New Moon in Aries 11 12th April 2021

[Music] hi everyone pam gregory astrologer i'm going to be speaking to you today about first half of april and the new moon that we have coming up on the 11th to the 12th and that is in aries this is a powerhouse month for energy because uh most of the personal planets are now moving into the sign of aries the first sign of the zodiac so it's a very dynamic initiating uh driving forwards energy so we're gonna we're gonna feel that shift quite significantly from certainly most of march being uh the personal planets being in pisces now of course this is um when i talk about this new moon in aries it's yet another new beginning because i talked about the aries equinox as being the first aries equinox within the context of that jupiter saturn conjunction last december in air sign aquarius and setting off a whole series of 200 years of those conjunctions every 20 years being in air so it's within that context but now we have the first new moon coming up in aries again within that context so it's another new beginning that is very significant now everything i talk about in 2021 is really also within the context of saturn square uranus that is the dominating aspect for the year it's within orb and operational for the entire year but it comes becomes exact again on the 14th of june again on the 24th of december so i don't want to repeat everything i've already said about that i know many of you will have seen my video about thoughts about 2021 where i cover a lot of the themes and i've added to them actually since then but i'll just put that link below for that video rather than repeat everything that i i said there but essentially that this saturn uranus square is about the old versus the new trying to be birthed and it's about control versus freedom big big themes for 2021. now we also if we not only think about the personal planet centering aries at this time the ruler of aries is mars and mars is what is called out of bounds until the 24th of may now what that means is planets normally orbit within 23 degrees north or south of the ecliptic but sometimes they veer beyond that 23 degrees and i've noticed this very much in the charts with clients that the archetype the symbolism of that particular planet expresses in a very wild sometimes out of control extreme way sometimes a genius way particularly if it's mercurial or uranus but here we have mars out of bounds until the 24th of may so this is the mars archetype this is assertion drive anger it's a warrior energy so that is going to be strong in the world together with the personal planets being in aries as well together with that all of the um planets are moving direct until the 27th of april when pluto moves retrograde so again we have this this sense of dynamism we have this sense of moving forwards which is um which is so strong at this time things are going to be happening quickly because we have four planets certainly as we get to this new moon on the 11th we have four planets in aries we have the sun and moon mercury and venus but we also have chiron ceres goddess of harvests and eris so that is a huge waiting a huge stellium in the sign of aries so things are going to be happening quickly because ares is quick mars the ruler of aries is in gemini this is mentally quick this is mercurial so as i've been talking about this is very much a year of choices as well with the north node in gemini the twins which way do you go so i'd really ask you in this kind of speedy time for energy not to make big decisions too quickly to always drop into your heart take a breath drop into your heart close your eyes and really this is how you can start to expand your intuition because you can ask your heart what you should do with any important decision but these decisions are really big this you're bigger than you might imagine i believe since last march 2020 all of the planets from mars outward so mars jupiter saturn etc moving outwards in in orbits have been within a very constrained area of the zodiac they've been really from um late capricorn into the end of gemini but if we go back to just the beginning of march of this year um they were really all within the end of capricorn to the end of taurus so that's kind of a third if you like of the zodiac it's a very tight area now yes the sun moon mercury venus obviously moving moving around the whole time through all the signs but from mars outwards it's been a tremendously focused period so and what's changing now and what's interesting was all of those planets were in one hemisphere of the zodiac from mars outwards one hemisphere of the zodiac as defined by the nodal axis cutting across from gemini to sagittarius and it's really interesting that as mars was conjunct the north node in gemini on the 26th of march it has kind of broken out it's broken up from that that hemisphere into a new area because it's moving on rapidly now will ultimately be entering cancer and so it's breaking away from that feeling of constraint because that has added i think to the all we felt through 2020 an ongoing saturn pluto conjunction of of lockdown of of being in a very small bubble if you like of only being able to see maybe half of the picture but now mars is moving on very quickly and it's out of bounds and it's speedy this is going to be very interesting because it's almost as if we start to become aware of a bigger perspective of what's going on which i think is really helpful the first real milestone um that i want to talk about is is on the 9th of april we have neptune in exact square to mars at 21 of pisces gemini now that this at the highest level is making our goals more spiritually oriented our goals mars neptune in pisces more spiritually oriented or at a lower level of expression because they're both mutable signs our mind gemini can become more scattered or distracted or even confused with the square from neptune it can even suggest some kind of aggression at sea aggression mars at sea neptune in pisces so we'll have to see how it manifests but if you can use it particularly to pour energy mars into neptune in pisces pour your energy into unconditional love that would serve you very well indeed so that is the first uh significant aspect in the month i feel from the ninth of april until the 17th we have the sun mercury and venus actually the moon is included in this as well but the moon is moving very quickly so the sun mercury and venus coming to exactly square conjunct eris and exactly square pluto in capricorn so this is really highlighting that square between eris in aries and pluto in capricorn i'm going to dive into this and talk more about this in this video because the new moon is on the 11th of the month it happens at 7 30 pm pacific and it happens the next day the 12th at 3 30 a.m uk time this is at 22 degrees 05 of aries so as i was saying earlier this is a very significant new beginning because it's the first aries new moon within the context of the jupiter saturn conjunctions happening in air so this is always the perfect time in the month to set a new intention to plant a seed for what you want to manifest in your life so see where 22 of intentions they are all in the present tense xyz is already easily flowing to me and be in a state of gratitude and appreciation as if it has already happened you are already welcoming in the result of that intention that's the fastest way to bring it to you and always say present tense because if you if you say future tense or i want or i'm aiming for you just keep pushing it away to the future so great time to do that now at this um pneumonian aries just to draw on a personal side of this we have the moon and venus both squaring pluto in capricorn and whenever you get those combinations of either the moon or venus in hard aspect to pluto you get a tremendous intensity emotionally huge intensity kind of explosive intensity and if either late aries or lake capricorn for in your relationship houses your fifth your seventh your eleventh house or in hard aspect conjunction square opposition to the rulers of those houses then it may well bring up relationship issues relating to i want to be free and independent but also i need the safety but the control as well of pluto and capricorn and which way do i go so again knowing that you know one of the other there's so many great things about astrology but one of the the great things about it if it's a personal issue like this is to say okay i can see it on paper i'm feeling very intense about my relationship right now but i'm seeing it on paper in my birth chart and that helps me understand it and it also helps me to become the observer to have perspective because i'm literally looking at it on paper and not only give does that give us time to breathe and step back and think well this too shall pass or do i act on this now but it helps to give you that kind of eagle's perch view and it also helps to raise your consciousness because you understand whatever is happening in an inner way in your birth chart is also happening outwardly in your life there's a lot in that that i just covered and i hope i hope that's comprehensible okay so another aspect which is happening at this time we still have the neptune square mars that's still operational but mars now is also in very nice trine to jupiter mars is at 23 of gemini and jupiter is at 25 of aquarius so this is lovely this is this is about pouring energy into bigger future visions for humanity jupiter and aquarius can we expand our horizons our visions for what we can bring into the world and jupiter can expand the courage of mars the bravery the warrior energy to go and make that happen the initiating of mars to make that happen so that's another lovely aspect now in the early part of aries at this new moon we have mercury chiron series series goddess of harvests linked to food and particularly grains so where you have chiron there's often a sense of wounding to keep the symbolism really simple so in this conjunction we have at the beginning of aries between 9 and 19 of aries we have mercury which can represent trade and series which as i say can represent food or harvests or grains and kyron can wound those so we is this that we're still seeing some disruption from that huge container ship that got stuck in the sewers canal the sewers canal accounts for 12 of global shipping per day and that big ship is stuck there so with every additional day you can imagine how many ships are backing up and what effect that's having on deliveries both the food and supplies etc so it may be some short-term disruption still related to trade and some foodstuffs so no panic here i mean i've talked about this before because if you take the symbolism of uranus which is a very disruptive energy in taurus until 2026 taurus is the earth taurus our food supplies our agriculture we can see through the earthquakes volcanoes and extreme weather events of uranus that they're going to be disruptions until 2026 so i'm not saying this for fear or panic at all i'm just saying to be very calm and sensible to make sure you have some long dated food in the house so if there are disruptions for a few days or a week or two it's no it's no big deal you know you've had the foresight through the astrology to plan for that so no big deal okay so we i now want to drill down on um this square really between eris and pluto because this is what's been highlighted here the sun and moon are 22 degrees of aries very tightly conjunct eris at 24 degrees of aries venus is also 26 degrees of aries so this is shining a light it's kind of because it's a new moon and a new seed and in the first sign of the zodiac of aries it's like for heiress which has been in square to pluto all of 2020 and will continue to 20 october 2021 this is like like a new level of activation and awakening potential that errors can bring to us a new level of of activism activism and awakening so this is very interesting so let me drill down a little bit now eris is um the sister of mars in myth she's a warrior energy and she's also um known as the the the um the kuiper belt the dwarf planet of awakening and she's also the goddess of chaos and disruption now i haven't really talked about the myth in detail here she by the way she has a 560-year orbit very very long because she's way out in the kuiper belt beyond pluto and when eris with a very strong a slow orbit comes into hard aspect square opposition conjunction with the slow-moving outer planets as she is here with pluto that can really indicate a shift of the age it's a radical shift of the ages remember this is about a two-year square we're looking at 2020-2021 we also in a sense have a radical shift of ages with those jupiter saturn conjunctions starting a 200 year cycle in air every 20 years they come together so this is a big big time for the world and for humanity so eris is known as the goddess of discord and chaos why so you may ask well in the myth there was um a very big wedding i believe it was at them at mount olympus and all of the gods and goddesses were invented invited invited except heiress so she was furious so undaunted she turned up to the wedding and basically caused mayhem because she brought with her a golden apple and on the golden apple she had written to the fairest and she tossed it into she turned up at the wedding and tossed it into the grouping of goddesses who of course then started to argue and spat about who was the theorist who was the most beautiful and that spread to um their husbands and families and spread out and eventually ultimately it is said that this led to the trojan war so she does not shirk from causing chaos when she believes that she has a principle to fight for so you find her as an activist when she believes there have been violations of natural law or particularly where she feels there's an imbalance in society great inequality where the people in power as judged by eris are serving self rather than serving others let's say and then she will go in and fight as a radical activist and she will go in and fight even if she believes the odds are very much against her i want to say that again even if she believes the odds are very much against her sure a lot of you will understand that so it's very interesting in her symbolism that i think she shares a lot with mars because mars as we know is the god of war and eris is his sister she is the female warrior and therefore this warrior energy is extremely driving assertive um focused and absolutely has a will to succeed does not you know failure doesn't pass the radar at all particularly with eris i mean there's just no question she's totally focused on winning but she's very linked to mars in that way she also has similarities to black moon lilith as well because she has this kind of primal rage she has this raw instinctive um primitive feminine that cannot be suppressed it is just wild feminine energy that will not obey the rules absolutely will thrive on not obeying the rules she also has similarities to uranus the planet of awakening in that she is fierce about equality about truth uranus ruling aquarius very much about truth that's why big big theme this year is about exposure of the truth she's about liberation and she is particularly representative of those people who feel not heard shunned disenfranchised living on the periphery of society no longer really being cared for by society she will absolutely fight to the end for those people that's the the archetype she represents now although this is a very ancient myth does that for you have any echoes perhaps of where we feel today do you feel not heard sometimes very interesting so as i've spoken a great deal in the in the videos over the months i've talked about error scenarios street activist and by the way everybody alive today will have erosion aries because it's such a slow orbit so iris in aries street activist taking to the streets to fight clashing in that square to pluto up against top-down authority rules and regulations governments and people in power who have authority over you in some way so that's been the clash clear to see clear as day across the world over the last year or so and continuing if we are to trust that iris square pluto till october 2021 so that's very interesting but it isn't just a square it's a t-square because eris at 24 of aries is very close to an exact opposition to homia at 27 of libra and they are both squaring pluto 26 of capricorn so it's a t-square so homia is linked to the hawaiian goddess of fertility she's able to birth babies from every bit of her body not just the regular place um she has this incredible ancient shamanic connection with the land the earth she's able even in times when the land has been laid waste for whatever reason she can just summon abundant wild food seafood etc so as we are moving forwards in our future she is one of the archetypes we're taking with us because as as heiress accelerates the deconstruction of the old order in that square to pluto that demolition side homir is the rebirth side she's bringing new earth into being and we're going to discover some ancient shamanic connections and and language if you like to connect to the earth in a deeper way that we knew way back in fact if you simply take the symbolism of uranus in taurus you could say uranus is the new which it is and taurus is the earth we are birthing new earth through that transit of uranus in taurus up until 2026. how wonderful is that so this feels very exciting dynamic energy but as i say what i'd really encourage you to do is to check in with your heart as this speedy stuff is is motoring through not just the head because this fork in the road that i've talked about for two years now yes the majority of people are going to take one particular fork because it's a no-brainer it's an it's an easy route because everybody else is doing it and all your mates are doing it your family's just so that's an easy obvious fork in the road for you but there could be others of us smaller in number remember eris smaller in number who are taking the road less traveled and that future is currently invisible but we are creating it in every moment we are singing and dancing our future into manifestation because we trust the physics of frequency so be relentless in focusing on your frequency even if outer events are very colorful very dramatic and very dynamic remember your anchor is within keep coming back to what's my frequency coming back to don't get too knocked off keel knocked off um your your normal anchor point by the drama keep bringing it back to okay what's my frequency in that way it becomes incredibly simple not easy it becomes easier the more you master this frequency uh process but it's ultimately very uncomplicated it's very simple so i hope that's helped you i've covered an enormous amount in this video the energy really shifts in the middle of the month to a different point of focus in the zodiac we're going to have an absolutely um i can barely find the words a very very powerful second half of april it's going to be extraordinary so just um the energy is no longer stuck as as a lot of us felt in 2020 so hope that's helped
