here we go the full release of City skylines 2 is here and we are starting a brand new city on this amazing map I've chosen the Leland map because of the beautiful coastlines and waterways and I think it's going to be a very interesting challenge to build a functioning and beautiful city onto this map has a European theme a climate that would taking all the seasons available to us I know winter and Autumn are going to look great I'm sure Plus plenty of natural resources and for the purists out there we will have leftand traffic on and natural disasters always on oh watch out and the name of the city is well stick around to find out what name was chosen by you my lovely audience so grab a cup of tea sit back and relax as we get started together on what I'm sure is going to be an Epic Journey let's get back to the video and here we are at the start of our very first city now on the release version of City Sky lines 2 so excited to show you what is coming on this map it just looks fantastic doesn't it there's so much space to build on can't wait to get stuck in so let's just take a look at what we've got available to us at the minute our city is named Padden that is going to change by the end of the episode I've had you lovely people suggesting names and voting and all that sort of thing so I'm look forward to that we've got all of this island up here and we don't have any more options to buy map ties at the moment so we're going to start building right in this section here and we do have a lot more money available to us when we start a city like this um let's have a look on this road here yeah we've only got this four lane road available to us so let's make use of this I'm going to bring this one out and I want to end up with it going all the way down there let's just do this and we'll sort of head that over in that direction ction and that's going to be one of our main roads that eventually is going to cut through and connect up here so it might get changed into a six Lane Road a little bit further on we shall see what have we got here let's upgrade this one there we go into an asymmetrical road going into here and then I want this road excuse me don't connect where I don't want you to coming out this way and I think we're going to sort of keep that straight up to there and then we'll curve that off a little bit following the coastline as well there we go in that direction excellent now this road here is also going to come straight through this is going to be our industry section over here but I don't want this to be the main road into it I want another road up here which will be our main road and we're going to just sort of bring that in just before this curve switches out and we could even pop around about in there when we get access to those which is good that will eventually cross over and join that Highway excellent so what needs do we have at the moment well we've just got some demand for regular good old fashioned here we go low density housing now we're using the EU uh theme on this map so let's fill some of those in and I'm also going to fill some of this in here as well and then I think we're just going to expand this out a little bit until we can fill it in enough that our demand Goes Down And just before we do that of course we need to sort out our electricity I saw that that comes in over this direction I would like that to go in over here where our industry is but at the moment we don't have any industry built so what I might just do is could I fit a transformer in here I could just literally fit a Transformer there and then ever are carefully can I hook that there no if I come out go along and go down oh it's too close no I thought that would fit in could I bring this out anyway I you know what I could do I could actually go underground and then just connect that up there we go excellent so now we have power coming in so no one's going to complain about that and of course we've got our water how can I forget to put our water now if we click on our water pumping station or is it our groundwater pumping station we do have groundwater available which I think we're going to make use of we're going to use that one down there so what I'm going to do is grab the standard row mod and I'm just going to bring that out keep leaving it on curve mode I'm going to bring that out at 90° uh all the way along here and eventually that'll hook in and we're almost there look so if I pop that just a little bit further there we go and then we could just literally pop that on there so we get 48% I mean the further we go out here ground Reservoir uses 48% yeah okay so anywhere along here will be fine and that will just Connect into there and now we're going to have plenty of water available there we go it is off the charts very good then the last thing is our sewage of course now we've only got the sewage Outlet at the moment eventually we'll get access to the advanced water pumping station but not at the moment so let's see where we could pop all of this and sort of keep it under control I'm thinking if we sort of do it here it might just fill this little area cuz once it starts coming out it takes ages to flip and go away again so I'm going to do it there and sort of try and keep it out the way let's attach that to there and that's all that needs that doesn't need water or anything everybody else has got electricity so now we can go excellent so what I'm thinking I might just do here is make use of our new grid tool just to help us start off so I'm going to grab this one here we're going to go along as far as it's going to let me without causing any issues there we go I'm going to come out this way and it's sort of hooked onto there which is good and that will give us a nice big block of starting houses this is going to be a sort of Main Road although it won't be used as much as a main road once things start going so we're not going to worry too much about that I'm just going to fill these in and we can see our demand going down and then I do want some commercial little hubs here and there so we're going to pop some of those in we'll have a little commercial hub there uh I want to leave gaps for when the Road can go out here so we'll maybe pop a couple more in there and that'll probably take that demand down nicely excellent and then we're going to move some industry over into this area I feel like I want to sort of flatten that land down a bit that is a lumpy bumpy piece of road there isn't it let's maybe take that out and have a look at our terrain how is that looking I was find I do find this a little bit hard to see if it had been at White Lines it might have been a little bit easier we've got this sort of lump and bump in the middle there so what I'm going to do is I'm going to right click down here and I'm going to smooth this down around to here and then we might end up just losing that Hill that's in the middle at some point but we'll see how that goes oh that was an auto save made me jump wow our first auto save of City skylines 2 let's have a sipp te there we go all hooked up now while we'll find that most of these houses oh we've got people moving in I was going to say have people attached to them they've not actually moved in yet but they are moving in now just a taxi a sports car bringing some people in we've got a city car over here owned by the Harley family so oh man who was the first person to move in we've got a couple of cars parked down here I actually thought it was the person living at this house the Keat family that was the one that I was following before we've got Winston Keat so Winston you are going to be our de facto Hugo that's now what his Nam Wiston Winston Hugo Keats and we are going to follow you and we're going to see what happens in your life what do you mean you're moving away you've literally just moved in please don't leave we we'd love you to stay oh people com in with their Caravans parking on their houses oh that's really cool Caravan put away in the the uh garage where it belongs excellent okay so yeah we still have lots of needs people complain about high rent already I'm not going to worry too much about that and we'll see how things go once we will settle down so let's keep on zoning these people in and one of the things that I would like to do as we are here right on the coast is we are going to make use of this Coast to have a lovely Key Road going along here now I'd like to particularly thank TDW one of the asset creators mod creators I'm sure that you're familiar with that's really helped us all with the use of these new key walls and things and the little tip that he gave us for doing this uh goes a little like this so to be able to get the cut and fill all the the key wall depending on what you want to call it you need there we go we're going to take this piece here and then we're going to take that level there you basically need two levels let's actually make this 100% so we're going to take this level and I'm just going to level that out in a straight line and then I'm going to take this level and we'll level that out in a straight line in fact it might just need to be a little bit lower there we go excellent and now if we take a road and we run that along there already you can see it's trying to put in the little cut and fill road if I did it correctly what you need to also do is lift it up off the ground a couple of notches let's go for 375 there we go you can see it now excellent and that puts the cutton FI Road in and then what you can do probably a bit easier if I make that bigger is then you can then push the the coast back and you have a nice key wall up against the side of your land so I'm going to do that all the way along here and we are going to start putting a nice key wall around our starting Island um also I'm just thinking we might put a little bit of Industry over here while we're waiting cuz otherwise people are going to have nowhere to work well I was just about to do that and we've unlocked Tiny Village so we're going to get 600,000 we're going to get some more progression points and some more tile unlock so let's have a look what we get with tiny village loan limit more map tiles City budget which is good statistics then we get medium density Row Housing which always handy lots more roads access to healthc care and garbage management as well and if we jump over here there's a few other items that we can unlock if we so wish I'm going to hang fire on those at the moment they are going to want some of these new services that we've got the thing that I will dive into oh we can't do taxation yet and I really don't want to take any loan so we're going to leave it like it is and not worry too much about that [Music] there we go it's going well I'm using the pedestrian street along here so people can walk along and what I'm also looking at is that little slopey symbol in the middle that now says 2.4 that now says .4 so that is the difference in height between the start of the road over here and the end of the road over here so you want that as near to zero as possible and you can sort of change that by moving it up and down lowering or raising the road but if I get it to somewhere sort of like that that's fine uh so 0.5 is no problem and at the end we're too close to the end so there we go and then what I'm going to do is then take the height of the sea down here and just sort of push that back so we don't get any dirt up against this lovely key wall that we've just made and then your'll soften terrain tool just afterwards just in case there's any lumpy bumpy that you missed and then what I want to do is take the height of this here and I want that to be the same all the way along well that wasn't the height at all was it let's try that again uh let's click sort of here no that's a bit too low there we go and then once you found the right height you can just smooth that out all the way along now you can see what's happened here is it's put a key wall on both sides instead of just the one side CU obviously I didn't quite place it correctly so if you need to fix that you just need to delete that little part that you put in redo your Terrain and line it up again so let me just smooth all of this out and then we'll have a nice little key wall to finish with there we go I don't think that is looking too bad we'll extend that as soon as we unlock uh other squares around us and then my idea for this was to then take the roads that we have coming down here hopefully this one is going to attach okay let's see there we go bring those into there like that and then just add a small little round about on the end and if you've done it all right you get these little sort of rounded parts that stick out and I think they're fantastic so I'm just going to add some roads all the way along here oh think we might have to wait for that last one until we've extended this a little bit further but let's add a little roundabout on there remember to flatten the roads after all and oh another roundabout we can add in here oh what in water oh game oh game why won't you let me do that okay well we'll try and work with that if we take the height of this and just sort of bring that out a little bit like so is that going to let me add a roundabout that still has the ground effect oh look at that that I want excellent very good very good and I like that and we're going to have lots of those dotted around the place very nice right what do we need to do next we've got so many things now that we need to build oh we've got a nice little petrol station appeared right here near the beginning which people are going in to use very good very good maybe you'll Park in to do a little bit of shopping or something yep there we go that is really handy that's worked out really well we've got a few traffic lights and things we probably could do with removing because to be honest I don't think this street is going to be that busy but we've got people waiting for heres we've got medical things and death care and health care we need to put down so let's take a look at those now these do have an air area of effect like we are used to but they also have additional buildings that we can add on which you've seen I'd like to try and get this one added here in the middle and excuse me as well if I'm just sounding a little bit nasly Yeah I seem to have caught my wife's cold thank you very much uh but that's the way things go isn't it so I'm going to pop it in the middle here so we get the effect on both sides but I'm also going to leave some space around it as well because we can add an ambulance Depot for 5X extra ambulances and an extension win Wing to take more patients but at the moment that should be fine and then we're also going to go for we have the cemetery I'd like the crematorium Milestone one Tiny Village so we should be able to unlock that the crematorium there we go a lot smaller takes up a lot less space and yeah I just sort of prefer using that one where can we put that again I think perhaps we're going to go for this area here let's just pop that off the side there and then we can do a little bit of decorating once we unlock parks and such and then garbage management as well now garbage Healthcare any of the services uh will be sent for from outside the city if needed but obviously it's going to be quicker and cheaper to do it all inside the city so I'm going to grab a little bit of space up here I think for our garbage after I've checked the wind direction of course we mustn't forget that yeah there we go that's why I put my industry here because the wind is going in this direction so we're probably going to have industry both sides of the river along here with a good connection to the highway as well which is excellent uh let me make a little bit of space in here in fact we might just oh it's pretty big isn't it yeah we're going to utilize some space over here and what's very good is now you can place these things down without access to a road straight away which is good uh we're going to have it angled in this Direction with the dump sort of being nearer to the water out the way there we go we're going to go like that we'll come back and draw the dump in in a moment and then we're going to have a road in front and now that road can connect in two different places so I'm just going to extend that a little bit and draw this around here trying to sort of make sure this bit down here is a 90° connection that's good so it can go in either direction once we start expanding now we want to draw this bit in round here and the areas tool is not unlocked yet oh oh we've got the area tool here I was thinking wow we've got no way of doing it but we have excellent so the area of effect that you can go as far as is that Brown Line that you can see sticking out there well I don't want to take in all of that I just want to sort of use a little bit of this round here and of course the larger you make this the more it's going to hold the more expensive it is as well can I move that one back yeah so we'll just do a little something like that we can always adjust it as time goes on I'll probably pop a little key wall along there as well well that will do for now we've got the capacity for 817 tons we can burn5 tons a month so yeah that is doing okay excellent it's getting up to the next level as well very good very good so everybody's got effing they need these people over here are complaining about a lack of labor now at some point they are going to want people that are educated highly educated and as much as people will take any spot that is available uh if they're able to if they're a higher education level they'll take a lower education level uh we want to make sure let's have a look now that we fill those spots the best that we can so let's get some more houses in here we do have the EU medium density Row Housing I was just thinking about whether we could put the Row Housing in here somewhere I like sort of nice long straight sections we're going to pop a load in there and I might just use this little section here yeah I think we'll go this size we'll go straight down the middle I was going to try and get like a little lane going back to back there we go through them but this will be fine so I mean we're probably going to very quickly burn through our demand which we have already but that's fine I'm going to Mark these anyway so these are going to be 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 yeah 1 2 3 4 we're going to pop these in here but I'm not going to do the end one because we don't want them growing facing this road I want them growing facing this road so then when these are filled in I will do the ones next to it so I'm going to do all of these blocks here are going to be medium density housing but let's take up some of the other demand that we've got with a little bit of housing here and there that are going to have l lovely views of the Sea Coast and of course now we have squares that we can unlock so I really want to finish this Coastline all the way around here so I'm going to just zoom out it means I'm going to have to buy these two oh and then we get a pop musician Mansion excellent we'll come back to that I'm going to save our other unlock h yeah I'll save the other unlock until we absolutely need it and decide where we're going to go next want to make best use of the space that we've got so let me just add some key wall in along here like this oh while we're doing that we've unlocked Milestone 2 with the relevant rewards that we've got down here and some more unlocks which is absolutely fantastic so let's have a look at large uh small village so now we do have access to the taxation um EU medium density housing education and some schools which is great there we go looking good looking good excellent I'm loving the look of that and then we can connect some of these roads up as well we don't want to do too many too close together um but some here and there I think just make a nice nice little feature along the front and we got to make sure that we set these back down to ground level there we go very good very good so we're just going to dive into here so now we can add there we go our little side ones on as well so if we grab that there and that there excellent so now that all of these are growing in I'm going to do the ones on the other side as well very nice looking houses I do like these I do like these and then for this sort of Street around in this direction do we have this unlocked yet we do not Road services so let's jump into our development see what we can unlock I'm going to get the advanced Road Services the roundabouts we don't need just yet but the addition of the road Services now lets us do all of this so add and remove traffic lights stop lights no left no straight on no right remove crosswalks add wide sidewalks add grass add trees add lighting sound barriers will come in the future so I mean I don't mind people parking on the side of the road right outside of their house but what I'm going to do is I'm going to add and you can click and drag so let me oh auto save we can click and drag and get it just on this side of the house and then I'm going to do at this side of the road I should say and then I'm going to add trees there and we're going to do that all the way around in fact I'm going to do double on this one and then this one I'm going to do the outside again there we go and we'll drag and add the trees we'll do both sides on here as that's the side of the house and then yeah we'll do the same down here so we'll add the trees and then we'll add the side green sidewalk you can do it in any order you like there we go as these trees grow up because they are saplings at the moment it will sort of Shield The View into these houses but they will still have somewhere that they can park and talking of the road tool just wanted to talk a little bit about giveway or yield um let's just take a small Road here which we're going to place into a large road so you're automatically going to get traffic lights around there if we take this option the traffic lights and right click it will remove the traffic lights but it will add a yield sign or give way sign onto the smaller of the two roads going onto the main road uh you can left click and add a stop sign at the moment it adds stop signs to all sides which apparently is a thing in some parts of the world although I think in this country in the UK you'd probably just have the stop sign on the smaller road going onto the larger road but there we go if you right click you'll go to traffic lights take the traffic lights right click you'll go to yield signs that is how that works at the moment and then we have these ones here no left straight on no right I'm really pushing for these to be Lane dependent at the moment you can see if I apply that it's going to be to each of the roads let's just pop another little Road in there bo b there we go excellent so overall we could say no right turn by left clicking on there so we get lots of straight on right click we get that back again we can say no straight on left click that' be a bit weird to do it on a four-way Junction but there we go and then of course no left turn as well and it uses that lane Force straight on if this becomes Lane dependent that will allow us to have dedicated Lanes which is what we all want I am sure but we'll see what happens so as we're slowly expanding our city you'll see that we're still actually losing money if we hover over here it's minus 2,000 odd per hour that's not the end of the world because if we have a look in here we do have some government subsidies at the moment now we'll be able to work on that as we go along we can adjust our tax rate we can start looking at the production tab as well which comes at Grand Village so we've got a couple of levels to go for that so normally up until that point I will just keep uh growing the city I'm just looking at the models in these houses they just do look very nice don't they oh imagine living here and having that view across this lovely water fantastic yeah so I'll grow until we get to Grand Village and then we can start playing around with our Industries and seeing if we can make some more money now we have some schools available to us let's jump into our education menu at the moment we have ones that do want to go to elementary high school and college so do we have enough to unlock all of those let's go into here yes we can get the college so get that gives us the first three and then once we want to get University we need a couple more points for that so maybe let's pick out a nice spot I thinking perhaps over here could actually work out quite well and while we've got some squares I'm going to unlock one two three and four and I might take that one as a fif there we go start unlocking this and we can continue with our road layout okay just laid out some more spots over here for housing and that sort of thing this area here I would like to use for our school so I'm just thinking whether we can have let's have a look I think that's probably about halfway isn't it and we could oh let's make that a straight road instead there we go and we can have this as our school and we need a lot of space for this I'm going to start with the college because that does take up a lot of room let's have a look actually it doesn't necessarily have to be right in the center which will add a little bit of interest to it as well there we go everybody's very happy about that then we've got some additions we can add when we need to so more student capacity and a college library which um provides students with a better chance of graduating I think we will leave it as it is for now here'll we go we'll pop a bit of Road access around the side um I also want to put a high school in here now the high school is a good one because it does actually come with a fantastic I'm going to put that oh do I want that off the main road or want it with its own little section we're going to have it coming off of this side over here yeah in fact we're going to do it up here we're going to spread the lava a bit more into this area let's pop it there now we've unlocked the next Milestone which is fantastic we'll check that out in a second but one of the additions to this one so as well as the extra student capacity the school library better chance of graduating we have the sports field which I think is an absolutely fantastic Edition and I'm going to get that right up against the side there and I just think that is an absolutely brilliant Edition to the school which is looking really good uh what does that give us as a bonus extra attractiveness improve on their health and we can actually add more than one of these but I think one is absolutely plenty then of course we have our elementary school which I am just going to place off of this side road here and we're going to place oh actually let's have a quick look what do we get what do we get we get the Children's Clinic which I think yeah that can pop off the side we get the extra capacity and we get the playground which if I'd line this up right that would have gone against there so let's just move this along and spend all the money that this is going to cost us there we go excellent that can go it's not quite up against the road but that's that's okay you would expect a bit of a gap for a children's playground room for decorations there and I am thinking if we leave some space at the back I don't want to add any additional upgrades unnecessarily uh we're going to want some parking in here so again I'm going to use these little alleys I think they're a nice little addition we just run that along the back and do we have parking unlocked yet we do not do I want to spend the money on that or do I want to go for University that will cost us two uh parking will cost us two we are going to go for the parking just can't help myself oh we get some other options that have unlocked as well we got the firehouse we've got the police station we have all the parking options small medium large very large and overground parking we now have the option to mess around with a specialized industry tool and we've got the specialized industries that have unlocked on large Village livestock farming that can go anywhere and stone mining this is one one you want to keep an eye on because the stone go goes towards the upkeep of people's houses so they're going to want access to that without shipping it in from too far away let's just pop a little bit of parking maybe just around the back of the building here I think that'll work okay then we can do a bit of decorating this one's got parking built in already got very large Stadium which to me feels like it would need some parking I do feel like a very large car park would be something that would need to go here do we get a capacity of this Sports Center no we don't but look at all the chairs there's absolutely tons in the bleachers I suppose you'd call them yeah so there we go we'll put a bit of parking in there as well excellent so now that we've got that going we've probably got absolutely tons of capacity yeah plenty of capacity for all of these not quite University yet but people will travel outside the city for that which is fine I think we're going to make these blocks a little bit smaller in here yeah I'm going to use these little back alleys just to sort of split this in half I don't want to go all the way to the end so we've got like 11 and a half either side and we'll do the same over here as well excellent and then we can start popping some houses in here and actually this little front spot here 1 2 3 4 5 six 1 2 3 4 5 yeah I want to take all of that out there we go and I'm actually going to take that one out as well there we go because we're going to pop in some medium density in here I'm going to leave one Gap and we're going to take that one out there we go we saw that house came in sideways messed up my design there we go and we'll do the same over here 1 2 3 4 5 1 2 3 4 five so that'll be there I'm going to pause the game boink there we go and that one's going to go up to there excuse me house be gone excellent and I'm going to put a little path down the back here instead so using some of these decorating options so what I'm going to do which is more likely to be the busy road this one here so we're going to add it with a crossing over here but we're going to go there we go up to the edge without adding a Crossing uh we'll do the same over here as well excellent there we go and then we'll get some of those nice nice looking houses onto the main road here which I think will look quite nice so you may have noticed while this is all going in we are losing money we are growing which is really good and if we look at the happiness down here which gives us the overall happiness nobody's complaining about tax and if no one's complaining about tax that means our tax is too low so we are going to bump this up a bit I'm going to try 13 which is the old tried and tested tax rate oh look people are starting to complain about the tax rate but only a minus two and still overall their happiness is good let's bump it up to 14 Speed the game up 14 hasn't made any difference I'm thinking 15 or 16 let's go straight to 16 now we get a minus three I'm thinking as long as we keep everybody overall happy we're still going to get a lot of people moving in minus 5 if we drop that up to 20 and it gets there we go yeah that was the trigger so down to 19 and I think at minus 5 yeah it was just one too many so let's have it on 18 and hopefully that'll go back to being happy again oh high crime oh yes we haven't added in any police stations at all ah completely forgot about that so we've got this little Central section that we've been using let's maybe pop this one somewhere else over this way would be quite good and we could even use this little space off the side to the school and we've got the one addition here which is a garage extension which just goes on the side so we don't need all the extra space for that that's [Music] fine oh and already we can see let's just zoom in the European looking police cars going out there through the car park you could just take this road down here there we go that one knows I've extended the road fantastic so they're going to go out and start patrolling around and that has a benefit on the city as well if they're patrolling in the area crime will be lower so that's why you can put one of these in and as long as you've got enough cars to cover the area that you're working in everybody should be pleased uh we do not have a fire station in either I'm thinking we're going to pop that over in this little spot over here let's just look at the coverage so either of these roads is going to give us a nice amount of coverage over everything I'm going to place it facing that way and then going to add a little bit more parking to the side as well there we go and I'm pretty sure the addition on here is just an upgrade to the garage so we can have more coming out so yeah that is fine have we not unlocked telecoms parks recreation Transportation not yet that'll be coming up soon we're so close to running out of money oh people are unhappy again but they're still moving in so that's good but all of our other coverage should be okay schools are working that's working this is working yeah so probably need you just put in a few more roads and things and then we're very close to hitting the next level which will be great do you know what I'm going to use that one point and we're going to grab the roundabouts because I know that they give us let's have a look here we're going to place that one it gives us 10 XP 15 XP 20 XP and 20 5 XP how many XP are we away less than less than a th000 is that 800 is that's quite a lot of roundabout but maybe we could pop some of these in some places that Mak sense so not a very large one let's go for that one where the two main roads meet that makes sense we've got that one there we've got the two main roads oh that's a big road and a small road that should be okay over here was the other one I was looking for we're going to pop a small one in there I wish I'd unlock this so we could carry on our key wall around but not quite yet and then where our industry comes out we're going to pop another one in there and I think for the moment or all to save we can another a cpy that should keep us going nicely so we've also got access now as well as the medium density Row Housing we've also got the medium density housing which is a European style small apartment building let's turn off the gooey and I'd like to have some of those along the front over here so I'm going to sort of place a couple of these in let's maybe go for one there and one there and just see what these look like along the front and it doesn't take long for that to knock down our medium density demand because there's going to be quite a lot of people living in these let's have that one there and I don't forget this is a pedestrian Road along the front services and things we'll be able to get there but I'd like to provide some part out the back for all the people that are going to be living here so let's just see what we can do with this road so I've turned off the snap to grid line so we stopped getting all this snapping all over the place but I've kept on the snap to Zone grid so we can do this and I'm probably going to do that one there and then I'll probably do let's go a little bit further along that one there although that's going to be not matching up very well is it let's just see if we can get this to line up a little bit better yeah I think something like that will work we should now get the connection to the power through there and the water yeah that's all okay so we'll leave that going yep excellent and maybe just Zone in a little mix of some commercial and things like that as well and we know now that they can get access from the back if needed oh we're starting to get these popping in and I think they just look like a fantastic building unfortunately we've still got the garage popping out here which isn't really going to be used for cars but they just look really nice don't they so I think once we've got some parks and things like that as well we can really beautify this area I've sort of mixed in a few shops and a couple of different things and other couple of buildings over here I think that is going to look nice we are so close what do we need oh my goodness 300 I think if I could just draw in in some some loads I think we will be there oh I've got the answer now these are free to place all of these signature buildings you unlock them if you look on there you've got different things you can do to unlock each of these and they do give you bonuses and the pop musician Mansion is going to give us plus two well-being within 500 M but is also going to give us 250 XP um so I want to find a nice spot for that to go and I'm thinking maybe sort of in here and then we can always work on adding a bit of Park land and stuff around the back as well let's pop that right up to there there we go we've got Grand Village excellent more squares more tiles more points more things which is nice so now we get the production panel natural disasters will be on and I do have those turned on low rent housing is an interesting one that helps people that can't afford the higher tax rates uh low density offices of course and then we get grain and Forestry buses parks and now we've unlocked some of the items that come with the pre-order Ferris will Gallery of Art Notre Dame nand Duman botanic Garden National Diet building never heard of that one that would be interesting to find out about Fountain Plaza nassy mola Grand Hotel Bell Tower of Xian and a minimum fair to the taxes now these can be found under signature buildings and if we go along here we can see that we will get to be oh no they don't what am I talking about no no no they can be found under our Parks tab landmarks and they are all here when we can afford them uh we can place all of these yeah excellent so now we can unlock some more tiles so let's grab some more of these around the outside so I'm definitely going to take that one um I'm not sure about up there but down here yeah we're going to take this one and this one which will give us access across the river and we can nicely finish off the key wall around the outside I'm going to take this one here and these two this one this one and this one so that's going to unlock the whole island and give us a couple left and I think for that we're going to take oh I know what I want to check before we do that is this one here natural resources what have we got we got Farmland over there but our next nearest Farmland is either all the way over there or up and over here somewhere and we can just unlock any tiles that we like but we've got to be able to get access to the roads if we're going to do that so it was sort of in the middle here I mean I could take that one and that that one but that really doesn't give us access to the roads I should have saved and unlock darn it cuz I want have taken a third look at all those roads flickering why don't we take this one and this one there we go so we get access to Farmland plus we can also put another little uh interchange on here which I don't believe we've unlocked yet um let us have a look in our development so intersections are going to take four but we need highways and large roads before we get there so I'm going to take highways because that's going to give us some extra little roads that we can use like the slip lanes and all that sort of thing and if we have a look in here in our specialized industry we can place the grain which needs to go on fertile land but the specialized industry that can go anywhere forestry has to go on uh forestry areas but I was just thinking we could lay the groundwork for our new area and I've just spotted over here this poor car has got into a traffic accident obviously slid off the highway here and they're now waiting to come and be rescued these poor people everybody looks okay who's in this car involved in an accident police car has been dispatched from Miles Away by the look of it let's have a look oh here it comes he's not holding back oh aha oh there we go he's saying follow me you're under arrest so maybe for the remainder of this episode I'm going to do some detailing we'll get a nice time lapse of that expand our city just a little bit more but before we do that we need to name our city and the name that was chosen was by Valkyrie the complete series of kettlebridge should be the title of the new city skyline 2 Series and it is Brew themed as well which I thought was absolutely fantastic let's paste that in there Kettle Bridge brilliant because there are going to be absolutely tons of bridges coming off of this area and then a lot of the other names that were voted for in my community poll they are going to be used for the different areas that we've got [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] so we have some good news and
