This tool is ideal for technicians and computer lovers who install operating systems regularly, it works wonders by making the process faster and improving the performance and fluidity of the equipment, whether old or modern. Let's start, we open the browser of our choice, we will search for CTT TOOL and we open the link to the official Chris Titus Tech page here we will copy the Script, then we go to start and write PowerShell, we right click with the mouse on PowerShell and select the Run as administrator option. It is very important that you run it as administrator, otherwise the Script will not work. We press the CTRL + V key combination to paste the Script that we have on the clipboard and press Enter. In the previous video I showed you the function of each of these tabs we go to the MicroWIN tab, we check this box, we return to the browser and write Windows 11 download, you can also choose to download the Windows 10 ISO, the procedure is the same although personally I prefer Windows 11, especially its latest version 23H2, which has many improvements. We select Windows 11 multi-edition ISO, Download We choose the language, Confirm. If this error appears, I recommend using the Microsoft Edge browser. We repeat the procedure, download Windows 11, open the official Microsoft site, select Windows 11 multi-edition download, choose the language, in my case I am going to choose Spanish, confirm... and this time we were able to advance unlike the other browser that showed an error, we checked the 64-bit box and the download began. We expect it to finish it is 6.3GB and the time it takes will depend on the speed of your Internet connection. Once the download is finished, we open the file and take it to the desktop, we are going to click on Select Windows ISO. We go to the desktop, we select the file, click open... the program loads the ISO and in a few seconds this box or menu will appear that tells us in English all the changes that are going to be made to the original Windows ISO that we downloaded. Here where it says Windows 11 home we are going to change it for another version of Windows, I am going to choose Windows 11 Pro, here we find two checked boxes, the Windows Defender antivirus and the Microsoft Edge browser. In my case I will only uncheck Windows Defender since I intend to install a paid antivirus called Kaspersky, Microsoft Edge I am not going to delete it because as you saw previously it was the solution to be able to download the Windows 11 ISO. By unchecking these boxes we avoid taking up space in the ISO and in the operating system with these two applications, however, the decision to use them or not is at your discretion. We click on the Start the process button to start the process and then we choose the path where we want the new ISO to be copied, I am going to choose desktop and we give it a name so that we can later identify this ISO, I will call it Windows 11 light KAMBIG, save. .. and the creation of our lightweight Windows begins. Let's speed up the video Ready, now we return to the browser and look for a very versatile tool to create bootable pendrives, it is Ventoy, with it you can directly copy the ISO files to the USB and even add several ISOs, such as Windows 10, Windows 11, Linux and more. This way you can carry out different installations without complications. We go to the official page ventoy.net we go to the Downloads tab and we download the version for Windows in ZIP format Remember that you have to have WinZip, 7-Zip or WinRAR to be able to unzip the program. Now click on Download the latest version, we will also download it to the desktop, we close all the windows, we will open the Ventoy compressed file and we will decompress it on the desktop We close the program, you can delete the compressed file if you like, we open the folder and inside we find several files, we will click on the executable file called Ventoy2Disk and the application opens. The pendrive is already connected to the computer that is why it was detected and appears here in the list, if you have not done so yet, simply insert it and click this button to update. Make sure the pendrive has at least 8GB so you can store this ISO. Click on the Install button, write the word "YES" in capital letters... Ok, it warns you that all the information on the pendrive will be deleted just in case I'm going to check... and yes, it is completely empty, we return to Ventoy, Yes... again Yes to confirm and that's it, we now have a bootable pendrive or USB memory. We are going to copy the lightweight Windows 11 ISO file inside and then install it on another computer. Now you just have to drag it from the desktop to the pendrive window, the time this process will take will depend on the speed of your pendrive, since be USB 2.0, 3.0, 3.2, etc. Please note that it may take a while. Now we are going to extract the pendrive safely, by clicking on Show hidden icons, locate the pendrive or USB memory and choose the Eject option, wait for the message to appear indicating that you can remove it safely Sometimes many people, including myself, We forget this important space and then our memories can have problems, better safe than sorry. Now we are going to install this light version of Windows that we have prepared and then we will take a look at it to determine if it is really worth it or not. The first thing is to enter the BIOS of the computer, we press the respective key immediately after having turned on the computer, in this case I press the DEL or DEL key, if you cannot enter, try F2, F10 or find out on the internet what the Enter the BIOS of your computer. This computer has an ASUS motherboard and not all BIOSes are the same, however, they all have the Boot option, it is just a matter of searching a little, I go to the Boot tab and I am going to configure the boot order The Kingston pendrive created Ventoy has two partitions, so we choose partition one as the first startup option, then two, and finally we configure the hard drive or storage unit that is also from the Kingston brand but is 500GB. We go to the Exit tab and select save changes and restart. Now the Ventoy window appears with the ISO that we created a few minutes ago, press Enter... Enter again to start in normal mode and the installation begins. Installation is much easier than unmodified Windows as several steps are skipped, making the process easier. We are going to speed up the video a little And that's it, it was already installed in very few steps and very quickly, as you can see it is quite minimalist, we are going to press the key combination CTRL + ALT + DEL and enter the Task Manager, then We go to the Performance tab and observe that there are only 101 processes running and a memory consumption of 7%. Of the 32GB that this device has it has almost 30GB available. We go to the Start button and we see that it is quite refined. The file manager, quite simple, we go to the Control Panel, System appears to us that has Windows 11 Pro installed, we can go to Personalization and choose the dark theme. It would be nice to try it out with games and apps but it almost certainly needs to run very well. We are going to turn off the computer and notice that the suspend option is not there, turn off.
