Minecraft, But It Progressively Updates...

this is minecraft but it progressively updates today we're going back in time to the very first minecraft version and climbing our way back up from minecraft alpha version to minecraft's latest version to even never before seen minecraft 2.0 my goal is to complete a challenge in each update to progress but these challenges aren't exactly easy especially the challenges some youtubers give me at the very end so what exactly is minecraft 2.0 and how old are we going back into minecraft stay tuned to find out so this right here is the oldest minecraft version where the entire world is just grass and sky and all we can do is place a block and also break a block and to update our version right away here's what happens when we update right now we get a bunch of steves yeah that's pretty much it and so how we're gonna be doing this challenge is through achievements but because minecraft is so old we don't have achievements yet so for the next few updates we're gonna be getting challenges from youtubers starting right now nestor welcome to minecraft's oldest version to progress to the next version all you need to do is build a beautiful home oh okay so we just gotta build a house so i mean all we can do is place cobblestone and grass so let's go ahead and make a house in the oldest minecraft version which is gonna be a small cobblestone house and hopefully this counts as a beautiful house to crafty and just like that we made a house in minecraft's oldest version and i think it might be time we upgrade so here we go in three two one oh my goodness okay so welcome to minecraft version 1.0 where we finally have a hand and as you can tell things are still very old and i gotta say this is very nostalgic right now because we can finally mine a tree and i want to give you guys a sneak peek to the very end guys this is how it looks right now but by the end of the video things might look like this and it gets even crazier than that so welcome to the journey anyways before we get deeper into this challenge forced to update yet again so we can get to the final updates let's get to the next youtuber challenge starting now nestor welcome to one of the oldest okay let's find some mobs real quick i can't spray or anything so um wait chicken okay please please please okay chickens food chicken's food right the chickens don't drop food in this version oh wait what about pigs i think pork chops are always a minecraft okay get over here pigs give me the food thank you very much that's one thing that's another pig wait so do i just eat this oh wait okay so food insta heals me in this version okay we're running out of time where are the pigs pigs anywhere cows cows do you drop food please drop food no they don't drop food they drop leather wine so what a scam wait my wooden sword broke oh gosh guys we are literally down to two minutes right now okay there's a pig right there get over here get over here come on come on come on the pig doesn't die oh there we go all right screw the sword screw everything i just gotta get the pigs and then we're good oh no no no we are running out of time quick guys oh no no no this is bad okay wait so many pigs why is old minecraft so intense my goodness oh yes okay two raw pork chops barely any time left let's eat that and with that being done time to upgrade so this is going to be the next upgrade where we're now in minecraft alpha version 1.2.6 where the main update for this version is that we get the nether okay so it's about to be nighttime so i should probably go caving but before we do that let's go to get the next challenge right about now nestor i have your entire family held hostage and if you don't beat this next version in the next 10 minutes you'll never see them again i'm sending you straight to the nether and you have to get your way back to the portal but you can't touch the color red or orange the clock is ticking okay okay this is not gonna be an easy challenge luckily we spot on gravel and i think i lost all my things guys so this is gonna be minecraft alpha's nether where there's literally nothing around except old lava and i think that's the portal right there that we gotta get to okay so because i can't touch the color red i'm gonna go ahead and grab all the gravel i can and oh wait this is gonna be hard oh wait don't get me flat why does it give me flint oh this is hard this is hard guys okay i got one block okay so because the items don't stack i can only grab the items around and i gotta make sure not to touch the color red okay a gravel i don't know why i'm getting so much flint right now but let's just slowly get as much gravel as we can and then we'll go all the way over there it doesn't help i only have 10 minutes to do this okay i think this is enough let's go okay so in this version sprinting wasn't a thing so i literally gotta do the little small hops around here wait is that a gas i heard no no no okay we gotta go we gotta go literally one fireball hit and i am gonna be a godder why is the portal stover away oh wait pigment more thing how's it going buddy oh that's a lot of them as long as i don't hit them i should be fine let's just go all the way down i just want to get to the next update so i can finally sprint or something we got this okay don't want to run out of gravel i hate how i can't do four jumps oh man okay i think we might be able to make it okay a few more jumps come on oh gosh get me out of here please okay so with that being done that's gonna be for this area so without further ado let's finally get to the next upgrade and we're back okay so now we're in beta version 1.7.3 where now we have redstone birch trees and a bunch of other stuff that's pretty nice but we don't have achievements just yet so yet again let's see where our next challenge is going to be welcome to minecraft's beta update for this update i want you to do one of minecraft's hardest challenges and it's only possible to do in this update which is go to the far lands where it takes around this many blocks to get there happy walking wait what the farlands if you guys don't know what the farlands is pretty much we're at this coordinates and to get to the far lands we need to walk 33 days worth of walking that is a lot of walking guys i don't think i can do this let me ask bionic if i can get a little bit of a shortcut okay fine find diamonds in the next five minutes and you'll get a head start go go go go go wait five minutes okay we gotta be quick all right let's get some wood and get down the caves and we literally only have five minutes to get diamonds are you serious right now oh my gosh oh my gosh okay okay i've been gone caving in this version yet oh my goodness why did i throw away all my stuff also oh my gosh oh gotta go quick gotta go quick well the bright side we're finally getting stoned i don't know why it took us so long to get stoned but let's get the stone quick and the timer is still going down guys oh my gosh okay gotta get diamonds gotta get diamonds and then we can get to the far lands guys you do not wanna miss the far lands because if you've never seen the barlands just uh trust me when i say that they're a bit weird okay let's get that sword there we go and that should be everything i need all right time for a cave are desert temples a thing in this version maybe i can find a desert temple wait no no they're not in this version oh my gosh oh skeleton wait why do they sound like that oh nice okay oh my gosh i gotta be quick okay cool iron let's cook that up real quick and let's get some more cool okay three irony gets let's go real quick iron pickaxe i'm going as fast as i can right now why is this mine so slow it's literally a furnace all right let's keep going down okay we're finally at time level i just gotta find oh diamonds yes oh my gosh we almost ran out of time okay let's real quick mind the diamonds and that is gonna be time and just like that we get four diamonds oh nice okay and thanks to those four diamonds let's get that real quick head start from bionic oh so i got teleported but this looks pretty normal oh yep that's the four lands oh my gosh so now that we got the far lands let's get to the next update and here we go guys we're now in minecraft 1.0 where it's not as laggy anymore and i can actually walk around and one big thing that we did get added in this update was achievements as you can see from the top right and now that we have achievements starting now to get the youtuber challenge i got to do one achievement so i guess why not let's go ahead and open up our inventory there we go achievement get and now that we have the achievement let's get our next challenge from west nestor welcome to minecraft 1.0 the big thing this version added is villages so you have got 6.3 minutes to find the special village i added good luck oh wait dude we just got tp'd okay so we only have 6.3 minutes to find a village and where the heck am i now where can i find a planes though oh gosh okay okay okay the time it's ticking and i still haven't found anything wait what that oh my never mind i think we found the village oh my gosh wait okay that is not a normal minecraft village wait what the heck okay so we were definitely given a special village where we were teleported so i guess there goes the challenge and with that being done we can go in and get to the next update but before we do that is there stuff we can loot from the village besides like wheat oh blacksmiths okay the blacksmiths can actually i think have diamonds also in them so real quick let's go over there and hopefully before we get to the later updates we can actually get some good stuff so come on blacksmith give me something good and where is the chest is there no chest are there no chest in this version okay it might just be a bug let's check the other ones right so i pretty much went through as many blacksmiths as i can and there's literally no tests like like none anyways with that disappointing village let's go and get to the next update right now okay so version updated yet again and now we're on minecraft version 1.4.2 where this time we got some new things including carrots on a steak pig riding command blocks beacons witches and bats and it might be missing something anyways though yet again we gotta do another achievement so let's go ahead and check what the next achievement is and it's actually just getting wood so loki i could just go ahead and mine this and there we go achievement get getting wood so let's go ahead and get to the next challenge hey nestor welcome to 1.4.2 minecraft with two special things were added command blocks and the winner so why not combine them we need to choose one of the following command blocks either some of the wither or the mystery room good luck okay so either pick the left one or the right one and i generally don't know what the difference is one summons the weather which we're definitely not ready to fight the weather we only have four diamonds right now which i'm saving for an achievement and the other one apparently is a mystery room okay left or right hmm i mean if we die to the weather we lose the challenge and the video is over so i'm gonna go ahead and guess one i'm gonna guess the right one is the weather because the head is like right there so why not let's go on this one and here we go oh okay this must be the secret room and it's a parkour it looks like a pretty scuff parkour but something okay so sprinting in this version is double tapping so i gotta be extra careful right now oh gosh oh gosh oh gosh okay we already taking damage good thing we have food now though because it was a little bit weird also we don't have the oh sound effect anymore but we could add it every time we take damage from this thing why not what's not the ooh sound effect oh here we go damage oh there it is what a great sound all right keep going keep going by the way let me know comments down below what your favorite version so far is i think my favorite minecraft version is probably gonna be the latest one just because things got a lot easier when it came to movement and everything but with that being done and that's gonna be it for the parkour and i gotta say lava looks really nice and there's this version i kind of missed that lava but now that we're done with that let's go and get to the next update by guess going on this pressure plate and i guess we'll see what it is here we go okay so version updated yet again and i'm gonna guess this is gonna be a new area where we're now in minecraft 1.7.10 and so we're actually getting pretty high up there in the updates and yet again we gotta go ahead and do an achievement oh wait i gotta get one again i guess my achievements got reset i mean low key this is kind of like cheating but do i just like do that and then get the wood wow okay that apparently actually works anyways with that jim and done let's go to get the challenge for this update hey nestor welcome to minecraft 1.7 you know what i'm gonna change it up for you a little bit in this update a lot of mods were added so go ahead and add this mod about to send you and you have to defeat a boss good luck and oh by the way you can't keep any of those items yeah this model sketch anyways let's put it in okay so i don't know what we added but we now spawn in with a bucket wait enter the heavens oh oh that's nostalgic okay if you guys don't know what this is pretty much this is an aether portal and if i remember correctly does that work oh yeah so i guess for this update guys we're not gonna be going into 1.7.10 which adds a new biome stained glass and more fish instead we're adding mods and i guess we gotta defeat one boss well let's go in oh wait we made it oh and this place kind of sucks i'm literally in the middle of nowhere oh my gosh okay i'm gonna guess the boss is right up there so we're gonna go up there and fight one boss then we can get to the next update and i get to get all the way over there wait i actually have an idea guys if i fall i fall all the way back to the overworld i'm pretty sure okay i'm gonna real quick steal some glowstone right here and real quick let's go all the way back down and see if we can find a new spawn okay this is gonna be a lot better now the boss room is all the way right above us which i'm gonna guess that's the pantheon or whatever i kind of forgot what it was but i guess now that we're in the eighth or let's get some aetherwood and get through this place as soon as we can so we can get to the next update wait are these like aether buddies oh we get stream from these guys oh we can get a bow now okay so before i go over there i literally need armor because i have nothing right now so one thing i do know that the aether has is a purple or called zenite so i'm gonna go into mine as much as we can real quick and then we'll go all the way up there it's gonna take a little bit but in the meantime let's go to grab but whatever this is i don't know what this is used for let me know in the comments down below but let's quickly get everything we need oh there it is okay so this door right here is what we need and i think it's called xanae okay yeah i can definitely mine it and with this we can finally make some armor i don't know why i haven't made iron armor or anything oh wait that doesn't work so is it only armor yeah there we go zanite boots and let's go ahead just for our safety let's make a diamond sword there we go all right give me one side guys i'm gonna mine as much zana as i can and then we'll fight the boss okay here we are at the pantheon thing and we got a full set of zhanna armor and i guess without further ado i just got the chest skyroot bucket ambrosium torch and golden darts okay i do remember the darts let's keep the darts and just go as fast as we can oh okay yep yep okay apparently the chests are also bosses we don't like that oh gosh okay i just gotta be a bit careful and be as fast as i can oh wait hello what are you oh okay everybody everybody apparently we gotta fight these guys too oh wait what another one how many do i have to fight oh good thing i can just spam click okay let's go up next floor don't take any damage nestor should be good oh i took damage okay oh my gosh okay okay i gotta play this slow guys i'm gonna go through every single room and sooner or later we're gonna get to the boss room i remember this a little bit oh this must be the boss room okay i think that's gonna be the boss right there we have ten victory medals five breath left and so do i just go up to her hello oh harbor pool how do i even say that the valkyrie queen what can you tell me about this place i wish to fight you yeah let's get straight to it let's fight very well bring me 10 metals for my subordinates to prove your worth then we'll see oh here we go guys okay i'm gonna fall back use my bow and hopefully we don't die oh gosh okay here we go oh my gosh that's so much health oh gosh oh gosh oh gosh golden arrows okay i just gotta keep her away oh my gosh guys i am clicking for my life right now oh we're actually winning though oh my gosh oh okay okay the sad thing is everything i'm about to get from this boss fight i can't even keep but we can look at it for a second oh wait are you gonna beat this and yes down goes the valkyrie queen and just like that there goes the challenge and from that we get a golden sword and some nice music very nice oh and we get a silver key and so is this where i put the key oh and there we go we get four golden gummy sweat white bag of sweat and valkyrie armor on a regent stone so like i said sadly we can't keep any of this but hey regent stone gives us regeneration pretty nice and what does gummy sweat dude do i just eat it oh it's pretty much food nice well with that being done let's real quick break through the pantheon and now the only thing that's left to do is i guess go all the way back down alright so now that we're back let's get to the next update alright so version updated yet again and without further ado welcome to minecraft 1.8.9 where now we have different stones banners and ocean monuments but like always so we can get the next challenge let's go and see what the next achievement is and oh it's definitely a lot more complex now wait loki i could just go ahead and make a wooden hoe and then we get it so why not let's real quick make one of these let's make the wooden hoe and there we go and with achievement done let's get the next challenge conquer the ocean monument but pick a number from one to ten uh-huh uh seven okay you have seven minutes before you die good luck wait what okay we only have seven minutes and i think that's a water temple right in front of me and we have a few new things actually so since sponge that says i'll need this a potion of water breathing for eight minutes and a night vision potion i mean might as well drink that right now we only have seven minutes so we gotta go quick oh gosh okay okay timer's going guys okay let's get some wood oh wait one cool thing about this version i think is that we actually have the new boats or it might be wrong oh it's the old bow oh look at this thing okay that's a proper throwback oh wait we don't have any and finally make some arbor and it's gonna be good old gold armor because we can't afford iron and honestly it's nice to have not that good of armor because it keeps things a little bit intense i think well let's go ahead and put all that on it and now that we're done with that let's get to the next update okay version updated and with this update we're now in minecraft version 1.12.2 where it pretty much looks the same but there's a lot of things added anyway so before we do anything this looks new and i think it might be finally time we acquire some hardware because that's actually the next update we need so let's get out of here and go katie real quick okay let's go and grab some iron i'm surprised i haven't gone iron pretty much this entire video besides the beginning and uh let's go ahead and finally cook this and there we go finally went on and get that's gonna give us the advanced acquiring hardware so with that being done let's go to get the next mission welcome to the mansion update to unlock the next update find yourself a mansion and get a totem but you have to wear this special helmet good luck wait what oh no so now we gotta find a mansion but we also have the heartless helmet world head did not remove and now we gotta get a totem literally at one heart okay this is gonna be a bit difficult but the one good thing about 1.12 is that we can actually find a mansion now so i guess let's go up actually another really good thing about this update is that in 1.1.2 they actually added the shield so why not was going to grab a shield definitely gonna be helpful when we're out only one heart so now let's try to find a woman mansion one eternity later literally a whole day later guys we finally found a mansion and i still don't know i'm gonna go inside of here and literally not die i am at half a heart right now and i'm gonna guess that's the entrance but the goal right now guys is literally going get a totem in over the best all i have right now is a shield and i'm not very sure about this okay here goes nothing okay they usually spawn up here just gotta go in get one and then we're good oh not a vindicator but let's real quick practice up oh there's an achievement i don't know if i got an achievement for this one i think i did so let's get back out of the way that's two demons down but sadly that means i gotta work even harder for the next team but it's all good because we're getting closer to the final update which according to the game masters the final update is gonna be very much worth it okay let's see where can i find these let's get that helmet out of here and without further ado let's update the game and there we go version updated and now we're in minecraft version 1.14.4 where i gotta say we are definitely getting near the latest update now and let's go down real quick oh gosh i could have been bad but like always we got to do another achievement which this time the only achievement stop we have left it looks like we actually never made a stone pickaxe so i mean we could go and do that right now that's probably gonna be the easiest achievement ever anyways that's gonna be another advancement so let's get straight into the next challenge right about now minecraft added pandas find a panda that's it panda uh okay i guess let's go and try to find a jungle and get a panda real quick okay we haven't found painters yet but we did find a jungle and a jungle temple so let's see what's inside of here real quick come on give me some good loot okay there we go some more iron more iron than we've ever had so far get those arrows and please do something good hey there we go okay some diamonds not bad at all we have a stack of gold literally oh and a saddle so i can finally get a horse all right anyways let's try to find a panda oh okay i'm pretty sure painters are here please please please be a panda i've been looking forever i really need a pen already bomb pandas pandas pandas pandas pandas yes oh my goodness okay just like that that's gonna be it for jax's challenge and we found a good old panda in my conversion 1.14 which means we can finally get to the next update and i've actually never heard of panda uh i don't think i've ever fought a panda minecraft but what happens when i hit you oh this makes a noise oh that's adorable wait is it not going to fight me oh it's going to fight me okay okay i think that's a baby anyways let's get to the next update okay virgin updated yet again and welcome guys to minecraft 1.18.2 the case and cliffs update and this is going to be modern day minecraft so we've made it all the way from this on the screen right now to finally this and we're not even done yet guys so because it's becoming nighttime let's go ahead and check what the next advancement is going to be and it might be cover me with diamonds or enchanter why not both so because we got new caves let's go down real quick and get some good stuff holy the caves in this version are always beautiful and i guess since we're down here let's go to get some diamonds real quick and get the cover me with diamonds achievement all right let's see if we can find something where the oh literally right away diamonds right here don't mind if i do let's go and grab those please be more than two it's only two dang it okay oh more diamonds right there okay right up here and then we should be good and get some diamonds there get some diamonds here and just like that that should be enough diamonds finally for a first thing so let's real quick grab a grab table oh and i could minecraft not 1.18 but why am i alex minecraft 1.19 and so let's get straight to it let's go ahead and get some lava because that's gonna be our next advancement and so with that being done let's get the next challenge lou the deep dark but watch out for the warden yeah i kind of expected that one so because we're on minecraft 1.19 which isn't out yet we're on the snapchat the one thing that got added in this version was the deep dark and so when i updated my minecraft i took the time to go ahead and try to find the deep dark and if we look right over there literally just a little bit ahead right in front of me guys it's a deep dark city where i've never gone in one before but my goal is to go inside and get some loot and don't die to the warden that being said i forgot to make diamond armor and i don't have a craft table well how bad can it be let's go inside real quick and you know what let's just be careful this is literally the newest minecraft out right now and oh my gosh this place is crazy oh wait there's water right here gonna get the wood real quick don't make noise don't make noise i'm gonna real quick make diamond armor i think that might be good if the warden comes after us okay let's get this on full diamond we should be good now oh gosh okay we're gonna just crouch by here hopefully nothing bad happens okay okay okay we are slowly doing our thing i'm making a appreciate how the minecraft villages have updated so far this is the minecraft village when we first saw it the giant village and now this is a nice minecraft village in minecraft snapshot 1.19 but without that being done it's finally time to update yet again where this time i'm gonna be losing everything because things are about to get crazy so let's see what happens in three two one and virgin updated this is gonna be minecraft 1.19.5 that's what we're going to call it we're now suddenly it's no longer cubes and everything is a very hd oh my gosh you guys can probably hear my computer now but this is pretty much testing the limits of minecraft where we still have a challenge that i guess is coming up right now hey yeah it's me in the future please try to keep your pc alive that's a minecraft 2.0 which apparently is even crazier than this oh my gosh guys this is a jungle yo this is minecraft i can literally break this wait what happens if i break this oh okay yeah yeah we got what guys um does that count as our achievement yep my computer's dying anyways let's go ahead and get to the final update in minecraft 2.0 right about now one final version updated guys and welcome to quote unquote minecraft 2.0 when we try to mine cobblestone this happens oh my gosh this is sick and of course i can normal minecraft you can just mine the villager and they're gone why not let's get some steak get the get the steak real quick there we go cow is gone and guys this is the craziest thing ever like what the heck but yeah i think now that we're here pretty much no longer in minecraft and pretty much in minecraft 2.0 quote-unquote i think we can say we beat the challenge and we pushed minecraft from this to this so with that being done hope you guys all enjoyed our great
