Pathfinder: WotR - Arueshalae Corruption Guide

[Music] greetings everyone hope all of you are having an absolutely fantastic day we're back again with more pathfinder wrath of the righteous and this time i want to do a guide that is probably my most requested guide out of all the possible ones in pathfinder how do you successfully corrupt arushalay it's actually pretty simple pretty easy but i want to warn you ahead of time first and foremost this is one of if not the most evil things you can do in the game it is not for the weak at heart you will completely change her into a shell of her former self she will not care about being good she will not care about desna she will have no qualms with about sleeping with you on demand she becomes pretty much a completely different person so if that bothers you in the slightest you should definitely not do this also when you turn her to evil she will become a full all-out demon meaning she will be in a succubus instead of an ascending succubus this means that you cannot romance her unlike the good version of arushalay even if you are evil yourself like a demon or a lich or whatever you cannot enter into a successful romance with her she fully only cares about herself so if that is what your hope and intention is with this turn back it's not possible however if neither one of those things deter you and you're still absolutely determined to go ahead and do this by all means i'll show you how so obviously the first step in corrupting arushalay is to actually recruit her during the main game you're going to have to assault a place called dresden and during that if you come over to the right side of the map you're going to see a doorway that's going to allow you to go into the dungeons in the dungeons you will see aruchalet trying to pick the lock to her jail cell there is a sequence of events you can do earlier in the game that will allow you to recruit her right here now if you don't know how to do that i'll leave a link in the description with a guy that walks you through the process for the vast majority of players however they're going to have a brief conversation with her and then you want to go ahead and let her out of the jail cell and you'll have to wait until the next act before you're able to recruit her once you're in the next act go ahead and rest and she will reach out to you and ask you to assist her with the mission and once that mission is completed she'll be recruited into your party once you have recruited arushalay you can find her in dresden in front of the temple you want to make sure that you talk with her and exhaust all of her dialogue options but while doing this you want to avoid making very very crude or sexually suggestive comments because those will cause her not to trust you basically keep your comments to questions about what she's doing and letting her know that you're here for her and want to help her however you can there should be two sequences that you get with arushalay during act three first she's going to come to you and say that she's trying to construct her own dream and ask you to walk around and talk with various people in dresden to help her figure out how to do that second she will lock herself into her jail cell because she is afraid of what she will do and is starting not to trust herself as a succubus you want to make sure in both sequences that you are supportive of her and that you make it clear that you're here to help and that you trust her to be a good person you want to make sure both of these sequences have completed before you go into act four and i felt the need to talk about this and stress this because if you're just focusing on the main story and trying to blaze through it's very very easy for you to miss this because a lot of the party member sequences are time based meaning if you finish everything and you still don't get this to pop up you might have to just sit around and rest until the sequence finally triggers at some point when you're in act four arushalee is going to ask to visit the mansion of a person named dimachio what you say during that quest is irrelevant but once you've finished it and you come back to the main base in act 4 talk to arushalay she'll start a dialogue where essentially she's breaking down and losing confidence in her ability to redeem herself at some point during the conversation you're gonna reach this dialogue where she says i'm still the same greedy cruel lustful demon i've always been and you're gonna have the evil option here is the answer to desmos riddle you dream of the same things that demons desire because you're a demon too and there's no escaping that this option is not just available for the demon mythic path i'm actually going through as a trickster right now and it's available here for me once you select this it pretty much breaks arushalay and she abandons the path of following desna if arushalay is your main archer make sure you take all of your gear off of her before you do this because once the conversation has been finished she is going to leave camp and will no longer be selectable as a party member for the rest of act four once you're in act 5 you want to come over to the left side of the map to a place that's called place of execution it is hidden behind a perception check if i remember correctly the ranking was around mid 30s i think it was a perception check of around 35 but once you go into here you will find evil arushalay surrounded by a couple of her new cronies now it's a two-part process to be able to actually recruit her into the party first she will decide whether or not you all already had a good relationship which is why i said beforehand in the previous acts you wanted to make sure you chose dialogue options that arusha lay was comfortable with because even though the evil version of her probably doesn't care about that stuff i can only assume that she makes a decision about whether or not you all are on good terms based upon how good arushalay feels about you so you want to make sure that you do everything that you were supposed to do in the previous acts two she's going to make a decision based upon your mythic path whether or not she's willing to join you i know she will join tricksters and demons i assume she would probably also join you if you're a litch i cannot confirm azada aeon or angel i'm gonna go out on limb and say angel and aeon are definitely no but i'm not sure how she would feel about azada because azada even though it's good aligned it is chaotic so arusha lay might be comfortable with that but definitely angeline i can't see her being willing to join up with them if you are not one of those mythic paths though you can talk to her you don't have to pass a persuasion check or anything like that if she feels good about you and you're in the correct mythic path she'll join right back up no problem and let you kill off her cronies as well i'll reiterate one more time while she is sexually available to you as many times as you like there is no romance between you and evil arushalay and there's no further bond that you can develop with her if you do this but once you finish this conversation you do have her recruited and she will stay with you throughout the rest of the game hope you all enjoyed this video if you did please leave me a like down below share
