billionaire philanthropist set Melinda French Gates is sharing why she is not shying away from politics these days we sat down exclusively with her in Seattle recently and only on CBS mornings you know we like when that happens she's revealing who she's voting for in this year's presidential election it is going to come down in this election it will come down to the women turning out in the Battleground States they women turned out in the midterm elections and said this is enough and we've got to do it again does that mean you will campaign or endorse a particular candidate more than likely yes do you want to share who that candidate might be well I don't think it would be any surprise I think first first of all I think it's really important to say that I have voted in some elections Republican and some elections Democratic but in this election I cannot vote for a man who rolls back women's Reproductive Rights and says the heinous things that he says about women so I absolutely am not voting for Trump and I will vote for Biden M we will have more she did not stutter there we'll have more with Melinda French Gates tomorrow including why she decided to leave the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation after building it up from the ground up for more than two decades yes she did the damn thing on that too Melinda Gates is fantastic feels fantastic very comfortable in her own skin I can't wait for you to see the conversation yeah looking forward to the rest of that one Gil
