New England Style Baked Cod

okay right here we have that like Sean from Grossman so that's the captain's cuddly cot with that nice that nice piece of cod right so we're going to I'm going to make show you how we do a classic New England pink they call broiled cod but it's baked and we've got a Maui onion roll I like these kind of a bit of egging them and then a fresh bread you get the crumbs down pretty good put in a little fresh garlic little fresh green onion little bit of fresh parsley put them on a yacht I just keep on the loose side kind of okay I like to hit over a little Parmesan cheese okay I'm not going to put a lot of butter on this dish because I'm going to will serve with a little bear block at the end but just put a little bit of oil underneath let's season the fish a little bit okay then put a nice amount of crumbs okay with drizzle a little olive oil over the top that's it we're going to bake it in the oven and I'll probably about I'd say about 15 minutes let's bring out that Brokaw I love Bob jackal this is it right there it's all covered up but up put a little bear block around the outer edge of it okay they try to grab a cup of forks let's try it out get up on this here why because it is from come and try this Jasmine Oh is that captain's caught a con that's big car that's the stuff there's a fresh bread garlic green onions more Parmesan cheese alright I'm kinda eating it's over not a few recipes here today with that sample everything that we've caught all right daddy Jack's cooking with the blues until next time mr.
