winning Emmys I think some of the times we got Emmys just because of our acceptance speeches I'm not very good at actually thanking people but I did receive a telegram this afternoon that I just like to pass on to you uh means a great deal to me dear Tim we know this is your day but we hope you'll take a few moments to think of us our thoughts are with you always love the gang at the Tarzana pitch and Putt hey fun for the whole family now featuring the new Mark Twain hole complete with Paddle Wheel and recorded music of the Old South take a break at the 19th hole and try one of Andy's US Open chili dogs M good ho in one gets you free beverage of your choice small size only one day one at the Pantages I won the me we were he was always up at we were up against each other so I went up to accept mine and he came with me I mean he just stood there uh when I was in the fifth grade I decided to be an actor and I'm very glad that I did to be associated with with tell television and to also to get a chance to work with idiots like this thank you we were nominated one year uh and it was red fox who was reading the nominations and he said the nominees are Tim Conway the Carol berett show I got up and went on stage and red is looking at me like you know he hasn't announced the winner yet and he said and also nominated hary darl bicho and he got on stage and we both lost uh actually chy Chas Chevy Chase won so we had to sit down I me we just were horsing around and had a wonderful wonderful run you can't take everything seriously you have to break the mold
