are you wow [Laughter] yes exactly wow yeah i was thinking earlier just very brave of people to go out and about and travel and move around in this environment like oh got some guts yeah you've had lots of guts girl i don't know it's better than new zealand let me tell you that oh i yes it gives me great pleasure lovely soul family you have today as our special guest penny kelly penny kelly is a naturopathic physician she's an author a publisher an expert in consciousness and um [Music] you can find lucy has put the links on the live stream here for where you can find penny it's i kind of want to really make the most of our time together because i feel as though penny has got so many pearls of wisdom to share here and it's such an honor to have you here penny so um yeah just a very big welcome first of all well i have to say it's really good to be here and i'm really honored that you asked me to you know join you and have a conversation um not very many people are interested in the kinds of things that we are going to talk about so well i mean i shouldn't say that they're not they're interested but they're not they they just seem to feel like they don't have any power and that's the one thing i want to get across is that this is this is where your power starts so yes yes and um i have to say i've got your book penny's book it's it's an older version you've got a newer one i do believe now yeah i do um but this is it's a gem it's the most it's a wonderful book i can't recommend it highly enough but as we move into these you know possibly more challenging times ahead um more than anything we've got to really put our attention on our health so penny perhaps you would you like i'm going to just give it over to you yeah there are so many avenues you can pursue but what what would you like to share about health today well um i think probably the main thing is that if if you don't have health if you don't have a high level of health you you're gonna you're gonna degenerate at a faster and faster rate and so is your consciousness and right now right now especially right now we need so many people to be able to hang on to a certain level of consciousness and not give up and not fall apart and not get sick or cave into pressures from people who don't know what they're talking about and then end up with a whole range of problems that now you have to try and correct and we're still you know we're still trying to find ways to correct those problems um but that that whole message it's a combination of health and consciousness and where do we want to go as a as a group of of people as a civilization so um i just another concept i want to get across is that it is never too late never so um there are things that i started back when i was 65 and they've made a huge difference and then of course you know i had um developed a routine or a rhythm of of always being interested in my health because i had one string of problems after the next and so i right from the time i was a little kid eight years old i had one string of issues after the next and so each thing teaches you oh you should do this oh you should not do that and even even then as ignorant as i was young you know where all we all start out without a huge uh background in how to take care of a body but there came a point where um i think it was one i might have been 60 60 at that point and i thought okay i had had serious jaw surgery in which they cut the jaw off moved it back wired it in place and wired my teeth shut for three months and that was in my 20s and um and then the doctors said to me at the time when you get older when you get to 50 you might want to because we've changed all of the relationships in your jaw you might sag a little and you might want to get um what do they call that when you get your face real you get uh um you know you plastic surgery i just i got to 60 and i i thought oh i'm starting to see that that sagging in that you know begging and i thought no no um you know how can i deal with that and i saw the cover of a book on somewhere maybe on amazon or barnes noble or something and um and the name of the book was something like french women don't get face lifts or something like that or don't have plastic surgery and my instant question was well what do they do you know and my first answer was maybe they drink more wine and of course that it was not the answer and i thought okay i'm just gonna be open to input and maybe the title of the book was only a come on i don't know i never read the book but um it dawned on me that it was about maybe exercising my face and so i started that's one of the things i started when i was 65 and so it it has made a big difference you don't age as fast you don't feel as crappy and and that gives you energy all by itself just a little bit of exercise um i i think one of the things that people should know is that your teeth and the the chewing that you do a lot of older people have lost a lot of teeth and they go to a very soft diet and that soft diet does not require any chewing and when you stop chewing your teeth stop generating electricity teeth are piezoelectric and so when you bite down you know and you're chewing you generate electricity for the brain and without that electricity you tend toward dementia alzheimer's parkinson's and other things so it's a contributor so we need teeth and you have to have electricity so that you know became really clear that um you don't want to shift your diet to something that's all pablum or oatmeal or just drinking it if you do drink you you really need to exercise your teeth your jaw your face to generate that electricity so you know those were little things um when i was in my 40s my mid 40s i think 44 i got severe rheumatoid arthritis oh um it was a very rough period of my life and i decided i was not going to end up like a pretzel i wasn't going to have surgery it was my attitude was i didn't have this before why do i have it now what has changed what's different and that led to becoming a naturopathic physician mostly so i could heal myself but i my thinking was well i want to write so that if anybody else was interested in being healthy would be able to have the same effects and and so eventually for about a year i had i was walking with a cane i had my arm and a sling i had bands around my wrists ah it was just really a rough period and then i discovered that i was not getting any nutrition and that led to then going to school also to get a phd in nutrition which i did all the work for but then never finished the test um so so i have the knowledge um there was just too much stuff happening on the farm to be to allow me to take the time to do that testing so it just never happened but um in the end um it's become or or maybe i should say in the beginning um you end up with a whole new lease on life a whole new start a whole new way of doing life because i had a vineyard a couple of vineyards and farm um and animals i was very very interested in how do we keep those grapes going how did we keep those cows going those chickens the goats you know all of that and that led to this synthesis at one point where i realized everybody needed the same thing they all needed calcium magnesium potassium certain amount of sodium a certain amount of iron zinc they they needed all the same things that the human needed and at that point the whole world became very simple for me it's like it's about nutrition it's about how we clean ourselves out i learned detox from dr nicholas gonzalez and dr william kelly amazing procedures these are hospital grade detox procedures and they do a masterful job of keeping you healthy and keeping waste matter out of the system because as waste builds up it has a very destructive interfering frequency for all of the stuff that's trying to operate in a healthy way and when you remove that wow the body springs back into life and function and it's pretty amazing so those are some things i would say that um that are really i think important for us at this point in time hold on excuse me oh that's my sinuses working on me there which i'm grateful for um but nevertheless the whole thing around health around detox around nutrition um all of that is related uh we really have a problem in our world right now we are allowing agricultural practices that are destroying us we are allowing medical practices that are destroying us uh educational processes that are destroying us ignorance is destroying us um there's a lot of things there's a lot of work put it that way that has to be done so yeah thank you thank you penny and so i'm i'm imagining that you treated yourself your rheumatoid arthritis is completely gone is it yeah right yeah it was um it was a matter of two things one i had a really serious allergy to solanine which all the solanine products or products are potatoes tomatoes green pepper eggplant and and it was like ah that's my whole diet i can't give that up but i had to i had to stop with that i couldn't i was seriously allergic to tea and i was drinking two three cups of tea every day black tea that was us i was really sad to have to give that up i had to find other kinds of tea and then i had to boost my nutrition a lot just a huge amount and part of the um part of the process of becoming a good farmer and a naturopathic physician was meeting other people scientists researchers people from michigan state university who were doing some experiments here on our farm and talking with them learning from them teaching them because we were doing everything organically after the rheumatoid arthritis i was just adamant that we had to stop spraying we had at the very least and we had to start adding nutrients back into the soil especially minerals you can't build a structure without minerals because minerals in the body are like um like the big steel i-beams in a skyscraper you put up those that framework and then everything hangs on that well the minerals build the bones and that's our framework and then everything hangs on those bones and attaches to those bones so in the in the process of working with all these different kinds of people i learned a lot about what wasn't in the food and how they were trying to either cover that up or make up for it by spraying so the reason so many people spray so many poisons is they're trying to keep that fruit alive or that grain or that vegetable or that animal alive long enough to get it to market and pass the problem to somebody else and eventually the consumer is the one who ends up with the problem because the meat shrinks away to nothing has almost no aminos in it no omegas in it same with the milk um same with the eggs um the vegetables have you know i remember talking with dan carlson who who created sonic bloom which is a fabulous nutrient organic nutrient um and he had his oranges tested and there was nothing in them or he had and then he started using sonic bloom and had the commercial oranges tested right alongside his and um it was astounding the difference same with everything fruit nuts grains there's nothing in them and the difference between a healthy bushel of wheat and a sick bushel of wheat is minuscule and so people erase that the difference is if you're if your bushel of wheat weighs 62 pounds you have extraordinary health healthy wheat if it's 60 pounds that's a two pound difference that's all it is that wheat has nothing in it all of the oils all of the germ it's not there and so that is it's really um it's we're at a critical point if we don't start feeding ourselves differently with real food that is a high density nutrition in it um then we're we're going to go down yeah we are going down that's that's right and presumably if we're eating the food that's got nothing in it we're clogging up our systems and getting more toxic yeah we are and then the body expends its own resources to dig through all that food and try to find the nutrients in it and there's no payload there and so it spends its good resources gets nothing for it it's like putting money in the bank and the bank siphons it away so um the problem is that we begin to degenerate and one of the first very first signs of degeneration is in the teeth and the eyes and the second is in the consciousness the number of amino acids that prevent irritability is amazing just amino acids irritability anxiety impatience um violence all of those things suicides that's all the result of not enough nutrition so and and becoming the equipment doesn't work it won't produce you cannot have um you can't have a feeling or an emotion without the accompanying chemical that allows that and people do not quite understand that you have to have the chemical in order to have the emotion the feeling joy happy angry excited curious patient all of those things are emotional states they are also chemical states and those chemicals are produced by frequency frequencies and when you eat food the frequencies that you take in restore the frequencies in your body that allow you to produce the chemicals so frequency is primary chemicals flow from those frequencies and then emotions and decisions and thoughts and actions flow from that so it's a sequence and right now we don't have very many good sequences out there so wow so where would somebody start where could we start at this point well first you have to set a goal so that would be the first start my thing was i just wanted to get over rheumatoid arthritis that was the first goal um and then later after i was better i thought okay um you know let's just maintain and then maintaining became the goal and then as i got older once i reached 70 i thought okay maintenance is really important here you know i'm getting older and older um and now i'm in my mid 70s and and so now i'm watching and i'm learning and i'm realizing it's really all about everything i learned back with the in the very beginning it's about keeping yourself clean in terms of detox it's about watching for um there are lots of subtle bacterial infections that occur along the way they get in they come in because we put stuff in our mouth you know that's what it comes down to um and a lot of that stuff we put in supports bacterial infection sugar oh my gosh bacteria love sugar and so um the the goal has been to um keep myself in a in a place or in in on a diet and with in taking the supplements that are absolutely basic um and this is something that i think i'm i'm just realizing and i've been realizing for the last month or two um people take all kinds of things they heard they they see a problem in themselves and then they discover a supplement that fixes that and so they start taking that supplement when you get up to 15 20 supplements you lose interest in the supplements it gets really hard to keep doing that every day and and so people buy more supplements and they sit in the cupboard or on the shelf and they don't take them or they take them sporadically and that doesn't do anything and so the biggest thing i've i've come to over the last few years especially as i got into my mid seventies is that it's really important to do all the basics never mind all the specialty stuff get the basics covered first and those basics are enough water enough exercise and the right kind of exercise it can't be can be the kind of exercise that wears you down which is what most people do it has to be the basics in terms of minerals or aminos minerals and vitamins and um and then you have to do some detox regular detox and once you get that incorporated into your lifestyle then you can tackle the specialty item the thing that you're trying to do the one thing i learned when i was um trying to rebuild my body to get beyond rheumatoid arthritis was that i could not skip the basics and so they're you know you need 29 aminos on a regular basis the body will produce some of those but um the there are nine essential ones that you have to add you will have to take those in and that's um people don't even think about aminos and the fact of the matter is that if you don't have the aminos you really can't use the minerals and the vitamins and so when people take minerals and vitamins they say ah it doesn't work well yeah it doesn't work because they don't have any aminos that combination of aminos and minerals produces proteins that are healthy and that are shaped correctly it's all about shape in the molecule it's the chemical lattice structure is a whole bunch of molecules all hooked to one another that create a three-dimensional shape and that shape is critical something's missing it doesn't work that protein doesn't work it doesn't do its job so there are lots of little things that um that i wish uh people understood but if i were gonna say start with something be start with a goal and then start getting organized to be able to meet that goal and and to do that you have to organize or reorganize your time your life your habits and your house um my house here was constructed um after i or as i was learning about health and what i needed and so i we built in a large exercise room and it is large it's very it's huge um and and so i have a treadmill and i have um space for my yoga mat and i have a little bouncer and i have um an inversion table and i have i don't know there's a few pieces of equipment in there that that various kids of mine oh mom we need this and so they buy it and then they don't take it so i've inherited a few pieces of equipment um and i use those and um and there's plenty of room to jump rope um or to do all sorts of things in that room um and so that to me is an essential space why do we have an entire room set aside for a living room to watch tv nobody goes visiting hardly at all anymore and that's what the parlor was for in the olden days it was to receive guests or to lay out your dead that's what the living room was um why do we have a dining room a huge dining room that celebrates you know these giant feasts when those giant feasts aren't really good for you what is good for you is the people in the conversation around the table that's very good even when when siblings squabble it's good for you because it teaches you you can't treat your siblings as if they are your siblings you have to treat them as if they are other people that you don't know and that way it takes away that freedom of i can say anything i want i can push buttons any way i want so um we do need a you know a small space to eat on a regular basis but we eat way too much food and the fact that there's nothing in it is worse so um yeah so those you you're going to have to invest in some kitchen equipment in order to get the kind of nutritional punch that you need you may have to redo your bathrooms all of our bathrooms here are healing rooms they have extra deep tubs that you can get in and soak right up to the neck they have places benches to do various packs coffee enemas people freak out or faint at the mention of enema but it's still an important healing procedure there are all sorts of we made the walls extra thick so that sound would not be transmitted from room to room so that when someone's sleeping that's really it's you know they're not disturbed by every little sound going on in the rest of the house so you know we could re-do rebuild redesign our houses should redesign them to have those kind of spaces being prominent a bathroom that's a healing room an exercise room for movement the tiny house if you have a tiny house and you're not in uh the southern temperatures where you can go outside and exercise all year round then you are just putting yourself in a small coffin and you're not free to move um it's i have a very big place here and i get more movement than i even want but and there are lots of stairs um because there's like four four stories here um i live in an old barn and and it's really uh important i think for people to think about their house as an adjunct to healing and and we haven't gotten to that yet but i think we will and then there should be a room where you can grow food it should have lights it should be a greenhouse type addition there are appliances that are now being sold i think lg has one um it's it's the size and shape of a refrigerator it's got a glass door on it and you grow greens micro greens in it so that you always have enough b12 that you always have all of the nutrients that um a seed when a seed sprouts it has like 800 times more nutrition in it than the finished plant so um you know you can get some pretty dense nutrition just growing sprouts and greens and those those are critical and so you know those are some long-term goals in terms of getting to a healthy civilization some of the further goals i think are going to be to be able to grow food in a specific frequency zone which we don't quite have that technology here for for most people on earth most earthlings i'll say but that technology exists and what you get is super fresh food that is absolutely loaded with nutrition and um that is critical to being able to continue to evolve and to become high consciousness beings because if we if we stay on the road that we're on um we're going to die out it just comes down to that we will not survive yes so yes yeah oh thank you penny i've got to say you look terrific you're a walking example you do no really yeah yes you oh thank you it's really important you're walking your talk yeah um the goal i think overall is really to enjoy life to be healthy to be able to to move and to run and to um yeah actually you just reminded me of i was out to dinner i went out to dinner with my daughter and son-in-law this was about a year ago and i i wanted to bring my leftovers they put you put in a box and i don't go out to eat very often but this one leftover i wanted and i left it on the table and we walked all the way out to the parking lot and um and got in the truck and um and then it was like oh i forgot and so i i said wait wait let me run back i want that and so i ran and when i came back um my son-in-law said wow you can run and i was like whoa yeah and he said no i mean really run not just jog run and and i was like uh-huh and i guess that really impressed him and i was aware um for the first time that maybe my children can't run anymore like i do um and and i used to say to my mother when i was taking care of her at the end um she did really well until she quit exercising and then she went down anyway um so don't quit exercising people don't quit um so anyway um i used to say to her mom you're giving up too many motions you have to be able to do everything you know you have to be able to jump down off of a chair or get up on a chair easily and she after she died she came back to me and in a dream and we were talking it was a very lucid dream and she said look at this and i have a big building where you can walk out on a flat roof and it's like nine or ten feet down she jumped off the roof and i was like oh no i look over the edge and she's looking up at me she said how do you like that for keeping my jump and i was just so i burst out laughing it woke me right up it was like oh my gosh she's telling me that she's beginning to regenerate on the other side because it's really it's it's tough to be here in this particular frequency zone it's um it's uh challenging so yes yes and that's why i'm so delighted you've come on today because you've got so much information that people need i know i i know people i remember collecting that information um when i was trying to heal and thinking over and over again why didn't they teach us this when i was in school why didn't they teach us how to maintain a body yes yes and they don't that's his no yeah you're sort of scrambling around for information looking everywhere and that was why when i came across your videos and your books i was like wow yeah wow so many things you just i don't know i know and as i learned them i thought i wonder if anybody else would be interested in this i know people that are really concerned about their health and they're doing stuff that isn't working exactly why not do something that works so yeah so it's really um i think at this point it's something that is how do i say non-negotiable uh we really have to start the rebuilding regeneration process and i think personally that that's a um a reasonable path out of the troubles that we're having right now and those troubles are the result of the consciousness that we've had for the last 50 60 70 years we need a new consciousness and you can't get that with old equipment it's not possible and you say on many videos that really we were designed to live 10 times puberty that's right that's right we have people that have that are on record living to 150 with great vitality 160 uh the people that i know elsewhere in the universe 250 is is considered a very short lifetime 250 years it's like oh my okay and and we are designed to live that long in order to learn enough to begin to transform ourselves to become eternal immortal i will say quite pointedly quite frankly that if you are going to if you want to become immortal there's there's lots of different ways to do that i don't want to get into a whole discussion about that but you have to have the support of some technology if you can't um how do i say it mature spiritually so that you would be responsible with the power of that technology you are blocked from getting that so once again the the health the consciousness is critical in being able to get access to the technology that supports constant renewal constant regeneration because that is linked to other technologies that are extremely powerful and we can't have those we can't have those till we grow up so very very important to understand that we're only living to half of our life our life potential people die at 60 and 70 in 80 and and they they're barely living the last 10 years of their life why and this is this is something that i ran into um one of my grandkids said to me grandma what's wrong with you how come you're not getting old and i said why should i do that and i think it was when i was 70 of my 70s they gave me a birthday party at 70. and and i said what's the point of getting old and i realized at that moment that it was a decision you'll have to make the decision it's getting old as an excuse to say oh i don't i don't want to do that i'm too old for that yes i can't do that anymore it's an excuse to get others to do things for you where does that come from that comes from the need to be taken care of where does that need to be taken care of come from it comes from the fact that we do not have permission to take care of ourselves first and we have not we have not fallen in love with the self or the body that we have so you know we end up with i i want you to take care of me i need you i want you etc it all starts with that and and that's just it's like a manipulation to bring others into our lives um others will come into your life especially when you are supremely healthy and full of what my grandma used to call piss and vinegar and so um you know there's there's this spark that you have and there's a clarity there's a maturity there's a power um it leads to eventually becoming realized with a capital r and so health is really the first step along that road to becoming an enlightened being and there's actually two kinds of enlightenment one is um you turn into light the other is you generate light um and i actually have been working on both of those to see okay what happens first but i can't do that unless i am in a period where i'm not dealing with an aching back i'm not dealing with my blood sugar or my sinuses or my whatever um you have to be healthy and you have to feel good yes and and that's really the bottom line yeah yeah yeah absolutely yeah and how can we ever heal our earth if we don't really connect with ourselves and our bodies that's right yeah that is so true yeah if you can't take care of this body then the earth is a body that you don't give a darn about um and we need we really need to clean up our earth our water our soil the soil is dead people do not know what living soil is and it's soil that is bursting with microorganisms of all sorts low bugs little worms little bacterias all you know millions in a teaspoon of soil and water people do not understand that there is a difference between living water and dead water and living water has a left hand spin in the molecule and that spin can only be maintained if that water is kept moving kept cool and is not subjected to heat or standing still in a pipe waiting for you to turn on the faucet it dies in that environment a dead uh dead water the molecules have a right hand spin that right hand spin is centrifugal the left-hand spin is centripetal centrifugal is explosive centripetal is magnetic and it builds form and it builds tissue and structure and and the whole system benefits there have been people that have just healed from drinking living water have healed from cancers and things like that so that should give you an idea of how powerful living water is and we do not we just we we have to have water but we don't have we haven't installed the technology on it on a you know planet-wide basis that allows that water to stay alive and there are some technologies that you can buy and install that will keep your water living keeps it circulating and the water needs to be in contact with certain minerals so once it comes up through the earth if you pump it up before it comes to the surface of the earth that water is not mature mature water is dead or it's living water immature water is dead water so if you pump it up from the deep aquifer before it comes to the surface or you wherever you can hit water that's considered to be immature water it's dead it's only when it rises all the way to the surface on its own that it is living and we now have technology i think brand or water um i forget the name of the guy that um gosh i know like my own name um who did a whole bunch of research on water and um and really discovered how does water work and how does it operate water or living water will float a stone that is so unheard of living water at a temperature of 4 degrees centigrade will float a stone it's that dense and it's magnetic so it just holds that stone and it's uh and we don't see that kind of thing we just don't see it wow oh yeah and all of that was discovered in austria a hundred years ago what have we done with that nothing yeah it's like okay okay next next people don't implement what wisdom what knowledge we have so um yeah we're we're gonna have to implement some of that stuff and i think as we you know as we design things of the future this is my engineering side coming out here um as we design the homes and the systems the infrastructure of the future we know how to stay healthy we have to take that into account and people can't say oh i need the cheapest house i can get i mean maybe maybe a starter you might start with a shack that provides a roof and keeps the rain off of your bed in your computer but beyond that it's taking you down if that's all it does if you have the old kind of heating if you have the old kind of water you're going down so it's um there are things that we are moving into things in the future in which the health and the development of consciousness is primary right now it's um well it was money because very slowly money was has replaced mother nature as we moved off the farms and away from the countryside and into the cities there's nowhere to have a big garden not very easily anyway in the city architecture um is now moving into creating green buildings and some of them are beautiful oh my gosh where the whole building the whole core of the building is open and and there's a huge garden on every floor that feeds the people who live on that floor so water is kept living the there are places that i think we could develop there are small towns cities condos that could be designed to support and promote health i think every home should have an exercise room so that you don't have you know an excuse to sit and watch tv that's just not healthy it's not healthy physically and it's not healthy emotionally and it's not healthy mentally and and then your spirit suffers so isn't that true yeah so as a starting point penny because i mean let's start with water because without water yeah high quality water we're going down that's true yeah what can we do practically to have living water what would be your first step um interestingly we did quite a few experiments in the lab learned a lot about water so couple things number one shaking water in a jar keeping it in the refrigerator shaking it for a few minutes before you drink it that helps i don't like cold water i know i don't like ice i don't do ice i'm one of those people who was like don't put any ice in there um yeah but that uh shaking of that if you like cold water that's one way another thing that we discovered and this was repeated over and over is that if you if you know somebody who's pretty good at healing or who has plasma access to plasma plasma tubes i don't have my plasma water here but um there's a couple gals that have been students of marinkesh the physicist who has discovered so many things about um i i think these are things that are critical to us becoming a space-based civilization not tied to the planet not having to leave but not tied we have options in other words so these two gals heather bryant and linda have they make these um plasma tubules and you you just get a couple of tubules and you tape that to the side of your water jar which should be glass and that structures your water because that plasma gives off very powerful frequencies there's a huge field of energy around that water jar and the water in the jar ends up structuring to match those frequencies to match that water living water so that's one thing a very good healer who has a lot of practice healing people can take a jar of water and put her hands around that and she should face east because we found that the direction you faced made a huge difference nothing happened facing north and south something happened facing west but a huge um effect was found when we faced east and that then um that changes the structure of that water and then you keep that water in the fridge and you have let's say um let's say you have a quart jar i drink out of a mason jar um and so i you know if you put i did this for quite a while um you put a couple tablespoons of the water that's been charged facing east in the mason jar every morning and you leave it alone for like 20 minutes it's about a 10 to 20 minute threshold and that changes the structure of that water and is very healing for you if you shake it that helps um so that and then if you want to do something that is um really very much more permanent where you don't have to fiddle with all those kinds of things then you can invest in um i don't know what it's called but i know that the the actual um the grander water the grander was i think somebody who invented or who copycatted uh hang on one second sure hang on let me just look up my own chapter i want this guy's name so um on water the important thing being here that it's really um key for us in terms of understanding how water works and and so um hold on one second here's shawburger that's his name victor schauberger discovered all these facts about water he was an amazing physicist als also uh worked in the us um i think the us brought him from austria to the u.s and he did some things here but um his his magical thing was to um discover this uh it's kind of an oval-shaped um metal it that uh thing that circulates water inside of it it's not huge i'd say it's maybe a foot and a half high and maybe 10 12 inches i think it had a 1 to 1.6 ratio of size and shape which is kind of a magical ratio in the world of engineering um it's uh and so he then put some metals in that and got the water to circulate and voila it's magical shawburger i don't know what he calls his invention but somebody copied that somebody named grander copied that and made one that also works and i think those are both available if you google those if you install those if you're building a house and you install those um they make a huge difference huge oh so could you spell those names please penny uh victor schauberger schauberger is s-c-h-a-u-b-e and grandeur is just like it sounds g-r-a-n-d-e-r and i think it's called grandeur water and i i don't know what shaw burgers um gadget is called so those are some options um if you're drinking city water you really need to get some sort of reverse osmosis system or something to strain out chlorine fluorine fluoride fluoride replaces calcium it's much more chemically active and and it also has the same structure that it fits into the receptors for calcium and that is a huge problem because what happens is your teeth go down your muscles your bones everything goes down so you can't drink water with fluoride in it the lie that's been perpetrated for so many years around fluoride is criminal i'm so sorry to you know and i'll argue with anybody i've read the research a lot of it um it's not healthy it doesn't prevent cavities in fact it helps dissolve teeth which keeps the dental industry going yes so absolutely i'm with you i've seen somebody who's very young just losing all her teeth oh wow you know yeah yeah yeah and i recently heard within the last month or two that a couple years ago they upped the amount of fluoride that they were putting in the water in order to dull perception which is a side effect every mineral creates a certain kind of feeling and perception in the body and the effect of fluoride is to make people passive and to dull perception oh that doesn't matter i don't care you know that kind of thing yes yes and the news is that apparently my friend in the uk says they're reintroducing the fluoride into the water oh that's uh okay that's what i heard so okay well look thank you for those though those are really great ideas which i'm sure people can see chat is very lively okay what about distilled water people are asking distilled water is okay um distilled water people complain people often say is oh but it pulls minerals out of the body it only pulls out the minerals that are inorganic and cannot be used by the body it's not going to pull out anything that has been already structured in i add trace minerals to all my water i have a big reverse osmosis system here um and that is i you know fill the quart with water i add some trace minerals i add one to two drops of peppermint essential oil and the plasma tubes are taped to the side and that's what i drink so yeah you could add lemon you could add spearmint you might need a little bit of lavender but i don't know lavender to me tastes soapy when it's mixed with trace minerals so i don't want to be eating soap so no no thank you and peppermint peppermint essential oil um increases your clarity and your perception and your it improves your digestion so in addition to fresh breath and um you know good taste in your water makes water interesting i did not like water when i first started drinking it um it does a lot to make water much more interesting and you will drink it as opposed to just go to the sink you know turn on the faucet get some water drink it like that and so once the water is warm does it become dead at that point is it not as alive as when it's cold that's correct you're supposed to drink it when it's cold um but not icy but not ice cold cool um spring water is typically going to be about 50 to 55 degrees maybe uh in there refrigerators keep things somewhere around 40 just above freezing you know the freezing range is 32 to 39 and so most refrigerators are set to 40. um that's a little cold why why we need refrigerators is because the food rots so in ancient days you didn't have that problem excuse me um and i have done a lot of experimenting here with food that i have grown here on the farm um and that you when i grow lettuce and i harvest that lettuce and i set it on the cupboard it is still fresh and crispy several days later it does not rot cucumbers do not ride peas and beans will stay in the refrigerator for months without getting moldy or rotting that is not the case when you buy grocery store food you have to bring it home and eat it quick before it rots well that is a clear sign that you're eating food that is it doesn't have enough minerals and sugar in it so all fruit all vegetables everything has a load of sugar in it that's called bricks b-r-i-x that brix is is the sign that that fruit is mature and ready to eat that that vegetable is mature and what that sugar in that fruit does is prevent decay and it prevents uh insects and bugs and bacteria from getting into it when you can peaches or canned pears or canned apples um you you know you peel them you slice them you put them in the jar and then you add sugar water why because that sugar it bonds with all the water and it makes that it makes water unavailable to bacteria so bacteria cannot get a foothold and doesn't grow sugar i mean i know that we have problems with white sugar but we're not talking about that kind of sugar we're talking about complex carbohydrates um and that's um in a plant uh the reason that plants get attacked by bugs is because they cannot produce enough complex carbohydrates they can't have they don't have enough bricks so in a grape in a grapevine if you have um you know if you have a whole vineyard full of sick plants you're going to have an invasion by bugs the the insects are nature's garbage collectors and that's they're there to take those plants down and get rid of that fruit so nobody is harmed by it and of course you know what do we do we come along ah we need to spray those bugs we need to spray that we it's got a fungus we need a spray to keep that fungus away no that is the exactly worst thing you can do because those sprays have not only poisons but they have heavy metals in them and the heavy metals land on the soil and then the plant takes that up and structures that right into the fruit there's no way to wash that off there's the only thing you can do is not eat it so heavy metals then get into the system they destroy us you can't spray with with pesticides fungicides herbicides you know there's all sorts of stuff um that before we went organic in the vineyards um we were spending fifteen thousand dollars a year on poisonous sprays and you could not go in the vineyard after spraying for at least three or four days that's crazy i was like what and we're going to eat this stuff how does this work it doesn't it doesn't work for the long term it's putting a band-aid on something what has to happen is that when the soil is full of minerals the plants uptake those minerals those minerals allow the plant to make carbohydrates and they have to make those carbohydrates before the second generation of insects is born which usually happens depending on your region but in michigan which is where i am that happens by mid-june you have insects that are coming out they're starting to attack but there's not very many and so farmers hope hope that their plants will be able to make enough bricks to resist the second generation which comes along about mid-june and by mid-july of the third generation and if you um if you have bad plants or bad soil it's over you can't spray enough to keep those insects away because they travel around the plant gives off a frequency that is unhealthy it's cloudy it's off it's out of tune those insects fly around that's what those antennae are on their heads um and they fly around and they are searching for signals coming off of plants that are unhealthy and even when you put two plants together of one healthy and one unhealthy and you intertwine their leaves those insects won't touch the um the plant that is unhealthy or that is healthy they will only go after the plant that is unhealthy and if they eat from the healthy plant with a lot of of bricks in it sugar bricks they get a bellyache and it can be so excruciating that they die so a healthy plant kills bugs all by itself we just do not have an understanding of how mother nature works um and how we fit into that you know that program that plan farmers cut down all the trees around their their fields um whoops hang on here my internet is unstable i'm getting messages and as i have to i have to keep my own frequency down otherwise it interferes with signal it's really important to understand that trees are homes for birds and birds wake up every morning at dawn and they um they start to sing that bird song ranges from four thousand to five thousand hertz and that frequency four thousand to five thousand hertz is exactly the frequency that plants need to hear to open up the stoma on the bottom of the leaves there's all these little mouths on the bottom of the leaves and they drink in the morning dew which is loaded with minerals that have been brought up from the deep soil by the plants during the night when it's cool and they drink that in and they use those minerals to then build themselves out in a nice healthy fashion when you cut down all the trees the birds go away there's no bird song the plants mouths don't open to drink in the morning do and the plant suffers and then it's not healthy and then it gets attacked by bugs and then we spray it and then we're not healthy so that's the the vicious circle we've gotten into that's that is a vicious circle and how do we get back because we apparently we've lost over 80 percent of the diversity of the biodiversity in our soils yeah how do we get that back how do you grow things now in better soil yeah okay so um the best way is common ore chicken manure it is basalt minerals you have to re-mineralize your soil regularly the old-time way was nothing in and nothing out from the farm in other words you didn't bring anything in and you didn't let anything go out because it was a system that recycled its own minerals trees are essential you have to have trees around that produce leaves because trees mine minerals from deep in the soil bring those minerals up and use it to to grow leaves and then drop those leaves on the soil which are which remineralizes the soil so you collect those leaves and you put them on your garden and that maybe re-mineralizes um if you can get some mount morillonite clay and just a dusting of that that re-mineralizes soil you can buy a truckload of basalt the truckload will cost you maybe twenty dollars for the basalt and it'll cost you 420 to ship it so um and then you have to have the equipment to spread it but even in a small amount you can you know you can put some on your soil turn that soil over and that it what that adds with those minerals they add frequency which drives chemical electrical transactions so um so those are some ways that you do it you could there's biodynamic we became a biodynamic farm um you you take advantage of the characteristics of certain herbs and and certain uh elements of certain forces you make compost uh all those things are are absolutely fabulous they help uh tremendously farmers used to do that until big agri business took over and it's like who's going to spread enough commodore on a thousand acres that's not going to happen so yeah wow i mean the neighbors for miles around would say that's enough of that yeah wow there's so much for us to change isn't there we've got to just about change everything around and yeah you know i i just want to share something speaking of the smell um once a year the farmer across the road used to clean out his cow pens and it was an unholy smell for three four days and so if i was teaching a class here people would come and they'd go so the neighbor the neighbor was his name was dio and if anybody complained to deal he would just kind of loop his thumbs in his belt and say yeah isn't that the greatest smell that is the smell of money i was like okay he's right so yeah people are all into perfumes i'm really into natural smells um you know plant when a plant gives you its smell it's saying thank you when it puts off an aroma and so you learn to look for or to smell for those kinds of things wow how beautiful and and most of this is just not taught yes it's no system it's it's just everything i know yeah it is it is the whole illusion is that um that we are being attacked it's the we live in this military mindset that we're being attacked by everything bacteria viruses you know that's a major um i don't know that we have to that's a major issue that we have to change bacteria is like virus it's a stage of degeneration in your own cells and there are 16 stages of degeneration that a cell goes through before it gives up and dies and those stages the first four stages you can regenerate pretty easily but then you get into various kinds of bacteria there's a couple bacterial stages and then you're in a fight and if it degenerates further you get into viruses and if it degenerates further you get into spores and then fungus in kansas or can't cancer kansas so um so the idea that we're being attacked by these things from somewhere out there that's not true that is a blatant sign that you are degenerating so and that that has to be understood and there's been quite a bit of resistance to that because that undoes some of the pharmaceutical uh mythology out there that they can save everybody and everything um yeah that's it's too bad your viruses the reason there's millions of viruses is because when your individual cells degenerate you're producing your own unique viruses and yes a lot of times cell transfer same with bacteria they transfer um and they will affect other systems but the goal is to not be degenerating in the first place whoa yes yes and and as i've heard you say on another video or two um we need to have a good immune system so that in 30 degrees you can go out without a coat that is true yeah that's called high immunity um in the 100 years ago there were still a few people around who had high immunity children would go out and play in the snow barefoot without a coat maybe a light sweater in some cases they would play in the mountain streams um that didn't they didn't bother them i used to when i was younger i used to think how did those people who lived in tepees stand the winter they were up in some very cold areas but that was how they're extraordinarily healthy their immune systems functioned in a way that didn't just protect you know now we have degenerated to such a degree that the immune system is fully engaged just trying to prevent bacteria and viruses and fungus from taking over but the higher functions of the immune system are to produce an energy field that keeps you warm yes and that is not and that keeps your eyes able to see a huge range of frequencies um we don't have that anymore we can barely see you know i'm wearing my own glasses you know but that's um high immunity has been lost and um that's when you get to the level that we are at now where you cannot think for yourself that's the tipping point for civilization as to whether it's going to die out or not we are very much in danger of dying out all together we'll continue on for a few hundred years or so maybe even maybe not even that long but it will it will dribble on and more and more people will leave and we won't be healthy enough to reproduce at a certain level reproduction cuts off um voila we can't have any more babies the systems within us are designed to self-destruct in the same way that plants you know give up and collapse for animals we have to have certain levels of of health in order to continue to exist yes yes and we must make it a priority it might be the priority i mean um yeah it's i can't emphasize that enough it's like okay well how do we get this across to people so when i was writing you know getting well naturally there was a point at which i had to say okay no more pages you can't put any more in here it just it's too much for people to get their minds around but the goal is really i think for us to start anywhere some people start by changing their kitchen some people start by changing their diet some people start by doing detox some people start with exercise i tell people start wherever you want and just keep adding the elements that bring good health and supreme good energy and um and don't quit don't quit yes yes because why shouldn't we have a good immune system and you don't right you shouldn't be getting sick really yeah i mean no we should not what was designed yeah no and you know one of the things that comes with that high immunity is um it's there's no tendency toward argument irritation competition or war and that is not well known and that was some of the work that was discovered some of the work done by dr weston price when he was traveling the world trying to figure out why he was from cleveland and this was i think in the early 1900s and he was looking at people saying everybody's losing their teeth everybody's got the the big bugaboo back then was um tuberculosis um and and nobody knew what that was from or how to heal it how to cure it um there were a few people who did know a few things about it um and to heal tuberculosis they were sent to farms where they were told to drink so much milk and eggs and cheese and butter um and just keep on taking that in and maybe they'd make it but that was before we started pasteurizing everything when milk was still healthy for us and you know butter all of that was much healthier and so weston price discovered that that people in those ancient days did not go to war like a week go to war at the drop of a hat um and which just creates so much resentment everywhere um and that resentment then has to get even and then you're in that kind of vicious circle so yeah yeah i think one of the things that really struck me was his report of being up in by scotland and he was on um i don't know if it was stornaway island or something 4 000 sailors coming going out to fish every week and coming back to spend the weekend with their wives and their children not one single fight not one single argument all kinds of singing laughter dancing you know i read that and i thought well hell we can't even put three sailors on you know on anywhere and without them getting into trouble causing some kind of fight what that is all nutritional so high immunity um it makes you immune to wanting to fight immune to war immune to aggravation wow yeah it raises the frequency it does yeah yeah yeah and that's really where it's at brock that's the frequency that we're trying to you know move up is where we're trying to get to but we've got to get the basics at least in place before we're going to be able to that's true i have to share this um you know for years i had the attitude that um that i inherited from my catholic religion which was the body is bad it's evil it needs to be you know you need to atone for having a body and for god's sakes you know don't touch the thing don't talk about sex don't think about sex you that only happens when you're married uh blah blah all this crazy ridiculous rules and regulations um and and so there just there came a point where you know i thought to myself okay um i i i'm going to ascend i'm going to be like everybody i'm going to join that ascension thing and then about that same time um i started doing some research more and more out of the body i was investigating different planes of existence and um spending a lot of time in the place where people go after they leave here the the i call it the um well let's let's not get into all that anyways spent a lot of time with all the people who have died who are not really dead at all um they just don't have this kind of body anymore and they're all talking about well i'm coming back and i'm i want to come back here and they're in line to come back to here and i'm over here looking and listening to everybody including myself saying oh no i'm out here i'm going to ascend and and then there was this moment where i had this realization like what's wrong with this picture they're all waiting to come back we're all waiting to get out what's going on here what's what's wrong and what i realized eventually was that you can only transcend to become an immortal being if if you have a physical body to work with and trying to get out of here just ends up bringing you back because it happens here this is where the magic happens it's and don juan used to say to me it's all in the body it's all in the body and i would listen to that and think what does he mean by that it's all in the body um and after years a couple decades of learning studying you know figuring things out it became clear with that whole i'm out of here attitude like forget that i'm making as much effort as i can to stay here as long as possible to learn as much as possible to get the wisdom i need to really expand it's about expanding yes you know not getting out of here yes sir yeah and the if we can survive the people of earth have really quite an extraordinary destiny in terms of spiritual physical merging a lot of people give up the 3d the physical because it's so hard and it is it's challenging and so they just go to being a body of light or an etheric being or whatever you want to call it but um the uh the goal is for us as a civilization is to remain physical and expand the consciousness to become a demonstration if i can say it that way of a new kind of being who hangs on to that the juicy intensity of being physical and all the tastes and the smells and the feelings and and the motions the actions the challenges the excitement of being physical and yet still has this extraordinary power of consciousness and the ability to generate light so that's the destiny um and we just need to uh stay alive long enough to be able to begin to regenerate and then to generate the kind of being we want to be so wow oof i get goose bumps with this it's yeah yeah it really is an amazing we have support coming from other places in the galaxy um but we have to do it ourselves yes yes yeah exactly yeah and one individually has to take personal responsibility that's right that's right yeah um i have kind of a a crude way of us you know saying that but nobody can pee for you you have to do it for yourself yeah nobody can do your perception for you you have to perceive for yourself so it's it's every man for himself without being disconnected or uncaring yes how do you balance that kind of thing people try to pick one or the other i'm gonna care and i'm gonna forget myself and take care of everybody else and then they're left dangling yes then there's the people who don't really care about anybody they won't connect and they're all alone and that doesn't work either no no it's this combination of how do you take care of yourself first and love generously tremendously wisely and bring other people to that place where they take care of themselves take responsibility for themselves and then you all move along together it's nice yes you sparkle along you know it's like little sparkling yeah that's so true yeah wow yeah so we have a lot of um our work cut out for us over the next i've especially this next four or five years is the turning point as to whether we make it as a civilization or not um if we don't well you know there's other places in the universe where you can put your consciousness but um this is a pretty exciting place the richness of this place the diversity is extraordinary yeah just extraordinary so um the part of the great excitement is is watching us you know i speak about the excitement it's really the excitement of others watching us um and there here's some of their attitude is look what they're doing to themselves and they're still alive look at the ridiculous stupid destructive crap that they keep on dumping on their own heads and they still keep going that is what most um that's what fascinates most of those others out there is our resilience and our i don't know i i would call it yankee attitude but that's too local to the u.s it's a can do attitude that is our strength so i think if we let's not test that to see how bad we can make it before we collapse um let's do something a little different yeah yeah penny i could talk to you for hours and the chat is so alive there are many many questions coming along i'm just going to want to share a few honestly they're coming a little fast okay i've got my immune system uh that high enough yet lucy do you want to post any is there any urgent questions oh there he goes is she maybe daphne is posting something okay i should probably turn the chat on it's all right i'm just so enjoying just being with you i didn't want to be distracted in any way i know i get caught up and forget you know there's questions here this is so helpful inspiring self-reflective loving thank you penny are you singular i'm not sure what that means singular single yeah i'm single i don't know about singular [Laughter] oh my all right anything else here any questions no no um i i think just you know we probably can't answer very many questions but i i love question and answer because then you really know that you're talking to the people that want to hear something that being able to satisfy some question but um i want if if this is like our closing what i would really like is for people to understand that this body is is your vehicle it's not you but you're responsible for it and it's your way of being here um and and so don't be afraid of it don't be afraid that it's going to do something that you don't want it to do as soon as you get to that point where you're afraid it's going to do something you don't want it to do then you're you're going to be all caught up in that consciousness and what you really need is an attitude of well let's see what happens when i do this let's see what happens when i do that and don't be afraid of trying things of pushing yourself just a little bit because you don't have to suffer in order to be healthy you do have to do some different things that may push you out of your comfort zone but that's not bad okay so fantastic um kelly i'm freezing i'm going to turn my heating on one second okay go ahead it's really cold at night here is it oh gosh oh it's night there okay in the day it's not so bad but grease does get cold in the winter right now there's a ton of questions um the rife machine frequency machines what's your take on those very helpful very helpful they are i think the beginning of what will become a global medical system of frequency adjustment um they're very useful they don't have many side effects you can do things with them that you cannot do with drugs or surgery great thank you thank you um sorry what about somebody's asked about kagan walter k-a-g-a-n oh i'm not familiar with that so kagan water i might have to check that out okay no worries okay how do we recharge the water in our bodies uh the best way is is through breath and through uh bouncing just uh if you if you don't have a little one of those little tiny trampolines the bouncer we call it here um then just stand at the sink and hold on to the edge of the sink and go up and down on your toes you just bounce you'll discover you can't bounce very much at first because you'll be out of breath in a very short time but do that several times a day that recharges you it cleans your lymph system and it helps to clean the liver so good question thank you um gosh they come fast let's see um what do you think about light language penny um i don't do light language myself and very few people understand what that is but i know a few people who do light language and i think that that's one of the ways that those people when they use that language they're shifting the uh the frequency environment for themselves at least and typically for their whole house but the truth is that you're shifting it for the entire planet so it's every word you speak every thought you have every action you do shifts the entire reality the entire set of frequencies out there you are not insignificant not at all absolutely yeah right with you there um i usually like to uh pick them out but all right um just some um any advice for vegans um yeah um i would say a couple of things vegans uh ketos carnivore diets vegetarian um carbohydrate all those are what i i consider those to be tools in the toolbox they aren't maintenance uh type things they are when you have been eating a lot of meat and a lot of junk and you want to clean out the vegan diet is a really good way to do that you really have to be careful because if you're not getting enough b12 and a whole bunch of other things you won't be able to make intrinsic factor intrinsic factor is what allows you to absorb the nutrients in your food and if you're not absorbing you're going to degenerate and it'll be slow but it'll still it'll still occur if you are vegan and you get some kind of disease then you have to adjust the diet accordingly so in the system that i was trained in if you get an alkaline based cancer because you've been vegan and eating nothing but salads and fruits and vegetables then you had to go to a meat diet in order to counter that food is to be used to create conditions conditions in the body otherwise it's all just fans so i've been vegan i loved it i hate washing greasy pants so um it was you know the reason i was vegan was because i was lazy um and and i had to correct that now i use food to create it's a constant state of balance in the body and that's really the the way that it should be used so other than that i don't have any complaints about vegan it's really useful if somebody's been on a really bad diet um you know it's really hard uh be aware that if you go to one particular diet for any length of time like the eskimos all all meat all meat and fat they don't have any enzymes anymore to digest fruits and vegetables why because they don't grow fruits and vegetables in the arctic so when you stick to a particular diet for a while you give up enzymes and when you give up enzyme capacity you give up options for healing so rotate rotate through all the foods you need them all wow somebody is asking um any particular diet for depression uh depression yeah depression is caused by inflammation massive inflammation in the body um the probably the best thing for inflammation is going to be citrus citrus diet for three or four days out of each week um and pancreas enzymes pancreas enzymes cut inflammation in the body not digestive enzymes digestive enzymes are ox bile pepperine pancreatin there's a bunch of others pineapple um oxfile but pancreas enzymes are enzymes put out by the pancreas that cut inflammation digest food restore repair you do pancreas enzymes do everything and i would say probably a need to do some detox so yeah there's no um for dead for deep depression if you need a boost if you're on like a drug of some kind wellbutrin or one of the others um if you can get uh either sam e uh or iodine you're if you don't have enough iodine you're going to end up depressed iodine plus b2 and b3 and b2 is 100 milligrams of b2 and 500 milligrams of b3 so that plus iodoral with 12.5 milligrams uh maybe even 25 milligrams of iodine will just end the depression and but there's some things to be aware of with iodine you have to if you if you have none in your body and you start taking a big dose you know and and i'm talking about if if you're talking the recommended daily allowance that the government's put out there is 125 micrograms the 12.5 milligrams is 1 000 times that and that may not be enough those recommended daily allowances out there are just enough to keep you alive but not not heal you but not allow you to die so that you'll stay alive and you'll go to the pharmaceuticals to boost your to to hopefully get healthy it doesn't work you have to have the nutrient so when you get uh we call a you know you get loaded with iodine and and you reach that loading dose point you'll have a heart palpitations that's your body's signals that's okay i have enough iodine at that point you cut that dose in half okay so if you start out with 25 milligrams of iodine and the b2b3 and then after two months you get heart palpitations or two weeks whatever it is um then you back off you cut that in half and go down to 12.5 if you still have some heart palpitations you cut that in half you cut the tablet in half or you take the dose every other day better to cut the tablet in half 6.25 um and that's and depression just sort of melts away the other thing is sam e s a m hyphen e sam e is stands for s adenosyl l methionine and it is used in the krebs cycle and of the loading dose is 800 milligrams um for two weeks and then dropped to 600 milligrams for two weeks and then um drop to 400 and then for two weeks and then 200 and maintain so um i can't give medical advice i'm teaching what i do and what i um you know what i have observed works in other people and these are things that are they're very important for us to share among one another without being taken as medical diagnostics or medical advice but if we don't share what works we're lost yes we're absolutely lost so um just know that i'm just sharing this is something that is very potent in terms of um and there are there are medical and supplement companies that have that information um you know a lot of us don't have time and energy to go digging around to find all that stuff but i do that's i make that my business to to kind of keep at least a partial thumb on what's happening because there's a lot happening so oh thank you penny are you all right for another couple of questions yeah go ahead yeah i've got i got a little bit of oh it's later a couple more i mean as i said i could talk to you for hours and maybe you would consider coming back again sure you know because you're very popular okay okay yeah that's that's i would that would be fun lovely so what about hot flashes somebody's asking hot flashes are that the liver is um plugged up it's overloaded it needs to be cleaned out you can either do a liver flush or you can do a set of coffee enemas every day a coffee enemas most people have a heart attack when i mention the word enema but um but that it's not about cleaning off the colon when you put coffee inside the anal opening the mucous membranes right inside that opening are in 100 communication with the liver and it causes the liver to dump its toxic uh crap that it has collected and and then it goes out the back door and so when you do when you do the liver flush or you do the coffee enemas which are a little mini liver flush um on a regular basis that just it helps the other thing is a set of herbs um we call it vitex here v-i-t-e-x very powerful for hot flashes so do a little bit of research there for vitex thank you and what about um sleeping what would be your recommendations around sleep ah you need amino acids you have to if you don't have the right amino acids you can't make the neurotransmitters um you need melatonin serotonin you need you know all of them uh dopamine that's you get those from the aminos and and so that's really critical um also be aware that if you eat uh within two hours of going to sleep your equipment is going to be churning and and that may cause you some difficulty if you wake up in the middle of the night two three o'clock in the morning that's a red flag that your liver is not um it's complaining to you the liver gets active two or three in the morning and when it wakes you up it's saying to you hey i need help i need support i'm not doing well here and and so you toss and turn for two hours until um the you know the priority in the body passes to the next set of organs because they rotate um in importance each one taking a turn at doing its you know its thing but that's a liver flush again coffee enemas um amino acids wow there's so much to learn isn't there yeah so many questions here and i'm very conscious you've you've really contributed so much of your time here penny you know that there would there would be no end so um okay well um i would say this um i have a newsletter that um kind of puts out there some information about the classes i teach you might want to come and take a class i they i mean that's some of your time and your money but um it's you know sometimes you just hear one thing that you're like that's what i needed to hear yes um and the other thing is we have a t in consciousness a lot of people get on the team consciousness on monday evening um or we do it the first second and third mondays of the month the first and third mondays are in the evening but the second monday of the month is for people out of the u.s or in other time zones so it's at two in the afternoon eastern time which makes it a little easier for other people um people in europe etc um but the um you know the thing is not so much well you can ask questions when when you come to the t but while i'm talking the same thing is happening like going on here um there's all kinds of chat people are trading information and things that work for them and so you learn from others and you discover there's a whole bunch of people out there that are trying to figure this out and and it really comes down to what works for you the oldest rule in the world in the universe is know thyself and when you know what you can eat and what you can't eat how you need to sleep where you need to live you know how you like to work what are what exercises work for you what detox you need to do when you know that you can begin to just dive into the first level of knowing thyself and then you go deeper know thyself doesn't stop with uh you know just uh it's not a lot of people think of it as a psychological thing uh-uh that's not even you're not even hitting the surface hardly so um know thyself is really the journey it's the great journey there's nothing more exciting nothing yes wow i want to highly recommend penny's book here getting well yeah here's the new version thank you yeah sure this is the new version it's on amazon getting well getting well natural um so the and i think it's you can get it at barnes and noble stuff like that so you can download a copy from my website which is um only digital but if you want a physical book then that's something different so you got to go to amazon okay i wondered whether you wanted to mention anything about the zeolite because there's so many heavy metals out there yeah and yeah that's true um this is july if you're looking to start some detox and um hang on one second here um and you and you don't know where to start one good place to start is with zeolite um there's a couple places that i recommend that people get zeolite that i think are really good quality and that do the job and zeolite is a it's a like a a mineral like a clay almost um that it has a lattice structure it's a chemical lattice structure that attracts heavy metals clamps onto them and carries them out of the body sometimes if the zeolite or the detox procedure is only enough to disturb the heavy metals then you get into trouble they circulate and get into all new places you don't want that you want to be able to disturb them clamp onto them and get rid of them so zeolite is a great way to start um if you can't get zeolite there is bentonite clay in suspension it's a by a company named sonae s-o-n-n-e they have wonderful bentonite clay and so that helps that attracts it helps keep parasites down pulls heavy metals out normalizes digestion provides minerals so that is a possibility but we have on on our website just this week we have a promotion see a light is expensive um and it's the promotion this week is you can get a bottle of it for only five dollars it's normally 75 and you just take a few drops each day a couple times a day and then it starts the process of pulling heavy metals out of you without some of the serious rashes and other problems that can occur if you're doing what i call doing a half a job of detoxing you just stir things up that's a half a job so yeah so you can go to my website consciousness on fire that i think the promotion lasts until sunday the 12th so there's a few days left on that that's great we may run it again later but uh it's uh zeolite is something that i recommend a lot and people write where can i get it so we finally said okay let's put this out there and make it easy for people if you're looking for it it's right there that's great somebody's asking what about celery juice instead of zeolite you you can get some effect celery juice um cilantro both pretty powerful in terms of stirring up but they are exactly the same you have to drink a lot of celery juice and you have to do a lot of cilantro and the problem that we have is that the world is so toxic that it's coming in faster than you can shovel it out and so where celery and cilantro both are very helpful in keeping that stuff available for zeolite to latch on to um it doesn't work fast enough and it's in it by the time you get enough celery juice in you to be able to actually do the job you're you have so many other things that you haven't eaten and you end up out of balance now detoxing if you if you commit to a year of cleaning yourself out and detoxing and adding supplements there's a certain level uh i don't know what to call it a rate of efficiency that you have to maintain because if you start and stop it's not it's rough it's uh detoxing a year of detox heavy duty detox of the kind that i have outlined here in the book that's gonna it's um that's gonna take some of your energy um and there can be side effects a few side effects in terms of a rash i got a rash um on my breast bone and on my shin bones and along my arms every place that the bone was close to the surface of the skin just erupted and at that point then you'll have to do something like a castor oil olive oil sweat bath because the skin is your best and biggest detoxer and when you can't shovel it out fast enough the body starts trying to put it out through the skin and that's what causes the rashes and the eruptions and the um the itching um the just oh and so the baths become critical so celery is a very it's very good for arthritis celery juice it's very good for the brain you know cilantro very good for any kind of heavy metal toxicity but they're they don't have quite enough power and punch to do a really good job so you know take that for what it's worth don't quit the salary juice just add the real detox yes oh thank you we're being asked who are the girls with the plasma water oh um uh uh i think i forget what the name of they just formed a little company heather bryant and linda i forget linda's last name um i think we have that on our website on on consciousnessonfire.com yes there's a page called reference up at the top you'll see a thing called reference click on that page and you'll see i think that they are referenced there so if not then we'll put them there quickly okay wonderful and i think um i think uh daphne is posting them in the chat oh very good oh excellent yeah oh i forgot daphne yeah yeah thank you daphne yeah thank you thank you daphne thank you lucy you've been terrific thank you jimmy for helping here today as well i couldn't be without you all and huge thanks to you penny and oh you're welcome arrange another date when you would perhaps visit again um yeah i've maybe sometime in january or february that would work um the uh i just want to say thank you for having me because i really think that this whole subject of understanding how to get healthy how to maintain how the systems plural systems are supposed to work together nature humans plants animals water soil all of that it's it's all one package so thank you for inviting me to come and talk about that thank you for saying yes yeah you're welcome
