what's up guys welcome to gym time my whole life I've been training one of the best things I think you can do is take a step back and learn from people that do it better than you do it different than you where's yo clearly at you train you love to work out I was a gymnast when I was little I wasn't doing it for fitness it was just fun and it was yeah competitive and challenging I like playing sports I like playing volleyball on the beach I forgot to bring all my my trip to workout him I actually got this in South Africa those diamonds no it's pearls they're not diamonds oh you know tomato tomahto Johnny yeah this is my chief trainer and friend Johnny your guest oh yeah what do you want to do we want to focus on you do some weird things some weird butt stuff nice and tall try to flex your quads lock the knees out and we're stepping inside the steps nothing major good should be up outside of the pledgeted starts - we just have to be respectful of nature absolutely have you read Dona cryosauna before so this is questions in the cryosauna it's just really cold while you're in there for about three minutes breathe as long as you can take -
