Nice, I've been to two of those places already! (Chang Lai Cheong Fun Cart and Spicy Village.) I can definitely second his recommendations here; both of those are excellent. I've walked by Teado many times but never went in because bubble tea just isn't my thing. Maybe I'll get something else there though.

The Teado guy is likely the owner. He works there ALL the time, occasionally his wife with baby joins to keep him company.
damn i legit cried watching this just now lol. shit has been rough lately. my parents called me the other day and said they had a racist encounter at the grocery store, some dude started spewing anti-asian remarks at them. i’m weirdly nervous when i’m out and about with my mask on because my eyes look so obviously asian.
i hope people watch this video and realize chinese people are just regular people and that many are struggling through this pandemic.
