as loud i'm literally doing the speed limit they're just not used to it on the highway speed or these do they call my specific car and plate number they do not call a plate number okay they called uh high-end sports cars and lamborghinis flying past everyone now to have that many cars together and have that many cars generating complaints coming down the highway you don't right that's somehow related you don't think it would be reasonable to assume that it's all related because i've watched this highway all the time on highway patrol i do not see five lamborghinis right now together right it doesn't happen down in the states these cars are everywhere here they do stand out more for sure people also don't understand why they're noisy and so forth this car is completely legal allowed to be here they didn't call in because they were noisy they were called because five high-end lamborghini sports cars blew past them as if they were standing still they didn't call in because they were loud right but do they have the skill set to measure speed and so forth like we went to court tomorrow and they came and said they were speeding do they have the training that because you're trained to measure speed based on a visual estimate from my experience if somebody says other car was speeding how fast were they going could the person be like oh they were doing 65 and the 40. well the justice would listen to what's reasonable right multiple witnesses and they all say i'm doing 90 because the speed limit's 90 on that stretch correct and they all say i think you're doing 150 to 200 kilometers per hour right it's gonna take the aggregate knowledge of these people they've all been experienced drivers they've all driven for 30 years they know somebody's doing 90 and it's paralleling them let's say you decide to give me a ticket right now milo will just go to court and ask very simple questions to the witness like number one what train do you have measuring speed which they won't have number two describe the vehicle specifically which they don't know what was the plate number which you just told me they don't know and also who is driving the car right we'll just be back up so yeah i don't know what's going to happen i mean i had some pretty good questions he had some good points but i think i'm pretty sure we can get a warning based on the fact that they didn't see it there's no evidence we're not going to be getting any tickets because it seems like you've done this before but the more that you do this more people are going to have dash cameras and it's going to take one person that you fly past at 150 for sure as he has the dash cam yeah and your vehicle goes away for seven days oh i know the rules in bc are very strict okay so next time someone might have a dash cam yeah we both know it was you i can't prove it do you understand the difference between what you know and what you can prove i understand what you're saying yeah i get it you're lucky today that we have a system like that and i'm glad we have a system like that right just nail people for things i know right but just if you're with the other guys tell them to slow down the traffic guys in lake country are expecting you got it so they would love to see a bunch of high-end sports cars go and pass them during the speed limit oh gotcha all right i don't know thanks dude there we go oh my god for the corvette oh yeah hi there i thought you're pulling him over what that's your well my name is on the insurance that says that i'm the valid driver there's the article of incorporation if you want that shows that we own the company article of corporation yeah that would show that we own the company yeah i'm not concerned uh i'm not gonna do anything about it because they called for a ferrari oh they call it they call for a what this is they call for a what was the cause of uh the pullover well there's no driver's license attached to this vehicle does there need to be you turned also you turned into a left dedicated left-hand turn lane okay on van voolen okay traffic pass then you turn right out of that left-hand turn lane which you can't do once you're in the lane you have to commit to the turn once you're in that left turning lane you can't signal and turn back out of that lane correct there's a solid white line i was before the solid wine i was still in the line you cannot cross the solar light i didn't cross a solid yeah but i didn't cross a solid white line name please sir it's on uh the license damon fryer your date of birth january 30th 1979. who owns the vehicle uh my company in alberta you don't know what that corporation's name is it's a number yeah i can get it for you one moment please yeah no worries we got a second officer back there interesting he was saying something about i pulled into a left a dedicated left turn lane but i pulled in and before the white solid line which i understand what he's saying i pulled back out of it when it was still a dollar line so i'm curious to see what he has to say about that all right sir yeah here's your driver's license your insurance registration violation ticket for disa for disobey uh control device penalty is 109 on the backs the instructions that you needed okay should you choose to pay in the first 30 days you'd get a small discount right so what was the fine for just a traffic control device what does that mean in my version terms like the non if if you want to research it and look it up on the motor vehicle act or through icbc you're more than welcome to do so certainly i already told you what the offense was disobey traffic control is that do you mean that the line back there is that the left the right turn out of the lines signs lights or all traffic control devices anything that corrects you as a driver on the roadway in the province of british population so you're saying that i can't free to go sir okay appreciate it do you have more questions yeah i do have a question um so you said that it's illegal to exit the lane once you hit the white solid line but i entered slowed down and exited all well it was still the broken white dotted line so do you have like some video footage or something because you were ahead of me you would have actually not visually been able to see me exit the lane other than you know i did because i ended up back behind you further up the road well you don't have video footage i watched well you couldn't watch me because there was two cars blocking us which i have video footage of what i can't do i'm telling you what you didn't see yeah so we're allowed to go and we can dispute this in court the instructions are on the back yeah we'll dispute it in court i'll see you there so he has absolutely no proof uh that i didn't exit before the white dotted line he says he visually saw it but he didn't because he was ahead of me two cars up he didn't see that so off the dispute this that's what you can do you can challenge the police but there's no point in challenging him on the side of the road you just have to go to court and that's that got a ticket for apparently disobeying the uh traffic control device which was the line he's saying i crossed he seemed interested in my car for whatever reason hey guys update this is crazy so we get tagged in photos and video all the time it gets uploaded to social media and when i'm on social media doing you know replying to comments and uploading my own posts i check out what i'm tagged in of course i was tagged in the pullover in a bunch of photos and there was a video also of just before i got pulled over when i drove into that lane and signaled out of it during the dotted line which was not illegal cde love you damon and the officer said he saw me cross over the solid white line which would have been illegal which i did not do and now i have video evidence of it thanks to whatever whoever the user was the username didn't make a whole lot of sense to me but thank you so much boom and like that cops shouldn't lie uh they give the good cops a bad name bad cops that write bs tickets don't write dumb tickets [Music] what's up dave oh [ __ ] how's it going yeah there you go good here i'll elbow bump you so we don't get
