Manny Khoshbin's Million Dollar Daily Routine!

good morning guys obviously Nate's not here it's a birdie 5 a.m. usually I get up between 3:00 and 5:00 and make myself a nice cup of coffee check the news see what's going on around the world and then I start checking comments looks like somebody is on the sprinkler cupcakes it's 7:00 a.m. got my second cup of coffee and my personal trainer Jarett it's gonna be here any minute and guess what I've has Nate come over as well so we can switch it up to a real camera and there is good morning Nate come on in all right 7:10 a.m. time to hit the gym lucky for me my gems right beneath my house what's up buddy hey smile you're on camera [Music] yeah [Music] all right now the best part up to sana see you tomorrow as if I need to work out more these are steps are killing so why your routine is sana all by cold shower shave back to work nice 15 minutes sauna is over but before let me show you guys my fancy toilet it might show yourself right for the day it's gonna be a one-day today so we'll take the convertible Wow look at that with that we got gas great success what a beautiful day alright let the party begin so today's Tuesday and every Tuesday I have a one-hour live Q&A with my mentorship members so just prepping for that we're gonna go live in 40 minutes make sure volumes are off my pony's site on silence good morning I know this was two very important items that wasn't on there so I'll have Leon modify that when did their lease expired the any single saturation of a tenant alright now that I'm done with my one hour call it's time to go hunt for some deals these are some of the properties that seemed to fit the criteria so I got a dive deep and see if they make the cut I got about ten deals a day emailed to me from all over the world mostly from us brokers and the ones that seem interesting I print them and every day I'll spend a good hour you know going through them and see if they make the cut so let's get to it so I'm gonna take a quick break from previewing properties I'm gonna go check on Leon that's handling my mastermind marketing hey Leon awesome how are we doing so I booked a catering we at Mastro's and we gotta meet with a for a rental furniture company factors paper boards a few other things I'm excited great job alright now let's go upstairs and check on Evan Evan how you doing alright let's take a look what else we need to do the furniture you ordered you said the extra chairs came I see awesome this looks amazing okay cool alright man I'm excited I'm excited to get more tenants in here we just opened like literally two weeks ago so we got to be a little bit patient yeah yeah yeah so far all I'm getting out of this Evan is a fresh hot coffee thank you alright guys back to looking at more deals all right I'm getting hungry I need some fuel oh I don't know I'm feeling like a hamburger hey I'm gonna go to Houstons see you soon oh now that I'm all powered up it's time to get back in the saddle so it's about 1:30 p.m. it was great lunch right about now I spend another half hour to an hour responding to emails reviewing properties and then I head on over to Kawara room my private cigar lounge on the water in Newport Beach I continue over there responding and working through everything else I got left for the day through my phone all right it's ten to three don't review my last property for the day it's time to head over to Cubano room see you there all right well Harshman is landing my favorite property out of all the properties I own first let me show you guys how beautiful this property is it's got two massive buildings all on the water and I got 21 boat slips I'm probably the only marina owner with no boat I just put this restaurant in years 7,100 square feet all on the water lots of TI dollars but great resale value at yeah eventually my kids are too young now but eventually I'll buy a yacht oh I'll buy a plane before buying yacht how about that alright let's go and smoke a Cuban cigar so this is my second office guys hello there Hawaiian Locker number one my Monte Cristo's waiting for me so when I come here my second office I catch up two more emails review more properties and that's about it oh my god we take my yahoo my four other business emails I probably get 400 emails a day so my yeah some of them I just can't is humanly impossible to respond alright so Nate's gonna sign up and I'm just gonna continue on my iPhone no all done I'm gonna head home just got home it's 5:30 p.m. time to switch over to daddy mode it's time for pac-man my son loves this game Priscilla she's seven years old is one week after dinner work done my home office [Music] flash-forward 28 years later I'm a landlord I've been able to amass every cart that I dreamed up over 30 million dollars worth of cars 33 million dollar mansion at Pelican Hill more importantly I've been able to give back to my kids the life that I never had and my parents for all their struggles I'd retire them many years ago buying my ranch they're living their dreams and give back to charity that means a lot to me I recently pledged a million dollars to the autism center at Rock Foundation I'm super proud to be able to give back to many kids and many families so another one of my passions is mentorship which is why I'm excited to share with you today a lot of my success has been through trial and errors over the past 28 years have I had a mentor early on I would have saved a lot of money and lots of time and avoid a lot of pitfalls so lucky for you I'm giving you the opportunity to be mentored by me I created
