hello no she'll get me back with another video don't do nice healthy that's me today I just and I look around at our video but anyway seriously today welcome to my channel my name is chef Geoffrey BAM doing something is probably necessary as you see by the video today I'm doing some old-school oven Bobby Q baby back ribs a lot of y'all me I love the barbecue outside I love it I'd spent Howard I spent all day outside on the pit barbecue some people don't like it some people don't have the time some people just don't have the skills often to do that so I'm going to show you another way to do it in the oven become so close to the outside version that people will be amazed only thing you won't have that much smoke flavor and you do outside but you still have a regular flavor and tenderness um I'm gonna show you how to do it in the oven barbecue style okay all right oh I got a couple of baby back ribs here so what I'm gonna do I'm gonna season these suckers up now while totally for the barbecues that's no art in seasoning real whatever you like there's no special rustic seasoning is knowing that I like any particular brand in our life one thing I do beforehand I'm working without my camera people because of this Cove ramen things I have nobody here only means to make last three weeks old y'all have to bear with Oni videos I have no crew in about ten what time it is how I'm looking for that like that so I'm just doing it by old-school style when I first started out so anyway I put a little Worcestershire on there now we're gonna put put some my favorite this really my favorite seasoning the tavernas Greek seasoning put that on here I'm gonna put some backup on put on here whatever you like you might not like all this season I love this garlic salt get on there and I do the paprika last little freak on man yes color now we're gonna turn over and do the same thing on the other side same thing on the other side got season both sides here having this seasoning and he's gonna take as long either in the oven of course and then in the outside in the pit and you ain't neither check the template you know it's only one step on here if you gotta really do and then out today in the single make sure to get all my seasoning on here okay that's it your real bit ready and like I say you can name the leg of barbecue and you do it outside you can let it sit in the sink if you want dummy not in the sink and then figure it up overnight if you want to but other than that that's all you need now what I'm gonna do now I got a pan clean up long pan put falling about it that's gonna be easy to clean up when if you ready all I got to do is take the fall out don't put this in the pan here gloves off here that's easy my hands now we'll put this in the oven uncovered uncovered y'all for thirty minutes what it's gonna do what I'm trying to do I want to draw all the liquid out of here as I can cuz I'm gonna drain the liquid off that comes out of there plus I want to get a good color on that so thirty minutes I'm gonna check it and see Julie takes 30 minutes and pour honey and pinky degrees though that's another key the fire has the other has to be very very hot you want to achieve a nice color on here and then I wanna drain all the water that comes off of here then we're gonna put some barbecue sauce on here we're gonna glaze that with some barbecue sauce we're gonna cover it and let it do it thing in the oven cover it last 15 minutes we're gonna drain it again and then uh ten minutes uncover you can have the most beautiful wing so I barbeque rid of you ever seen and people don't wonder you did it outside so the first step let's get in the oven 30 minutes good color drain the water and then we'll come back and do the next step but this is better than going in and outside checking the fire checking the taco all that this is so much easier best on a rainy day or one day this is perfect barbecue so we'll be right back all right y'all we back here okay let me move the camera where we can see what we doing here camera crews this week cuz of this Corona thing so bear with me okay now what I'm gonna do on my drain this water see that liquid in there I'm gonna clean it out of there we don't want to mess up some taste we'll put the barbecue sauce in here okay now now you gonna use your I knew sweet we're a barbecue you need a thick barbecue sauce for the next step this is really really thick and you're gonna take a breath I take a brush you can you people have a brush you use a spoon or something spooning on I'm gonna paint this on here then on that this you don't wanna you don't want to mess up the rub the slightly painting on this smells so awesome right now it's not even done and how even close to being done yet barbecue sauce has to be thick now I will use whatever barbecue sauce you like I don't promote barbecue sauce cuz I you to make my barbecue sauce but I don't I don't make a thick one I keep a thick one around for this kind of purpose hang on there got to be too thick you don't want to pick on that and she's all even out pretty good just may all right now is amazing it's amazing smell okay all right I save something for the end because we're gonna put a little bit more on the end I'm gonna show you at the end of your localization on it but that's later now what I'm gonna do now I'm gonna put fall of it completely I'm gonna turn the oven down to 350 remember to do that 350 turn of it now add it up to 450 different then how thick they are 350 another 30 45 minutes and we'll come back and show you one more step why are we back here okay check this here oh yeah now we've got one more step you know 99.9% ready but one more step here I'm gonna turn the oven back up 400 and we're gonna caramelize them with the sauce you don't have to do this maybe amount of sauce person like this awesome ribs just think take this don't take that long at all see how long it took 30 minutes before another 30 minutes just what you get I just want to get a nice carmelization on the sauce and then we'll have and also when I did it you can use a when I did it before when I put the Worcestershire now you can use liquid smoke sauce to this sauce has a lot of liquid smoke in it so I didn't do that in the beginning but you can do that okay 15 more minutes turn the oven back up to 400 degrees 450 degrees and we're gonna come right back take them out little sitting we're gonna cut them up we'll be right back all right y'all we back here final time here [Music] carmelization on there okay I'm gonna let these rest a little bit and I'm gonna come back up and a rest I'm gonna take them out of here and I'm gonna slice them up and we're gonna show you how they look so we'll be right back okay y'all we back here find the time we're gonna cut these up here and see what we got here what I'm doing okay now I'm gonna get my electric knife here we're gonna see what we got here [Music] [Applause] see we got here hottie come off that bone sold easy hmm oh so good I'm just speechless right now y'all why my family you see how easy this was [Music] very very very easy I'm contending it reveals the ballroom I went ahead 30 minutes in the oven uncovered 30 minutes covered 10 minutes the glaze that I want to have you have real very simple very easy very tender very flavorful if you enjoyed this
