[Music] [Music] what oh my gosh what are you guys doing here is the morning routine show today oh my gosh okay well good morning and this is how we sleep our puppies use me as impetuous and I'm so glad you're here today you know so many people have asked us about what is your morning routine what vitamins and supplements do you take will you please put some of your drinks from your morning routine on your blog how do you guys work out how do you fit it all in what does your study time look like so I thought well we could sit in the studio and do all of this or we could do it pretty organically when we go to bed at night as you can tell the dogs go ahead and make themselves comfortable I sleep with my hair in a ponytail because when you curl your hair sometimes you can almost get a day two out of it and we're just gonna have a really organic morning together so we're gonna be real we're gonna be honest we're gonna dive into our Bibles together we're gonna dive into supplements together we're gonna dive into how to stay healthy together we're gonna do what a normal morning looks like together so if you're watching on your TV go ahead and set your DVR or if you want to make guys it's time getting it out of bed they're not gonna do it and actually I shouldn't do it yet either because one of the very first things I do is I try and do 10 things that I'm thankful for it's actually based on Bible right get up in the morning early while ICQ come into his courts with Thanksgiving come into his gates with praise so wake up in the morning open my eyes and be thankful so let's me and you do it we've got ten things to be thankful for thank you God I woke up this morning thank you God that I'm healthy thank you God that I have a family that's together thank you God that I have a job to go to thank you God that we get to shoot this TV show together thank you God for loving me more than I love myself thank you God for forgiving me when I won't forgive myself thank you God but I have the kind of body that I can work out today and thank you God for giving me another day what did that take 20 seconds 30 maybe now we've set our spirit and our mind in the right direction and the dogs are waking up slow but come on guys we got to shake it off shake it off shake it off it's time to get up it's time to let our feet hit the floor let's slip on our little fuzzy unicorn slippers let's go ahead and take our hair out of the ponytail hope the curls lasted from yesterday are you ready let's go [Music] stumble out of bed and some of the kitchen pour myself a cup of ambition Hey okay here we are we're in the kitchen just like Dolly Parton said yo instructions try to come alive by getting some coffee my husband drinks coffee in the morning I want to drink coffee in the morning but I don't drink coffee in the morning and before all you coffee lover start hating on me I love coffee coffee just does not love me a lot of people can't drink coffee because they maybe have acid reflux or things like that I had cancer in my past and coffee makes the body acidic and an acidic body is a cancerous growing environment an alkaline body is pretty much a disease-free environment so I have to watch how much acid I put in my body so that I don't grow any cancer cells so we take God super and we walk in the natural wisdom that goes with this super right so what can I do since I'm not having a coffee I bought this really cool tea maker so actually a lot of times at night I will take my tea maker and I will fill it with filtered water so I do filtered water because there's a lot of fluoride a lot of poisons a lot of different things in the water that we can't have in our bodies so the public filter systems only do so good so I use this to make sure that whoof none of that stuff gets in my tea well I'm getting my tea I also make sure that I get a drink of water so I've been told by some doctor friends if you drink 16 to 32 ounces of plain water first thing in the morning it gets your metabolism going with zero calories so you could actually be intermittent fasting get no calories and kick your metabolism up how this easy watch this workout [Music] I'm really working so I've got this I've got my regular water I've got my tea Brewer because it does all the hard work I got this one because I can actually set it to run itself in the morning sometimes I do it sometimes I don't and then it brews it all itself and I don't like plain black tea I know I am such a diva so when you find those diva things about yourself because a lot of times we don't do the healthy things in life because or the good things in life because maybe there's a little piece we don't like and I don't like black tea bags so I found loose leaf tea loose leaf tea is a little more expensive so when sivanna went out of business I bought him out of house and home at like 75% off so what I do is I mix and match different teas on different days because that's what works for me just find whatever works for you right so like I don't get like whoa it's really close so yeah we get one of these you know get like I'll get a job Ivana tea I might mix it with a white chocolate peppermint tea which is one of my favorites I'll get a little this is a tea basket but like you can get on Amazon Prime and get empty tea bags with a drawstring all I do is I scoop a little bit of it out put a little bit of it in the basket OOP to do to get it going put the lid on put it in here put the lid on hit the T button and I'm ready to go it takes like five or six minutes for the tea to brew so I get it ready and I take my vitamins and my supplements and there's a lot of stuff in here that would really scare a lot of people so we have some doctors at faiths church a lot of times I'll call them on what should I take what get my blood drawn what's missing how do I live my best life like like a high speed collegiate or Olympic athlete not like a lethargic office person because that's kind of my life I said their office that's a lot how do I live my best life so I call the doctors but today I get to legitimately call a doctor hey da [Music] hey pastor Nicole good morning this morning Maria everybody this is my friend dr. Anna poutine he goes to face church and this looks a little bit intimidating this is not intimidating this is what a medicine cabinet a wellness cabinet should look like when you want to be healthy when you want to be happy when you want to have energy because just like you says the food we eat today doesn't have the nutrients in it like you did years ago and supplements are there to supplement a stressful lifestyle so let's get into this stuff I'll start with two things that are I have actually one thing here that is literally food okay I have Brazil nuts yeah big fan I take to Brazil nuts every day because I have to keep my thyroid strong every now and then my thyroid tries to get a little tired I'm like Betty you're not getting tired on me so this is a form of so I've heard one of the only natural occurring forms of selenium is yes so I start with literally so selenium zinc phosphorus and iodine are the key nutrients for the thyroid to be working like it's supposed to and so many people hear about the thyroid goes bad when the thyroid goes bad which affects women more than men that causes us to have lose our hair or have dry cracky skin have fatigue gain weight feel tired all this kind of stuff no so simple minerals will help with that I'll take a couple of these now these are more like food correct so these products right here the gen'l'men is really good it's a food based product that really helps support your adrenal glands which is the main master gland for stress in your body I mean who doesn't have stress the master the deal is though if the adrenals don't work the rest of your organs don't work so like your thyroid your pancreas your liver all feed off of that but now let's get in the supplements let's do it okay so like vitamin C and vitamin D okay two of my this is the B right this is D but then like the C is like we'll talk about that mad boy too but vitamin D most important okay so let me show you this this vitae D product this is my favorite product I'm just gonna tell you if if I were to get a tattoo of a vitamin on my body B vitamin D okay wait wait wait could we do the show where you get a tattoo of vitamin there's a washable tattoo but here's the deal vitamin D it's the number one nutritional deficiency across the country especially in the Midwest from the months of October really until the end of April we're not getting the Sun that we need to make vitamin D for our body this vitamin is anti aging anti cancer this helps keep your bones your brain and your joints strong and healthy this is the most important nutrient out there so most people need about 4 to 5,000 IU's a day of d3 my god you know that most people when they take their nutrients they really don't absorb it about 8 to 10 percent of it there's a joke that we tell see doctors wait 8 to 10 so I just took a handful of vitamins and most people absorb like one of those yeah like 10% away and that's why this is the liposomal form so that your body absorbs this you're literally getting 80 to 90% of the talked about that so I take this because of C vitamins and B vitamins why C well C think about this vitamin C is what helps your body make a white blood cells white blood cells are the Warriors that go out and fight off viruses bacterias and they give our body energy so this is what makes it the vitamin D is the general that tells it to go out and fight so these guys work together it needs to be done every day together and B is like an energy vitamin B is not just energy it also helps the body digest carbohydrates it helps us not crave sugars as much it helps kids that yeah anybody who is going into a holiday or a birthday what did you just say it helps you not crave sugar yeah so here we go okay guys it's time getting it out of bed maybe we live in our dreams is a lot more normal than we think it is we're gonna be real we're gonna be honest we're gonna dive into how to stay healthy together it's not another person God has already made you whole you're going to the gym today to talk about some workout hacks for you to live long and live strong for my biceps [Music] so if the body is the temple of the Holy Spirit we're responsible to spend a few dollars and a couple I mean I've got to I had a few before I've got two whole things right now we'll go we'll go into this in a second we're responsible to give the body the fuel and then don't just take the vitamins right I'm getting ready to take these vitamins but don't just take them take them with a scripture my mouth is satisfied with good things and my youth is renewed like the Eagle so he's talking about mitochondria being all like a dirty I'm way after 30 but I add to that a positive declaration in confession I tell my body what to do I tell my body it's redeemed from the curse I tell my body I will look act and feel at least 20 years younger than I am in the name of Jesus amen my son's 30 how could that be I'm 30 right why because we're taking care of our temple the way God told us to one of the last things that I take is adrenals okay so let's talk about the adrenal glands which by the way is the most important organ in the body it's the stress response organ I don't know about you but everybody has stress all day long the only people don't have stress or buried in your local cemetery okay so the deal is if you don't so wait so stress is not necessarily always like stress is a bad thing but it means we're alive that's exactly right listen stress is good a bad and what's cool about the human body is it can't discriminate if you've won the lotto or if a bear is chasing you stress is stress I know we'd all like to try the first one okay but the deal is is that if you don't support your adrenal glands whether you're a child or an adult your body's going to be fatigued hormones aren't going to be produced we're gonna crave sugars we're gonna gain weight and we're gonna gain weight around the belly and around the face this is very very important you know the adrenal gland keeps me supporting my adrenal gland will keep me skinny amen so I've got the second three vitamins right here I got my drink just a spoonful of sugar but I'm not gonna want sugar because I'm taking my vitamins it's gonna help me not crave all these artificial stimulants so doopty doopty you I'll finish this in a second but this isn't the only drink I'm gonna do today doc okay today I want to invite you to do shots [Music] how your parents raised you but I would always hear I believe your sorry when you change that's not what God says God says I forgive you so you can't change where the Spirit of the Lord is there is freedom from anxiety from depression how to do to you tomorrow some speaking a word to you today to prevent you from ever getting in fear what happens when we choose to look at people the way that God created them [Music] just watching everybody worship I think the moment I kind of turn around I was just able to see everybody together all these women that feel so empowered by the love of Jesus who didn't bring the feeling that we had today and take it with us not just allowing us to be in the room with the carry that forward every day after it's time to wake up to the love of God and bask in the light of his son his love forgives his love heals his love inspires today love awakens [Music] [Music] there's all of these strange men my house why because we are getting ready to shoot a show and my pajamas on our morning routine is kaput he's gonna shoot with me these guys are doing the work all right doc are you ready to do shots what are we doing chats oh yeah you're about to find out [Music] but it won't kill you it'll make you stronger about that shots can be a good thing before you freak out and change the channel just hold on take your religious goggles off cuz it ain't crazy but this is some good stuff pick your pick your glass little one please so I like to use a base of an acai juice yes big fan why aside well antioxidants I mean we were talking before about vitamin B and vitamin C oxidative stress it's kind of like the cells in your body rust and the oxidative the antioxidants in the asahi stop the body from doing that so it's amazing plus it gives you a good boost of energy which is always huge and it's a whole food right so this all-natural this is a food supplement to our supplement and I use that as a base for the oils because you can't take castor oil cod liver oil like with this book oh you're gonna burp you're gonna taste it all day this keeps you from burping it up so why cod liver oil so cod liver oil is amazing has a huge dose of omega-3 antioxidants and omega-3 oils it helps with again it goes with that ubiquinol and it gives us good fat you have to have good fat to burn fat one of the biggest problems we have in our country is that we're used to burning sugar as fuel if we start taking fats first thing in the morning we start burning fattest fuel more energy more fat burn we start burning way more fat by taking this then last oil coconut oil MCT coconut oil why and ok so again just like the good healthy fats but this is antiviral antibacterial kills microbes in your body again gets that good fat and especially doing this first thing in the morning it turns our brain on so if you have kids start giving this in the morning I've seen adb ADHD all that stuff dissipate by just simply doing some of these products and then we're gonna do a shot let's do it are you ready I'm ready I'm nervous but I trust you let's see you actually chose the big one oh boy on your mark get set Cheers oh that's good not bad is that really good the jazz thing that I do a jazz step you know what I like I just like making the bed and brushing my teeth that kind of gets me going I wake up reading my favorite morning routine is driving my kids to school singing this is the day the Lord is made my favorite morning routine is to before we get out of bed Phil and I pray together third morning routine get up five o'clock in the morning goes to Jim then get on pray to my meditations in my confessions favorite morning routine is being awakened by my little dog son Presley and then we make the bed and brush our teeth and we go out for a walk [Music] we cook some students oh you've been asking about my morning routine and this is their morning routine too so we come downstairs get our tea get our supplements get all comfy I get dogs end up on my lap my feet end up up I I cannot get used to like a Kindle or all of the electronic libraries I have to have paper Bibles paper books it's just the way I work so I've got like usually an NIV or an international version or a new King James Version Bible or an amplified Bible I am just in love with the passion Bible so I usually keep one of those clothes I have some favorite authors I'm usually reading a favorite authors book so I keep a handful of those clothes and then I usually check in with a Devo I've got my god I've got my high guide journal I've got my Jesus calling then I cannot live without a sort of colors of highlighters and assorted colors of pens you can't just write and pencil or black in your Bible all the time because it's hard to pick up that color it doesn't really stand out so I like to use different colors and I don't have a rhyme or a reason but I just have the post-it notes and I different colors in my Bible and like in my DeVos I will write or highlight in a different color each year now I don't necessarily use the same color all year but like when I write in there I will write like this is underlined in this blue color and to the right is written 19 so I know that God spoke to me in 2019 this is what was resonating in my soul on October 6th and as you can see I will write all kinds of notes in the margin and things God speaking to me but I don't just leave things in the book so then I prayer journal so I not only journal like High God journal let's go deeper this is making me be introspective so really the only person who can take you deeper and God is you so what are you willing to do what are the questions you're willing to ask what's the correction you're willing to hear and then what do you do when you hear from God because if we don't honor what God says to us why is he gonna tell us more so the way we honor what he's saying is we we record it so you can use you can use an app which that works for me you can use a paper journal if that works for you I'm not here to judge what you do or how you do it if you use an electronic Bible that's awesome and then this is when it gets really crazy the other day so I was actually praying about our upcoming women's conference and I was getting really excited about it because I was reading this book and God was speaking to me actually out of this Joel Osteen book which had canonized exactly was something that I had been reading out of high God which had canonized and coordinated with something that I had been reading out of the Jesus calling book which also coordinated with what I had put in my prayer journal from the day before so I had reviewed yesterday in the prayer journal and then I saw it in the book I was reading which then I opened up my devotional and then I opened up my other devotional and then I see it in the Bible and that's when you just know that you know that you know I have got direction on our next Women's Conference because God is speaking no matter what I pick up God's speaking to me this exact same thing so how do you make a decision why is this quiet time in your morning important those questions you've been asking you might go a day a week a couple of weeks you might go a month without hearing but then seek and ye shall find you'll be seeking God and he will line up your your hold couch and your legs and your arms and your hands and your prayer journal with a word from God and that's my prayer for you that God speaks to you in a way that he's never spoken to you before that's why I wrote hi God so that God speaks to you in a way that he's never spoken to you before and you can hear with clarity what God has for you that's this part of my morning routine [Music] hey friends I heard you I read your messages when you deemed me on Instagram we got the phone calls I heard the messages and more importantly God hurts you I heard you say I don't know how to grieve when I lose somebody I'm single and I'm lonely and I don't know how to talk to God about it what do I do now well I tell you what we've been hard at work and I wrote a new book I got one more thing but why would you hold off on that blessing you've been asking for why would you allow your breakthrough to hold off one more day all you have to do is go to the website all you have to do is call us and we now we're ready to head to the gym we're gonna go get our pump on where we'd like to do stretching we'd like to do a weight workout we'd like to do cardio we like to do oh my gosh I didn't realize how late it was okay well we can't do that today but right now I want to pray for you before we go and my prayer is gonna be that God blesses you in your morning routine you see the day can be won or lost before you ever leave the house and what we've talked about today is gonna set you up spiritually it's gonna set you up physically it's gonna set you up emotionally it's gonna set you up with your vitamins what you just learned today is gonna set you up for the blessing in favor of God on your life to walk in divine health spiritually mentally and physically and I'm really excited about that shared my people perished for a lack of knowledge but God wisdom is the principal thing and you've turned our life so that we're headed toward blessing breakthrough and favor and I declare the peace
