Oda Just Revealed THE TRUTH!

the tragic history of Eustace kit revealed this is so big that I am legitimately shocked that it's not in the actual Series this information comes to us via the SPs of volume 104 and I think that Oda Must Have Spent an awfully long time in the bathroom that morning because this is one massive law dump not only do we now know the full backstory behind kid we also have New Revelations about cp0 a new overview of shanks's extended power and a very very special surprise when it comes to a certain Zora as well as other things more things honestly I'm kind of at the point where I look forward to the SBS segments just as much as the actual manga commenting with Eustis kid we're going to step back in time x amount of years where X is the number of years that kid has been alive he was born on an island in South Blue a particularly violent some Island led by a Super Gang who acted as the Island's royalty this island was further divided into four districts each led by a sub gang and those sub gangs came under the umbrella of the big gang and Eustis kid was the leader of one of these District gangs with two others being led by heat and wire whose names you may not recognize but you'll know their faces because there the people that are always around when kids around they're part of his crew now but they all came from separate districts which may actually explain why there's such a stark stylistic difference between so much of kid's crew I mean when you look at heat and wire stood next to each other it just looks like a zombie ran into the Egyptian god Anubis at a BDSM Club but there was also a fourth gang this one was led by Massacre Soldier killer who in this situation acts as both the future and past BFF have used to Skid because they grew up together however along the way they ended up becoming leaders of separate gangs and this is where information revealed in previous SPS sections becomes very important in the SBS of volume 87 Oda was asked why both kid and killer hate Curry udon and that's because in the past they had a third childhood friend named Victoria who I suppose is the sarbo to kid and Killers Luffy and Ace oh and also both kid and killer had a massive crush on Victoria so one day the three of them all leading Curry udon as you do and then Victoria Victoria made a big old Miss kid and killer made fun of her like so and then Victoria beats so much crap out of the both of them that it would put Magellan's daily toilet routine to shame Victoria then left and the three of them never spoke again now this is where things are going to get slightly complicated but just stick with me Victoria's original name was not in fact Victoria in the original Revelation Oda stated that her name was shiruton Dorian Aika and if you're a bit confused as to what that means then you'll get the idea pretty quickly because the viz translation for her name is broth Splat Arena basically she was invented as a jerk character so the name isn't all surprising because odor often gives these SBS characters and concepts of like absurdly fun jokey names but I think that's important to know because this story is about to take a massive twist kid and killer as we know grew up to become the head delinquents of their particular hooligan squads and one day their childhood friend Victoria was killed by the head gang of the island we don't know how and we don't know why we just know who and who else this obviously hit both kid and killer extremely hard which prompted the two of them to unite the four District gangs and overthrow the ruling gang and let's be real because because this kid we're talking about I feel like overthrow was probably a bit of light terminology I would not be surprised at all if he literally crucified them like those poor guys right before the time scale kid is so extraordinarily violent just not when he's around Luffy because Luffy has a very PG mindset but after they did that thing that they did the gang leaders collectively went F this formed the kid pirates and set out to sea naming their ship the Victoria punk in honor of Victoria's memory which is very sweet but also very clearly reckoned Victoria's name was definitely a wacky realization with her name now being Victoria S dorionica the S obviously standing for shooterton because Oda didn't really plan out anything to do with kid or any of the supernovas I point this out far too often so much so I kind of hate saying it but it just keeps being relevant all of the supernovas apart from Luffy and Zoro were inserted into the story at the very last second it's one of oda's greatest improvisational achievements because for the most part it's worked out extremely well better than anyone even odor himself anticipated but there are definitely cases like this where you can tell that Oda put about as much time into kid and as yasop did into raising USA which to be clear is a little bit before he got distracted by a fun pirate adventure and I think it's an appropriate comparison because this is literally oda's kid what I do find really engaging is the idea that kid probably could have become the effective new king of his home Island if he so desired he was the one who United The Gangs so he could have taken either path king or Captain I think that's important because this is the first real piece of evidence to back up why kid has conquerors haki like everyone else born with it he is a natural ruler however instead of becoming a king kid was drawn to the Sea which led him to a furious L before a big fat W with the help of a reliable D it really made his way full circle around the alphabet but it's also funny to think that they just dropped everything and left the entire Island leadership just packed their bags and went yeah look you're all on your own now and that would have left a power vacuum so strong that it would have sucked harder than Ace on an ice block as much as I really do love knowing this backstory I do wish it was something that was included in the actual series maybe during act two of one it was something when kid and killer were having their like emotion moments I think it could have provided a lot for kids motivation his history paints him as a man driven to take down the big bosses and who is a bigger boss than the empress that's why he wants to fight the Emperors he's not picky about which one in his eyes they're all just bigger versions of that gang that ruled his Island and killed his friend who spilled Curry udon on herself and the fact that this was revealed in an SBS doesn't give me a lot of Hope for any deeper exploration of kid in the actual Series in the future I mean ah what what happened to kid somewhere along the way he just got narratively lost like the world treats him as an equal to luffian law but the storytelling definitely does not in terms of that he's more like that he thinks he's on the team meme this almost certainly won't happen but what I wanted for kid was for him to receive the full Trafalgar treatment like a full six chapter tragedy full of flamingos clowns androgynous fishmen and the occasional old man wearing rabbit use was that really too much to ask to CP zero now and we finally know all of their names I should say that the grand Fleet members name these guys Bob Lucci red rocket pineapple and of course gritty however they actually named Guernica gizmonda Joseph and Maha respectively I definitely like down names just a little bit better but the fact that they have names is now massive because we knew two of these names before however it was assumed that Guernica was Joseph's name because Joseph is the only one we see escaping from onakashima which is relevant because according to a world government agent guy it was Guernica Who provided Luffy's new Bounty photo in gear fifth however Guernica was supposedly killed by kaido prior to gear fifth which may very well mean that Guernica is in fact alive I guess that shouldn't be surprising because because it's one piece but at the same time I really hope not that moment with Joseph touching the tip of his heart in respect for his Fallen comrades is one of my favorite moments in all of the onigoshima it was so subtle it was so tragic it was so beautiful it was just it was perfect it said so much without needing to say anything at all I mean this is the perfect example now that we've said more things that's been ruined because that's all undermined if Guernica is still alive I suppose it could be a situation where he he stayed alive just long enough to take the photo and then passed on very much just lying there broken on the verge of death going well I guess this is the end for old Guernica I lived a long and fulfilling life I mean I got to wear a mask so so that was pretty cool I'll see you all on the other side hang on a minute how the does Straw Hat have white hair now imma just snap this quickly and blah also here's a crazy fact luno and Califa were not originally cp0 agents Oda had no plans for that whatsoever however allegedly the anime staff convinced Oda to make them part of the team and I would describe my opinion on this as a dawn Creek as in neither of them are very strong I'm more amazed at just how easily the story can be influenced summing the anime staff also convinced Oda to do was make helmeppo a member of sword and I greatly approve of this I I like this a lot because it continues to grow the beautiful flower that is helmeppo he's come ever so far from the days of just being a walking scrotum and in the present timeline he's had more character growth than several of the straw hats and look I'm even lucky enough to have a home EPO trading card in bed you're all pretty jealous but you can't have it mine I precious to the world of redheads now this SBS confirms that even though we usually only see the red hair Pirates as a small group they do have much larger extended forces the way it's described is similar to Luffy's relationship with the grand Fleet Shanks doesn't rule or even directly command these forces but they've pledged themselves to him I suppose it's also similar to whitebeard's situation with his extended Fleet the key difference being that Shanks doesn't make them call him daddy they just do it anyway of their own volition because it Shanks what they actually call Shanks is big boss and his close crew are referred to as the big officers with the sole exception of Rockstar who isn't referred to as anything which I suppose makes him the equivalent of karabo on the straw hat crew we don't know why he's there but but he is and he won't go away but the main takeaway here is that Shanks could at any given time if needed summon an army which now gives Shanks access to a grand total of two armies and two leggies white fearsome indeed and one of those armies wields a sword named Griffin which Oda did quite hilariously I might add anthropomorphize in another SPF segment with Griffin looking like quite the distinguished gen gentlemen odor often does this and it's easily my favorite part of the SPs segments but today we have something even better because Oda has gifted us with the anthropomorphized Incarnation of Zorro's haramaki which role of us Western swine as the piece of fabric that he wears around his stomach and here she is let me introduce you to haramakiko which kind of reminds me of a very off-brand slave layer and I should remind you all that there is an established Convention of objects looking like the person who created them so how to make eco's fabric Smith probably looks like a very I don't want to say seductive old lady but trying to be seductive old lady but that's not all because Oda has graced us with not one not two not four but three more of zoro's accessories meet the Pierce triplet sisters who was zoro's three earrings anthropomorphized each one of them embodying a key aspect of Zorb there's the evil demonic smile the Sleepy old man and the data entry employee waiting desperately for six o'clock so that he can get hammered on sake I suppose this could mean that each earring was made by a different person maybe in a factory line somewhere out there in in the world place but with this we have a very full set of Zorro accessories aramakiko the Pierce triplet sisters and we also have three of zoro's swords the water which Emoji the sandakitetsu and of course shusui right now the only thing remaining on this man yet to be anthropomorphized is his bandana which I shall wait patiently for and in the meantime we can all watch another video like say this one I hear it's very good and even if it isn't you'd need to watch it to find out so go do it
