then convicted of 16 felonies after their trial the prison sent them to a psychiatrist where they were then diagnosed with psychopathic personality disorder the psychiatrist thought it would be best for them to be sent to a psych ward for the criminally insane instead of the prison for the rest of their lives when the girls were together at the psych ward they would try to kill each other but when they were apart they were so lonely that they wanted to die june even tried to commit suicide to that day still nobody knew why they were silent and why they would copy each other's movements the twins were silent until a girl named mary wallace got involved she was given access to the girls diaries and after reading the diary she knew that june and jennifer did not belong in the psych ward for the criminally insane wallace believes that the girls only committed the crimes because it was a cry for help and the silence the twins possessed was from extreme identity blending wallace could also tell that jennifer was the leader of the two after being in the psych ward for the criminally insane for 12 years they finally got a hearing for their release the twins told wallace that if they were able to get released that one of them would die it was a death pack the twins were released from the psych ward in 1993. on the way home jennifer laid her head on june to sleep when the bus got to their stop jennifer would not wake up she was pronounced dead the next morning at the hospital the death pact was fulfilled just like they said june now lives a normal life going by the name of allison this is why you should never ask too many questions once there was an old lady who was widowed in wheelchair-bound living in a house with two floors with her caretaker one day the police received a call from this old lady's house the caretaker had been murdered one detective was sent to investigate where he found the caretaker's body on the first floor vocal cords ripped out lying in a pool of blood the old lady was ruled out as a suspect because she was immobile but the detective did know that this crime seemed familiar to how the widowed husband died years ago he had suffocated an asleep on the couch downstairs when the old lady was upstairs after getting evidence from the first floor crime scene the detective asked to look upstairs as well the old lady refused at first but he insisted and went up anyways everything seemed pretty normal until a shocking revelation came over him and it sent chills down his spine it was a detail that investigators had overlooked in the murder of the widow's husband as well there is no phone on the second floor the detective then suddenly heard a noise withdrew his weapon and ran out of the room only to find an empty wheelchair this is why you need a security system for your house a few years ago i was renting a house in northern california the neighborhood was just outside of the suburbs it seemed like the perfect balance of having space and having nice neighbors close enough not to feel isolated the area had no street lights so it was very dark at night but it didn't bother me i got home from work one evening in found cigarette butts and an empty tube used for drugs they think he had been watching the house for a while i installed some security on the house after this i can't imagine what would have happened told my ob the situation and that's when she told me i most likely didn't miscarry but was given something to dispel my pregnancy my daughter is now too but still live in fear of seeing him in public so there's this lighthouse that you can see from my house and my mom used to tell me a story about a woman who used to live there no one lives in it now but there used to be this young woman in her 20s who lived there like 30 years ago apparently she came from a really broken home her mom and sister died in a horrible car crash and her dad was an abusive drug addict so the harper master let her live in the lighthouse and paid her a small salary for taking care of it so she had been living there for a couple months and that's when she noticed weird things starting to happen some of her belongings would occasionally go missing like one time she couldn't find her flashlight and she looked for it everywhere and finally she found it under her bed which was weird because she knew she had never put it there but then weirder stuff started to happen so at this point she had been living at the lighthouse for like six months and she was getting pretty creeped out because bizarre things started happening she started noticing that some of her food was going missing but she was the only person who lived in the lighthouse obviously and she was really specific about what food she bought when she went grocery shopping she went to the grocery store at the beginning of each week and for example she would always buy seven apples one for each day of the week and she was always really precise about that but there were a few sundays where she didn't have any apples left by the end of the week which didn't make any sense because she always counted at the grocery store to make sure she had seven apples so she started getting more and more creeped out but she didn't want to say anything because she had nowhere else to live and then one night she woke up in the middle of the night to something touching her feet at the end of her bed she woke up in the middle of the night to something tickling her feet and she was really freaked out obviously so she jumped out of bed and turned all the lights in the lighthouse on but when the lights came on there was nothing there she checked through the whole lighthouse and couldn't find anything nothing like that ever happened again but she never slept well after that she stayed in the lighthouse for like five more months but eventually she found a new place to live got a new job she ended up moving to an entirely different state and then one day like a year later she's at work sitting at her desk and she's going through old pictures on her phone and she finds an album on her phone called you at night and she's thinking what i do not remember making this album so she clicks into it and she gasps because all the pictures in the album are of her sleeping in her old bed at the lighthouse i have a movie idea hear me out five really close friends break into their high school one night you know living in the moment and whatnot while exploring the school they stumble across the basement they put a doorstop in it just to make sure they don't get locked in they fall around for a little bit down there not really finding anything to do and they decide to leave on their way out they noticed the door was shut and now they're kind of sort of locked in the basement with no wi-fi and no phone signal they're essentially screwed accepting the fact they're gonna be stuck in there all night they decide to explore a little bit one of them finds a chalkboard you know the kinds that have two sides to it and you can flip it over when they flipped over the chalkboard they all stared in disbelief on the top of the chalkboard was written all of their names across it underneath their names it said each of you is hiding something from each other obviously now they're kind of freaking out but then written at the very bottom it said if any of you failed to tell your truth by morning your secret will be uploaded to your social media accounts who knows their secret who locked them in the basement and will they make it out as friends am i the [ __ ] for throwing wine on my mom at my brother's wedding my mom and i have always had a da da da da difficult relationship i'm her scapegoat and my brother is her golden child he can really do no wrong in her eyes i'm expected to do housework every time i visit while my bro sits around doing nothing so i don't visit much and i just avoid her despite all this bro and i are still very close and i'm good friends with my sister-in-law my mom has treated sister-in-law like [ __ ] ever since she started dating my brother five years ago my bro and sister-in-law got married in october they seized the covet opportunity to have something small 20 guests total and it was in their backyard my mom showed up in a floor-length white dress sister-in-law looked like she was going to cry when she saw my mom so without thinking i just grabbed a bottle of red wine no uncorked it and dumped the whole thing down my mom's front mom flipped out but couldn't scream at me because there were so many people around so she just left with my dad and came back wearing a green dress i have a tv show idea a 17 year old girl wakes up after being in a coma for a year the doctor said she was very imaginative child so when i told my grandparents that i used to see people in the house they just didn't believe me there was one lady in particular that i would always see she would sit at the end of my bed and watch me fall asleep i wasn't scared of her because i thought she was an actual person plus i was super little so nothing even crossed my mind at this point i was like four or five years old i remember her talking to me constantly she even sang me the song rockabye baby to get me to go to bed one night every single day when i would get home i could see her in my window at that point i thought she was just waiting for me she just wanted to be my friend right but as i got older things started to get really weird between me and her she wasn't this nice lady anymore stay tuned turned 9 my grandpa passed away and because it was a really big house me and my grandma moved to a different house and the evil spirit was just gone i never saw her again but was she really gone when i was 15 i went to a psychic the moment i walked into the room she could feel a dark energy enter the room she told me that someone was following me every single step i took and when she said that i knew exactly what she was talking about after that i went to a medium and after many sessions with her the dark presence was finally gone do you style your hair the same way every day well there's an urban legend about a woman who always wore her hair in a bun but for her this habit would lead to something terrifying this woman loved wearing her hair in a bun but she might have taken it a bit too far she didn't want to style her hair differently or even take out her bun to clean her hair whenever she took a shower she would just wear a shower cap to make sure the water didn't mess up her bun at night she would sleep with a towel around her hair so the bun didn't move after a while she had to put hairspray in it to mask the smell then her scalp started feeling itchy so she would put more hairspray in it even when the itching got intense she just applied more hairspray but her husband finally found out about how bad the situation had gotten when he woke up one day and his wife was still asleep he tried to wake her up but she wouldn't move she had died in the middle of the night the husband called the police fearing that something unusual might have happened but when her body was examined they finally took out her bun inside her hair they found something terrifying they found a huge spider had gotten into her hair made a nest and laid eggs when the baby spiders hatched they bit through her skull and ate her brain hey guys so to start off spooky season i'm going to tell you about the case of lizzie borden a lot of you guys probably know about this case due to the nursery rhyme but not a lot of people actually know how this ends this case takes place in fall river massachusetts lizzie was born on july 19 1860. she was born into a very wealthy family her father was said to be worth about 10 to 15 million dollars of today's money which would have been insane back then he was extremely frugal which bothered lizzie and her siblings while she was overall a really good student and was very active in the church she was known to be a bit of a kleptomaniac like she would steal things pretty often and her father would just cover the charges for her her main concern was her stepmom she talked publicly to the community about how much she hated her and one night whether uncle was visiting them for dinner lizzie actually ran to the neighbor's house to let her know that her father had been murdered and the murder was brutal had about 11 blows from an axe to his body upstairs they found the stepmom she was in even worse condition clearly the vendetta was blood found on lizzie at the time of the murder they really didn't suspect her they truly believed that it was some outside crazed killer that i just broke into the house however once the turned to lizzie borden some of the evidence started to add up against her he found a handleless hatchet in the attic which seemed to have had its handle moved on purpose and there was a layer of ash around it as if it was burnt she was also caught burning one of her dresses she claimed it was because there was a little bit of paint on it and she had been trying to purchase chloroform when the core case started it was extremely inconsistent she often wouldn't answer things that would have helped her case however there was no feasible evidence to show that she had committed the crime after just two hours of deliberation the jury declared her not guilty the entire courtroom erupted in cheers a lot of people were on her side at the time she changed her name and moved away girls tell me about a time where your quick thinking probably saved your life i'll go first two years ago i was walking my dog at the park and a man approached me and asked take a picture of her and i said yes because why not it's a picture of a dog so he starts taking a picture of my dog and then i realized that he was like holding up her collar and then it hit me my address is on that collar he's not taking a picture of my dog he's taking a picture of my address so i told him that i actually didn't feel comfortable with him having a picture of my dog and i asked him to delete it so he deletes it and then like starts walking away really fast and i was like excuse me sir no could you also go into your deleted album and delete it from there and he goes i don't have a deleted album and i was like you have an iphone everybody has a deleted album could you please leave the picture and he was like sorry i don't have a deleted album and like keeps walking away and keep in mind this is like two in the afternoon in a park like there's other people around so now i'm like chasing after him and i'm telling him sir i know you have the album i will show you where the album is can you please go onto your phone so that we can delete the picture oh part two part two i'm sorry for the delay um so i'm still chasing after him and people at the park are like starting to look at us now because i'm chasing after him and i'm telling him to stop walking and so he stops and i tell him again to delete the photo from the deleted album and he goes i don't have a deleted album and i was like yes you do everybody does it'll take 10 seconds and he goes fine and he like goes in his phone does something for a second he goes there it's gone and i was like could i see the deleted album just to make sure it's gone and he goes no you can't look at my phone and i was like i don't want to look at your phone i just want to see the album just to make sure the picture is gone that's it and he goes no you're not gonna look at my phone and i was like sir i'm not gonna stop and i'm not gonna leave until you show him the album so please just show me the album so we can be done with this so he shows me the album the picture was still there so i made him delete it in front of my eyes what if i hadn't noticed that he took a picture of my address and what if i went home then that day and you know that night when i took my dog out to pee he was outside waiting for me i mean [Music] if anyone's wanting to know how to get revenge on someone who spread rumors about you listen to the story and it may come in handy so i had a friend that we can call miranda who was obsessed with me i was genuinely friends with her but she would never give me a break i could not get a breather from her at any point in time everywhere i went she went and this girl would actually get so upset with me anytime i would go over to another friend's house i knew she was really insecure and just trying to get attention so i tried to be patient with her however one day i just could not take it anymore i got into a massive fight with her over how overprotective she is i literally said you are a stage five clinger and in response this girl ended up joining my basketball and softball team which i've been on for forever she told her mom that i was bullying her which was a complete lie but then her mom went to the coaches she got me kicked off the team and they continued to spread rumors about me i ended up losing my best friends and even my boyfriend over the rumors that she spread about me so that's when i decided to get revenge so i decided that i was gonna send her over an apology gift with makeup in it which was a mix of drugstore items and poison ivy so i got revenge on my obsessive best friend for spreading rumors about me so i put together an apology gift for her for um bullying her even though i did not the gift that i put together was some makeup i got from walgreens but i decided to add some poison ivy to the eyeshadow so that she would get a rash i then set up a hidden camera and watched as she put it on and as expected the rash started to form after she noticed i started to tell her off and accuse her of all the stuff she did to me and she was so pissed that i managed to get a confession out of her she was very much just like yeah i did that literally over me not wanting to spend every waking second with her and the best part of it is that she threatened me on camera so i cut out the part about the poison makeup and told her if she didn't tell my friends coaches and significant other what she was doing i would send the video to everyone so she admitted to all of her crimes and i got back on the team i got my friends back and my boyfriend apologized i ended up totally fine and she ended up losing credibility with basically everyone okay story time this is really creepy and really unsettling so this girl and her brother let's call her amanda rode the same bike path every day three times a day one day they decide to take a different path and they pass this old camper with this creepy old man sitting outside of it so he starts yelling at them and he goes hey where are you from how old are you come here of course they ignored him and kept peddling and i don't think he liked that because he got up and started chasing after them of course he was an old man who was running and they had bikes but it's still weird later on amanda and her brother made friends with this girl who was a little bit younger than them and they would hang out together they were all hanging out when amanda and her brother went inside and emma said that she was going to go for a walk an hour later it was dark and nobody had seen emma and that's when everybody started realizing that nobody knew where emma was amanda and her brother tell her parents about the creepy old man that they saw the other day and they take them to the camper so they knock on the camper he answers the door and they ask if he's with anybody he's like no i'm alone then they hear a really faint noise that kind of sounds like a girl and he slams the door in their faces so amanda and emma's parents call the police the police got there they bust through the door and guess who they find emma anyways he was arrested for kidnapping um yeah what would you do if someone said this to you once there was a girl in korea who got in an elevator in the apartment building that she was living in when a stranger came in and told her something that was absolutely terrifying this stranger came into the elevator with her and tried to make some small talk he looked at the elevator buttons and said oh i see that you live on the 14th floor i live on the 13th floor she gave him a friendly response and even tried to flirt a little bit she thought that he was attractive and wondered if they would get to know each other better but things quickly took a horrifying turn when the elevator arrived at the 13th floor the man got off and said see you soon but as the doors closed he pulled out a knife from his jacket and with a terrifying smile said upstairs then he ran towards the stairs by this time it was too late the elevator doors were already closed she tried to push as many buttons as possible but it was of no use she was stuck inside the elevator unable to do anything as the elevator made its way up to the 14th floor [Music] my sister and i have always been mistaken as twins i'm 19 and she's 16 but we have the same height skin tone and similar voice she also has a habit of being a copycat from the way i dress to hobbies even piercings i know it's cute if you look at it from the outside but sometimes it gets annoying like yeah we are quite close too but why does she always happen to pick up everything i pick up one afternoon i was tidying up some costumes in my college showroom and found a rather cute brown and pink wig it looks like a mushroom i put it on think it looks rather funny so i snapped a picture and posted it to my instagram i received a text from my sister asking if i really cut my hair i didn't mention it was a wig while i somewhat have a feeling that she might copy that too i lied and replied yes i came home that weekend and lo and behold my sister emerged with the same silly brown and pink bob cut except this one is on her permanent hair she was surprised that i arrived with my hair still long then realized that i lied to her she was furious that she had to cut that silly hairstyle because she thought i had it our parents think that it's a really bad joke and wanted me to cut my hair too to make it up to her so am i the [ __ ] for telling my sister i cut my hair when i really didn't [Music] [Applause] story time a girl named akira kendrick sent me the story in the background of is that her dad was very abusive to her mother and her mother got custody of akira and her dad was not happy about that anyway so akira was with her aunt and her cousins at her grandmother's house all on her mother's side and her dad stops by to say hello and akira is outside playing with her cousin and her dad comes up to her and grabs her arm and says do you want to go to walmart with me and at the time she's only seven so all she hears is toy aisle so she says yes let's go so they get in the car they head to walmart she gets some really nice pom-poms and then he says okay let's go back to your grandmother's house so he starts driving and he gets on the highway and akira knows that her grandmother's house is right around the corner from walmart so he does not need to get on the highway so she says dad where are we going and he gets really mad and says shut up sit down it does not matter so akira's in the back seat she's really scared and she just shuts her mouth so after being in the car for a while they eventually arrive to this really old abandoned beat up house and when they walk in akira sees about 25 people and she does not know any of them her dad brings her to a room puts her in a little closet throws her some toys in her pom poms and says play part two is coming right now part two of akira's dad literally kidnapping her so when they get to the house akira is really scared she doesn't know any of these like 25 people her dad brings her to a room throws her in a closet puts some toys in there and says play so after about an hour of being in a little closet with some toys she finally decides to get up and go look for her dad so she opens the door and starts looking around and there is no one in the house there is not even a single trace of somebody ever being there so of course she starts freaking out and crying she doesn't know where she is she's so far away from her grandmother's house and she doesn't have a phone and so eventually after three hours she hears somebody she looks up and her dad is standing there and he says come on let's go the cops are outside so basically akira's aunt called the cops and they had a search warrant for him they ended up finding her dad and they said to him if you don't take us to her you will go to jail and obviously from what i just said he finally took them to her at this random old abandoned house and they found her and they ended up putting him in jail anyways because why not two years in jail and one year on probation don't steal children people don't steal them you guys this is why i always check myself before i leave any bathroom okay you guys always ask what's my most embarrassing story and i finally remembered what it was the reason i think i forgot is because i repressed this so much it is my mission in life to never allow this to happen again let's set the scene so a few years ago i was at church i don't know if it was like a regular sunday or a conference i don't know what my church can have services up to like four hours long so i just went to the bathroom for a little me time wasn't in there that long now i'm not a hoverer i know most girls are but i prefer to use the toilet cover my church doesn't have one of those so instead i kind of made one i used like four pieces of toilet paper lined the toilet seat i wouldn't be touching the actual seat okay job well done my me time was over flush the toilet wash my hands make sure my hair looks okay all is well now i'm alone in the bathroom halfway through the service the bathrooms at my church are in the lobby when i exited the bathroom to go back into the church there are these doors i need to go through there are also ushers there to open the door for you there's usually an unnecessary amount like two or four thank goodness there was a girl there for part two this is part two of my most embarrassing story okay so i was walking out trying to get back to my seat and then i feel the top of my shoulder this is right when i got past the door a woman who was standing near the door pointed out that there was a piece of toilet paper on my butt just chilling there i grabbed it it was like a whole thing of it in the moment i didn't feel like true embarrassment like right now i grabbed it kind of like rolled it up my face was like so emotionless i was like i just kind of just put the toilet paper in my pocket and just walked away now every time i go to the bathroom i check i check that i'm good i be doing this and i'm going to catch that you
