Pit Boss Pellet Grill Burgers ..fast and easy!!!

[Music] all right this morning we're gonna cook up some hamburgers on the old uh pit boss pellet grill [Music] burgers there made up a couple layers of them right now we just fired the little grill up letting it come up to temperature we're going to start them out at 200 degrees and we're going to cook them for about 30 minutes at 200 then we're going to crank up the grill to 350 and then we're going to cook them probably another 20 minutes uh we'll be checking the internal temperature make sure they're we don't get none of that they're old salmonella but uh anyway we'll be out at the grill here in just a minute all right we just just finished firing it up right now we are at it's at about 190 degrees we got plenty of competition blend pellets in it give it a few more minutes and then uh we'll be doing some cooking pete what you think pete all right we got the meat on the grill got some temperature probes in there and we're about to shut the old lid and let that baby do its thing stay tuned we'll be back all right we've been cooking for about 30 minutes on 200 degrees we've got an internal temp of 137. let's open it up check them and i'm going to flip them all flip them and then i'm going to set it about 300 and let it all right [Applause] that's a total of about an hour total 30 minutes on 230 minutes on 300. all and right are ready for eat put them to the tent let me show y'all a couple of items that uh that i use because i'm lazy i can sit in there and watch youtube watch my hunting shows or i can get over here and shoot my bow at my target uh while i'm cooking and set a timer i can set my uh my temperature that i want my meat to reach and it'll sit and send an alarm let me know that it's there and then on the far right there that is just a temp probe where you can just spot check it but anyway uh picked up all of these are these two really two items the one the thermo therm pro uh these items go together uh so we can you can wi-fi to your not you know wi-fi to nothing it actually has its own controller this is a controller set your timer set your temp for the for the two probes and then this item is where your temp probes plug into and it sends a wi-fi signal to this so real handy and then this is just you just sit there open open the easy easy one-handed operation as you can see but that opens up you can check your check the temperature so anyway i just thought i'd thought i'd show you all of those handy adam items i think this is about about 60 bucks from academy and i think this is about 13 from academy anyway the hamburgers turned out great today [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] now [Music] you
