10 Things Manny Khoshbin Can't Live Without!

hi i'm manny crashman and today i want to share with you my 10 daily essentials and we're going to change it up this is my home not my office come on in first thing i do after i hit the gym downstairs i gotta get my coffee so i love this espresso machine it's a built-in wolf espresso machine a slash coffee machine it makes you lattes frappe all kinds of stuff but it's a little fancy it takes a little bit time getting warmed up if i'm in a hurry i'll just use this quick espresso machine over here so it's all about having options [Music] now we're done with the coffee let me show you my other essentials [Music] this is my second essential it's my favorite watch it's the rose gold ap i love this watch a little heavy for day to day but i love it and believe it or not i have the first watch i ever bought when i was 19 years old i opened my own first business and sentimental value you can't compare the size but it's great to remember your roots i have some other watches here that i don't wear this is when i was single and i was clubbing i haven't wore this in a long time but brings back memories and then this is when i used to own ferraris how about a ferrari watch i don't own a ferrari anymore but still a ferrari watch and this is my first ap i've ever bought so again sentimental i love it it matches my drop head which is navy blue and these are some of the earlier watches i bought um 15 20 years ago my bulgari and my cartier roaster and let's move on to the next essential so as many of you know i love hats this is my hat collection i had a lot more but i had to downsize i love fedora hats my main brand is bigali they're made in ecuador this is my favorite color combo and then of course i love baseball hats because i love cars and what do you know i have my own brand manny crashman by the way a lot of people ask maybe i should sell these on my website comment below if you want some let's go to the next essential it's my favorite clone is what i wear is blue de chanel this is what i use every day for three or four years now i love the smell all right let's go to the cigar lounge oh wait i forgot my build is an absolute essential i never leave home without it and that's my bugatti belt i've got in rose gold regular stainless steel and baby blue i love baby blue and i have every leather to match the different tones of leather these are all from hermes so now let's go to the cigar lounge so now the best part is my cigar lounge [Music] [Music] i love spending time here unwind if i'm not at my cigar lounge in newport beach on the water on my property i'll come to my home cigar lounge love cupid cigars these are one of my favorites cohibas you gotta have an ashtray by hermes and a lighter by bugatti so these are bihikes but kohiba cumin of course and i love these my second favorite actually my first favorite would be monte cristo number twos and this would be my second favorite but i'm out of monte cristo number twos all i got is biji case so that's what's gonna have to do for today one of my other essentials is these glasses i can't leave home without them because they're prescription i can't see so but i love them i love this style they're by dita a lot of people keep asking me the brand of my sunglasses they're dita and last but not least you can't go shopping and traveling with either one of these this is a lifesaver if you do a lot of traveling i use all my points and i have a dedicated travel agent and saved me lots of time and lots of hassles and i forgot the best my iphone this is how i keep engagement with you guys and i keep in touch and i try to inspire you all i hope you guys enjoyed it subscribe and comment down below and i'll see you guys in the next video as many of you know my passions are cars cigars my kids philanthropy and also mentorship i just launched my millionaire mentorship program i'm so excited to share with you guys my knowledge of 28 years so if you're interested to make massive amount of money in commercial real estate you're gonna need to check it out oh by the way i'm going to facetime you every week be your mentor answering your questions so that's all included i'll see you there [Music] you
