basic idea of the shape of this thing so I can go into geometry make polymesh3d do you start how this move modifier if you want to divide that up and then we can just kind of go through here and we'll just do a really basic shape so here then here and then around and then here and then back and that'll be a little cutter and then that'll cut in and this would go like so that'll be our sword shape now if I want to modify this control alts to kind of sharpen it up and then we'll go in here to mass curve well tap alt we kind of clean it up actually let's invert that for some reason I'm really bad about remembering to hit alt and I'm doing this brush oops and this kind of swoops down and around just use the mask pin here be a little bit faster and easier so this will come through here and also looks like it kind of even has like a hole in it maybe something like that and then this kind of scoops around and then this kind of goes here and then this is where the handle goes kind of tucks up right in there and the handle and stuff is going to be easy because I'm just going to use a lot of bones and skulls that's the exciting part this part new to blade so we've got our shape here now there's a couple different ways we can make this shape I'm going to do let's go so go ahead and just polygroup this if I want to I can also turn off the lines and just kind of see the shape here let's hit ctrl W until we get a nice contrast d shape okay so now I'm going to go in here to sub tool I'm going to append a Z sphere here I was going to move this back oops with W I need to see the Z sphere here so really quickly turn off Roger whoops at topology and because I can't see this I'm just going to really quickly go over here to poly paint where am I at menu I never go into poly paint from polygroups there we go now that'll stay put and now I can go through here really quickly and just kind of start plotting these points out here so again density of one edit apology we're in draw mode and now we can start plotting our points if I want to make this a little darker I'm going to go ahead on here to a dark gray RGB turn that down a bit we'll go to color fill we'll start just darkening that up a little bit we can see my z spheres a little bit better and it will go here kind of swoops around and then cuts in and then goes back around here and then back around here now you could use like we were doing earlier the topology brush but I hate having to deal with that thing so now this thing needs edges on all these sides here it looks like actually this needs to come down and then this needs to go back in like this I'm not doing anything really in particular here but just kind of trying to find like where the blade parts are so far all the blade parts it's going to go to a single edge here probably so I'm going to need to offset that and this side is going to be thick so I'm going to offset that here with draw and I'm just going to add in a little padding protection because this parts going to be thicker and then it's going to go too thin so we're just going to go back and forth here and if I did more bladed weapons I probably would have problem solved this already but I don't really do a lot of bladed weapons so bear with me here so here here here I'm just going to put triangles at the end because I think I'm going to need them and again I can always use zmodeler here I'm basically just building in some padding through here so when I give thickness I can always collapse those edges down these back parts look like they stay pretty thick so I'm just going to build in there we go and the rest of it is kind of up to the sword design if it was just a plain sword you know when it kind of goes down towards the hilt it kind of splits off into that triangle this one's a little bit weird so like I said we wanted to do something different or at least I did I don't know what you guys wanted to do but what I want to do and we'll go back through here but if you did have a specific line you want to decrease just go ahead and build that line in like if you wanted to pull this line right here up let's go ahead and build it in and then you'll know you'll always have a line available to you to pull up when you get there you can always move these things around as needed like I said this probably my least favorite part as soon as we get into putting like a boar skull onto it and horns and snakes wrapped around the handle then I'll be excited but for now let's make do here I'm just going to plop all these through here and then this can go through let's go ahead and even these out just a little bit we'll move these down and then I'll just pull through here something like this so now if I go in here move these things around any changes I want to make anything stand out to me I guess we'll see so here's my sword I'm gonna hit a to go to my dad's of skin density of one there's my adaptive skin looking good will turn on lines okay that's fine let's go ahead and make adaptive skin I'm going to insert that adaptive skin here I don't need the Z sphere anymore just delete that I really don't need the plain anymore I guess let's delete that and now we've got our blade here let's go back here to white line fill how we doing oh yeah and you could use a Marvis of you or two then again the only reason I don't is because I'm a always in painter and it's just a one button press if there's a one button press then man you sold me [Music] the GDC taught the future art production and games is that the one Naughty Dog did I saw one on that I gave one I gave a GD suck GDC talk two years ago that talked about pretty much exactly that same stuff if you want to watch that that's my thoughts on the future of video games and nothing I really saw there was any different than anything I talked about on my GDC presentation what was the name of the school that used to project the skull as an Alf on the mesh I'm sorry busy on the main screen a time okay yeah that is just mr gbz grabber so that just grabs hide information from any object I wish I had a more interesting object loaded but that's easy enough to do just go into tool and then we'll grab a dog and then this dog has height information so then you just need to position the dog where you want to on the screen now you don't have to use mr gbz grabber you have to go out of edit mode and then go grab mr gbz and then you can use spacebar to drag it around you can hold that shift to constrain it to a square or it should although that's not terribly square is it so you can just drag that out that'll capture the height information and then you can use that the drag rect on now you could also change your document size into an alpha grab doc but that's just a little bit faster than easier and oh I'm sorry yeah so once you have that you have the smart transpose mask thanks for bringing that up Melchior and I'll just do loops I'll just do it real quick another demo because now we can do a dog coin which will be probably the second coolest thing I do tonight so here so we'll just shrink this coin down and then I'm just going to do a quick crease tolerance here ctrl D ctrl D let's go ahead and turn on for Jack turnoff blur crank that resolution up just a bit and then we'll use our BT Transpo's smart mask and then we're going to grab that oh we did have the skull offal still in there hold down ctrl and when you drag that out that I'll just drag I want to say it's my monitor weird I think something weirds going on with my alpha but anyway there's the transpose smart mask you can use that to kind of do that good stuff exactly um cool okay Lissie we had the skin zis bearskin z sphere I think that's all we were playing that's right okay so now we have to orient ourselves in the world so I always like to work Z forward of I Kings I'm used to just positive and negative x and today is no different so I go to deformation we're going to rotate on the Y 90 there we go now he's right there what we should might could be able to do let's give this a shot I'm just thinking off the top my head here let's see if this works we want to go to geometry boy let's close all this stuff down here actually I don't want to go to geometry I want to go to sub tool here extract no smoothness yeah you know what it's easy enough just a Z modeler you could extract this thing but also you can just do a Q mesh let's do a single poly here we're just gonna mark what ones we want to bring out so now our thin ones we're going to leave a lone the rest of them actually let's do our thin ones here so those are thin faces here and then all I got to do is isolate them ctrl W and now you have these ones here we can go qmesh polygroup all I think if I cube mesh these out but I want to leave those behind mmm it's not going to work okay we'll do Q mesh all polygons and then we'll just collapse down as when we do so while Q mesh this out in this direction and then if we're looking Z forward I need to do a quick mirror across the X Miren weld and put me give me a nice mid line through the middle local floor there we go and now we can just go through and I'll just manually do it we'll hit X to go across X symmetry here and then we'll just go ahead and collapse these edges in and I just want to play it safe as why I'm doing this here so these are my sharp blades here oops now at this point it's kind of creasing it if you wanted this to be a sharp like kind of go-to sharp here you could I don't think I had it that way and the original breakdown but yeah it starts getting a little squirrelly in there so we're going to leave that alone because this is where the hell does anyways so there's our blade right there so we go in a poly frame OD and kind of see it's starting to come together a little bit like I mentioned before if this thing needs to come out and be creased let's see if we can just do this let's go ahead and do mask edge loop partial click that invert that and then pull this out let's go ahead and mask this too so if you wanted to do something like this and kind of pull this out and you can always go back in here and kind of massage these points but now you can go through here let's do this is all creased let's do am a crease tolerance here we'll do like 55 and then we'll hit D to go into our sub give you and then shift D and now you can kind of just see if any of this stuff needs to be creased here so like these all need to be creased this is going to require some massaging here something like this because these would all have to be creased to yups and then these would have to be creased as well yes and then have this stuff would have to be creased as well as do a crease edge loop partially er right all right right right right there we go that type of thing and then of course that looks pretty dumb but you can move these in and out as needed crease that and like really like on a sword here these would probably bridge so we're going to do a quick bridge two points here I'm actually going to delete that middle I don't really like it but just to kind of demonstrate we'll do crease edge here here and here that'll be kind of like that sword line you can get sometimes or this thing kind of you know pops out and then it goes and creates a line through here that type of thing but anyway to heck with that right keep it simple okay so we've got our blade here anything else we want to do you can go ahead and you can poke some holes through here oops cue mesh single poly there you go so if you want to you can start doing that kind of stuff and we do will actually want to crease some of the stuff so we'll go ahead and just do a real quick crease edge loop partial here here there we go and here here here and here something like that and then you can go in here and kind of fine-tune how you want these things to go and you can still go through here and crease these things let's do shifty so I can grab it area crease edge want weight and this is kind of curvy something like that you also probably do a crease polygroup if you want to do that all these edges you could probably just do it like a bevel let's see this'll work edge look complete and then we can do a crease polygroup on that I need to go massage these a little bit here but kind of up to you there we go so now that we have all that we can start doing the fun stuff I think everybody's still still awake are you asleep because that would put me to sleep increasing always does let's see what other modeling pegs using Tanima ZBrush oh man yeah my as my go-to package when I worked through just going through pipeline workflow I used a lot of moto in the past I started on 3d studio max way back in the day I used 3d coat for a little bit I used boy I try and use everything at least a little bit my go-to is usually ZBrush fusion 360 Maya ZBrush Maya fusion 360 in that order but I do try and stand also a bunch of ancillary programs like Marvelous Designer rap X I use like a bunch of little tiny headus I use like little programs like that little one-off third-party things I use a lot of those which we'll get to I think because those are really fun to kind of play with as well we mean we have done Marvelous Designer so that's that's a known quantity there we go so anyway we'll start with this we'll say that's what we want so now we're going to go ahead and do and in sap end a cylinder and actually this cylinder i want to simplify here someone's going to go to and I grab my cylinder 12 and we're going to go to geometry modify topology and we're going to do mesh from brush there we go it's even rotated the right way go into solo mode let's go to transparency mode let's go into size deformation size and just size that down there we go you can drop that right in here and this looks like it kind of tapers and this is where we get into you can probably just do a lot of whatever modeling you know what let's just do that so I'm going to go here and I'm going to go into solo mode and we're going to do oops a crease dynamic let's go ahead and apply that and then we'll turn on turn up reject blur dynamesh and now we can do radial symmetry and you could z model or you could G model this if you want to it's not a big deal but we're going to go - am i doing transform in the Y radial count up to 100 go in here oops I guess we're not Y and I guess we need to be on El symmetry there we go l some is local symmetry so now we can go through here and kind of dictate you know we want it to kind of low sternos the intensity down a bit and also turn on the lazy Mouse in kind of lazy mouse where you at there we go and smooth stronger okay so we've got this going and then we can use inflate we want to kind of bulge this out a little bit and actually let's crank down our radial count that's really going nuts if you want to do any cuts through here hold down alt or if you want to do like oops drop this down a leg 24 you can do some cut these in now again if I was just going to throw this in the game real quick and be like does anybody even like this thing and this is what I do first if I was going to do it for real for real and build it all out I would certainly do that but only if I you know had it approved first in order to do that what I'm going to do is go to brush insert insert will do mesh parts here I'm going to grab a dog head and we're just going to go out of radial symmetry here we're going to go into X symmetry and just drag out that dog head there there we go and now we've got the house of candles I suppose and now this thing here can kind of just follow through here let's use our snake hook and kind of just drag that here and go through it inflate and you know you can inflate all you want because you can always go back and use your clip brush clip it back then clean up that way or use your trim dynamic or aged polish here that kind of looks like it's inset a little bit now again if you're just concept about and you wanted to go back in and rebuild after you kind of it figure it out you can certainly do that it's just a matter of going in you know on plotting your different points on here or whatever whatever you want to do did that get rid of our brush it did and that's not going to work we're going to fix that delete other let's split hidden you don't have to do that you can just show it but no sword there is this thing in space it is really driving me nuts there we go and you know what I'm going to do a quick split unmask mass points here because I'm going to turn this into you know what brush insert and all this stuff's already made so easy just to make stuff let's do the horn maybe now in these crossover the midline that's going to cause some problems here they're going to get sticky so what I'm going to do I do like the the idea of them curling back though let's try this rotate this this way and then we'll drop this here oh how we doing blender I want to get into Houdini I need to get into for sure that's the next thing I want to do let's say happen to know why 3d studio max 17s export emotions is to be s try shapes instead of one no I don't if used in 360s awesome for just hardit's modeling it's a CAD program but it's so powerful when it comes to number one their history stack is amazing in fact if you want to see how amazing it is I have a breakdown you can click through it it's a little bit dated but I mean the information is still good so here's the fusion 360 QuickStart I made it'll kind of get you up and running in fusion and I think like every fusion 360 is free like every year like every year they're doing like a fusion to 6:63 free for a year or 25 bucks for a whole year you know so definitely worth printing out oh the reference is I'm just kind of eyeballing a bunch of google swords and I picked kind of one out now did I lose it shoot I close that page just Google badass swords and go to images and that's basically what I'm looking at is this stuff so sorry that's not more help but just kind of looking at shapes and stuff I have a sub tool with multiple polygroups is there any way to perform action not only select a polygon without masking without splitting yeah yeah you can so in fact if this thing here let's go ahead and do split mask points here and we have actually let's do a quick save here and go quick save reload it so we're going to go through here we're going to slice slice slice and let's say I just want to sculpt on the blue parts but I don't want it like you can hit W control and you can mask you should be able to mine ZBrush getting a little bit weird you should be able to control click on any of these oh I'm still in transpose farm ass that's why switch that back to just transpose there we go and now any polygroup you click on it'll control click on it we'll just go ahead and mask that for you ah but you can also just if you want to go in with your move brush or your clay brush or whatever go into your brush settings here you link and then you're going to go to mask my poly groups up to 100 and now the whatever polygroup you choose it's only going to affect that polygroup so here's my yellow it's only affecting yellow here's my baby blue it's only affecting baby blues same thing with its global so if you're in your there clay brush it'll only affect the polygroup you first touch so that way you're talking about maybe yes mal cure got it it's free now if you're in less than 60 K you're awesome to know cool so here we beat bill bumping undo there we go now let's see back to my death metal sword I was pretty sad I didn't get into Metallica until I was like 33 for some reason I just completely missed out on all that not that their death metal or anything but just them in general there we go and I think you know what let's just keep it easy let's duplicate that off I'm just going to mirror that in the Z I believe whoops no and was this thing oriented that's part of the problem having okay yeah I have no idea where I am in space that's dumb let's do this let's do let's delete that and we're going to do let's do a merge visible ah that's also a good way to find out if you have flipped or weirdo geometry going on which I do and we're going to turn off mess with poly groups here it's also a good way to clean out any gremlins there's been times where I've had like a 500 mega a one gig file and then I'll merge visible and split back to parts and then it'll turn out to be like a 30 Meg it holds on to some really weird stuff sometimes so I'm going to go to split to similar parts and then I'm going to just do a quick side real quick and load that back up there we go and on this one we're going to flip although it looks like it has some this thing sitting inside of it that's weird don't need that anymore there we go now I think is that I want this right into Z forward I think so now if I do this very well across the X that's X symmetry yes now mirrored well this across X and Z not locally though okay there we go now I'm back in the saddle so now kind of move this around to match this really if you having trouble moving things around just make sure you turn on ghosts then I'll be allow you to select through and then these horns I'm going to go ahead and shoot those top I'll click the skull shoot that to the top let's go ahead and actually this hilt we don't even really need anymore I'll keep this thing here but I am going to get rid of those things those weird little things here so I'm going to delete that delete that I'm going to delete hidden dynamesh it's a little low there we go let's do a quick mirror and weld across the X and Z here ooh double-headed that's not going to work you know what that's fine X weird weld X only there we go we'll keep our dog just pointing one way not a whole lot of room for a hand there let's go ahead and just move this there we go we can also inflate this thing so you're going to get your little fingers caught in here that's okay because you know what you're not concerned about actually winning you're concerned about looking cool which any warrior knows is the most important part let's go ahead and turn on transform here we're going to do in the X and Z for these dudes let's get a little left here are we doing good cool cool cool ribcage and set in the blade alright let's do it I can do that uh yeah I remember watching beavis and butt-head and for some reason I got weight I was Georgetown Texas like the widest place on earth and I was ended up way more into gangster rap was anything else I don't know we're out of nowhere and of course classic rock Led Zeppelin ZZ Top and stuff you know helping my dad wash his car but Tupac and Biggie more often than not believe it or not oddly enough there we go but I do remember watching be with somebody and seeing you know Michalak Metallica shirts and I eventually ended up getting into a lot of Nine Inch Nails Marilyn Manson Rob Zombie was like 98 through you know oh yeah I guess starting 97 98 I suppose let's go ahead and shrink this just narrow that down just a little bit I use transpose mastered less effective than the merge and split method you know I never thought to use transpose master for that I guess I just I guess they'll both work that's basically what it's doing is well transpose master yeah it'll say it like if you have multiple if you don't have how do I put those if you have multiple subdivision levels and yes use transpose master because that'll just save you from having to like split things apart and then reconstruct subdivision history but if you don't have so division levels like I did it's just faster just to kind of merge visible and then split it apart but that's a good point thanks for bringing that up yeah use transpose master if you have subdivision history so you'd have to reconstruct usually when I emerge it's be I have like dinah dynamic subdivisions I don't have real subdivisions so I don't tend to go that route but that's a good point raps on the handle let's do it so we got a handle here we got a floor the best way I want to do wraps here you can go in here with your B claybuildup and I really need to do more weapons because I like I have not problem solved for this stuff like at all so you could do that that's the best way for me to say hey go through here and give me a 0 meshed ribbon and then extrude that hmm let me think about this so what you could you could do is you could do a cylinder and twist and then pull off the pieces that you need let's try that let's see if that'll work let's go to a cylinder here and we'll go to initialize and we'll do Z size 50 now we'll do Z size 150 100 in a radius X size 50 Y size 50 now if we take this and we'll do H divides now B divides and we want to deformation twists and the Y and I can take these things let's keep twisting this thing and then if I move them out they'll kind of stretch them hmm I might need to research this it's not something I do very often honestly when the last time I did a wrap I remember doing wraps on Killer Croc how did I do that nicely don't remember how do you guys do it let's see um cool get some ramps going I guess magic content thanks for saying it's great it is something I just do in my free time I do see I teach it CG Master Academy online I do a ZBrush concept iteration course there and then I do I teach a Gemini School of Visual Arts here in Austin but um yeah the video stuff I do online is I also do I do training at work sometimes so I don't know like if I learn new stuff and it's also really easy for me just to kind of throw it up online I've been doing it for so long with Camtasia and stuff that I got a it's pretty fast process so let's see let's take one two three four one two three four one 1 2 3 4 1 2 3 4 loops 1 2 3 4 5 close enough so now we've got these things here now those hands are kind of nut maybe if I can just W control shift and match those up yeah we'll try that okay so let's see if this will work we could do panel loops on this thing we can just do zremesher on this thing it might be the easiest thing to do let's say we're going to need to make this double tall so I'm going to go ahead and do a split hidden and then move this up and then we're going to do it deformation and I mean you could just sculpt it into that's fine that's for just a quick thing that's probably what I would do but I've lately I just been a sucker for needing to build everything out for some reason and then we will damnit that's okay so here and then here so if you merge this down and then we do a weld points with a weld distance up how are you not welding come on well weld weld weld there we go really I got to crank it all the way up that seems silly oh well that's easy enough just go through here and do bridge two points like stitch two points oh wow control w so now that we got that wrap here we should just be able to duplicate and rotate I hope yeah okay close enough and now it's just a simple matter of qmesh polygroup ball here here and we'll go ahead and just do a crease tolerance man I don't know that's tough one raps are tough hmm okay we'll merge those down and we'll go ahead and oh yeah you still the rib cage here I'll tap this one control-shift eh we don't need those scapula's so let's go ahead and just do a Auto groups with these visible and then we could just get rid of those things here now go brush create insert mesh new F solo and then and I even know where you'd want these rib cages at like little baby rib cage oh that's kind of cool kind of like slices up through and so metal let's see rotate this is the most ridiculous sword ever made and that's okay I don't know about that I guess I get to stamp it on on there that's alright all the time is it oh boy I got start wrapping this up yeah gangster rap Nine Inch Nails Rob Zombie classic rock ZZ Top Led Zeppelin trying to think what else and I pretty much like if you look at my iTunes list it stopped in 1999 I hate to say that but a little few things here and there I've listened to but then I just got into audiobooks and Star Trek The Next Generation I suppose using a plain twisting it giving it thickness yeah that's what I kind of thought - oh I guess I could go ahead and finish that thought so let's upend that cylinder here and let's go ahead and just size this thing down let's see move it into place here and kind of squish it down we can fudge this just a little and then let's go through here let's scale it down so that it's flush with the top and the bottom and then we'll go through very nicely and do it inflate around the middle and then what we can do let's do shift D let's do on crease all I'm gonna give us a better look and you could go in here see like Q mesh polygroup ball you can hold down shift on these if you want to make them didn't lose it yeah we can just pull it along that service normal if we want to we can inflate you can wrap stuff around here too so I don't know off the top of my head it's not pretty but it's something and let's see we can smooth oh it's a heavy smooth here and kind of smooth the separate amount and really it's just a matter of you know you got to plot the points so the fastest way to plot your points would be the way to do that I just my tired brain and 11 o'clock at night it's almost Friday cut me some slack oh and I want to merge these twos I'm going to shoot this the top I'm going to shoot this the top going to merge these down I'm going to make sure this has enough resolution here I said enough resolution there we go we're going to sculpt an X and Z and now we can go through here smooth stronger crank that up and I guess I should have made these horns not faceted before I merge them down that would have been brilliant of me that's okay so now I can go in here and kind of merge these two things together is this really okay now they're mirrored clean that up a little bit oops if you want to shrink that back down use go into the pinch brush here and just pinch that back down and now the rest of its just details now I do have for the blade here let's do some really quick stuff so blur blur let's create that resolution up we'll just dynamesh this real quick oops apply our dynamics of these first and then if we want to get real fancy we'll go ahead and activate X symmetry here so in my alphas here I have this leftover from my reptile creature here let's do stencils are how we can use any of this stuff oh man now we're talking hmm we want to dragon on it yes please so let's see we'll take this won't get there in a second so I have these runes here so just like we were talking about here we can go to well first I mean I guess we could go into we can do projection master maybe so we'll go into double-sided fade deformation normalize sure we don't really need color so I'll go ahead and drop now and now we can use the stuff you're talking about here so here is the simple brush we're going to use the single layer brush so when we go in here we can do a line you can drag this in so if you wanted to put text in this line you can hold down alt alright so I go to Z sub and then drag in like a line here and then if you want to you can hit W and again this is projection master so you can move this around you can scale it up and down in and out so you go this way there we go they go thinner or fatter here you can hit shift s and duplicate go back and to draw mode here q there we go all sorts of cool stuff you can do with a projection master so I go out a projection master say pick up it'll go ahead and pick up that deformation that I just did looks like we need to mirror and weld it across the x-axis let's go ahead and mirror Marin weld area now though they're both symmetrical and then I have a little place in here I can go in here with my transpose so I can go to brush s white brush transpose smart and then we're just load up our rooms here yeah look at that now you know we're awesome so we're going to go to mask pin is already selected they'll just mask the stuff that we don't like and you know the other side if this was actual letters I could read probably I'd want to do you know not mask through and just do one side at a time but since I don't have a clue what these things are I'm just going to be like you know what mirror images are okay you can pop those in like they're etched in or you can pop them out like their gilded I suppose smooth them down if you want to spin that just a little bit now obviously a warrior isn't going to go into battle with a sword it looks like this that's lame so I'm going to go in here with my standard brush crank up my Z intensity and turn off my lazy mouse and we're going to go in here and just like just kind of beat the crap out of this sword here now obviously since this isn't breaking the silhouette you could do this in painter as well just have it as a height map and then you just have to go in you can bring in cracked alphas which I have I have I have like rock cracked alphas but it's going to kind of make it look a little bit not that good here so it's going to smooth this out here and you can even go in here with your trim brush and kind of just bevel these areas in just a little bit same thing at the back here is like kind of lame it's going to smooth this out and then we'll go into our trim brush will turn our lazy radius and just kind of just do a real quick that will pass here and then here and then here there we go so yeah chew the heck out of this thing here with your brushes or you can even go in with your clip brushes here and probably even clip circle then intensity up a bit there we go 36 now we're talking some blood seeping off that thing what time is it all right 1102 hope you guys had fun see if there's anything we can use to wrap up and you think I can make notes on um you can well subdivide a small part of a sub - without cropping you can do it with visibility or masking you can mask a certain part and then subdivide locally but I don't know if that's cropping or not that's true ribcage basket hilt dang we'll do that next time maybe ribcage yeah yes I agree that yea the transition putting some yep putting some transitional things here let's see it the I guess you know let's do it this way when I select this one we're going all p.m. let's do it real quick solo let's try out yep we got to go X only there we go then we're going to split mass points here and then we'll just yeah put a little transitional strip here and here and kind of make those save that a little bit more and the blade sharpness is just all held with this thing here you could go through an H polish the heck out of this or even clip at this angle if you wanted it sharper but yeah it would just be a matter of putting a medal on it and then saying that as a sharp old blade level razor sharp blade right
