Modding Breath of the Wild to be as realistic as possible

hello welcome back guys this is uh breath of the wild except it's been modified or uh edited to be as realistic as possible we've introduced ray tracing into it we've introduced realistic detailing shaders this is what you normally see when playing the game all right like that's what this is what you normally see now let me turn it back on yeah look at how good that is the definition is just unmatched and then let me show you let me show you before we get into everything else what this is kind of looking at you'll see some weird stuff yeah look at this first off this is polygons so this is this is every single polygon every single thing generally that you see in the game imagine okay first off imagine playing breath of the wild like this it's like limbo right imagine playing it like it's a breath of the wild but it's a horror game we could honestly if you wanted to if we do it like this if we do a challenge like this first off let me know in the comment section below thanks for just oh god all right let's get to the shrine over here wow look at this oh my god just look at the detail just look at it like look how it like glows more i don't know it it looks like it glows more this is how it normally looks this is how you would normally play breath of the wild this is what we're playing with so good whoa okay all right all right oh that's so smooth too oh my god wow oh my god look at this look at this sunset right here wow just look at that wow that's just so pretty okay okay all right we're we gotta finish the rest of the uh the great plateau just real fast but we can get to anything else [Music] wow wow look at that sunrise let's turn off these shaders not so impressive now is it it's still really pretty but not so good right not so good turn it back on distinct difference oh oh my god look at that look at that look at the rays look at the rays of light you should breath the wild boat looks like four pixels you guys want me to actually i could do i actually could do that if you want i can do breath of the wild but it's literally like 160p oh god it's gorgeous let's go to hyrule field now oh by the way the shaders are still on okay so this is this is like like this is still rtx this is disgusting but yes it is still ray tracing here like this is still ray traced so list of things that we're going to do right now we're going to go to volcano okay uh and then we're going to go to poseidon we're going to go to gerudo as well we can go to satori oh my god this is we're gonna we're gonna go a lot of places here all right so this is what eldon volcano looks like i need to take a screenshot and take a screenshot i need to take a screenshot i need to take a screenshot wait with the moon in the background though wow okay i'm saving this all right let's go see the the lava oh my god lava at night time it's pretty cool it doesn't look as amazing as i thought it was going to be i'm not gonna lie but it looks really neat what happens when we oh my god link's legs but it's like ray traced rtx oh god oh god this is even more cursed park forest is pretty close uh that might be cool yeah we'll take a look at the lost woods all right this is lost woods doesn't look too different i'm not gonna lie oh the fog is different at least it's a little bit the fog is thinner it's just straight up thinner would it wait do i just see oh i don't think we would okay i don't know if you guys see this detail this is like the weirdest detail but you have focus yeah yeah you do so whenever i go like all right so it really focuses in on these leaves right you can see everything else is kind of blurred in the background right and then when i go back it becomes a lot clearer wow i that is so random that we just figured that out wow that's really cool that's so neat all right let's go into korok forest see how this looks this is also known as one of the laggiest places in the game wow but you can definitely see that the shader the shaders and the ray tracing definitely do it justice here that just looks so pretty just look right there guys i need to take a screenshot here wow that's so that's god damn gorgeous although i do have to say even though it's pretty it will never take away the wrath i have for these little these little leaf i swear i swear where are you where'd you go where did you go you you are the bane of my existence oh you're so cute but my god i wish there were less of you anyways uh where do you guys want to go next pork forest that isn't totally lagging out well my computer is kind of on fire but hey you know it's still smooth it's it's it's working let me actually do this i think this is going to be interesting if i can the master sword it's a really it's really dark best of luck it makes getting like it makes getting the the master sword so much more creepy oh i would i would love to do a full playthrough like this oh my god i would love to do that uh all right let's go see seiden really quick that was a pretty cool that was a pretty cool master sword cut scene um but it wasn't anything special i wonder if seiden is going to be a little bit different hey look there's test you and all ray tracing shade is a as a tattoo but he does look more defined perhaps you'd have a moment i like it it's a little weird but i he does look defined which i like okay that's cursed okay that is cursed yeah okay where's the lore of the mountain [Music] it's so nice it's so it's kind of creepy too oh hello oh what the heck the sheer disrespect wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait i have idea we could just sit here guys this is night these shaders make this game look so good look at that all right where do you guys want to go next what do you want to see next baron woods is a good one oh baron it's night time um we're gonna wait for ferocious and we're gonna see what happens here we're gonna see what it looks like we're gonna see if anything's changed in the dynamic lighting that's probably gonna be involved all right you guys just wanna go to najdra okay let's go check out nadra nature should be at the very top of uh the lenairu mountain right here corrupted nedra in all its shader glory pretty oh it's vibrant oh oh okay okay i was like it didn't change much and then you see the purple okay that's pretty cool like you see you see on the sides right on oh my god now you see it it's so crisp and it just so creepy this is so cool i love i love corrupted nature too here let's go up a little bit let's see the entirety of nature yeah look at that look at this i'm looking at the scales specifically vibrant blues and purples [Music] that's so good look at that okay let's go um let's go see what the great fairy looks like hello hello and this is a great fairy i like how the light's shining on it right there with the sunrise like you see it from the side oh there's just more light coming from her bath not bad actually i like the new lighting because it really illuminates her face let me turn off uh everything else and let's see how it looks otherwise yeah so that's how it looks otherwise i like how the current like the different shaders like really show how bright her actual like fairy fountain is yeah if we turn on everything you can kind of see just like how how more like involved it seems i guess wow i did not expect to love this actually i like the l the lighting that it gives off is really nice let's go check out garuda here we go dude dude your your ankles link please oh god it's not bad not bad i like the brightness on it wash oh it looks washed i i will never be able to play breath of the wild regularly ever again it looks so much better oh my god let's just take a look around here gerudo looks good gerudo desert looks really good here it's so it just looks really good guys that's all i gotta say it looks really really really really really good that looks so cool the lights look so good like i love i love how to find this battlefield i'm just excited to see how calamity gannon looks and dark feast there i'll do this just so you can you can see it here's everything off this is everything off right and here is everything on quite a difference if you ask me the ancient weapons look at the glow this make it so crisp it's so crisp it's so crisp and it's so it's so detailed and it's oh my god oh wow wow just look at it it's so good you know what i want to see what he looks like in second phase we're not actually going to one shot him oh wow okay that looks even better because like the dark parts of them are darker right so like the shadows on them are just uh like magnificent it's so good like dang it just i mean just look at it all right let's take a look and we'll see what dark beast ganon looks like because i'm really curious to see what dark beast looks like too it looks so pretty all right let's see what let's see what dark beast looks like here that looks good assumed his already enraged form if set free upon our world the destruction will be unlike anything it actually looks good it doesn't look too like it doesn't look too pink pinkish and this this scene looks amazing too wow so here is with this is what it looks like with shaders let me turn off everything this is what it looks like normally here this is what dark base looks like it just looks better it just looks better there's not the biggest of difference but it it's just improvement you know do we want to be yeah i think we want to beat dark piece here i think we want to see the end of the game here we go oh oh oh look we got to do a before and after for this too there's that it's very pinkish very very you know what i might actually strangely enough i might actually like the before on this better than the after yeah i like the
