oh my gosh i've been wanting to do this type of video for such a long time i'm so excited this one's called kids meet a ballerina kids are so cute they're like meeting a celebrity when you meet someone in a tutu so it's like the cutest thing i'm so excited to watch this hi hi come sit with me okay okay hi i'm elle oh my gosh so confident she has such silky hair oh my gosh what kind of person am i can you guess wait mama what's it called again do you know what i am yes a ballerina um [Music] oh yeah your flippers and your slippers [Music] yeah we call it a tutu yeah when it sticks out this one i gotta cry this one kind of reminds me of vincent my little brother oh my god so cute look at me oh my gosh he's so cute they look like feathers i don't know why that makes me want to cry actually oh i see i don't know i don't know that reminds me of vincent oh so cute oh my gosh oh i miss my brother when he's five oh that reminds me of vincent when he was like six minutes he's five year he's six years younger than me so he's 27. when vincent was six i was twelve so i feel like i was like his second mommy oh my gosh i'm so proud of him what's he doing now he's in medical school oh this i don't know why i'm so cr what is wrong with me i have feels right now oh my gosh this is not okay i'm not okay i'm not okay i don't know why this was not this type of video okay i'm okay i've never done a backflip but i've never done a back flip we do jumps and we turn and we put our legs way up in the air and then you do it on one foot you know on your toes one foot yeah you do some things on one foot on your tongue i love how attentive this kid is he's so cute and he's asking legit questions what's your favorite ballet move oh it's my favorite ballet move i like to jump so i like to do it's called a soda shot so you kind of do a split in the air you mean like this yes pretty much pretty much when you started my mom was one of my very first ballet teachers so she taught me dance from the time i was five until the time i was about 17. do you ever get nervous on stage her lisp is killing me right now it is so cute i cannot even stand it i actually did it at school performances and i was really scared because my mom and dad were watching me yeah but they love you the most you know they're gonna be your biggest fans yeah i used to do bowling when i was like three i mean really and how old are you now six six did you do ballet two no no yeah and boys do power oh yes of course he's my favorite i can't i can't i can't with this asian kid like he is like every time i see him i feel like i'm crying because he's so polite and so cute oh okay stop stop it stop it stop it yeah no there's a sister do ballet they will help turn you and they'll help you stay balanced and they'll also lift you above their heads i didn't know about it was so intense yeah i think it's pretty intense have you ever been drunk oh i've been dropped there are reactions get mad did he get like no i got mad that's what i want to do oh i feel the same way do not forget vivia from doing all things oh yeah turning can make you very dizzy and so you're trying to look at one spot and while you're turning you try to keep your head there the whole time and now switch it nice i cannot do it without even having to do that without getting dizzy [Laughter] pretty good oh my gosh kids are so great my partner yeah sure all right come here i can't with this asian kid i cannot so we go up and so that would be yeah who is this child he's so cute this one's fifth position so you guys reversed you're gonna slide your foot over here and she's on point she travels all the way across then she'll go back the other way and then she'll go back the other way i can't even do it like two steps so if i was your partner i would give you my hand like this and then you would go to your relev you should be a dancer you have artistry that's great yes oh he's so cute oh i can't stand this jazly why are you doing this to me this is too cute and then you can do it to the back [Music] yeah oh man yeah is it kind of hard to balance when you do like those twists oh very hard to balance so in point shoes you kind of got the wood on the top so it kind of helps bounce i didn't know that she means a box top here is made of wood and so you have a platform here you want to see a shoe it's not made out of wood oh they're gross you do not want to see my toes how many different points have you worn i go through probably two or three pairs a week i mean it could be somewhere like 800 pairs of shoes probably oh that's a lot let's see the shows so pretty they're fun you think they're free what is the age where you start to lie to make someone not feel bad about themselves because that's very sweet it's like it's not bad [Laughter] i mean it really isn't that bad for a dancer but i think for a normal person they be a little alarmed the red so you know when you guys have done like the monkey bars yeah you'll scrape your hands up and then the next time you'll start to get calluses so they don't rip open as much it's the same thing for your toes she's very good at explaining things to kids wow is it gonna be a ballerina forever this girl's list is killing me it's so cute you know how your body starts to hurt when you wake up in the morning i i figure there's a time that it comes to me right now it happens to me right now yeah it happens to me too but i just assume that it's going to get harder and harder do you have a plan for after retirement i would that is a very like logical question to either become a teacher or i don't know a mentor in some kind of way to young dancers and pass it along to the next crop thank you oh thank you for talking to me and thank you for
