hey guys steve from lakeshore rv center just going to do the video orientation on your new cougar travel trailer the 25 rds we'll start on the outside here work our way to the inside if you have any questions or if i miss anything feel free to get a hold of me at 231-736-9162 so starting right at the entrance here you can see that this has the drop down steps you'll want to make sure that the door is all the way open if it's closed even a little bit here uh the steps will catch it if you're trying to bring it up or down so just make sure that door is all the way open when you're bringing those steps down unlike the entrance here to the bedroom here this is the old style steps that will just fold up underneath the camper as we move over to the pass-through storage you'll notice we've got a couple of things in here your 50 amp cord is in the back we do have your adapter right here from 50 to 30 and then also from 30 down to 15. also a sewer hose for you as well if you ever needed to this in command system which operates everything from your heating and cooling your slide outs and your awning if you ever needed to manually bring the awning or the slide out in you can do that turn this off by selecting right here this dial will operate the individual motors for the slide out or the awning and then you can go ahead and push this button right up at top here and that will execute if you need an open or closed moving around to the front of the camper you have your power tongue jack it does have an on off switch that is just for the light doesn't really matter if that's on or off to be able to operate the tongue jack itself if you ever need to you can pull this top off and manually um use the jack there's a crank on the past few storage there to crank that up and down 230 pound tanks these are going to be full coming out to you 12 volt deep cycle battery as well on the front over to the passenger side of the storage you have lights right here which is good and then in the pass-through over on this side you do have a light switch right here and then you also have for your your stabilizer jacks up and down right here let the switch turn that off and on that is going to be for your lights on the front cap as we move along you have your gas electric hot water heater that's controlled with the in command system on the inside this is going to be your hookup your um outside shower the coil hose will hook up right here this is for a black tank flush and then this is how you'll fill your um you see the diagram right here to fill the tank i'm gonna position it that way for city water connection down like that so that's how you'll you'll operate that and then the black tank flush down there just make sure that your black tank is open um the valve see where it's indicated right here make sure that the black is pulled open when you use that black tank flush you do have two gray tanks uh there's one right there and then one here that's gonna be for the bathroom and then that's gonna be for the kitchen area do have the slide cover installed on this from the factory and then in the back here this is a 50 amp cord and i showed you where that was in the past few stores so you'll hook it up you can disconnect it right here full walkable roof all the way up behind this compartment right here if you're going to hook up to a park cable or if you have a satellite you'll hook that up into the coach and then that will run through the wiring on the inside two inch receiver hitch on the back that is rated up to 300 pounds you want to put a bike rack back there and obviously your spare tire right here so we'll go to the inside of the coach we'll walk around it here this is your booth dinette if you want this table we'll make into sleeping you can see where it would be positioned right here on the rails power outlets and usb outlets at the rear of the coach on both sides theater seating this right here has lights if you can turn that on it'll also light underneath we'll do the other one here and then it has massage heat right here in the massage over here you just touch it to turn it off and on same on both oops light switch right here right here if you pull that that is going to recline the theater seats you have one on each side across from this you have the fireplace that is an electric fireplace uh it does put out heat so it's like 7 700 um btus put it in perspective your furnace is about 35 000. this verion system right here has two zones one for the inside you have inside speakers right over there so you have four speakers on the inside two on the outside but that is am fm cd dvd player and then you have your big summit tv installed as well this right here this is your three burner stove top this just flips up out of the way and then these are gonna be for your three burners this is gonna be for the oven and this is just a spark igniter you can kind of see it right there same thing you would use on your grill to ignite it and then this little button down here is just for some backlighting if you want to do that bring this down sink covers right here over it your keys are around the faucet and these just lift up out of the way [Music] this is the bigger norcold this is the 12 volt fridge um it up right here and show you what comes standard is an eight cubic foot um you can option for the eight or the ten um obviously this is going to be quite a bit bigger than the normal eight cubic foot and that is uh 12 volts so that runs right off the battery so when you're plugged in um we're going down the road i mean this is going to be on all the time you control it right here as far as turning it on and then you have the up and down for the temperatures as well right there as we go into the bathroom you have your light right here just under the light is your gfi connector that um i'm sorry the gfi outlet then if it trips if you have a few of the outlets that aren't working in here just check and make sure that one isn't uh isn't tripped if it is go ahead and reset it to to use it again big shower this right here bring it down just like so and then that will lock into um travel position right there but it's got the big shower flip flush toilet porcelain toilet right there and then going into the bedroom there is the entrance out you have your outlets underneath just above the nightstands there if you want to hook a tv up there's a place right there with a backing to go ahead and put a bracket there and then the outlet and cable connection are up in the ceiling if you ever wanted to do a second ac it is already wired for it um in place of this vent right here then the one last thing to show you is going to be this in command so the in command is what's going to really operate this whole coach right here when you come up turn it on it's gonna ask for a passcode the default passcode is four four or four zeros sorry and then from there it's going to come up what do you want to do heating and cooling just like this you want to go to the rear i'm sorry you want to go to the rear ac and then from there mode if you want the fan on if you want the cool on the ac on heat on mode uh this is where it will automatically um okay right now it's set at 59 it's 62 in here so the air is going to turn on to get it down to 59 so you can toggle through that and then you can just turn it off just like so the zone again is um the temperature inside and that is actually taken right over by the slide out over there right there is um the probe for the thermostat to tell what the temperature is going back to the home screen you have your lights this is pretty straightforward you have your bathroom light you turn that off and on you have your ceiling lights and then your awning lights the running lights are just going to be the led light strip underneath toggle back you can go to slide out and awning pretty straightforward if you want the if you want to in or out for the awning or the slide out and then settings this is where you can sync your phone through bluetooth if you download the um it is right here the in command global connect you want to make sure it has the symbol right here but download that app and then what you'll be able to do through the bluetooth is sync up your phone and you'll be able to do everything we're doing on the screen uh with your phone wi-fi if you want to hook up to wi-fi uh date and time now that would be important if you saw back when we were adjusting the thermostat you can do a schedule so if you wanted to schedule for the heat or the ac to come on at a certain time you can do that as well and then going down passcode if you hit that then you can go ahead and change the passcode from the default passcode of the four zeros to a unique passcode so we have covered that fresh there's a little bit of fresh water they are testing it right now if you touch that you'll be able to see the contents right here so we have some fresh no black no gray in either of the tanks if we want to turn the heat pad on on the fresh water and then also the waste water you can go ahead and do that that's 12 volt um pads that are on that go back to the home position it shows you where the battery is at water pump you want to turn that on just push it see how it highlights right here hot water heater if you wanna it's off right now you can do gas electric or gas and electric and then the interior lights again right here you turn those off and on just like so so that is the um in command it's it seems a little daunting at first but after you use it a couple of times you'll get used to it it's uh it's actually a pretty slick setup again guys if you have any other questions feel free to get a hold of me at 231-736-9162 and i appreciate your business and uh hope you have many many years of of great memories with this new camper thank you much
