you know king david even got in a place where he ran into some brick walls and and his wife really didn't even like some of the shows he put on it was just he was so in love with god that he you know at one point of course the famous bringing up the ark he didn't care what he was wearing he was so in love with his king he just had to bust some moves in front of the whole procession you know i think there is a place in the kingdom for people of passion who are humble enough to not care what other people think about their praise those kind of people move the heart of god if you move his heart he's going to move his hand oh my we've got some wonderful songs for you tonight many of them were written during this last year during 2020 when there was so i was gonna say so much there was so little going on and and in the midst of it the lord just poured a bunch of songs on us that were for now in second chronicles chapter 20 you know the story very well israel is surrounded by three nations but did you know they were outnumbered 200 to one the next day was going to be a turkey shoot it was a sure slaughter the day after there wouldn't be one israelite left and so jehoshaphat thank god they had a godly king in judah instead of wringing his hands and and running for the coast he calls a prayer meeting and during that prayer meeting a prophet stands up and he says don't worry i can imagine you're standing there and this guy says hey don't worry about it okay well he hasn't missed it so far because he's still alive that was the test of prophets during those days maybe we need to re anyway he says be strong and of a good courage don't worry because the battle is not yours it's the lord's [Applause] and so jehoshaphat says okay all right i'm tracking with you so he assigns singers and probably some flaggers and some dancers and some musicians go on out there ahead of the of the army and just sit and this line is in the song give thanks to the lord for he is good and his mercy endures forever and they said it over and over and over again and that sound from the earth provoked a response from heaven and as we sang for one of the first songs arise o lord let god arise and he'll scatter his enemies that's exactly what he did he came and sat on those praises so that the enemy destroyed each other and the only work israel had to do was go gather up all the stuff i believe that there is a place in the spirit where we can lift up a sound that provokes and invites the presence of heaven where enemies hear the sound of his coming and they head for the hills and they leave all the good stuff behind [Applause] all the stuff that they took they drop it and they're heading they're heading for the exit sign so keep that in mind as we minister this next song to here you and carla um it's great to see uh all of you here tonight and those of you watching online you can go ahead and take your seats if you're here in the live audience and you know one of the things that we want to do tonight is uh is honor paul and honor paul wilbur ministries yeah and what okay i'm kind of going back and uh what what you're going to hear about in these next few moments you know we just everyone just kind of stay seated in god's presence we want to stay in that flow but what you're going to hear about is really um a transition moment for paul a legacy moment for paul wilbur ministries and how many of you know it's absolutely crucial when you have uh men of god and women of god you have these pioneers these generals of the faith like paul it's absolutely imperative that the deposit that the lord has put in him that we make sure that that's transferred to the next generation amen and uh paul's done so much for the body of christ his family uh is just a wonderful family and so we're just grateful paul we're grateful to be here with you tonight and i think what carla's gonna walk us through is uh talking about awakening tv and and talking about how to maximize paul wilbur ministries in this next uh next time i didn't know we were doing this oh yeah it's a it's a big surprise it is yeah so you guys probably hello everybody by the way my name is carla um welcome we're so glad you guys came tonight i know this has been an incredible night of worship so far and it's not over so don't worry we're going to get back into worship in just a second but i wanted to just kind of um kind of interview these two guys up here because there's so much that we want to share with y'all about this next season that's coming up and as you walked in you probably saw a plethora of banners that said awakening tv and you're probably wondering what is this and so um we want to unpack that for just a few minutes and i kind of wanted to start this discussion by you guys just sharing about this unique partnership that we have with wilbur ministries and with awakening you know we've partnered with wilber ministries with celebration church for many years and then we just launched into this new endeavor with awakening and so why don't you guys just talk about how that how you guys kind of came together and said you know what this is going to be something that's really going to be beneficial and impactful in this next season of your life and your ministry okay it's going to be a long answer so let's let's just settle in let's try to take it out of the cosmic multiverse and bring it into some so from my perspective the the real partnership and what god is launching now in this season started right here on this platform just about this proximity on the first night of passover three years ago which also happened to be good friday during that service jesus came to church i mean it wasn't just oh i feel something he actually showed up he stood here next to pastor stovall as i'm not too proud of saying he completely ignored me and and spoke with pastor stovall for an extended amount of time put a download in him that he was humble enough to hear and receive only imagining what this transformation what he was seeing and hearing only imagining what it might do to a 22-year investment in this church called celebration not knowing what tomorrow would look like if he had the the courage to even declare it and what resulted from that is what we're experiencing tonight the launch of a voice of the kingdom and i'll finish with this for now uh voice of the kingdom the demonstration of the unity of jew and gentile the generations the races all of the things that make up the kingdom not of denominations and not sectarian not a hierarchy but a kingdom of family where there's room at the table for all and i am so proud to be connected with this man it takes not only courage but a huge amount of humility to say yes lord whatever you say wherever you lead i'll do it i don't know what the future what this means but i'm going to follow you whatever the cost that's my perspective yeah i would i would say you know since since that time passed over three years ago and uh when i saw the lord and that powerful encounter one of the things for me was was walking out you know those of you that are familiar with that time i had with the lord it was it was very hebraic and before that encounter you know i knew paul we were acquaintances but i mean i really didn't understand anything about the jew gentile dynamic or anything like that you know i wasn't i just knew you know don't mess with israel don't mess with god's land and you know make sure and give to the jew or yahweh might smite you it was a pretty kind of basic gentile understanding but all kidding aside since since that encounter it was really um walking out before the lord lord what is my responsibility um to you what is my responsibility to your your people the the jews the hebrews what is my responsibility how how can i serve how how am i spoke what is what is my part in this and um and there were some very powerful things that you know came out of processing that encounter from the lord and one of those is is um if we're gonna demonstrate the kingdom of god we cannot speaking for gentile believers we cannot leave the jew behind uh when it comes to reconciliation you know the the bible's really clear that after our reconciliation with god as we reconcile with one another this dynamic between the jew and gentile is it's really sacred to god and it has a powerful dynamic when demonstrated properly and so for me there there's a couple of of things so one of those things is obviously just as uh the jews brought us the gospel but you know back in the book of acts you know they brought gentiles the gospel that um we're to reciprocate that blessing back to them so being very active in israel uh with the congregations there so there can be thriving evangelism and and congregations there and in israel and however we can serve that and then also i would say with with with not only paul but i would say that the elders that would be in the the messianic or jewish followers of jesus it's so important that that we we not only honor them but but we we we we learn from them we get them to impart to us covenant and and what the culture of of god is like and so i'm getting into all kind of things here however it you know it's so my responsibility and what i want to uh with with paul is to take this the jew gentile dynamic and then to take all the wonderful things that the lord has deposited and deposited in paul and his family and to get that out to the world and in the next gen and in the next generation so that's great so so that kind of that kind of leads us into the next the next question because a lot of what you experienced in the counter in the encounter and what the lord revealed to all of us as we all walked these revelations out and really learned what what all these revelations really meant was we needed to get this out to the world and you guys all sitting here tonight you know that one of the most potent sources of influence in our day is media i mean the media is everywhere and you're getting all sorts of messages and there is all sorts of content out there i think studies now say that an average american consumes content for a quarter of their life a whole quarter of their life is spent consuming content on their phone their tv their computer and it's just the reality of where we're at today and so that's really where the heart and the idea of awakening tv was birthed we we realized we needed a platform that wasn't contingent on all the worldly platforms that are out there but a platform that we could actually designate for the lord and we can push out content not only that represents this but also that provides tons of faith-based but great content for people everybody's binge watching you guys hear the the phrase binge watching and so our phrase is healthy binge watching if you're gonna feed your soul with content you might as well feed it with good good content amen and so yes you can clap for that and so my question to you guys is in this endeavor how do you see the content because you've always done music pastor paul and that's been a huge part of your ministry but there's so much content like shabbat in your home how many of you guys watch shabbat in your home it's so great isn't it we've actually been producing those you all might not know that but awakening tv has been behind the production of those so talk to us about in this next season of really just the importance of pushing the messaging out not only the music even though you're still going to be doing music you have a song releasing tonight yes tonight go go buy it amen but content talk to us a little bit about the importance of that so you know there's an old phrase you are what you eat and um button my coke back up i've gotten back into cheeseburgers i was doing so good but that also is jalapeno oh my god yeah my daughter-in-law makes the killer challah bread and now bagels and whatnot but i i digress i didn't eat dinner that's a show there's a show that's a show it is i digress no oh that could be no but that's giving me all kind of that i decided i digress that would be yeah she marky my daughter-in-law she's right over here it's yeah it's carrying malki on a cooking show and she doing them he is going to be doing a cooking show we got to let her have a baby first and then we're going to get her on a cooking show yeah you have something else baking right now yeah she's she's baking their second son finally one that carries my name i've paid for it i've been rejected uh finally noah paul wilbur is on the way on the way we he's just an avocado now but i believe he's going to turn into a full-blown yes so and only not only what you stick in your mouth of course but what you take in through these gates in our lives what why do you think that the enemy is so intent on pushing stuff into our kids he's got them glued to iphones with all kinds of false doctrine and lies and and demonstrations of of what looks good and sounds good but really is just a pile of snakes and so if we would be more careful about what we allow in through our our gates eye gates we wouldn't be wrestling with some of the things we still wrestle with as people of god that's a good place to say amen yeah thank you and if we were more careful about what we hear and so that's really the intent whether it's music or books and pastor stovall's about to release a brand new book about that encounter i'm releasing a new book i'm on contract with awakening for another new book and so we want to push out the content that's going to feed people good seed good food because that seed whether it's good or bad will produce after its own kind that's one of the laws of creation god set it in motion on page one he said all this stuff that you see it will produce after its own kind so if we're careful to take in good seed it will produce after its own kind and that is our intent in this binge watching awakening that we can see the earth with the word of god with demonstrations of the kingdom that's going to pull them in like the biggest harvest the world has ever seen yeah so yeah so so um so that that mouthpiece right so the the mouthpiece for the the gospel of the kingdom and what i would say is a demonstration or really a testimony um that that can be global and so what we found is is god was leading us in all this you know um shay uh as is back shay wilbur shea are you over there she's probably backstage getting water right so you know that that shay has been in hollywood she and joel for a while and she was doing a whole lot with e-network and american idol and different things like that and show so she is back as one of the main directors and producers and what we found out was there are a lot of people in hollywood and in the the media industry that are people of faith and uh they're they're really persecuted a lot of times and they're left out of a lot of roles and they're left out of a lot of parts and so i think there is a a large um there's just a a lot of really good really talented actors and media actresses and media people that are ready to be able to really demonstrate their faith and so on the testimony part you have to think of it this is not like any christian tv that you're thinking of uh right now be very a little uh preaching um it's uh it's very much like reality tv it's it's very much about people living for god and you think of reality tv but you know how to keep your testimony in the fashion world how do you you know it's all these different things going on and it's kind of like your life there's talk shows there's documentaries um there's my um show yep yep no that's not really a show don't listen they've shot down all all my i got a lot of ideas for my maybe eventually he'll have a hunting show but not yet amazon adventures i've done more than most of those outdoor adventure guys i'll tell you about that you're right but to what he said it's true the the whole heart behind this you know the the gospel of the kingdom is the greatest story and so if we can just share the stories of god's kingdom and his people that's what we want to that's what we want to do that's what we are doing it's i mean you know so some of your lives are a miracle and you have amazing stories and if you're walking with jesus a lot of your life is supernatural and then when you know we're talking about like people like paul so how do we get paul in a very relevant setting uh media tv dynamic where he can unpack all the like like a father all the wisdom in the and the things that the lord has imparted into him in a way that young people can receive it and it can get out all over the world in multi languages and so you know we're really excited about it it's compelling entertainment you guys it's not it's not just a bunch of messages so we have like like pastor was saying we have talk shows we have reality shows we have cooking we have um next-gen content we have we do have some biblical teaching but even the biblical teaching is done in a very dynamic creative way and so this little brochure not my cards but this brochure that you guys got when you walked in that gives you a little bit of a sneak peek and we're going to show you a video in just a second but the platform that this is on you guys it's legit it's just like you would go to a netflix you're going to be able to create an account and sign in and access content on demand anywhere you'll have an app that you can download on your smart tv on your iphone if you have apple tv roku all of that is going to be available and um we're gonna be launching april 2nd it's happening it's real it's here i just got a sneak peek of the platform last week and i think everybody in the office heard me shouting because it's so amazing it's so amazing it's going to reach so many people and how we're building awakening tv is there will be actually a free live stream that anyone can go and watch we don't want we don't want to make the the people to have to pay for the gospel right but then we we do have a subscription option for those that want to watch on demand when they want to watch it and all of that kind of stuff so yeah it's very exciting it's real so everything you know there's a lot of you know great mental health and wellness stuff and you know pilates with carla no i don't do that i'm not a work i'm not a workout pastor pastor tim's show i'm tim timberlake i'm cool and everyone knows it yeah there's a lot of really great shows no there's a lot there's some docu-series you guys are so much we're launching with um it's it's almost 300 episodes actually like if i could just tell you god's faithfulness over the last year as we've built this it would take me all night to tell you the stories how his hand has been on this and how he's brought strategic people it's just been amazing this came out of the encounter all of it you know all of it did yeah and we we unapologetically ask you to pray about about giving and about donating um and and those of you that have been partners uh with paul and and and his ministry we're we're asking you like now is the time to donate to paul wilbur ministries like if if if you guys could lock in especially for this next year as we as we take uh this global ministry how long paul 40 you know this is version 1.0 um but as we continue to grow we have to be able to you know the world uh it would be you know compete with those other networks not christian we won't resemble any type of christian network out there we've got to be able to compete with those other uh networks and and shows uh that are on cable and and all those other networks you know so that's we're going to get in the enemy's camp and we're going to see the kingdom demonstrated and we're going to see the the we're going to see the gospel of the kingdom go forth and what i would say is the arts with the what the arts are gonna look like for this next generation yeah yeah and i'd just like to really speak really quickly to those of you who who are watching you couldn't be here tonight who have supported wilbur ministries in the past i want you to know this is not an absorption of what we've done we're not we're not being bought out this is a kingdom partnership a demonstration of something i've never seen before and for me what this means is as we travel now as the world's beginning to open up the winter is past and the springtime is coming amen i can smell i can smell the new growth in the earth you know when it's about to about to break out and as we go now we're we're not just coming as as wilber ministries we're coming as awakening we it's like the difference between pulling up in a volkswagen resources and finances and encouragement and life and it's just like it's amazing to me this is the supernatural extension of what we've done for okay 44 years and i'm i am pumped i'm excited because this isn't a either or it's a both and it's a kingdom message with a kingdom demonstration and i promise you this you're not going to hear any more declarations without a demonstration and that's what your your yourself the the demand for just positive just positive content is huge and most of the of the networks out there um they don't have a lot of positive uh really positive content and so if you're just looking from a market anal analysis um for supply and demand and and i want to say that you know it's it's going to end up being millions and millions of dollars like we're we're you know we we have to start where we are and then we're hoping that through partnerships and different uh global satellite and different things like that but i would just say if you're out there and the lord's dealing with you just please follow through because we we we have we the the the the family of god how we have to see some type of manifestation of the sons and daughters of god we have to begin to see the kingdom demonstrated in a real tangible way or that's the only thing that is gonna get gonna turn things around and we we're gonna begin to see the harvest uh that god wants to bring and so you know i could go on like the lord's coming and he's going to reward all of us according to what we've done not what we thought not what we believed he says i'm coming my reward is with me i'll reward each person according to what they have done this is a good work it's a holy work and we'd love for you to be a part amen so pastor obama asked you to pray if you don't mind over this old at that point and and the blessing that god brought to my house but as we were coming from the airport a year ago now they warned me they said dad look this is just temporary don't get your hopes up um don't have any ideas this is just temporary we're going back and at passover this past year we um we were part of a broadcast that reached over a million people at the same time and they were sitting at the table with us pastor stovall was there with us at our home and the expression of what god did right here on this platform three years ago has grown and grown and grown and it's grown into a worldwide restoration of the body of messiah the body of christ in such an amazing way of uniting um arab and and jew and and races and so they're seeing this stuff and and i can tell something's beginning to stir and we are enjoying our little grandson so much and and and it just kept growing and growing and i said oh god don't don't send them back to babylon can't they just stay here but this kept ringing in my head you know this is not our home anymore we we're we are supposed to reach and they had invitations out there to work with names of people that you would know i won't even bother to tell you and invitations to be a part of other things and then pentecost came and pastor stovall was back in our home again he and pastor kerry and and they were there at the table and and shea's friend lindsay couldn't take it anymore she said i've got to have this for myself and so she received the lord and the next day we baptized her in our pool and that night pastor stovall took my kids out on the porch it was midnight i mean he stayed until the next day well into the next day but i didn't care time just kind of disappears doesn't it when you're in the spirit and spoke to them and as a result of that they're here now and so they just bought a home and and they live just a mile away from you and they're on staff and this whole thing this relationship with pastor stovall has made my home whole and before i get to be a blubbering slobbering father and grandfather so one of these days i was sitting in my office and and shay came in with her bible open she's a wonderful musician you're going to hear her beautiful voice in just a minute but she and i wrote this song together she came with with 2nd chronicles chapter 20. she sat down next to me in the
