I heard all about it and I was like whoa followers alright so Michael how does it feel oh well what's your experience player tell us all about it's fun it's a fun time I like streaming it's nice to just sit and play video games and hang out and last night I did like um like a little like technology kind of scream I said it like this big camera to like to like fit everything you know in the in the shot I forget I attached a 10-pound weight to it it's nice it's really fun just like fun hanging out people are in the chat are you getting into like the twitch memes and like the moats like running joke slowly yeah yeah we got like I like my drill my drill is a hot background object bang Bing Oh Bing yeah twitch the twitch chat is Bing now because they give me awful advice is the first stream I was like oh you answer questions like Google and then they were answering questions wrong so it's fun it's actually really fun time during the coding stream I'm like I was actually learning a bunch of stuff people were giving me like tips people give me a lot of wrong tips but some good ones yes some good ones actually really cool fun with what the amount of subs that's coming in do you like compared to you too and be like wow this is so much more profitable than YouTube I don't like to like I don't really want to compare it to YouTube also I have you know it's been four days so it's hard I don't want yes compared to yes like youtuber yes something I mean I don't even know if it is like I didn't come into it with the idea that I want it to be more lucrative than YouTube I just want to make like because I make a youtube video like once every month or two now so like I need to like make something else that isn't just that so twitch streaming is the thing I suppose you're doing great Michael so proud of you [Laughter] first first month you know is there anything that's been like a little hard like you're struggling with or not so great difficult yes it's nice because I get to blame all my losses on stream snipers so actually maybe like ten in a row was cuz of them right yeah yeah especially be in houses yeah [ __ ] it's true my freaking friends are the multitasking is yeah it's more multitasking than I thought it would be like scenes and [ __ ] and reading chat and you know playing a game focusing on other stuff now like when you're switching a game with I got my camera here now I got captured this window yeah issue yeah like backs eating a lot donations lot subs you know a lot going on and it is just a game itself and you want to be good yeah it's like half your brain is focused on some other shoe and then there's so you're happy you're playing with half a brain half power yeah exactly yep has anything you're streaming mostly minecraft right now right yeah like minecraft I've done like I like doing tech stuff when I get like the chance to you ever think about streaming stops like just have your Robin Hood account like trading it yeah yeah I think people have done that on Twitch right yeah but that's not a $10,000 and see how high I can go see what twitch chat someone set that up like I think a couple years ago we're like they set up so twitch I could automatically trade socks so they type the ticker symbol in the chat and how'd it go I think he netted close to even I can't imagine if you made money on it like they imagine explaining that's like your tax person anyway yeah well I cut I like a crowdsourced my earnings this month and you know is from this thing called twitch chat I don't know how you [ __ ] get taxed on that well about finding collab content like maybe having some people from offline TV over yeah yes coming anytime and just I know what kind of collab content would you do with Michael on his dream all he needs to teach me coding yeah you don't want coding for coding seem like a lot that sounds cool in theory until it's hard to be a teacher yeah especially with coding and you're just googling the answers a lot oh I'm going to do it fun if I if I get like a set thing to teach like a little lesson plan and refresher on it yeah I think we're gonna do it I think I'd be a lot of fun actually and then a little challenge at the end they always do that in coding competition on Michael stream video don't mention the toast and pokey already have programming experience so yeah definitely check out Michael like your twitch was your twitch ID always Michael underscore Reece I thought was something a little different that's always my current ideas Michael Reaves no underscores I did have an under saved that name for when Michael start streaming I believe which is very nice Wow he didn't extort you from money yeah that's insane my sounds are nice okay fan if it's a fan yeah but if it's a random person that you ever want to get an account from no you speak from experience yeah before really yeah people new Twitter who go around selling like Twitter handles that are like you know those like short in a unique words sort of thing like people sell handles I can understand I'd want like a cool username too I remember when I played mmo's like I would make like three accounts and then just like memes sit on like three names that I really like you know this was younger okay I don't do this anymore it's [ __ ] up you're like a patent troll no1 I don't want a name with like a number okay alright whatever yeah michael reaves zero eight [ __ ] lame why is that why did you originally have zero eight it was four eight zero eight and then actually I want I shortened it to oh eight because a little more news when it comes to stream or platforms mixer shutting down and sending all their partners to Facebook or the big one is shouting ninja who signed mixer deals less than a year ago and the rumors that's been confirmed to sources is that they got paid for the full duration of the contract so if ninja had a three year contract he just got paid for three years worth of streaming and then he gets the leave I don't know I don't know if Microsoft like I'm sure they had a clause for a termination like right but would it be like oh yeah if we terminated or you can have all the money that seems but it's also like it's almost like too good to be true yes yeah but it's like are they gonna force them to go to like Facebook like is that even pause that viable also like that's that's hard as well you know like what are they gonna do I think they wouldn't want that for public perception purposes yeah so it's probably like coming to an agreement on I mean my theory is that they came to a settlement on the amount that they would be paid out or an amount to transfer over to Facebook but I feel like just getting your whole contract like three years feels like my Chris anybody like any big companies lawyers would not just be like okay also like I feel I feel like that's maybe a pessimistic way of looking at it flat on them yeah really depends on like who had more power during the negotiations like I can see someone asking for that and Microsoft being like yeah that's never gonna happen what giving in yeah I'll just happen to be thriving it's crazy like and like apparently mixer streamers had zero idea like anyone who's not ninja or foul so everyone just found out the day off and then like unlike sir you see people cry twitch in one day twitch was like oh by the way we're shutting down like you know it'd be like such a rude awakening or a shock and everything cuz yeah when you stream on something like a mixer and you're a stream on Twitch where the majority of the viewers are it's like you're trying to grab a small piece of a small pie already yeah yes they are sorry and then you have to look at the big pie which is swarm by thousands and thousands of people yeah that's why I want to like check out mixer streamers that are transitioning because I'm sure some of them are good and worth checking out what if - it's me buddy [Laughter] interesting I bet that's gonna be a marketing case study in Business School yeah their marketing team was just like okay you know all that like advertising stuff no we're just gonna put an entire like quarters or half a year's marketing budget on getting like one massive yeah and see how that goes I think you know I agree cuz they also sets like a precedence like all the negotiations that going on right now with other streamers in the past they can't they can be like hey I can go to mixer you know if you don't give me big room and nothing point well you know mix it got ninja and shroud and they [ __ ] crash and burned and they're probably like coming back so yeah you're probably gonna stay no matter what happens so like from a competition negotiation aspect literally wanna send ninja a present and be like thank you for the thing you did that like unintentionally gave me a lot of money yeah like because yeah it's just time yeah it's like they said like a president when they did that and then money start coming out but now that went 180 or it's like oh [ __ ] didn't work and then I'm sure just like look who comes crawling back ma what I'm curious about is I feel like YouTube is 100% gonna try to slide in there with a deal and that's why ninja is like I have some important decisions to make blah blah blah blah blah I I really I can totally see ninja going to youtube and shroud coming back to twitch you think I can see that yeah because people on Twitch [ __ ] love shroud and shroud [ __ ] loves twitch you watch his twitch still all the time whereas I feel like ninja isn't like as emotionally tied to it or s personally personally that aren't personally tied to it or personally invested in how well twitch does so that's that's my blind guess yeah yeah what do you guys thinks gonna happen I see both of them just moving back to touch honestly I definitely grew his shroud if he comes back he's gonna be bouncing house paws YouTube streaming doing like is doing really well is it like actually comparable to twitch I don't know in terms of like engagement and donations and subs but in terms of just viewership yes but I also think it's important to note like platforms like YouTube and Facebook they have inherent viewership mixer didn't so I feel like if you go to either of those platforms like things can always work for you because there's always traffic oh I'm not platform so that's why I feel like that's a good like middle ground if Ninja hadn't wanted to make a decision like that will probably get like actually a ton of viewership imagine all the fortnight you watching on YouTube so used to twitch I can't imagine like streaming without that culture that were so yeah weird apology Mo's like I like you know I will say though I feel like although YouTube is obviously a more like normy community I feel like that can also translate into being a bit more of a calm and nice community as well so pros and cons yeah yeah definitely see shroud going back for like pokey mention like child its route he's one of the best FPS streamers in the world I wonder if like some of the other FPS rumors I kind of like oh god he's coming back my viewers here cuz like he's always number one no matter what there's a new game he's a hundred percent number one like it flowers on Valentine's which when Valerie came out like everyone's worship yeah oh sorry go ahead yeah everyone's viewership would like a hundred percent be much much lower I want him to come back to tolerate and make Valerie a popular game because I like playing it but not enough people stream it or watch it shroud yeah nothing mentioned travel like pop off the valanor section like because they rank the games by viewership right it fouls on their like balance going up at least four spaces yeah and I should still plays the game I watched some shot clips just to learn do you guys think it's like I know what do you think about the fact that no one really knew until they announced it on one hand it feels so like kind of rude and disrespectful to the people whose livelihoods dependent on mixer but also on the other hand it's like literally if any employees or any other streamers knew that shoulda leaked your like ASAP Rocky yeah I mean from a you know fairness perspective shroud and engine being one probably the two streamers that had a heads up maybe there's a few more like it's kind of unfair to everyone else especially Yahoo are like more like not making as much money which is a lot of them yeah like you said if people knew yeah ever guess least and it's this whole like these because they want to make sure the narrative is correct right because no one wants to watch mix of streamers if it sounds like oh you know it's a failing platform to anyone on it it's like you know I think at that point it's functionally the same thing like have you told everyone on the platform that's it's gonna leak so hard there's like that's essentially an announcement and yes they're both same day right so like that's thinking that it's like not as bad because it's not like mix her in and of itself is shutting out shutting down that day mm-hmm it's like I don't know when the date is that they're shutting down but I guess that was just like the announcement I think yeah probably the only unfair thing would be that like the very large streamers knew ahead of time that's the employees yeah if you're an employee or if you're a streamer I guess your livelihood depends on it either way yeah either way we are wishing you guys the best and yeah if anyone does enjoy any specific mixer streamers down below comment them yeah I am very curious because I don't know maybe we'll get some like cool new talent or streamers on Twitch I mean the next lily feature the next offline TV in and of itself [Music] next topic is you know a very little little little a little sad but a little you know well sad for some of us to recap pokey main is leaving the offline TV house only the house some of her girlfriends just pokey like what kind of made you wanna you know try something different well um ever since I moved into OTV which is basically when I moved to LA and started streaming full-time I've been living in like a content creator house for three and a half plus years something like that the only other person who has done it for as long as me is obviously SCARA the person I moved in with so it's been a very very long time of being in like a content house and it was a really really cool experience and it saved me from streaming all by myself which is very frickin depressing so yeah it was a great time but I guess it's always been a bit difficult for me to separate like personal life and just like enjoyment and relaxing and just like working and I feel like being in an environment with other people who I work with and obviously enjoy his friends and just it's all pretty convoluted and so I kind of wanted to try just like living with my girlfriend's who also are streamers but it's not like we have any business relationship really and a girl house I've always dreamt of being in a girl house yeah never in my life have I just like lived with friends that I just are like best friends just because we were best friends so I want to say hmm it sounds really fun like from Oh Lily we're gonna frickin yank you all the time all the time you guys are gonna think Lily's still gonna live here yet cldr just trying something new I mean we have shoots at least once a week if we don't push it to two and especially as quarantine loosens up I'm sure we'll all be doing stuff together all the time so I'm very excited honestly oh and I do want to add that I feel like sometimes when you live with people for so long kind of like when you're with family you almost unfortunately start appreciating like appreciating them less than you should and I feel like moving out as Lily says sometimes distance makes the heart grow fonder and so I think coffee like that much more excited every time I see you guys I don't wanna like do really specific things with you guys I think they'll happen because our example here toasts I'm going to move up I'm going about and pursue my independence mr. Wayne next week yes it does not mean I do not value your guys I would just like to have my own space and then seven months eight months eight I don't remember you I don't know how long I don't even know how long you make on I am moving back next week so when I moved out it's pretty much the same thing you're going through pokey where it's just like it's not that I don't like love everyone there it's just sometimes I think you know did help me like like whenever I did come over it's like hey you know let's hang out let's talk just so he we had that perspective yeah after pokey it's my turn I'll give a hot take I think after pokey moves out she will want to live with us again I could see it go this is gonna be like whoa five a prediction or like H like milk I think we're gonna see it in a year I'm not [Applause] from my experience of women when it's all girls and a house some it becomes unbalanced when it the one there is an unbalanced mm-hm and there's no like guy and not dying sorceress really like towing this I don't even know if there's a line properly dancing around it I would say any girl who had lived in an all-girl house and also lived in a mixed house if I had to guess they would prefer mix house over mall that's fair and I think ultimately it comes down to who the people are but also I'm just excited to have a new experience honestly yeah only way to live life yeah I don't think you go regret your acts like it will be a lot of fun but I think you will have maybe issues you make that you've never had in this house before probably probably yeah maybe I really I'm not sure I'm hoping for the best but I'm open to it not being perfect also cuz I mean nothing really alright so 52 weeks from now so an offline TV podcast 77 one year from this date we will revisit this assuming I do move back I will owe you guys the biggest buffet and toast can pick all the food lobster alright so what are you guys gonna miss the most about pokey girl leaving I think between of on me and pokey pokey was the girliest I don't know word it means she liked my makeup take my yeah take my face mask meanwhile Yvonne [ __ ] wanders out I like 4 p.m. she squints at me she's like an Enderman I think losing a girl's always tough it's written like further imbalance yeah I like breath if you have another room I will totally I want to try this out to you sounds really cool I've never had that day like all girls the closest that hat was when I first went to California I had one roommate I'm Allison and then Aria was like homeless with us for like a little bit right no it was not fun just a lot of problems we got swatted - it was the first day Aria started street like because she got like she was homeless for a bit because like she had a fight with her parents I don't remember a so she came with she lived with us for a little bit right and she saw us like content hating Streamy so she's like I want to chase Jamie - first day she turns on her shame and then we just swatted I'm like okay and even that was like very short-lived after that it was just mixed house after it makes hell you know what I mean like yeah I never had like full girls I think so let me know how it goes I will I now see how it goes cuz you'll come over I will bring Yvonne - but no boys we're sorry no no actually vagina only how am I gonna fix the wires in your house boy passes so like you need a pass to come in and there's I'm really excited to have everyone over at once because like the place is really cute and it looks like a place that suits gatherings not like parties but gathering I can't wait to go to every single one of your bathrooms and find like four different kinds of skin care products no matter what only for when I go to like girls bathroom versus boys and boys fat they're like deodorant soap five and one is this shampoo no it's shampoo conditioner body selling everything nice we have separate hand towels in the bath towels and everything is separate there's like ten different skin care products like there's face silk there's every different kinds of soap - shampoo conditioner shampoo for color-treated hair and go to shellfish color treated hair like four different kinds of body scrub I can go on but it's like it's like girls bathroom a lot that's like mom's bathroom poky has the most normal schedule out of everyone I think it gets the most FOMO out of everyone kissing our gathering time is one like this last Tuesday we've been gathering at 5 a.m. [Music] I've tried [ __ ] up my schedule for you guys and it like makes me sick like all like try to stay up later but then I'll like wake up early and then I'll be like all [ __ ] up she stayed up - it's the V a.m. I'm like her face is like I'm [ __ ] dying but I'm gonna hang out with you sometimes I'll come over and I think being in a different environment I'll like be like it stimulated and like want to stay up all night and then I'll just sleep on the [ __ ] couch it'll be more of like an event kind of thing yeah yeah a hundred percent good move and yeah she'll still be over for shoot you know everyone off on TV is always showing up for shoes podcast you can do online like some people things like we should keep doing online cuz they really like the set up and we can't do more guests but it was okay because something good came out according to Billy has her mustache right also common thing like it's so weird seeing me with that hey when you don't wear like once or twice but not every podcast I just I have to do it we don't pick the memes the memes pick us exactly that was really deep poke you mean one-liners like that when you miss me me you know we never got to really but maybe when you come to our place you'll like I'll teach you just like how to hold her everything changes when you learn how to hold me me I think is if she feels secure in your arm she like understands you like me apparently cats are not dogs I approached a me like I approached me me and Timmy's like so can just like for me me I liked a little finger thing and tummy's like the [ __ ] is your finger for one less animal in the house means we have to get another animal I know Michael got a dog I could see Michael with a dog Michael Iranian okay yeah I don't think I'd like it like a big dog because it sounds like a [ __ ] ton of work honestly I mean I like Jamie but we have denim you know what we have a Tammy you like a medium size like a core you're like yes any more words than other dogs okay like Corky's require a lot a lot of work they're not really small dogs they're like medium with media little butts like yeah bots are so you know you're what if in the next podcast my backgrounds different and someone else's background is different oh dude people yeah that's mine move in and I'm like I think toast but they keep saying yeah but they both yeah it imagines like two people in one room and they both freaking monastry no oh my gosh it's so hard like they would be no no I think it's so important for couples to have their own space and do their own thing like that is super important for me if that doesn't yeah that's whatever that's a [ __ ] webcam I don't know what I'm supposed to do okay you what you put your hand up do you use your webcam to stream also yes and I use my like actual nice camera to look at the best like that so Meneses it's really nice it's super well if you need a spare camera for streaming I got one oh I have spare cameras I just did that fix it no no you know signal maybe that was intentional alright alright thank y'all very much for watching hope everyone is staying safe staying saying out there who knows what we're gonna talk about next week I'm sure another big blowup is gonna happen so stay tuned for this next episode of 20/20 bye bye bye guys if I post mates by 22news [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music]
