My COCKROACHES didn’t have BABIES for TWO WHOLE MONTHS !!! ~ I’ll stop already ..

have you seen what's in a mango seed this is going to be an update video now not update on tarantulas but update on my cockroaches yes I do keep cockroaches for those who don't know mainly to feed the tarantulas because you know when you keep tarantulas treasurers got to eat and I hate crickets because if you watch this video crickets are bad quickest eat whatever stuff you put in with them and even if you leave crickets in with your animals on a tender they can start to eat your animal yes you see this gecko over here this guy who decided to go into the crickets and they couldn't get out and the crickets overpowered it exactly yes this house gecko underestimated crickets and that is the last thing that you should do to underestimate crickets so yeah this is my Dubya cockroach but if you have watched this video I know I keep putting link this video but if you have watched this video if you have it link in the description you know that I finally got that into dubia roaches I've taken about a year break from keeping dubia roaches because my previous colony kind of like inbred too much and then their lifespans got shorter and then they all eventually just died and I just fed off all the remaining life ones and I also sell some for feeders yeah anyways that's not it this is it this is my new colony that I I mean I already showed you that video like down here I started a new colony I bought I can't quite remember how many I bought but here is a short clip of it these are the adults that I actually bought to start a colony I did not buy any slings no not slings what any baby roaches nips yes that's right nips slings what the slings are either baby tarantulas or baby scorpions or normal spiders yeah spiraling score clinks that's what you call slings basically but yeah anyways cockroach babies they're called NIMS so this is the update after several months after I've put them into this big bin you saw that video okay fine I'll just stop saying that yeah I'm pretty sure you saw there but if you haven't links in description I'll stop okay so yeah I showed you guys how I set up this bit so basically it's just a big great top which is this Rubbermaid tub and then I put on a crate put in a crate after I putting these eight crates into the freezer to kill any harmful bacteria or anything that I don't want in here any ants or anything because these eight crates there are new Chris the are secondhand eight crates because over here they don't sell new eight crates you just got to go to the egg shop and they'll give you a bunch of secondhand eight crates yeah so let's just give you the straight update because that's what this video is about I've talked too much already so yeah anyways over here you can see yeah I'm gonna have to chop up the water gels because this is what they drink for those who don't know and there's a little baby over there yep I mentioned that I only bought adults to start a colony my first colony actually had babies I bought babies and I put them in together and then they became adult and start breeding but this one I tried something different I just bought adults and they have bred let me show you check this out okay this is the first egg crate so here are the adult females for those who don't know this is a female Dubya roach okay oh this one has the Boyd's the Ithaca is broken that is the exact by the way the one that's coming out of it but oh yeah this is a female remember how the female looks like okay that is what a female looks like I'll show you the male after this oh wait yeah right here this is the out this is the meal it has wings yep so now you know how a male and female looks like for those who don't know and these I want to see I almost say it's sling again yeah yeah these are what the nymphs look like here these are baby cockroaches and yes finally you guys after two months they did not breed for two months after two months they just started to explode with babies finally yes that is why I'm now starting to feed these babies off to my slings so yeah elver loves dubia roaches so I'm glad I finally got back into Dubai roaches because before this Elrod was on crickets and I just mentioned to you guys why I hate cricket so much now I know this colony isn't as big as what my colony used to be yes my colony used to be massive I used to have thousands and thousands I possibly went ten thousands of roaches and I hope that this colony will become big like that I mean it probably will in the future but then at that point they'll probably be in breeding again in there I'm gonna have to start a new colony so yeah this is just one corner of it let's try over here yeah this corner isn't really populated as much because I don't really like to camp at this side maybe because it's warmer because it's cooler I don't know but it's something over here that's different from over here that the all want to move over here for summaries I don't know why they like to cramp up with each other I guess that's just what roaches do you see over here every eight quid I push down there are roaches like over here I just push this one down and it's like no roaches for some reason okay I don't have many meals I'm probably gonna have to buy more meals ooh there we go yeah no meals either I buy more meals or wait for the names to become matured males and then there's the breed again or there's one male of there and it'll stop breathing again but I don't know man we'll see because I used to keep these cockroaches as kind of pets but then now I just keep them as feeders which I guess it's better because I don't pay too much attention with them because if I keep them as pets and then they die I get kind of like heartsick because they're like pets right but then now you see there's a dead one over here we what I did one go with what we're did one go okay fine looks like it wasn't it then yes yeah I feed them oranges which are just Oh mold yep I'm getting rid of this one because mold is never good for your roaches so yeah man lucky I did this video because that orange was below the other oranges say yep moldy you're off sling I'm oh my goodness sling nimbler get off nip there we go come on man do you like mold or something ah okay there we go where's this guy yeah he's gone and you see how clean of an orange they make yep they make they they strip orange is clean like this was full of orange and they just dang yeah these are your true cleaner crews you guys true cleaner crews and this is Wow look at these guys they're just chillin on this mango seed him member said get off the mango seed no need you on the mango seed yep gonna have to clean this out more here yeah more here get off the mango seed guys oh wait they're all in there ah have you seen what's in a mango seed well apparently this is just the skin of the mango seed the mango seeds inside what okay I didn't not know this Thank You roaches for oh my gosh it's like you in here then you've been camping in this thing okay I'll just stick on the seat and just leave this in because it's just a dried skin and let them camp into camp in that okay and then this one I'll just toss out pretty cool I never knew I thought I always thought this whole thing was the seed I never knew that see what's inside that it's pretty cool so you learn something new every day I'm not a fruit guy but pretty interesting so yeah hmm but I have to refill their water gel yeah that's right I can't even think of words like right now and then if you're wondering what these are these are rabbit kibbles rabbit food because you know when you're feeding dubia roaches to your animals like for example bearded dragons I think I think for tarantulas it's fine but for reptiles in particular you don't want to feed them too much protein because dubia roaches are already 36 or 37 percent protein and when you feed them even more protein they release this uric acid which gives your reptiles gout and no that's just not good I mean would you want to have gout yeah what a question well yeah this is what I give them some rabbit kibbles which is made from alfalfa so it's not to say a lot of protein and they love it so win-win situation right you give them food and they eat it and then your bearded dragon doesn't get goat yeah so yeah now let's go and put this I mean no put crystals into this not put this into crystals put crystals into this come on dude get out you are see how small they are when they hatch out I mean these guys actually they give birth Oh what I thought he felt and I just flicked him and flew there I thought these guys yeah these guys they don't actually lay eggs because technically they you saw the female just not right the egg was out so basically they tick off the eight for some reason and then they stuck it back in and they give birth to live young I don't know pretty weird creatures oh yeah let's go get their um water gel which is over here me just why did I even bring this in when I'm gonna bring the water gel over there such a genius okay so put this down here and basically water gel yep you see they are big these things are way bigger than what they are over here because these guys the water dried up so this is what I'm gonna be putting least once in let's go gel let's go I should just pour all in yeah in goes all the gel this should last name quite some time you guys want to play with these then go search on eBay that's where I bought them I get ten thousand for about a dollar fifty about a dollar fifty for ten thousand water gels just type water crystal soil on eBay and you'll be able to find these which is awesome because you don't want to give standing water to your roaches because unlike tarantulas these guys do in fact drown crickets because crickets in general they are pretty dumb I hate them so yeah don't be it for this video just a quick update and wait it's really like 10 minutes yeah 10 minutes is no quick update yes
