My Xbox Series X experience wasn't great.

gz might if stress kills then doing something you enjoy is the ticket to living long and as long as you aren't hurting anyone else mate gaming is the stinking best and I've been doing it heaps more lately me mate why I've got a gaming channel like a weekly stream like it's just fun and mate the original Xbox is my all-time favorite console only just PPP in the Sega Mega Drive for alltime favorite for me like the graphics PA we'll never see a jump like that again going from the N64 to this guy first going to a real hard drive I mean it does take memory cards but memory cards stink it let you copy music to the hard drive I had system of a downplaying while playing like V super cars 2 and then like online gaming with Xbox Live you know for a brand newcomer to the console scene Microsoft came in and swung hard PS2 smash it in sales but mate like for retro machines that I come back to I always pick the Xbox Port over the PS2 oh and it was back when game consoles were simple like they were literally just a top tier electronic toy but now you can literally ruin your life with a game console I mean you got to put your card details in their personal information and then the game company's going and get hacked and it not even being your fault go speak to Opus customers on how they feel about it it's taken me a lot to get back into modern gaming like my gosh there was so many stinkers over the last few years I mean there is cool new stuff coming out you know b g 3 and all that but honestly there's a sea of games from decades ago that absolutely smash modern games and look my back in the day had no G xbx and I had some saddle time with the 360 it's later years I was studing a lot and I got into the Xbox one right out the gates and then waited forever for Halo played Halo and then there was basically nothing to play I mean except for Titan fault which is really cool actually oh I got to install number two again and then I eventually got a PS4 which felt like a huge step up sadly in terms of games it had the VR headset and you know that's why I've got a PS5 now but I got me a series X back with that Apple Studio video you know where it got booked and I couldn't believe believe that I actually got a refund from JB highi yes it has taken me this long to finally sit down with this Xbox mate when you get over 30 you tell me how well you do I love this lineage though bring back the black and white buttons I love this middle it does nothing it's just like reminding you what you're doing you're playing Xbox so yeah look I've done some Modern gaming on this and yeah it's a modern game console it it works fine a lot of the games are on PC as well and I'd prefer it on PC I just prefer keyboards and being able to adjust graphic settings to make it run better but the big thing for me is the back compatibility right I love the idea of having like a nice modern brand new like nice controller you know like old original Xboxes the capacitors are cat mate they're all dying so I love the idea of new hardware playing my old favorite games I've got a stack of absolute Xbox Classics let's hop into my echoe office mate and let's smell them oh mate hide in the office do you want to hog the big Telly ha especially when we be doing retro nonsense and I'm very I'm so excited I got a violet crumble for this oh violet crumble oh this is what I'm excited for playing these old games again mate there's so many amazing games out there that you've never even heard of and what V so give me the first one blood wake M this was the first game I got on the box yeah I I never actually finished it for some reason I just kind of H I don't know and I remember had awesome water physics and like there was weight to it it was interesting like look how cool that looks that's literally the game I want it [Music] give me give me the blood W huh angry Beav oh hope the compatibility is good come on mate I haven't touched the V crumble yet so like I know things are going to be good like the V crumble will save everything but I'm not checking that list mate I'm I'm not going to do it cuz like these games are important to me mate and I I'll try them whether they're on the list or not that's it's all right blood W was a lower tier one mate you know I never actually finished it's fine Project Gotham come on I mean like five bucks from cashies I can find my dreams uh this was this was like a launch title and had like this cool like racing mode like you earned Kudos and it was for just driving n nice but in was a really clever way I liked it was different and oh TVR mate and Corvette and stuff like come on surely this one oh no it's got a they're the worst surely this one right this this was like big deal back in the day mainstream no that's the old era that's that's the old one oh I'm going to have bit of this B better start singing Dan my battle engine of quiller I love Mech games there hasn't been a good one I feel in a really really long time I really really like this one it's even on PC I believe I got it cheap never finished it don't know why I think I just got busy with school or something um this one's definitely not going to work this is way more obscure than Project Gotham just disappoint me already I knew it I knew it see I'm going to reach for the the thing right yeah oh I was bluffing your oh my way flying through this bar crumble Sega G so when the Dreamcast died and Sega was all like oh no a whole bunch of games came out on the Xbox and this one is great I mean maybe it hasn't held up well I don't know I binged it as a kid binge this game and I'd love to know what's it actually any good was I just a dumb easily pable kid I bought it from cash converters in 2015 just give me the disc on E some people know of this game come on come on this one's a heavy hitter another game From the Ashes of sega's Dreamcast whatnot this game smacks and slams that is 100% the music the vibe the everything graffiti gangs and all this sort of stuff it's neat it's neat this is so classic come on out of all the games that you're going to give compatibility to this is like cold classic Xbox right here there is a Dreamcast version I do have it but this is the one there's one last bite left mate we've only been here for like 10 minutes I was getting camped out well M I'm not going to touch that if Dynasty Warriors 3 works the modern Dynasty Warriors is just it's just not great number five is pretty good but number three the the way the characters progress and the way a it's just it's so good it's just Absolut [Music] [Applause] satisfying oh God that's that's dumb let's put let's put that there Battlefront 2 come on Battlefront 2 like the the proper Battlefront 2o the one that didn't stink sequel to the bestselling Star Wars game of all time cuz original Battlefront was outstanding and then they improved on it the disc is in there well at least I have there I'm already upset I'm already upset [Laughter] Fu that's called the size of the game no aie internet's a scam get the St oh you m i going run a game for you oh you got to do is uh get the game Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4 you can't call it Classics and then make like you know an emulated experience be like oh yeah it's only the best games it's like well this one's a classic isn't it why wouldn't it work this is I feel the best Tony Hawks it's still got all the crazy Vibes of like the originals but they really pushed and fleshed it out and it's like yeah w b [Music] well I mean Halo sitting there mate because that's the Gimme just in case of a worst case scenario where nothing seemed to work at least Halo will work so we can look at something I'm glad I got Halo there cuz it's not going to run this no way this is only the greatest Mech RPG ever made the way you could play this is nuts it's your own way there's so much dialogue which is tiring you just got skip through I mean but check out that logo you trust someone who who made a logo like that wouldn't you huh you millions of dollars riding on that face this is stunning what I would pay for a like a new modern release keep the graphics the same just put it on this that's why I cut this cuz I want to play this again but a modern reliable hard with it doesn't need stinking capacitors change in it it's not going to work it's not going to work there's no violent crumble I expected nothing and I'm still disappointed Love You Phantom crash I'll play you on Modern Hardware one day the Halo I mean it's the Gimme because it's just incredible as a kid this thing lit me up doing like 8way land parties with our EX boxes on all my mates had Xboxes I just got lucky that way as well and um yeah binge this so much multiplayer some my first really enjoyable online gaming experiences Halo oh well that's tired I got two welcome to Vintage game collecting mate you know it all gets all over the place a bit so yeah we'll just play this for a bit I guess oh no what hey Frankie you got a game console it's yours Frankie look Frankie I got you and Xbox it's it does nothing like you yeah you see the XOX Fox Frankie you see it it's for you you can have it just going to clumsily all de here we are and that's yours you can have it no gives his back seats so uh there's another Twist of me uh ripping out the console and giving it the Frank there because one other thing the Xbox does is be a DVD Blu-ray player you streaming can be really really annoying when all of a sudden it doesn't want to work all the internet's down all their servers are bked and like you know you can't log in or nothing and movies are the same as games a lot of the best ones were made forever ago and so actually having movies on dis that I own you know the series X is just a boring looking box but man it fits into cabinets brilliantly and just Blends in and I legit I thought this was an actual Blu-ray player no no no it's just a disc drive right you put in a disc and it has to install a Blu-ray player app and then app won't install and legit that's why it's Franks now it's actually worse for me than a 2001 original Xbox because that thing can play Halo and it can play DVDs this is a 3-year-old box and not being able to install the Blu-ray app is like a day one starle bug and I hear the app isn't even any good anyways boy I wish Microsoft would stop focusing on buying cool game studios and just actually focus on making the thing look as a modern console with Game Pass it's fine it's absolutely fine I actually do prefer the Xbox controller layout than PS5 but I was looking for like an almost enhanced original Xbox basically and mate what I got it for it it stinks I couldn't believe Halo didn't work of course like Busy Body Microsoft would make sure you have to buy the even though I've owned that game since it launched I own the game you stiffs and like I thought since the Xbox has always just been a PC in a game box and like you know back in the PS3 it had PS2 compatibility by literally having a down PS2 inside of its guts like surely you can have the power of an original Xbox down to a silicon blob that can just be and that can run these games for the faithful you know folks who grew up with the original Xbox now have kids themselves and I thought the idea was to have one box that kids could play their new free-to-play kind of stuff pay to win whatevers and Mom and Dad could smash some old classics turns out out of 990 OG Xbox games there's only 63 that work and most of the games I don't give F about licensing is a thing I get that it's why rebooted games usually lose their amazing soundtracks but like stinking Halo no excuse no as soon as Halo didn't work I didn't care anymore and um I hope Frankie likes a new Xbox I'm going to get
