okay we're here daddy Jack's cooking on the blues I'm going to show you how to do some awesome buco put a little bit olive oil in a skillet and there yeah I'm gonna do right in the pot we're gonna braise it in so I'm gonna Brown the osso bucco first I put a little bit of butter look at the hollow boil we've got these here the grocery store about five bucks apiece wholesale you get a little cheaper then we hit them with salt and pepper into the flour [Music] these are real nice though good see they're gonna be real tender for Vimy veal [Music] into the skillet into the pot this will gonna Brown them up real good then we're going to add some wine some tomato juice some chicken stock I don't have any veal stock right now otherwise I put some veal stock which this be better than doing it with water you could still use water but a little stock is better and then I'm gonna put just a little bit of a break of blackened seasoning just to give us some good color okay so we have the osso bucco browned off nicely and whoever goes over your stump off most of that excess grease we have in there and then I put it in some onions carrots diced celery put that in there what a good good handful of mushrooms [Music] use white wine or red wine I want to use a little bit of Cabernet Sauvignon probably like about five or six ounces have a tomato juice off some canned tomatoes pretty thick use two ladles [Music] look at the time okay here like I said we'll just cook that down just a little bit but I've got the chicken stock Robert two cups a little bit of salt pepper kinda there we go god there's what you do to see it all over put too much and just this is a little bit of time little bit of tarragon bring it up to a simmer and then we're just gonna pop that right in the oven okay so we've brought it up to a nice simmer you're just gonna pop it in the oven leave it in there for at least an hour hour and 15 minutes okay here we're gonna pull that osso bucco out of the oven and I'm going to show you I'm gonna plate it up for my my friend Josh Feldman is here and we're gonna win a cook up we're gonna plate up an osso bucco form so we got it we're just gonna come out I'm just gonna get a superhot reduced the sun's down a little bit and I will plant it up in a minute look at that no Julie no thickening on that only thickening was the flower on the veal yeah I'm sure this trip here ready a little bit in there yeah just like downtown except no tall buildings here we go Josh all right there's no what you think should be like butter butter tender yeah it's really good what's wrong with your eyes good food good friends daddy can cook with the blues let's realizable go simple give it a shot you doing lamb shanks pork shanks the same treatment the same way to do it and this Bob jackal Bob jackal productions thank you very much a great night
