Pizza Stuck on Peel?

hi guys this is uncle frank's backyard pizza i want to share something with you all of you um people have requested when they come over here we have parties what's the best way to get your pizza out of the pizza peel when i get stuck well i like to share something with you guys i have learned through the years and hope you guys enjoyed this video and first you always put the your dough on the flower not on the bench so we're going to stretch it so this is a trick i've learned many years ago this will help you the people want to do pizza in the uh the oven you have a rock box or a uni oven this will work obviously or here's my dough now i'm going to do this and purposely i'm going to pretend i forgot my flower some of my friends will tell me sometime i'm talking with my friends and i forget to put the flower underneath some people put semolina it doesn't matter you just forgot and i'm going to do it with no flour here's a bench no flour i hope this trick will help you guys it has helped me for many years no flour okay and i'm gonna do this even on purpose okay watch this okay a little dab of sauce what happens when you put the sauce a little drip you're talking you're not exactly sure somebody's grabbing something a little bit of sauce so oil will get underneath the pizza paddle so i want to show you how it works a little sauce and this is the brand i am using right here for many many many years i love it so we're gonna do a simple uh pizza we're gonna do a pepperoni and onion i told a friend of mine on instagram that's what i was going to do and there you go jim pepperoni and onion that's what you told me to do and i'll make a pepperoni and onion so this will help a lot of people when your pizza gets stuck on the pizza peel it has helped me many times i hope this will help everybody so we're going to put some onions so i just want to show you it works with toppings okay and there you go so i forgot put my flour right i'm ready to bake i'm excited i have my friends you got your uni going firing it up your rock box or your wood fire oven and you can't go oh my gosh you know i only have four left those now you're gonna have three don't worry about it i got you covered this is what you're gonna do you're going to grab a piece of peel put a little bit of flour dust it so things don't stick just like that don't squeeze watch upside down no squeeze put it down bench and you're gonna look like a rock star when this is done you impress your friends let the gravity there you go there's a sauce there's a sauce not a problem let me get the cow here i should have grabbed the paper towel before wipe that down really good put some flour on your bench go now this part right here not a problem and i put a lot in purpose usually you don't get that much sauce on the peel you would notice that but i did that on purpose okay i did that on purpose now grab a little bit of flour a little bit more right there all around grab this don't squeeze too much do it really quick sit down i hope this is really helpful for you guys there's going to be a few things going to be stuck but hardly any because of the flower most of it put that back and now a little bit oregano you guys know me i love oregano and there you go guys see that it's moving with no problem i hope you guys enjoyed this video i'll make another pie and meanwhile i want to show you what that one looks like in the bottom and again that will work a lot and your friends will be really impressed how you would have done it because a lot of people get their dough stuck and they don't know what to do they'll grab a spatula and everything else thank you for watching guys until next time hope you enjoy this video
